Terry had the sudden temptation to slam the hatch down but he didn't. He didn't know why. His ears had twitched at the mention of medics. They must be pretty organized, by the looks of things. Now he was staring right at the man who had been yelling things and was seeming to be running the show, at least the show in the ware house at least. Terry keeps staring, holding his breath without realizing as the factors went through his mind--- if they were up to no good the man would have jeered or insulted him because he was heavily out numbered, or would have yelled for one of his friends to run here and put a cap in Terry's ass. Instead he kept working, and didn't aim or shoot a weapon at him. Instead, he actually asked him to come help. Terry takes a deep breath and looks around again a final time before he shuts the hatch and climbs back down the ladder. He takes a few steps from the bottom of the stairs and picks up his duffel bag of supplies/ammunition plus a bed roll he had and slung their straps around him to hold them up as he climbs back up the ladder. He hadn't latched the hatch again, so all he had to do was push it back up. Terry pushes up on the hatch and opens it completely, pulling himself up and out of the hole mumbling
Alright...
Before he sets his duffel bag and bed roll down beside the hatch and grabs a box of food and then tosses a box of plastic water bottles over top of it.
Lead the way
And jogs to catch up with the stranger, walking a little stiff and woozily. His breathing was a little hard and he seemed to be having a less then hard time with the boxes though he could carry them, although tiredly. leaving his stuff to pick up again though he still carried his Merlin 1895 slung on his back and his Sphinx 3000 loaded and holstered on his hip.
