This is the primary location of all B.O.W.s. Situated off shore from Bukasa island and under the water, it's isolated from the rest of the headquarters so no outbreaks can occur. Rows upon rows of laser lined and electirified cages take up a portion of the division while there are firing ranges situated across the place for testing weapons against B.O.W.s. If there is ever an outbreak of a B.O.W. an alarm will sound and the entire division will be sealed off. 24 hours are given for the B.O.W. to be terminated before the entire division is flooded.

The massive container swung through the large door frame and rested at the far wall of the large room divided by a thick glass window and a thick steel door.Dr.Hammer walked in after the two guards who quickly unstrapped the container from the wires hanging from the ceiling. One guard walked outside the other into the office side of the large room, the first guard closing and locking the door from the outside the second unlocking a weapons closet.Hammer walked over to the container, staring through the small circular window small bubbles passing by.
"Hello,i assume you can here me.You are...something special something i would not...could not allow to be destroyed. You seem to be able to think for yourself...something we shall confirm quite shortly.I am going to release you from your current...prison so to speak into a much more open enviornment. We will be seperated for safety measures and a few simple test will be run.I am Doctor Charles Hammer,we will establish your...name a little later."
The scientist stepped back from the container and walked into the other side, the door locking behind him heavily. He took his seat in a large comfy desk chair and rolled close to a control panel. He placed on gloves and tapped on the panel releasing the door on the container allowing the tyrant to be free...

Standing at six feet six inches three hundred and six pounds of genetically enhanced muscle in chocolate tone skin Valiel resembled the perfectly built body builder save for his completely black vacant eyes. He looked as if he worked out incessantly despite having been locked inside a suspension pod for an unknown extended period of time. Valiel listened and though the suspension fluid augmented his already heightened hearing it also restricted his movement using the pressure differential of the chamber. It worked for and against whomever was inside keeping them safe from the ravages of rapid transport in exchange for their mobility. In Valiel's case he could force movement, so when the doctor said he was to be released for study he literally lifted his right hand and in an all American gesture gave a thumbs up to let the doctor know he understood. All Valiel had been able to figure out was that his virus was direct, slow, and only changed him physically. His mental capacity had not changed except for his aggression level. He did note he could turn his emotions on but for the most part they stayed off. As the fluid was siphoned from the chamber and he was no longer breathing liquid nutrient oxygen he hacked his lungs clear and took a deep breath of sweat although slightly stagnant air. He wished he had his translation bracelet but he was not above speaking like a five year old. His vocal ability had indeed been damaged and had not been deemed something necessary for his physical capability. ALthough Valiel believed this to be a mental block as he rarely spoke much before his accident and then the experiment to get him functional again. He walked to the glass separating himself from the doctor and began mimicking motions for slipping on pants and buckling them up. What it came down to was all Valiel wanted was a decent pair of pants. After making sure he was adequately descriptive without being insulting Valiel sat down and waited for a response in a cross legged indian style. It wasn't that odd being naked but pants would make it bareable.

Awe was all that struck the doctor as the behemoth stepped out of the chamber and walked to the glass.Hammer noted his lack or un-willingness to speak then pressed a button to access the guards radio outside.A couple seconds later the guard came through the door on the office with the largest pair of combat pants Tricell had in stock.Hammer grabbed the pants pressed a button on the wall and placed the pants on the counter of the lab side of the room, then walked back to the other side. The doctor recieved a large kit from the remaining guard and walked over to the now pants'd behemoth.
"You understand i must run some test to...establish what your hunters didn't establish. They will be simple needled test that will only require a blood sample, and it will tell us everything. All the other bulk is merely...virus' and other things to enhance...employee's so to speak but they shouldn't be needed."
Hammer pulled a large needle out from the kit and assembled the syringe ready to pull the blood...

Valiel nodded his consent and held out his right arm. With a decent pair of pants on he felt he could take on the world. He didn't feel much pain except when he injured his ears or his toes and fingers. He found it quite odd that he could withstand being shot but he couldn't take stubbing his toe, or jamming his fingers. After his blood was taken Valiel staunched the blood flow by holding his finger over the opening for a brief second. He doubted the tests would be finished anytime soon. With these thoughts in mind Valiel requested a computer so he could tell the doctor what he knew about himself and the virus that he had been exposed to. In order to make his request Valiel scratched the words "Computer please..." on the reinforced wall with a small piece of metal he had pulled off of the suspension tank.

After taking the behemoth's blood the doctor placed the vial in a small metal container and read what the behemoth scratched into the wall.He looked to the opposite wall and walked over the the screen there. He activated it and typed in the code rapidly, then walked into the other room the door locking behind him.Hammer sat down and pressed the intercom button.
"A chat box will pop up,everything you type will be recieved on this side.I can also type to your screen, you may begin."
He handed the container to his newly come assistant, whom then walked over to a small screen and an electronic device made to read what was in the container. He placed the container inside and it began to read the DNA.Dr.Hammer sat patiently in his chair staring at the large computer screen.

Valiel nodded and smiled as he went to the chatbox setting on the main lab wall. He then began to identify himself. ... Greetings Doctor Hammer ... ... I am Security Specialist Valiel McLeon ... I worked for the Umbrella Corporation in the main facility beneath Racoon City. When the outbreak began I protected the doctors there as best I could even barring them behind a special vault door. I fought off around seventy or more zombies, lost count with them. I fought of some strange looking leaping beasts but it was Tyrant itself that did a number on me. He pierced and crushed my throat with one of his bone spurs and as you can guess I lost that battle. The scientists pulled me into the vault and injected me with a new type of virus they had dubbed type "V". It was meant to be a cure for all diseases ranging from influenza, the common cold, and a healing stimulant / testosterone booster. It saved my life and contained the "T" virus and cured my sinus congestion to boot. The problems I have experienced are enhanced aggression and lack emotional response. I have also had multiple periods of increased strength far beyond that of even a top athlete. I caught a section of a crumbling highway and tossed it aside once. I even managed to outrun a speeding truck briefly before running out of energy. My most impossible feat was to strike a speeding, armored vehicle with large piece of debris and knock it aside without injury to myself...
I have resistance to gas I am no longer affected by electric shock I still hate the cold I don't feel pain easily Last but not least I love a good steak

The doctor watched with childlike curiosity and excitement. To see a creature of this ones appearant power to be able to think for itself and even communicate to some degree. His lack of an ability to speak obviously a product of the battle with the tyrant.Of course the doctor would have to conduct his own test to prove the strength of the B.O.W but was impressed never the less.He turned and grabbed the data sheet from his assistant,it listed the appearant virus' in Valiel, one of them being unknown.Hammer assumed this was the v virus, though there was still one main question to be asked.
"Valiel...are you a product of the Umbrella corporation or were you once a man converted into this...well what you are now.I would also like to ask if you are aware of the downfall of the umbrella corporation?"
Depending on either answer the behemoth could be easily swayed or would have to be made to obey Tricell. The latter choice being the much more difficult.

Valiel was at a loss for words after the questions but found he couldn't reword his answers. Every answer spilled forth in an honest child like manner. ... I was actually a former marine hired by Umbrella Corps I made the rank of Lance Corporal ... It seemed obvious that the company stock would fall with the outbreak of the virus but I was under the belief that the Umbrella foundation couldn't go under they simply had too much money
Valiel sat and wondered for a bit why he never thought about things like that before he noticed his skin taking a slightly darker tone. It was odd but hell he had seen stranger things and his mutations were always so minor

A content face shew on the doctors face, his memory was not erased or anything of the sort. However the behemoth wasn't aware that Umbrella has bin dis-continued for over a decade now, this wasn't a major problem but still needed to be treated carefully.Hammer looked to his assistant with a concerned but calm face as he contemplated how to continue.Should he explain Umbrella's downfall to the behemoth and could the obvious gap between his human-self and his objective mutation?Hammer chose what a man with a degree in psychology would...he would explain to the former human.
"Umbrella...has bin disbanded for almost a decade now.The United States government with the help of an inside man stripped the corporation of its business license then banned it from doing business at all.During the last few years...the virus' Umbrella made and weren't finished with were leaked onto the black market...terrorism through the planet into chaos. If i might inconvienence you again to ask...exactly how long have you bin...for lack of a better word, imprisoned?"
Hammer was in a little of a disbelief that he was actually having a conversation with a...tyrant.There must be something other than a couple of virus' in the behemoth...perhaps an A.I,but he didn't care about what made him smart. As long as he could be controlled to a reasonable degree without stripping his...it's...remaining humanity.
"May i also ask...do you remember anything about the procedure or commencing of your...transformation?"

Valiel stood still as he tried to remember his imprisonment. He had actually been struck with a missile and buried beneath rubble before he was placed in a container for study after that last battle with the zombies and the monster that had almost killed him when he was just a man. ... I have no recognition of time without my translator bracelet I do know I was buried for four weeks under tons of rubble before being placed in the suspension tank by a team of scientists ... The virus was actually administered to me via several injections in a lab to speed my recovery from a near fatal wound ... It took me three days to recover from having half my throat ripped out ... The Valient class virus was supposed to be a cure though so I doubt I will have any severe mutations ... I guess Umbrella was destined to fail after the outbreak ... Let me know when you have analyzed the virus I would rather not be a danger to anyone

Charles sighed a sigh of relief. No anger,no violence,no anything but understanding. These were qualities of a trained military soldier,a trait that was not stripped of him during his transformation. The fact that the procedure was done using only injections surprised him,all that muscle and his towering height. There must be something more then just the two known virus' in him,not that it shew on the test results...but it didn't really matter Hammer wasn't interested in the muscles.
"The results are quite fine, and what we expected to see.If you are worried about being a danger to others due to your anger problems,i can personally help you.I have an advanced masters degree in Psychology, and i need to analyse you anyway. Now,on behalf of Tricell Inc. I would like to offer you a job as part of our own B.O.W hunting squad...something of my own design. You will be quite taken care of,not that you need any special treatment."
Hammer grinned as there could be only one answer to the offer, what else could this behemoth do in life?Ah,there was one other thing the doctor needed to do.
"There is one other test however...if you will walk through the door behind you...a simple test of your strength and skill."

Valiel nodded his ascent and went to the entrance to the next testing chamber. He stood at the ready in his new black combat pants. He checked his hands and noted that his skin was a lot thicker and seemed to be a lot darker. If this was a mutation or a circumstance of being in the suspension tank it was very easy to deal with. A test of strength was relatively easy for him and he was certain that unless the doctor asked him to lift a tank he would do fine. Valiel stretched a bit to get the air out of his joints. As he stretched the doctor noted that the muscles in his back were huge and although proportional were shaped in a manner that screamed out martial arts training to the highest degree. For Valiel he felt little different from the last time he was freed, instead of feeling stronger his muscles felt like corded steel. Instead of feeling his heart beat Valiel only felt a flow of energy from his chest outward.

The doctor stood from his chair, his assistant next to him, walked out and down the hall to much smaller room up a small flight of stairs.A long glass wall stood in front of him as he looked down on the behemoth and grinned.Hammer walked over to a lone chair with a flat touch screen device attached to one of the arms, his assistant handed him a headset and activated it allowing Valiel to hear him from the room.
"This series of test will be much longer and harder then a little prick in the arm.It is not so much a test of your strength...as a test of your combative skills, against the infected and...if you test well preliminary something a little harder. But do not let your muscles relax there will be things of some heavy magnitude to get out of your way to advance your way up the ladder. If at any time you are overwhelmed...or K.O'd rather, however far you get will be added into the database. You will only be sent into those weaker areas on the "Battlefield".If you should however get to the last level of this gauntlet so to speak then you will have to face a 50% power Nemesis...the Tyrant i believe took your ability to speak. Now then..."
The doctor tapped a few things on the Electronic Control Pad(ECP from now on)and moaning and scratching could be heard coming from both side walls of the behemoth.
"The first level will be easy, any human with a 1911 could dispatch ten normal t-virus infected.Depending on HOW you dispatch this "threat" will cataloge what threat you will face next. There are ten levels to this gauntlet...you have bin in suspension for quite some time, show no mercy.I need to see your skill and strength Valiel,so show it to me!"
With that the walls were lifted and ten ghouls stumbled in arms out towards valiel their slightly enhance speed due to their being so close to food...

Valiel smirked as the zombies surged toward him, unarmed in a large open chamber, a normal man would have searched for a weapon. Valiel learned long ago that his limbs were weapons but since his transformation he had a newfound speed and strength that sometimes even amazed him as well. Grabbing the first zombie by the throat he wielded him like a bat and bashed another zombie into the ground. The second and third zombie were demolished with swift punches that completely crushed their skulls leaving their bodies twitching. Kicking the fourth and fifth zombie to ground Valiel swiftly crushed their skulls with his bare feet. Being immune to the original T virus made it so he could fight with impunity and an ease that normal men could not accomplish. With a speed that any top fighter would consider impossible Valiel elbowed one zombie turning him into a headless body. Spinning in two more arcs his elbows bashed the last four zombies muay thai style. Headless and dispatched Valiel flicked the blood from his body with a grace and ease that spoke volumes for his past military training.
