"Hoover Dam, thats where the chopper will let us off. Its roughly a forty five minute drive to Las Vegas. Just far enough away to keep with the covert operation, nobody would suspect a thing. This might be a bad time for me to tell you this, but were not going in uniform. I know you packed clothes, so start changing." Sherry could tell, and obviously, that Kevin wasnt thinking she was serious. But the moment the woman began taking off her fatigues, exposing her undershirt, she knew that would make an impression that she was completely serious. The pants didnt give anything away, since the field uniform was mainly the vest and shirt itself, so she kept them on. But Sherry slipped into a navy blue leather jacket over her cutoff tanktop, as not to give away her military status. After the change in the helicopter, which lasted maybe a minute, she looked like just another civilian, one who was particularily into motorcycles. The badge was worn on her belt, under the jacket, for some kind of reasoning should they be searched while entering Vegas. But to everybody else who may be watching them by the time they hit the ground, just another survivor living day to day. "I knew if I told you this sooner, you might not have accepted the job. But if were going to get any cooperation from the jungle, we gotta look the part. Not everybody out there is accepted by the BSAA. But if we take the covert approach, well be treated just like everybody else..."This was a little uncalled for, but somehow, Sherry knew the marine was going to tag along with her. Well, he certainly wasnt going to just wait in the chopper, go back to HQ, and tell the colonel exactly what was going on. Everything would work out, it always did. Both of them had their training, and had already gotten to know eachother enough to hypothetically be compatible partners. Sherry wasnt ever one to play by the rules much. The only thing justifying things now were that the rules are still exactly the same, nothing changed. The strong survive, while the weak get taken. Both of them, Sherry and Kevin, were playing this game as survivors, strong survivors that they already were. The rest of the mission just comes naturally... [Sherry and Kevin nearing Hoover Dam]

The man looked around shot a look at david and pointed at himself. "Me" David shook his head. "No, I was talking to the little birdy-of course I was talking to you. fast dust off, fella" He open the side door. Darren grabbed David's hand and got in the chopper. "It's been forever since I've been in one of these. Can't say I missed it though." Darren shouted over the roar of the propeler blades. Knight checked his pistol's clip, looked it over and slid it back into the USP. Darren quickly pulled out the rest of his Red and lit it up again.

David nodded. "Well get use to it." He told him, David picked up the head set to comunicate with on the chopper ride. "I'm sure you know how this these work" He pointed at the head set that was hanging over over by his head. As the chopper started to take off the final preperations were complete. "Its a bumpy ride, Knights, but the optimal altidue is smooth from here on out."

"Yeah, I know how these work. Oh yeah, It's Knight." Darren said as he put them on. Darren got that feeling in the pit of his stomach as the Chopper began to move forward. Darren opened his napsack to make sure he had all of his gear. He had his smokes, combat knife and gas mask. Alright, I'm all good. Everything is here. Knight dug in his pocket and pulled out his zippo. He looked at the zippo and spun it around in his hand.

Ignorance IS bliss..., he chuckled, David had to guess that he really **** the guy off for asking for a agent. "hey, Jim," the pilot said to his buddy in the Co-pilot seat. "lets make these guys feel like the movies" the co-pilot reached for the radio that was strapped over the the door opening inside the cockpit. the head set began to fill their ears with Little Richard's "Long Tall Sally" David has to admire the passion, though, "All we need now terminator guy," David said. "Who was that jerk off...Arnold Schwarzenegger!" the Co-pilot looked over. "Throw some of those alien hunters, would be more easier" he turn back and looked at the instruments. David looked at Darren "So, were you from, pal?" he asked just out of curiosity

"I was born in Bluffton, South Carolina. A small little community." Darren explained where he was from. He glanced out the window and tried to get a good look to see where they were. He couldn't tell. He looked back at David. "Where you from?"

"Raccoon City." David said plainly. Thats all he needed to know, other then that he would just let it known later on if Darren was lucky. "That place hasn't changed one bit after that second outbreak"

He looked at Darren then out the window. "Yeah...didn't we all?" he pulled out a picture of his father and him with the squad. He staired at for a moment and put it back underneith his kevlar vest. "...We did"
"We'll be arriving at the dropzone" the pilot said to them
David shook his feelings away. "We can't let that get to us now, not for one second. fottere l'uomo, now you got me depressed" he joked not trying to be ignorant.

Hmmm. Look's like it's time to get to work. Darren opened his bag and pulled out his gas mask. He glanced over to David and flashed a quick smirk. "Never can be to cautious, I heard the virus can be airborne at times" Darren said as he put the mask on.

David shook his head then shrugged. "Least you came prepared, most people don't really need them"
"ETA ten Minutes!" the pilot reminded them.
David got his straps on and the rope fasten. "Well since you're the smart one of the bunch, drop down first" He said, readying his M4. "Tell me how that fresh air is"

(Adrian is now at the airport)
Adrian had slept strangely well the previous night, with no nightmares or dreams he could recount. He hadn't bothered with breakfast, and simply set his mind to the mission he was assigned to do.
According to the small case document he was given, he was to take a small scouting brigade to nearby Jacksonville, located approximately 150 miles away, to examine a possible strain of T-Viruses sweeping downtown. There was not much evidence at present time, but that was subject to change.
Adrian was now standing in one of the base's hangars, eyeing the transport helicopter with much intent. He was originally allowed to choose his own teammates, but a quick conversation with the commanding officer that morning changed that. He was instead assigned two teammates, each of them supposedly capable in their divisions.
Sighing deeply, he awaited their arrival, occasionally looking back at the hangar's entryway every 30 seconds or so.

Kruger checked his gear a second time as his Humvee came to a stop at the hanger. He open the passenger door and took a step out. He then thanked the driver as he pulled his Sig out of the weapon holding straps. He slung it over his shoulder and walked over into the hanger. As he entered he saw only one agent inside. He walked over to him wondering where the other might be. He held his hand out in a shaking gesture and said, "Agent Lee Kruger at your service." He then out stretched his hand to see if he would get a friendly gesture or not.
