"One of them music things you stick in your ears? Hmmm... We do have a teenage girl here in Florence, and I thought she had with her a lot of the time. I remember id be the one who charged it when it was running out, rigged a little gizmo to do it in a few hours, too. Im sure if you asked around, youd be able to find her, see if she was willing trade for it, or something..." Shaking his head, Wrey was a little confused about why someone would want one of them in their ears. It would cut out one of the most used senses, your hearing. Music was a think for downtime, he had a guitar back at home that he played every now and then. Music was something he understood.
Seeing Marc go for the new shotgun, Wrey took a wild glance, bobbing his head up and down and smiling. "You like that one, do ya? Yeah, its reliable. Only fired it a few times, so you can guarentee it wont jam on you. Heh, but im still using my shotgun." Wrey would still like to stick with his double barreled shotgun, as it never failed him in any situation. Hes formed a rule around it, even. "If it takes more then two shells to kill something, chances are you should probably run away."

"I never learned much about shotguns, but I know one thing. If it's a bit lighter but longer, they usually have a stronger kick to them."
When Marc heard that she was willing to trade for something, he'd have to follow resources and track this girl down. Marc put the shotgun on her shoulder, still holding the weapon by the handle, the male grinned over at Wrey. Hand in pocket and backpack over his shoulder, while still holding the shotgun over his shoulder. He tried to make himself look cool, the male shook his head.
"I'll meet you at the house the moment the sun falls over the edge of the horizon."
And with that, Marc was already gone. Marc had begun walking around, asking people about the girl but for some reason, each time he'd go to the point they said she was usually at, she wasn't there. Marc had looked to the horizon and it was almost sundown, and like his shotgun, it was bittersweet. Marc continued walking around aimlessly for a while as he attempted to find the girl that had the iPod that was willing to trade it.

"Sounds like a plan, then..." Wrey was interested on the following afternoon, it would be a different sort of mission he would be going on. A, it was would be with a partner, and B, it was going to answer some questions for the town of Florence. Wrey knew that Mister DeWolfe had already left back for the manor, so he decided to head to the front gate and see the log of passerbys. Upon getting to the gate, Wrey yelled up into the tower to Thomas, who was scouting the fields around for any infected. "Hey Thomas, why dont you come down here a sec...?" The blistered young man slid down the ladder, and questions Wrey, why he was needed.
"Did you happen to see anyone else leave or come in today? I know the mayor came and went, but was there anybody else?" After recieving an answer from Thomas, Wrey was getting a little curious about his response. There was two others, one of which he didnt know. "And he said his name was Doctor Broach? Interesting..." But when Wrey heard the second name, the one who left the gates, he began to get a little annoyed. "You let an 18 year old girl out there alone?! What the hell were you thinking, man!?" Wrey left the gate with an annoyed expression, this made matters a little more complicated. Marc was gonna have a fun time getting that iPod of his, thats for sure.

Jogging now, Marc had been heading in the direction of the gate where she was last seen. Marc let out a soft breath as he caught his breath somewhat, before jogging once more. Turning the corner he ended up slamming into someone, it had been Wrey. A loud grunt and then Marc dropping onto his rear made Marc curse somewhat. Marc shook his head and looked to Wrey before jumping back to his feet.
"Sorry about that bud', I heard the girl came this way so I thought I'd be able to catch her before sundown."
He dusted himself off and helped Wrey up after they ran into each other. Blinking somewhat, Marc had noticed the other man's facial expression as irritated out of his mind. Marc decided to ask first,
"What's up man? You seem ticked off out of your mind."

The man at the checkpoint hollered back, appologising for what happened. It wasnt all his fault, there was more to the story, either of them just didnt realize the situation that was right under their noses. "So, first the doctor passed through, and then the girl not long afterward? You just assumed they were together, is that what she told you?" When the man responded with a yes, Wreys mind was opened up with more questions. There was something going on here, they just had to figure it all out. The gate opened up, and Wrey moved on through, walking toward his truck to wait for Marc.
While Wrey was moving toward the vehicle, Marc had showed up. Wrey was very much annoyed that the checkpoint guard would let a little girl out at this time in the evening, that was unless she was with somebody else. Thats when it hit him. The doctor had left, and the girl had followed after him for one reason or another. Wrey had the feeling things were going to be a little harder then he previously thought. Turning his attention toward Marc, who had asked him what was going on, he spoke out. "Marc, I dont think were the only ones going to check out the DeWolfes Estate tonight... Turns out that girl and a doctor had went there themselves, or at least from what I could gather. We should head out, you all ready for this?"
