[Jamie and Kyle enter Jackson's Theatre from 12th Armstrong Street]
As the door slammed shut behind them, the group was plunged into darkness for just a few minutes... until their eyes dilated enough to see. Kyle pulled his flashlight out and held it in one hand, looking around at the lobby of the now deserted theatre. When nothing jumped out at him, he laid it on the counter of the ticket booth and began to load his shotgun, replacing the 2 shells he had just spent. That left him with a full load plus 6 more… 14 shots in all, plus his side arm.
“Well”, he said looking at the shop owners and then at Jamie. “We can either stay here and ride it out, or explore. There might be some food here… or more of those things.”
As he looked at each of them, he took stock of the weapons they had. Between the two of them, they had 2 shotguns, a revovler and 2 beretta 9mm. Plus just a handful of extra ammo. He wished that they were anywhere else, say, the armory back at the precinct.
Down the corridor that led to the theaters, a loud sob and a moan could be heard…
"Damn it!"

[Moving on as Redfield Fanboi flew the coup]
"Get behind me!" urged Kyle and he pointed his shotgun down the hallway that led to the movie theater rooms. At first it was just shadow, but then that shadow moved. As they came closer, Kyle saw, to his horror, that it was packed wall to wall with the undead. Now, over 100 people were staggering towards him. He shot out of reflex at the first one and that unfortunate target had his head explode... but many more filled in the place left by his body.
Kyle started backing up. Then he just turn and ran with the others, anywhere... even back out into the streets was better than here. Kyle put his shoulder into the door and pushed it open. Behind him he could hear the shots of coming from the shop owners who were very well close to panicking.
"Save your ammo", Kyle said. "We'll need it later when it matters. We can get back to my car and try to find a safer spot to stay until this blows over the military shows up."
Safer spot, yeah right, thought Kyle. Only a space station orbiting the moon would be safer. But they had to try. Holding the door open for the others, he shut it and then picked up one of the brass poles that helped rope off the area and wedges it under the door handle. It wouldn't hold long, but he'd take any help they could get at this point.
"My car is just around the corner." If it is still there, he thought grimly.
