Yeah. When those story intersections come up it usually tries to find other players to fill in the other 2 characters during the fight. Right now I'm just playing it split screen with a friend who's staying at my place.
Capcom have been releasing updates though, so I think they're well aware of the release. Maybe JB hifi are going to have their s*** kicked in.

Does anyone else have this game yet? It's been out for, like, a year now.

Does anyone else have this game yet? It's been out for, like, a year now. I got it for my 360, and finished it playing as Helena.. Now I'm playing it again with Chris. I actually liked it, only thing that bugged me was in my opinion, I thought it was just a bit short. I don't know about anyone else, but it seemed like i finished it to quickly. But the good thing about it is, you can choose between multiple characters and play through different stories. Its fun to play alone, but more fun with friends

Each scenario may be short, when combined the game is much longer. After looking at the cinema timeline you can see it's really all sort of one connected, fluid story.

Yeah, im still tryna get my hands on a copy, actually. But with the release of Assassins Creed 3, and Hitman Absolution in a few days, not quite sure if RE6 will be on the list just yet. Im still killing zombies in Black Ops 2.
But what people told me about RE6 was a lie, the game is fine in my eyes. I really need to stop listening to people when it comes to games, dont know why I figured this to be an exception. Ill get it as soon as I can.

I know you have this overshield for horrible gameplay, dood. Yet I don't see how you, or anyone else, can possibly enjoy a majority of the QTEs that show up in the game. Just as the good bits helps the game crawl out of its hole, the dastardly cinematic QTE AB+XY stick spin waggle moments drag it straight back down.

While the game does have some good setpieces, am I the only one that notices stuff seemingly from other games?
So far I see Resistance, Prototype, Ninja Blade, Dead Nation and Left 4 Dead. A few others but I'd have to double check next time I play.

Lmfao, QTE are pretty stupid, but theyre hitting buttons. Im good at hitting buttons, so I cant complain. In the old days, when you had a zombie on you, you could just mash random buttons and it would push it away. Now, you have to hit certain buttons, giving it more work to fend off that enemy. Makes sense to be prepared for each encounter, and knowing which buttons to hit is sort of like you know how to get out of a certain situation quickly and effeciently.
But all in all, QTEs are bulls***. Enough said. But I dont let those alone sway my judgement on a game. Unless its track and field on the NES. That game was all QTEs. Literally.

These QTEs will seriously mess you up, bro. mashing all buttons at once back in the original RE made sense because it was like OMGGOTGRABBEDPANICATTACK.
When these QTEs happen there's no warning to their precise time. When it appears you need to be doing the action already otherwise you simply won't have enough time to pull it off. You know in RE5 when you hit a button to dodge the gators? There would be a moment of grace for you to register the button and hit it, yeah? Well imagine if as soon as the prompt came on screen the gator leaps out and gobbles you up. That's RE6's QTEs.

Ive been getting DLC things come out for that game all the time. Theres like 9 more merc stages on the marketplace right now, wouldnt surprise me if they release a bunch more DLC with some cool stuff. Im still waiting for a copy at walmart. Our walmart is terrible. If you dont get a game on release, your pretty much boned.

It's that time again, folks. Someone connected with Resident Evil in some way says something we all want to hear. A reboot might be on the cards. Something similar was said after RE5, but they didn't exactly go through with that. This sounds a little more official. The thing that strikes me is how much the guy in this interview says taking Resident Evil open world, like it was just a thing they were going to do anyway and everyone knows about it. www.destructoid.com/resident-evil-may-get-the-reboot-treatment-243676.phtml
