Blargh, I didn't take it as an attack. XD I was just mentioning that there were different hospitals and the hospital in Raccoon is more or less a smaller hospital that is more like a clinic rather than an actual hospital.
***EDIT***
I went and fleshed out the hospital more. Uhhh alot more. XD I got carried away, I'm sorry.

Sort of alarmed you bumped everything so that it goes from ground floor to top floor in proper order. I can't imagine the trauma you might go through once RPs start in there and everything gets jumbled about.
Having said that, I'm pretty sure Rooftop doesn't come directly after B1F.

J's Bar (Downtown) J's Bar is a small, humble tavern, located on a corner right off of Jack Street. The bar was established by a man known as 'J', though not many people actually know him, as he does not actually work in the establishment. Two glass double doors lead into the main area, where a bar counter wraps around the center of the room. Tables line everywhere inside building, save for the doorway area, and the area in front of the two large windows in front. The establishment was attacked on the night of the outbreak, and most, if not all staff are presumed dead.

Raccoon Press:[/i][/u] (East Side)
The home of Raccoon City's very own newspaper, where the press make themselves comfortable, is a two-story building on Warren Street. It's located adjacent to a restaurant popular to the residents of Raccoon City, and is directly across from a local gas station and convenience store. A simple wooden door with window paneling leads into the lobby, which is filled with two or three vending machines, a small lounge, and a television. Either of the two staircases on the back wall lead up to the second floor, where each reporter had their own office. The building was not in use on the night of the outbreak, and remained locked up tight until looters broke and entered.

Raccoon City Boutique:[/i][/u] (Downtown)
The Raccoon City Boutique is a small shopping outlet where the fashionable women of Raccoon City go to purchase a wide variety of clothing and jewelry. A wooden door, centered between two large, rectangular windows leads into the boutique. The front desk is immediately inside, where the cash register is kept, and where the employee on duty stands. Display cases beneath the counter show off several pieces of jewelry, each fitted with beautiful gemstones. Toward the left side of the shop, several racks with clothing of all kinds are displayed, as well as a wide variety of shoes. There are six dressing rooms in total, each located toward the back of the shop.
Cafe 13:[/i][/u] (East Side)
Cafe 13 is a long-time favorite of the hard-working residents of Raccoon City, who are known to stop in every morning for a hot cup of java, and the occasional donut. Located on a street corner, the front entrance is right on the sidewalk, and the parking lot is around back. The cafe is heavily decorated with fancy wallpapers, fancy furniture, and expensive centerpieces. The front desk is located toward the back, near the entrance to the kitchen. Several tables are placed around the room, and six booths are near the windows. The cafe can seat just under thirty people at any given time, though not often did it get quite that busy.
Shady Cabin:[/i][/u] (Arklay Region)
In the deeply-forested hills outside Raccoon City, a twisted road winds up the hillside. A small dirt trail, with barely enough room for a small car to drive down, branches off of the main road. The trail leads to a single, solitary cabin. The house has no windows, save for the small one out front by the main entrance, covered by drapes and shutters. A sturdy wooden front door leads into the main living area of the cabin, which in turn leads to a single bedroom, a bath room, a kitchen, and a back room. In the back room, a floor hatch leads to the basement, where the previous resident had commited suicide with his shotgun on the night of the outbreak. Spatters of blood cover the back wall, a small section of the concrete floor, the washing machines, and the water heater.

The Abandoned Hospital: (Arklay Region)
This hospital had been lost, abandoned so many years prior to the outbreak, shrouded in a thick fog somewhere in the Arklay Mountains. Those who've ventured out into the wilderness to survive a night and disprove the Ghost Theories never return. The rickety bridge that leads across the cliffs seems barely stable, but it's not the fall that should worry those who venture out this far. Only one question remains to those who venture out this far... Are the faint sounds of footsteps, those of survivors? Or is something more sinister lurking about?

I actually wanted to make that one as well, it'd be nostalgic and different considering most of it's enemies are plant B.O.Ws .

Umbrella Laboratories EDIT!Main Atrium floorIt's a small soothing floor with music playing on the PA and a welcoming feeling, emphasis one the "Welcoming". This was the last stand for the employees in the area but now it is just a feeding ground for those who happen to stray about within the the vicinity. After it had fell to the infected, it became the hunting grounds for overly large insects. Those who get trapped by there snared or stagger about is bound to be meal. L-1 Research AreaA place were scientist go about there life's work for the company. Few try to smuggle whatever information they could pull out on file day on of the outbreak, until USS took care of the problem. There isn't much information that can be pulled out, other then the nature of scientist's work. What's left of the area now cluttered desks, guts, and remains who once use to work for Umbrella's payroll. L-2 Bio-EngineeringThe Brains of the company work in Bio-Engineering makings Umbrella's B.O.W.s not just smarter, but deadlier. Day three of the outbreak, UBCS secured this area for any B.O.W. to assist them in there rescue of civilians, but it had back fired on them and thus leaving them dismembered. These employees choose what animal should be tested and what it's purpose should serve for the company. L-3 B.O.W.s AreaNot only do B.O.W.s get processed, but they are also studied closely with the comfort of Security at standby at the ready. When management was in a panic, there primary objective was to collect combat data for each B.O.W.s. within those final moments that the city was in a up roar, Management activated there Organic weapons, and started there killing spree for the survivors trapped in the building. L-4 Security Area Only Umbrella Security Service live in the Lab's Security level, always monitoring, always listening and always ready to do what's necessary. The armory is well stocked and full of ammunition, and the best equipment that only the SEALs wish they had the chance to use. The USS had left the Lab ahead of time before the hordes of the dead storming the East side of Raccoon City during the rioting in main street. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I hope that's fine for East Side Board. I'll try to spit ball with the disposal sub-board

Gonna need to add s'more description than that. I'll get to it tonight though, Sol. I kinda figured. I was never good at adding more description. I fix the description, but I gotta go back and fix the main level again because that's still not enough. But thank you N/A. I'm in no rush so take you're time if you need too. I got all the time in the world.
