The explosion was a good indication that they were finished their business, although not part of the plan. Any explosion would evidently mean the rest of the team had came into contact with something larger, but through the scope, Alaska seen nothing out of the norm. Nor did they need backup, so all was well on their end. As Jericho had left the rooftop, he took the opporunity to move back inside, and finally swing open the door to the room where the teenage girl has been. Instantly, a chair came from across the room, hitting him in the shoulder, and almost knocking him to the ground. Raising his sidearm toward the girl, Alaska spoke out in a now angered voice. "Stop it, im not going to hurt you. I need to leave, I cant be seen with you, and I cant stay here and protect you. My team needs me."
The girl looked puzzled, and a little scared at the same time. She was almost certain that he would come back and kill her, he didnt look like one of the good guys. But it was then that the man with blond hair reached into his pocket, and pulled out an earpiece. After he pushed a few buttons on she snatched it from him, and spoke out in a more sincere voice, and it seemed a little more trusting than before. "Spare radio. Ill contact you as soon as im able to call in an extraction for you. The frequency is already programmed in, dont touch it. Okay? Stay here until I contact you. If you follow me, im not sure if ill be able to protect you." With that, Alaska walked past the girl, and then pushed himself out into the hallway. Before hitting the stairs, the girl rushed back out, and spoke to him. "Thank you..." Pausing for a moment, he let out a silent sigh of relief, and than continued to meet up with his Unit.
Though he was a bit late showing up, Alaska regrouped with Jericho and the others. He wasnt entirely sure what the next course of action was, but his goal was to assist the team however he was able to, and to make sure their specific mission was successful, whatever it happen to entitle. He had already failed as eliminating any and all survivors, but he needed the girl to live, for his own personal reasons. It was a moral choice, she could be more useful to his mission he even realized. The only thing left to do now was wait until daylight before calling Halbred, and sending him in to pick her up. Without seeming to distant, however, Alaska spoke directly to his unit as a whole. "Whats the plan now...?"
