With sunlight completely neutralized the various other sources of artificial illumination came to life; mild cloud cover reflected the glow of the burning inferno further in the centre of the city, spotlights from aerial units cut through the mist tracking whatever target was most important, bursts here and there from Molotov cocktails the next block over. Raccoon City would become more hostile at night, and the thought of trying to take off in a plane in this condition let alone land in it wasn't the most pleasant thought for the evening.
Ashleigh crossed her arms, 'It sure beat the hell out of landing on a dirt strip half the width of the plane you're flying in though.' another string of problems formed in her head, that of the military; Rhys would send down the info of a cargo carrier, they'd be expecting supplies and the like, so when it came to a single Camaro rolling up the cargo bay door and instant take off then bullets were likely to fly. Typical days work, for Ash; she'd leave that part out for Thomas though otherwise they'd likely never make it into the airport.
Shouting and more glows of orange moved around down the end of the street, it sounded as if the commotion was moving in their direction; a crowd of angry towns people and what have you collecting flammable objects and venting their anger on the slow undead carrion. It would be smart to move before they decided they wanted to light up the gas station with whatever potential fuel might be left, "We ready to go?" Ash asked, leaning against the top of Metal Wave and poking her head in; Thomas had been indulging in his tech at the time so the Gunslinger took it upon herself to hop in without any further invitation, "Airport isn't too far from here, just follow the road we came in on out and head South the rest of the ways," she capped the lid in her bottle of V and slid it into her cargo pocket, saved for the flight.

The drive to the city was like walking back down on memory lane. Rangers doing there best to drive the walkers out, piling dead bodies of lickers in one alley and burning them while others took them to study. but life proceeded to be normal, If anyone would disagree with her. The way she sees it was, They couldn't control an outbreak with mass infections, the best they could do is contain it the best they could make safe zones here and hot zones there. Apparently the Zoo was re-modified to cage in zombie and other mutants and animal and called it land of the dead exhibit. If she had a kid, should of said told her child that this planet is filled with crazy people, don't trust them.
Having to shake the feeling about this world and everything heading down hill slightly with the global outbreaks, she turned the radio on to 933.3 Raccoons rock station then mad her turn on Warren Street and passed seven blocks and made a right at the Gas Station. She turned off her jeep and head in she stood at the counter and waited for the man to get done whatever he was doing. he walked over finally. "How may I help you?" she pulled out a twenty and handed the to the clerk. "twenty on pump three, please" she looked around and notice a jerry can. it wasn't much to pay for but she could use it very much, for her trip to Vegas to see her brother Drake. she hadn't seem for many years, and was probably worried sick. "I'll buy that can over there, and give you 10 for the gas." the clerk looked over at the jerry can then nodded. from the looks of things, he didn't like his job all too well. She took out her wallet and pulled a ten and waited for the guy to put in a few numbers. "$26.68" he said shortly. she gave the man the ten and a 27 dollars with a twenty dollar bill, a five dollar bill and two ones."Keep the change, i won't need it."
she walked out of the gas station and went about her business with filling her jeep up. she heard beeping in her pockets. She pulled out her iPhone and it read 11:00 am, it was almost time to take her medication after she got done filling her jeep, she filled the jerry can then place the pump gun back in the pump. she went around the back opening the trunk, she snugged the Jerry can in the back with the rest of her stuff. She went for the top pouch of her SHTF (Sh*t Hits The Fan) bag and pulled out a bottle of blue capsules. She opened the pill taking only one out and closing her bottle up then putting back. Placed the pill in her mouth, swallowing it down. She Got back in her car then drove off. She had to get to Vegas as soon as she could to see her brother.

[ Deckard arrived at the Gas Station]
Deckard entered the gas station through the front door.
Ding ding!
Casually walking through the aisles, he held his handgun tightly. After clearing the snack department he stepped up to the front counter, peering his head over it to see if anyone was hiding behind it.
Nothing.
The man then began another sweep of the store, checking the ceiling for anything suspcious or useful, like a maintenance ladder perhaps.
[Crowley arrived at the gas station]
Crowley had emerged from the back of the station, her rifle in her hands. "Back of the station is cleared, Sir. Orders?" she asked.
"Radio Li for pickup, then set up a perimeter," Deckard said pulling up a chair to the front window. He set himself a nice little nest to surprise any B.O.W that gets nosy.
"Yes sir," she replied, walking out toward the back of the station.
Deckard raised his rifle and propped himself up against the building wall. "Be careful when your outside," he cautioned.

Crowley nodded at the Supervisor before leaving out the back. She'd taken another look around, seeing the backside of the gast station fenced in with firmly locked gate she hopped over earlier. On the building itself, there'd been a short ladder leading to the rooftop, which was perfect.
"Li, this is Crowley, do you copy?" she asked.
After a short while, there'd been a response. "This is Li, Allison, where are you? You weren't in City Hall," he asked, a little concerned.
Crowley grimaced, gripping at her injured thigh, the pain killers she'd taken began to wear off. "I'm fine, I'm with Deckard in the Gas Station around the Transportation Hub. Can you evac us?" she asked.
"I'm in the area, but I'm carrying Team Groundwater to their next rendevous. After that, I've been called in to retrieve Dr. Yelena's daughter from Shamrock downtown," he informed his friend.
Crowley shook her head, gripping the bridge of her nose tightly.
"If you can hold out for a couple of hours, I'll get straight to you and Deckard. Get some rest," Li told her. Crowley nodded a bit.
"Alright. Crowley out."
With that said, the soldier wandered back into the gas station to inform Deckard of their status. She'd closed the door shut behind her, looking over to see there'd been boxes of motor oil and various car supplies as she'd passed on by.
"Li's been sent to carry Groundwater to another rendevous point and then he has to secure Dr. Yelena's daughter, he said he'd come for us within a few hours," she told him.

"Secure the roof and scan for hostiles then. We don't want Mr. Li to evac a pair of corpses do we?" Deckard said, focusing on his work. Crowley did a 180 and immediately limped on back to the outside of the station. "No sir," she said as she'd exited the station again. ============================================================================== Day 3 2:09 A.M. The radio began to ping and the sound of whirring blades and engine had echoed off in the distance. Crowley, whom was obviously drowsy had piped up. "Li's... on his way...sir..." she grumbled out. "Good, I'm on my way up," Deckard said with his usual tone. As he ascended the ladder and greet Crowley he helped her up to her feet. "Up and at 'em Allision, you'll have plenty of time to rest once we're out of here." Deckard drew up his binoculars and said out loud, "Nice of you to join us Mr. Li," as he gazed at the incoming helicopter. . . . . Over the whir of the rotor it was impossible to make out any of the dire noises heard on the ground below. "Command gave us standby instructions, so we're pulling out until the mission updates," Deckard informed his pilot as Crowley got into the co-pilot seat. "Affirmative, wait I've got a message from them right now," Li said, as he flipped a switch on his headset to relay the message through the chopper's comm speakers. "Firefly Air Two, this is Umbrella Air Command, confirm your flight path, over.""This is Firefly Air Two, Umbrella Air Command, we are en route to the Stoneville rendevous point to await further orders, over." "Negative, orders are to standby and await further instructions."Deckard retreated to the rear of the chopper when he heard something on his comm channel. Click.
"Ground team Firestarter, a rogue bird is attempting to flee the city. It is carrying sensitve intel, you are to bring that chopper down at all costs." "Li! Get off the comm and get us out of the air!" Deckard shouted, rushing to the front of the chopper. "Yes sir, may I ask why-" "They're gonna-" [Crowley, Deckard and Li have been shot down over Raccoon City]
