Giddeon placed the glasses aside and turned to face Jay. Touching her chin with his finger he lifted her head up to face him. "Don't let those thoughts even enter your mind now. I just want to forget about everything tonight and just concentrate on you.." He said rubbing her arm. He then laughed slightly. "Anyways, it was kinda exciting, you taking charge like that." He said nudging her trying to get her to cheer up. After seeing she was crying he lifted up his hand and wiped the tears away.
"No, now we don't need any of that. Tonight we have fun and enjoy ourselves. We forget about the past, the world is now just full of opportunity." He then listened to the music and soon stood up holding on to Jays hands. "Well, if you're going to think of the past why not it be a happy memory?" He then pulled Jay off the couch and embraced her closely. Then, with the slow beat of the music he began to sway and dance with her. "Remember that night? How great it was?" He then sidestepped across the room and twirled Jay around. "I still remember how beautiful you looked in your dress. You were so nervous and shy." He then smiled wide as he guided her around the table.
"It's a shame I can't see you in dresses more often. Maybe we can go to a dinner club this week and I can blackmail you into wearing one again. Though I doubt the old one will fit you anymore." He then let out a sigh and stopped for a moment to look deep into her eyes. "Stop thinking and just feel."
