"So you didn't know? Well the subject may not be dead but look at him!" Ivan exclaim pointing at the mutilated man. The body flailed with it's one arm on the floor. The strength and force that it swung it's arm with caused the body to roll back and forth. Ivan got up with a few grunts of pain and grabbed what was left of the body. As he tried to pick it up by it's hair, the large clump of hair fell off in Ivan's hand. So he grabbed it by the back of it's neck and dropped it into the cage.
Ivan then went around and grabbed the headless body and the bag of body parts and dumped them into the cage. He then went back and plopped himself into a chair that resembles that of a dentist office chair in the lab. He dabbed at the gun shot wounds on his chest before ushering the Doctor over to him.

While Splain had been putting all of his operating tools back into proper order, he could hear the squishing of the gore falling into the cage. Aside from that, the now nulled out screams coming from the limbless monster filled the hall, but as the door closed, everything went silent. Ivan had motioned for The Doctor to come over and help him, but the truth was, he wouldnt be of much help at all. "You do know zat im nut actually a doctor, dont chu? Ze last time I tried taking bullets out of somebody, I used my mouth. Ohh how I like to drink up the pain and suffering of another individual. Extraordinary..."
But as The Doctor spoke, he sat down on the blood table, not really caring if his robes got all full of blood. Their whole plan had pretty much gone down the drain, but the test subject was still in the mutation stage. There was time for him still, maybe it would grow its own arms and legs overnight. It was really hard to tell what would happy, every subject has a different reaction to the viral mixture he injected. "We shant give up, Ivan... Not yet. Ze American is only an information collector, I know zis vell enough now. His name is Louis Johnson, ive met him before in Raccoon City, in my lab under the Clock Tower. Lets say we leave Germany tomorrow, take Shtumpy whish us, ya? I have critical research to do on a subject much like yourself, my phone is tracking his everyone move. This one is newly turned, too, so unpredictable..."

Another super human like Ivan? How could this be? Ivan was genuine, having gone through multiple procedures starting back in WWII. Ivan used his own fingers to pull out the bullets in his chest and abdomen. He stood up in front of the Doctor to pull the other three out of his back. The pain was nothing compared to the initial penetration of his flesh by the bullet.
"Another one like me? How?" Ivan asked the Doctor once he was done removing the bullets. "And where are we heading with 'Stumpy'?" He asked curiously, knowing he would have to call a few favors to get a plane or helicopter out of Germany. If the American followed him, Ivan would tear him apart and when the man begged for mercy and gave his boss up, Ivan would show no mercy to him.

When The Doctor had been telling Ivan about the new superhuman like himself, the fury in his eyes lit up like a alcoholic who ran out of scotch. It was fairly good to be in Ivans good side, for the simple fact that he was a very powerful man, and could easily kill him in the blink of an eye if he really wanted to. But this didnt scare The Doctor, because he knew that there was much benifiet. If they could back to his lab in Raccoon City, Splain could give him a booster shot for the negative effects of the virus. However, the thought of mind was the other superhuman, Ivan had been curious about him, and they needed to get moving. "Jusht grab shtumpy, and we talk on ze surface. You have your contact send us a chopper, and I vell exshplain to you Mister Griffin..."
Opening the main warehouse doors, the sunlight shown out from the clouds, creating almost a peaceful day. Splain taken off his jacket, and folded it up, laying it on the hood of the van. Turning to face Ivan, who lay the caged monster onto the ground, The Doctor told him of the seconds Superhuman hes known. "Hes a South American born child soldier, grew up on the battlefield. His power is limitless, but he just doesnt know how to control it... The virus seems to take over him brain, and theres no stopping him once that happens. Ive seen him kill two of his only friends because he couldnt control himself, he needs the bloodshed for a whole other reason than I need it. Blood isnt his fancy, its his requirement. The Apache training makes him particularily deadly, whether he had the virus to boost his ability or not. I tend to stay away from him, we will get me killed, especially if he finds out I planted a tracing device into him during out last encounter..."

Ivan grabbed Stumpy and flipped open his cell phone. He said two words in Russian before closing it. The helicopter would arrive shortly, allowing Ivan to understand everything fully. He wasn't sure if the other super human was exactly like him or if he was different. He knew nothing could stop him, not even another super human.
"So is he like me, or different?" He asked trying to understand his possible rival. "And am I to kill him or are we turning him to our cause?" He wanted to know all actions and information so he could be affective in the battlefield.

"...You wont be able to kill him, the more likely scenario is youll kill eachother or he'll find a way to overpower you. We may not be able to ask if hes willing to help our cause, as he has main affiliation with the BSAA. However..." This is the part where Splain had been thinking a little too much about. He was man of science, not some street thug, or even a professional criminal. An accomplishment like this would take a little more thought, would be much easier if they blended in first, and in that case, telling Ivan would change the cards on the table. "...No, we cant do that, much too violent. Killing is only justifiable when your own life is in danger, anything short of that would be against my own morals. But on the other hand..."
Again, the Doctor thought about his own plan, quickly moving around thoughts. He knew that Ivan would start to question him if he didnt start thinking out loud, so Splain just pulled out the photograph of the red headed woman, and then handed it over to the Russian. "We need to find this woman, but the only problem is, shes always with that monster. She helps run a checkpoint for survivors not far outside of Raccoon City, the place it heavily guarded by plenty of soldiers, even the BSAA supports them. Finding her will be impossible unless we get there, and blend in with the crowd. Her and Arcian are bound to return sooner or later, we strike when the time is right..."

The massive Russian looked down at the German man in disgust. How could he say that the other man could kill him or they both kill each other? Ivan glared at the German, having dropped Stumpy now and angrily said "Overpower me? Your filthy words would have had others killed with only my right hand in the slowest painful way imaginable. Remember Splain, if you were not so important to me as I am to you, I would kill you for that remark." Ivan warned Splain before continuing "Do you have any idea how many Nazi soldiers I killed long before I was as powerful as I am today? In Stalingrad alone, I killed nearly five hundred of the Reich's men. Not with a sniper's rifle either like most of my brothers were doing, but with my bare hands, a hatchet my father used to use for cutting wood, and a machine gun. Tanks were no match for me either, and they fell just like the soldiers driving them.
"In Vietnam, I killed nearly a thousand men; my own men, American, NVA, and Southern Vietnamese all fell before my hand. Carnage ran through my blood. Then I was blessed with my full potential and no man can stop me. No matter how strong." He said the last sentence with much force, letting Splain know how serious he actually was.
"If this plan doesn't work Splain, I will kill everyone. No exceptions. This Griffin man, the woman, the American pig. Everyone." Ivan made one final warning. He did not care how valuable any of these people were to Splain.

While the large Russian ranted on about him being superior, The Doctor had taken out a piece of paper form the van, and began to scribble down notes. He wasnt interested in Ivans war stories, nor how many people hes killed, but the plan had quickly changed now that he knew exactly how much anger was built up inside of him. There was no science in cold blooded killing, and there was nothing more left to experimentation. At this point, it was clear to Splain that Ivan did indeed have a rival, and the only way to see which one was more power was to have them combat eachother. The problem was that Ivan didnt understand there were other superhumans out there, younger ones, who are much more powerful than he can give them credit for. The only way to balance out the fight would be to put lives at stake, then it would show which of the two were stronger.
Folding up the piece of paper, The Doctor looked at Ivan, and when he was finished, spoke to him. "Are you finished? Good. Take this, and when your helicopter arrives, take it to Location A. Then, I need you to prepare yourself, and meet me at Location B. Location B is where you will fight, a safe zone inside of Stoneville, plenty of weak mortals for you to kill. Kill them all, if you wish, I dont care what so ever. After thats done, you can meet me at Location C, if your still alive, that is..." Without giving away anymore warning, Splain gotten into the van, and then turned on the engine. But before leaving the warehouse on his own, The Doctor spoke to Ivan, leaving him with one last warning. "You man have the strength of a god, but the only ones who truly believe that are people who believe they are superior. It doesnt mean you will come out as the strongest, because there are people out there who will prove you wrong. Having faith in the gods doesnt apply any longer, not when weve played the game for this long... That will be your greatest downfall, Ivan..."

Ivan was left standing in the dust of the van with only the note in his hand. He read through it and knew what he was going to do before he arrived in America. He knew he had followers in the criminal world and they would join his caused on top of the fact that many people owed Ivan unclaimed favors. He opened his phone and made some orders in Russian. A helicopter was sent his way before the phone call ended. He made another call, this time ordering a place to stay near Raccoon City. The helicopter arrived a few minutes after Ivan had agreed upon a price for the place.
Ivan stepped onto the helicopter and gave orders on where to go. Location B on the note was his first checkpoint. He had to go thee before he could go to Raccoon City. He knew the other super human would hear and notice Ivan's activity, especially if it had to do with destroying thee area and survivor life in the area. Ivan wasn't sure of the Doctor's plans quite yet, but he knew he was going to kill.
