Andreya looked up as the door busted open. Fear completely evident in her eyes. When she had come to America it was toward the end of the viral outbreak. Ireland had been the lucky one as to not be affected with it. Her father on the other hand had kept her clear of the TV so she didn't know what all went on, and even when she arrived she didn't know the truth behind anything. She looked down to the vial, before she pored the last of the liquid in it. She stuffed her books away, and put on her back pack. Andreya put a cork on the vial, and shook it up.
She reached for the man who called himself Louis, and pulled him back, before tossing the vial at the creature. The glass shattered in it's face causing it to cry out in a deathly cry. It reached up as the acid began to eat away at it's flesh. As the creature fell to the ground, she grabbed Louis by the arm, and ran out of the man building. "N- no r- real safe place," she said as she ran to the dorms. "E- everyone either in at t- the part or g- gone for the w- weekend. S- so dorms," she spoke her Irish accent coming threw her stutter down. She lead him down the path and into the building where she secured the door. She then lead him up to the third story, and to her room. She shut the door. "W- why d- did you come?" she asked as she turned around panting heavily. She bit her lip as she felt the tightness in her chest, and tried to push it away.

Louis just started at the undead, as the mixture the woman through at its face totally desintigrated the skin. He had never wouldve guessed that this woman wouldve been brave enough to pull it off, but it wasnt the time to wonder how. Before he even turned around, the woman led him through the building, and up onto the third floor, into what he assumed was her room. Louis knew she had the door tightly locked, but still paid close attention to the frame. It looked like it would hold well, but he still watched the door. She had asked what he was doing here, but he didnt know what to say. He wouldve liked to try his humor side, and he tried to at least fit in. "Lets just hope curiousity doesnt kill this cat..."
Louis kind of chuckled, but knew it wasnt the right time for jokes. Looking back at his gun, which was still in his hand, he quickly put it away. It would seem very out of place for a random man to waltz inside of a University packing heat. But he never knew when is job would come into effect, whenever he got that call. But he sat down against the wall of the girls room, and finally answered her question. "My name is Louis Johnson... And im a surviver of Raccoon City. I thought this was all over, so when I heard about strange muderers, I had to check it out for myself..." It was his time to give some answers, it was only right. As much as hed like to take lead of the situation, he wasnt in the position to do so.
Louis watched at the girl say down on the bed, looking even more nervous then before. He stood up, and then sat down on the bed beside her, trying to seem too okward. "Dont worry... I wont let those things near us... Now, do you have anywhere you can go? Any family?" Louis felt somehow responsible for the saftey of the girl, but he just happen to be in the wrong place at the right time. He wondered if they should be getting the other students out of the building, or if staying inside was better. But he didnt know his way around, so it would be the woman who would be leading him. "...Whats your name?"

Heavy metal music leaked from a set of headphones and a mop made a squeaky sound as it maqde wet passes over the hard floors of the gymnasium. A large boy named Mikey was at the handle, silently wondering how he had gotten stuck mopping the fu*king floor's this late at night. He was missing the best party in the fu*king school right now. That was how lame this campus was. A party for some Dean or whatever he was was the best party going on.
He dipped the mop in the dirty water and took a look into the bucket, sighing when it dug at him about using dirty water to mop. He used the mop handle to push the bucket to the janitors closet and dumped the bucket into the sink on the ground. He put the hose into the bucket, along with some powdered soap, and filled it.
"Man...I'm gonna kill Carl..." He muttered, speaking of the head janitor who had stuck him here this late at night. He pushed it back into the hall and started walking toward the gym when he saw a shadow in the moonlight. He took the earbuds from his ears and looked at the source of the shadow. A figure was stumbling around. Probably a drunk who had wandered from the party.
"Hey, as*clown. Your puke on my floor, I'll kill ya. Now, take your wino a*s back to the party, and I wont have to stick my size 13 up it. Ya?" He said, raising his voice to be heard over the distance. The figure looked over at him, and came toward him. Mikey sighed and pushed the bucket to the side. He walked toward the figure and closed the distance fairly quickly.
"Ok, I asked nicely, now I'm gonna throw you out by your n*t hairs." He said, walking up to the man and grabbing him by the shoulder. It was only then that he saw the milky eyes. The peeling skin. The bared teeth.
Skin tore as the zombie bit Mikey's hand, tearing a good ammount of flesh from the palm. Mikey screamed out in pain and backed away, watching the creature come closer. Memories flashed back to him, bits and peices he had thought were long gone. Now revitalized by what he had just saw.
Thoguths immediately went to his mind, the strongest was the will to survive. That meant a weapon. That meant his backpack... He collected himself enough to run down the hall, to his locker where he fumbled with the lock, trying to remember the combination he had spun four or more times a day for the last year.
"Come on, come on, 17-24-32! NO FU*K! 17-34-22. FU*K! 24-17-32! YES!" He yelled to himself, ripping the now open lock from the door and throwing it to the ground. He glanced at the zombie and saw that it was now a mere 10 or so feet away. He grabbed the one strapped backpack and ripped the front pocket open, reaching in and grabbing the familier peice of metal. He aimed, and in a panick fired four shots. The .357 Magnum rounds hit it dead center in the chest, but it kept coming. He fired two more, and still, it came at him. He slowed his paniced breathing down a bit, and remembered that they had to be hit in the head to die. He lined up the shot, but by this time the zombie was on him.
It pinned him against the locker and tried to bite his neck, but Mikey had at least a hundred pounds on whoever this used to be. He grabbed it with his bad hand and spun, pinning it against the locker and jamming the barrel into its mouth. He fired once and watched the blood splatter the locker.
He backed away in disgust and hit the lockers on the other side of the room, slamming into them and sliding down. He sat on the floor panting, feeling like he had just been running on a treadmill for several hours. His heart was in his throat, and he could barely hear the doors at the end of the halls open and the footsteps come running.

OOC: Zzzzzz Must sleep... Sleepy... posted... bye... night... morning.. what ever Terry smirked, because he had many names. He didn't smile or smirk often, but that was a bit because he always... always had put up a thick outer shell of "Toughness", and he tried to maintain that impression... but this is pretty much one of those situations why he got one of those names... He always tried to act tough but there were those times when he crashed and showed his true self, not that of a bear or lion, but of a teddy bear. I've got many names. My friends call me Teddy, my co workers call me carrot... But My names Terry Parker. What's your---- He was cut off as he started to ask the girls name, distracted by the sudden shout, looking over his shoulder at the closed double doors leading out of the party and right into the next gym next door. The words had echoed loudly through the gym and could be heard muffled through the double door, which was near the buffet table Terry had been sticking back at. Sounded like someone was getting peeved. He glanced between the girl and the doors, and the girl his eyes flickering back adn froth nervously, hearing it... it sounded like it was coming to a fight. The soft side of him, which was dominating him tonight, had him thoroughly distracted by what was going on in the next gym, listening in on it. He was about to say to the girl that it sounded like there was a fight going on back there as he edged around the table to the door, but he was cut off again by the muffled scream of pain...... He didn't hear much more then that, but it alarmed him. He turns finally to the girl and says once he'd finally made up his mind to intervene Sounds like theres a fight going on in there... I'ma try and stop what ever nonsense is going on in there. Can you stay here? He walked towards the door, still showing his soft spot as he didn't want for an answer to the question. It was a party, so he had come here to unwind---and constantly forcing himself to act like a harda** which was something he wasn't got tiring; he showed his true colors as the kind of guy who'd drop an elk with a hunting rifle and not even blink but when it came to humans being hurt he couldn't stand it. When it came to human to human conflict, Terry was a bit of a pacifist. He always was, even before the outbreak, and it was something he'd never been able to shake. He didn't like killing humans and he didn't like humans fighting. He opened the door a crack. At that very moment, the gunshot was heard and it echoed through the adjoined gym, even echoing a bit through the now slightly opened gym door, causing the nearest people to the doors to quiet down.
Terry Parker slipped inside quickly, leaning down as if to tie his shoe, but instead pulling his dependable-always carried trusted Ruger SP-101 concealable revolver, which he always carried with him now. Ever since 4 years ago, the now-seemingly ancient ghost which continued to haunt the world despite it being long gone, Terry packed heat with him. Even at times like this he carried his fully loaded .327 magnum revolver. He started walking forward away from the door, showing a complete lack of training as he aimed his pistol towards the locker room where the shots had come from, barking out as his harda** act took over for a moment
What the F**K are you shooting for!? Drop the gun on the ground and kick it out, then come out with your hands in the air!
His head was pounding, but he was able to take a shot when he was ready for a shot. Quick draws? Nah. But aimed shots? Yeah. He had his gun aimed at the doorway leading out, and if the guy came out guns blazing, he'd shoot him. He could quickly switch and adjust his aim a little to the left or right and fire, taking him down like he was nothing but a wild boar(Pig) who'd picked a fight with the wrong hunter.
He was kind of pulling a cop move here, but truthfully... he hadn't any idea what else to do! He had been walking in to stop a fist fight not a gun fight! This was completely out of his league... all Carpenter long blue jeans n Iron Maiden "a matter of life and death" T-shirt of him was civilian! But....he had gotten his concealed carry permit for a reason, not just for self defense... but defense of any of the people around him. No cops were around... they wouldn't get on the scene for another 10 something minutes, 5 minutes if they were lucky. And somebody needed to handle this... he just.. hoped that he was making the right call here...

Andreya looked up at Louis before looking down at the ground. She was trying to hide it the best she could, but the pain in her chest was growing even harder. Her hands reached for her back pack, but stopped. What would he thing? the question racing threw her mind. what would he think of her if she used her inhaler. He would probably think she was weak and a liability. Something to throw to the wolves in order to go his separate ways, but the pain in her chest . . . her burning lungs, the tightness in her throat. The slow and painful suffocation she was feeling. She couldn't ignore it, or she was dead. Either way it was a lose lose situation . . . well that was if this guy was shady.
She opened her back pack and reached into the side compartment, pulling out a small cylinder and raised it to her mouth. She took as deep a breath from it as she could, and held it for a couple of seconds. An again she took another puff of the medicated air, and once more held it for a few seconds before finally letting it out slowly. The relief wasn't instant, but it was noticeable starting with a soothing feeling to her throat. She put her inhaler back into her back pack. "I- I don't have family," she spoke quietly as she looked toward the floor. "M- my fa- family tried to k- kill me when I r- ran away . . . t- the only person I h- have is Thorton, and h- he's in the military. . . I ha- haven't been able to get a- a hold of him today."
With that said she reached for her cell phone and picked it up. She pushed the speed dial number for Thorton's cell phone and waited for it to pick up. Once more a voice mail came across. By now she had come to realize why he probably hadn't picked up the phone. "T- thorton," she stuttered for her first time toward him. Yet it was a habit with those she wasn't comfortable around. "W- we have problems a- at the University. T- there back . . . a guy name Louis Johnson saved me. P- please call me if your okay," she asked more like pleaded. She gave him Louis' phone number encase there was a reason he couldn't get a hold of her, but she kept her phone close. Mostly for the fact that Thorton had always been her life line weather it was during the outbreak or just in collage life. She looked up at Louis with a weak smile. "W- what now?"

OOC: Sorry, a bit convenient for me, but I didn't want to get left behind or anything.
“I've got many names. My friends call me Teddy, my co workers call me carrot... But My names Terry Parker. What's your----“
Strange. Sara watched Terry curiously, processing what he had just said. He really didn’t seem like someone—or have the name—to be given the nickname “Carrot”. He was a brunette; weren’t people with nicknames like ‘carrot’ and ‘orange’ usually red-headed?
The Teddy nickname made more sense; after all, the guys name was Terry… two letters different … or perhaps one letter, if you counted the ‘R’s’ together. He was about to ask her a question—obviously what her own name was—when the sound came back again; sudden shouts, which though muffled, came across surprisingly clearly.
Sara eyed flickered from Terry to the door and in the pit of the stomach, she could feel her nerves start up. What if things got really bad (i.e. someone got killed), that would be a great end to what had started to be a good night. Terry seemed to be having some mental debate going on inside him, until:
“Sounds like theres a fight going on in there... I'ma try and stop what ever nonsense is going on in there. Can you stay here?”
Sara nodded quickly downing what was left of the vodka she had been given. Sighing, she leant back against the wall, wondering what was going on outside. Probably just a simple fight, things can’t really get that bad… not anymore, she reassured herself nervously.
“Typical boys, don’t you think?” Melissa Ryan—a university student and fashion model—moaned. “At least the scars will be hot, I’m a total sucker for scars,” she confided in a gossipy fashion with Sara. Sara laughed and nodded, too nervous to have a proper conversation; she had been in parties before, and she had seen club-brawls start—sure, they were scary, but she had never got hurt—and yet at the moment, she felt somewhat fearful.
Then the music started up again—this time blaringly loud. Some whiny female singer’s lackluster vocal chords were obviously being stretched to full length. Sara groaned, still holding the wine glass loosely between her fingers. She sucked at the glass rim absentmindedly.
Then—causing a horrible clash with the pop song—the gun shot sounded. Almost abruptly, the music was softened down and people began to murmur about themselves nervously. As Sara had thought; a bad end to a good night—especially if someone got seriously hurt.
“What the F**K are you shooting for!? Drop the gun on the ground and kick it out, then come out with your hands in the air!” Terry’s voice could be hurt from outside. The pop music was now forgotten, a dull murmur amongst all the whispers and groans.
“Maybe we should pull him out of there… and I dunno, lock the door or something?” Melissa spoke out anxiously. A group of people clustered around the radio began to nod in agreement. “It’s a pretty good idea,” one of them commented, “But there’s no way in hell I’m going outside with—well, y`know,” he admitted weakly.
“There’s no way I’m going out either,” Melissa agreed, shrugging. “I mean, 1) I’m a girl, 2) I’m a model and 3) I’m… uh… defenseless.” I can’t believe that Terry dude is just asking for someone who’s armed to give themselves in when he’s unarmed, Sarah thought to herself sarcastically, I swear guys can be so stupid sometimes.
“He hasn’t even gone that far,” Sarah told the others, “and anyway—it’s not like we’re going to get any less hurt than he has. So… let’s just all go out,” Sara shrugged. The fear was starting to wear off and the whole anxiousness the rest were acting seemed sort of fake to her; she doubted there was even any real danger.
Sara walked across the hall and slid through the doors, her slender wrists barring the two doors from closing in on her. As soon as she stepped out, she curled herself in a protective ball; it was quite cold in the adjoining gym. I should have got a coat or something.
Darkness obstructed her vision and Sara struggled to catch sight of Terry. Then a sound of another ricocheting bullet smashed through the atmosphere and, feeling extremely vague, she walked out into the night. As she trod a few metres ahead and realised nobody was following her, she sighed and turned around, facing the hall. “Aren’t any of you coming?” she called out desperately.
The others rejected her plea, laughing out of fear and shaking their heads vigorously; everyone was extremely scared. Sara rolled her eyes and turned away, feeling even more stupid as she tried to look around in darkness that was so thick it was hard to see her own hand. She stumbled a few more steps in the darkness before catching sight of a lanky figure ahead of her.
“There you are,” Sara tried to grin, but she was cold and mindlessly frightened—even though she wasn’t able to tell herself—and overall glad that she had caught up with Terry. “What are you doing?” she ran the distance towards Terry, only to scream as a stream of light from the dim globe above flickered above them and directly on the person in front of her.
Except it was no person.
Sara gave a high-pitched screamed and backed away sharply as the zombie staggered after her. Almost instantly, memories came back to her; memories she had long wanted to forget. Just from a few metres of running she could already feel her lungs giving away and the zombie—with it’s wails and groans—seemed not that far behind.
I’m just imaging this… this can’t be real, Sara thought to herself; but she kept on running—further on through the campus—because, down in the recesses of her mind, she knew it was. Eventually, with heaving gasps, she came to a stop. She had run inside a building, she could hear the groaning of the zombie and she whimpered, wheezing and kicking out at it weakly.
She banged against a surface, her hands scrabbling onto it in order to get some idea of her location. Lockers, she realised, I’m in the locker room… I’m— she knocked over something in the darkness and felt herself slam down onto a wall. Pain ran up her and she froze instantly, susceptible to the sensation.
And then—dead tired, confused and disbelieving—she could only count, with bated breaths, as the zombie drew nearer.

Edge of the Party It started out as a prank.
Two students, both guys, were curious at the commotion that was happening at the other side of the room. As they walked towards the crowd, they noticed a lone student who was sitting at the couch, face sitting in his lap.
It was an unusual and funny sight, and both students got inspired by the beer and their wicked sense of humor. They both placed their beer bottles at a table nearby and approached the couch.
One of them readied his digital camera while his friend sat next to the passed out student, his left arm around it's shoulder while his other hand holding a pen, ready to draw a mustache and some black eyes on the guys face. Several students who noticed this began laughing lightly, shaking their heads as they looked on.
Suddenly, Ralph Anderson, former student of RCU sat upright in the couch, no longer human but something else. With one, single and overriding thought dominating its unhuman mind, the next thing that happened came naturally.
Instinctively it grabbed the student that was seated next to it and violently bit the guy's throat before he could react. Blood instantly oozed and sprayed out, the student gurgling futilely as he struggled to get away from its deadly embrace.
Other students who were near this laughed, thinking that this was another joke while others instinctively backed away. The only who knew this wasn't a prank was the student with the camera, who stepped towards them, insulted and a bit confused.
"Hey guys, this isn't funny, I had a sister who I lost in the first Outbreak and-"
The monster, uncaring of this student's feelings and attracted to his voice, stood up from the couch and threw himself on him. The student screamed, eyes wide open as he felt a painful and odd sensation near his throat area.
His scream was intermingled with other screams and everybody backed away. The party was definitely over.[/b][/i]

Louis watched as the girl used her inhaler, but he didnt laugh or judge. Anyone who was quick enough to make a move like back in the lab would be a great asset on his watch. He honestly had nowhere to go himself, his question was answered, the outbreak was definitly happening again. Though this time was quite different, he was a changed man since the last one. Louis quickly opened one of the girls drawers in her room, but then respectfully stopped, and spoke to her. "Gather everything that might come in handy. Food, water, meds, you know what im talking about..." He was pretty confedence she had more then enough room inside her backpack for supplise, because Louis had nothing but ammo and .45.
Louis walked over to the doorway, and pressed his ear against it, listening for any sound of those zombies outside the room. Instantly, two if not four of them began to violent bang on the frame. Quickly stepping backwards, he knew there was only two ways out of here. Through this door, or through the window. Louis rushed to the window, and stared down quite a distance. No offence to the girl, but she wouldnt be able to make the jump on her own, with or without her asthma. But one thing that came to mind was getting closer to the second floor, and then trying the jump. With an assuring look, Louis motioned for the girl to keep silent.
Louis grabbed a blanket from the bed, and ripped it off the top of the matress. Balling it around his arm, and with one strong swing, he smashed out both window panels. "Hold tight, ill come back for you..." Climbing out of the window, he looked at the girl, and then winked before dropping his legs down below. Now hanging from the ledge, Louis rocked back and fourth, gaining his momentum before springing forward. Smashing into the second floor window, he rolled across the floor, gaining his stance back on two feet. With this, he caught his breath, and then left the room to the entrance way. Leaving the building, he skimmed passed three undead, pushing them away from him. Finally reaching the outside below the girl room, Louis yelled up toward the window. "Jump, ill catch you! Just trust me!" This was something he couldnt force upon her, but all he could do was hope she could trust him.

Andreya watched at Louis made his way out of the window. There was no way she could make that jump by herself, for a lot of reasons. She sighed a bit as she pulled her books out and set them on her desk. She then gathered what she could and stuffed them in her back pack. She secured a picture of both her and Thorton taken not to long ago. She sat on her bed even after she heard Louis calling to her. She was wondering if she should leave knowing that Thorton would be coming to look for her, but he hadn't answered any of her messages. What if something bad happened to him. She bit her lip as looked from the door to the window.
She had her cell phone, and she could keep calling him until she got threw. Right now she needed to find a way to get away. The doors wouldn't hold much longer, and she didn't want to become one of those things or even it's meal. She took off the lab coat that she was wearing, and put on her backpack. She pocketed her cell phone making sure she had it just as close as her inhaler. Andryea looked out the window noticing Louis standing there with open arms. Swallowing very hard she had to take a deep breath. Andreya knew that if he missed she was dead . . . she wasn't like others her bones frail and easily broken thanks to a bone disorder. One wrong step could easily break her ankle.
No . . . this was a decision she had to make and quickly. She looked back as the door began to splinter, and flinched each time she heard the pounding. She turned around leaving a quick note for Thorton telling him that she was leaving, and once more giving him Louis' number encase he didn't get her message. Turning back to the window she climbed out of the window just as the door bust open. She slid down to let herself hang watching as the zombies humans gripped at her hands. Andreya cried out as she felt them trying to pull her back into the room, and without thinking she let go of the window seal, and fell. She let out a cry as she felt Louis catch her, and they both fell to the ground.
Andreya laid there for a moment, before she climbed up to her knees. "I- I'm sorry," she spoke lightly as she looked around the barley lite campus. "A- are you okay?" she asked as she helped him to his feet, and brushed off the back of his coat. She looked around again, almost fearful, and waiting for something to jump out at them.

"Heh... I should be asking you the same thing..." Louis wouldve liked to grin, but the evil stare of one of the undead caught his attention. As the creature grabbed onto his jacket collar, he thrusted upward with his knee, knocking the zombie backwards. Then in the same fluent motion, hauled back with momentum, and drilled his fist forward, knocking the corpse to the ground. Just as this happened, he noticed sever more slowely making there way toward his and girls position. "Lets get out of here, now!" Louis had the girl by the wrist as they both ran at a steady pace toward the back of the University, towards the parking lot.
Louis led them both towards his black SUV parked in the guest section of the lot, as he led the girl around to the passenger side. Opening the door, and making sure she got in safely, he slammed it shut, and then jumped in he drivers seat. With disregard for a seatbelt, he took his keys out of pocket, and started the vehicle, speeding away from the University. He hadnt the slightest clue where it would be safe in this city, but the carnage unfolding was blindly seen through out the streets. But he had clue where to go, anywheres but here. Somewheres with big, thick walls. Heavy structure, plenty of space, but not alot of people around. "...How about he go to the Raccoon City Museum? Your call, but I honestly think itll serve us a good holding place for now..."
Louis drove to the east side, towards the Museum. It would be a good time for some recollection, and to formulate a proper plan, while staying off the streets.
[Louis and Andreya are not at the Raccoon City Museum]

Mikey now stood at the first aid box mounted to the wall. He had caught his breath and saw how badly the wound was bleeding on his hand, and knew he had to do something about it. He had looked around for the box, and as soon as he had located it. Ripping the door open, he grabbed the sterile water and used it to rinse the blood away. He then put some antibacterial cream on it and wrapped it up with a long gauze wrap.
He heard Terry yelling from outside, and cacked his neck. He was back to normal now, the calculating side of him to the top. He'd lived through this sh*t once, he'd do it again.
Collecting his gun andreloading it with shells rom his backpack, he put the rest of them in his pocket and holstered the weapon in the clip on holster it had sat in in his bag. Slinging the backpack over his shoulder, he walked to the entrance and yelled out.
"I'm coming out!" He said, before walking out into the hall. It was then that he saw the new zombie approaching a woman on the ground. "Fu*k!" He yelled, moving foreward an reaching for his revolver.

OOC: Cause your other post was still a bit hard to work with, we god modded you for this moment so we could get things right again, hope you don't mind Rising
Terry Parker stared down the sights of his SP-101, watching as the man came out, technically not obeying what Terry had told him to do, but his gun wasn't drawn. In a rapid succession of events that happened in the blink of an eye.Terry heard a scream while janitor began to draw his gun at the same time. It was strange... Terry parker responded by lowering his weapon and turning to look in the direction all of the commotion was being aimed at, realizing that the woman he had been talking to had folllowed him in and had been in his blind spot. She had been the source of the scream, and she was screaming for some reason at a person who had been in his blind spot. He had been focusing so much on the locker room he hadn't been on the lookout for anyone else. And then he realized why guns were being drawn and that people were screaming
S**t!
He turned re-aimed at the man, who's pale skin, lifeless eyes, suit with some blood on it, terrible stink, and limping-shuffle all shocked Terry to his very foundations. Time seemed to slow down. This... this is impossible. Its... its... its happening again. The screams echoing from the main gym where the party had been going on made him freeze, locking up, staring at the Zombie approaching him. It was... it was starting again... the people... his friends... these innocents... as familiar faces came to mind, very important faces he would never see again because of things like this man...he raises his pistol again, working past his shock, visibly hostile yet slightly pitying towards the sight before him, firing off a shot with two quick follow up shots one after the other. The powerful .327 magnum rounds, which were ballistically equivalent to the bigger .357 magnum rounds, zipped out of the barrel down range, slamming into the upper chest of the zombie causing it to slide down to the ground slowly, not dead-dead but knocked out... these mutant-zombies always were tough. The sound of the gunshots echoed throughout the empty gym, partially drowned out by the commotion next doors. Terry Parker stepped forward and then stopped at the Zombie, aiming his gun again and then shooting it in the head execution style. He had fought these things before, and he had killed humans before in his life--- in self defense, of course. Still, his hands shook a little as he kept his hand off the trigger of his SP-101 and switched the safety on, turning to look back at the woman again. She'd been back pedalling and running back away from the zombie once she'd recognized the "man" for what he was, and was nearly backing back into the other gym... but screams were coming from there as well... something was happening there too. Terry yells to her
Get back away from there, sounds like somethings going on in there too! Follow me!
Terry then turned, expecting the girl to get back away from the doors leading to the other gym, starting to walk towards the unknown man who was coming more and more recognizable as the distance closed between them, his pistol still in hand and ready to draw it to shoot the man if the man was hostile--- but he didn't seem so, and that was why he was approaching him. He opened his mouth to shout something again, but then he closed it again as he squinted, staring at the man for several seconds. Once he did, suddenly he smiled faintly and lowered his pistol letting it hand at his side, stopping in his tracks
Mikey! Hey man! What the hell were you shooting at? Another zombie that was hanging around? S**ts hitting the fan behind us... we needa get out of here fast..
Terry knew Mikey from the local target range where the two had become fast friends after they met one another both having afternoon sessions with their revolvers. Terry was fairly confident that Mikey wouldn't have used his revolver for anything but self defense. Finally starting to realize fully what he had shot, as an afterthought, suddenly the hunting rifle in his van was very attractive. He glanced over his shoulder to make sure the girl was with them.

(It's okay. Sorry for stuffing up.)
They were back. She couldn’t believe they were back.
Sara groaned faintly; had she jinxed her luck—she had thought she was safe; that the world was safe—obviously she had been wrong. So, so very wrong. Four years had passed—but those four years hadn’t had her getting any wiser. She had been so stupid walking into the gym; but things weren’t that safe back in the party either. Shrill screams had begun erupting from its venue not so long ago.
Then again, she wasn’t completely armless. She had her G-22—even though she had no idea what he actual name for the weapon was; X and the others had called it a G-22—in her car. Still, would she be able to fight with it? She winced remembering how long it had taken for her to be able to shoot—there was no way she would be able to do that; she hated the feeling of a bullet leaving the nose.
Still, she had kept the G-22 in her boot. Just in case. Like everybody else in the whole planet—and especially Raccoon City—she was still scared, slightly paranoid; and she, they, had been right. The sight of seeing a zombie again; it was surreal. Incredibly horrible. She just wanted it to go away, but it seemed that like four years ago in 2008, and even further back in 2012—Raccoon City had been infected once again.
Catching up to Terry and the guy who looked like a janitor, she caught her breath, masked her fear and spoke: “I’ve got a G-22 from the last time—2008. This guy gave it to me, but I sort of kept it you know,” she admitted, hoping they would understand. The other guy—the janitor—probably would, and so would Mikey as they were all carrying weapons. “It’s in my car, I think we should go get it, before we go, just in case… oh, and I’m Sara Schwartz,” she added, her voice shaking slightly.
Suddenly she felt the presence of her mobile in her jeans. Sara groaned again—she needed to call her mum, her brother; just to make sure they were alright. She needed to find some way out of this mess—even if she had no particular skills that would help her. She needed to not freak out and just stay calm, after all, she wasn’t 18 anymore.

(Actually, Mikey is the janitor.)
Mikey nodded to Terry, both as a greeting and in agreence with getting the fu*k out of dodge. He knew Terry had a big a*s van, and that he had a gun there. And Sare had a G 22, . Whatever she meant, it was a gun. And any gun's would come in handy. Speaking of that, if they could find the security guard's car, they'd have a Remington.
"Ok, I have a plan. We all go to the parking lot. You get your gun, you get yours." He said, pointing to Terry and Sara respectively. "Then, we get in your van, Terry, and get out of here. Sound good?" He asked, clenching his injured hand and resting his good one on the revolver in its holster.

Terry nods, remembering his drive to the party, and then saying aloud
We should stop at the gas station... I saw a police car parked over there looking for D.U.I's I bet on the way here. If nothing else, we'll fill up my van's gas tank.
Terry then glanced over his shoulder, seeing as the party scene started to spill out, the screams continuing. Several students came out, only to be brought down by several zombies. It was impossible to realize most of the zombies had been working their way through the building for a while now and were growing to an ominous number. Unfortunately, the boy and girl were beyond helping now... once they got you, you were done for, thats the horror of fighting these things... Terry walked backwards away from the scene, nearly bumping into Mikey, but he was moving too. Terry's mind took a strange leap, always hating the loss of human life... but for once... his compassion(Although, the animals of Arklay forest would beg to differ) made him take an unconventional road. He had three shots left. Terry raised his revolver, aiming as he hisses
Lets go! My van's an old, red, custom Chevrolet Astro... its got a big box on top and a trailer behind it, farthest end of the parking lot straight from the back door leading out there from here...
Once he finished talking, he finished aiming. He let off a grimly "beautiful" shot, the bullet wizzing down range and striking the girl in the head ending her suffering and struggle to life when that was a hopeless cause now. Then he switched aim, and fired the last two shots after another agonizing aim. That ended it for him two. More zombies joined them, but stopped there as well, the gruesome sight being unspeakable... but those three bullets had had many benefits come from it. Terry was very realistic and practical when it came down to doing things. The two people would not become zombies, and would feel no more pain... and at the same time the three of them still didn't have to worry about the zombies, or infected people coming after them. Pragmatism always came before sentimentalism for him, in the end. Terry then turned after the other two, the group quickly getting out the back door of the gym and stepping out into the cool, Raccoon night air, things surprisingly quieter out here as the doors quietly shut behind him. But Terry could already see a zombie lurking out in the parking lot too... in truth, he couldn't see all 4 of them, and one of them lying down getting ready to wake up. Terry scanned the parking lot quietly, and then pointed dead across from them straight all the way on the other end of the packed parking lot, a big red van with hotrod flames that clearly did stick out.
Yeah, thats mine. The uh... flames were my dads idea...
He smiled quietly as he thought about dad, way back home in Oregon again with his girlfriend that Terry figured would be his step mother eventually... and smiled a bit more cause of the fondness he had for his Van which he had had since high school that had saw him all the way through high school, past the outbreak, and not served as his cozy home in college.
Lets go. I'll get to my van first, get my stuff, and then we'll help you get to your car, alright Sara?
Terry started took several steps forward, eying the one visible zombie to their front left about 30 yards, stumbling in the opposite direction, making his way towards his van. He then stopped, glanced around scanning the parking lot again, and waited for their reply.
