Marissa stood wait at the bath room door. She hoped Kyle liked what he picked out, then again, being outsode for almost days weeks, months, and years, new clothing you be a given right. She lend on the all with one foot on the wall. She pulled out a family picture of Kevin and her at Raccoon city. A faint smile came a cross her face then faded. "Good times..." She sighed. If Kevin was anything like her, it would probably means that they just moved ob after the outbreak, but eventheless, they were probably still good friends...she hoped.

*Bill drives down this strip at a rising speed. Eyeballing everything on the sidewalks. Seeing the zombies that are on the prowl. Bill doesn't know where he is going since he wasn't the one that drove into this place. He takes a gander at the gauges behind the steering wheel to see he'll have plenty of gas to get out of Vegas, and even out of Nevada. As he continues to drive down the strip, Bill searches in his pocket to pull his cellphone back out. Realizing his conversation with his Dad was abridged and he wanted to finish it. Therefore, Bill dialed his Dad's land line number back in Brooklyn. Placing the phone to his ear and letting the phone ring. To his surprise, no one would answer. Bill grows impatient, and cancels the call with a push of a button. Bill looks through his list of contacts, to gain no interest in calling any one else. He closes the phone, and shoves it back into his pocket. That's when he grips the steering wheel with both hands, and glares down the strip.*• Bill Brewer: "Man how long is this thing?" *Bill keeps looking in his other directions, as he traveled further down the road, he stopped seeing zombies. Although, when he looked ahead, he saw a figure in the far distance on the sidewalk of the strip, he sees a figure jumping up and down waving their arms in the air. Bill squints his eyes to see if he can make out what the figure out. He widens his eyes to see that he is able to tell it was a kid as he drew closer. Bill pulled his foot off the gas to allow the truck to slow down. As he drew closer to the human, he could tell it was a boy. A kid that looks as if he is in his late teens or in his earlier twenties. Bill then places his foot onto the brake, to come to a complete stop to the kid's spot. The kid gains a joyful expression as he limps to the car door. Since the window of the car has been shattered, Bill yells out to the kid.*• Bill: "Don't come any closer..." *The boy comes to a halt, and looks on at Bill.*• Bill: "Are you wounded?" • : "No..." *As the kid answered, Bill noticed the kid started to look at him funny. Bill raises an eyebrow to this, and gets ready to say something.*• : "Oh my god... I know who you are... You're Bill Brewer! The Crusader! Oh my god man... I'm being saved by Bill Brewer... This is unbelievable." • Bill: "Yeah yeah... Hop in, kid." *The boy is really excited now that he is being saved, and he then walks around the truck to pull open the passenger door. As the kid is stepping up, Bill examines the kids body to see if he is truly wounded or not. To no avail, Bill is surprised to not even see blood on his clothes. The kid slammed the door shut, and locked it as a precautionary action. Bill then begins to drive away, and drives on down the road of the strip.*• Bill: "Whacha name, kid?" • : "...Steven." • Bill: "Oh... Well nice to meetcha, Steven. Just out of curiosity, do you know this roads by any chance? Because I'm a stranger when it comes to Vegas." • Steven: "Well then I guess it's both your lucky day and my day. I work here in Vegas... I mean I did work here in Vegas. Before the apocalypse happened..." • Bill: "Say, how long has the zombies been here?" • Steven: "Uh... 'bout a few months. Why?" • Bill: "...Months!? If that is true, then how come I'm finding out about them now!?" • Steven: *Chuckling as he talks* "What... have you been livin' under a rock the whole time?" • Bill: "Must have. So, Steven... What were you doing here in Vegas?" • Steven: "I was a photographer... Hence the camera I have hanging around my neck." *Bill turns his head, to eyeball the strap that appears to be acting as a choker. Though he sees the strap continuing on behind Steven.*• Steven: "Speakin' of which... Man, can I get a picture with ya? It's not everyday that anyone gets saved by The Crusader himself, ye know." • Bill: "Maybe some other time, Steven. I'm not in the mood for that stuff right now." • Steven: "Awe..." • Bill: "Hey, do you know if they are other survivors around here? Because I'll be wantin' somethin' to eat." • Steven: "They were... I feared I was goin' to go next, that is until I saw you arrivin'." • Bill: "s***... That's not what I wanted to hear. Brooklyn would be too far of a drive for me, and now I don't know what to do." • Steven: "Don't give up hope now man... You're The Crusader... God will provide for you." • Bill: "Hopefully... Right now, I have no game plan. I can protect myself, but I don't know if I can protect others. On top of that, I don't know where to go from here." • Steven: "I'm sure you'll have it all figured out soon. I guess that's why you're drivin' pretty slow." • Bill: "Oh... didn't notice." *Their conversation has yet to end, but Bill seems to notice the road may be coming to an end, from seeing a blockade formed all the way across the strip horizontally, disallowing anyone to go any further. Bill slams into the brake, to stop the truck so that he doesn't ram into the blockade.*• Bill: "What!?" • Steven: "Oh... This is bad...." • Bill: "Steven, what's another route we can take?" • Steven: "You can always turn around and head back down the strip to see what the other end is like..." • Bill: "I suppose it won't hurt to try." *As Bill shifts the truck into reverse, he gets interrupted when he hears Steven groan. He looks over at Steven to see him out of his seat, staring out of the window. Bill looks out from the window then, and sees a hoard of zombies coming there way.*

She looked at her phone then sighed. She didn't want to leave Kyle by himself but she had to see her brother. She walked out and got back into her jeep and drove down the road some more about two miles down and pulled up to the Apartment area. His Villa could be seen right there in the front if you had to look up to be amaze at this place. She walked in and headed to the top of the floor, the building seemed renovated from when she last came in which was years ago. she took the elevator up to the 52nd floor and walked down the hall to were the door was there. when she got there she knocked on the door and waited. There wasn't any replie. no reply. She turn the knob slightly, advoiding and suspision. Locked. Marissa pulled out her pick gun and try to unlock the door, with only a few trigger tapping she unlocked it the door and came in.
The room was pritty big with granit floors and walls and tile ceilings. "Hello?" she called out. She walked around looking and listening. Drake had never leave unless he was partying and it was only during the day time he was home. He walked into on of the other rooms, which were empty but one door. his room. She knocked on the door. "Drake, you in there, brother?" she she turn the knob again and again it was locked. This wasn't like him at all to lock his room. she used the pick gun again and pulled the trigger about five times and had it unlocked, she opened it slowly and there lay in shock in the center of the room.
Drake was hanging on a noose, already decomposing. Marissa mouth open slightly, she placed a hand over her mouth. The smell of rotten and decaying flesh filled the room. In his hand was a note. he slowly walked over to him and took it off of him, it might of had some answers to it. she began to read it.
Whoever finds this letter, will know why I couldn't live any longer. I've try to find my sister since the Raccoon City outbreak in 1998 since then i've went to ever possible place i could get information, medical records, the hole nine hards. it seems now that I can finally face the fact that I'm alone. Not to mention She was my only family I had. I can't do this anymore, and I know she's dead. I miss her so much. All I wanted was help. god forgive me...
Tears dropped to her face, furiously. she was shaken. Finally alone, should of gotten there in time or let him know. She let out a cry so loud that it echoed down throughout the hole building. She dropped to the floor, in tears. Only thoughts filled her head saying she'd failed...

"You wish, fishface!" Violet chanted, as she pounced over a pile of dead zombies, a small hoarde chasing her in haste, but she was always faster, she was thankful these zombies were slow. The sound of her black heels clattered on the cement as she ran down the Strip, her blonde hair flapping in the wind violently.
Clutching to her gun, Violet slowed down a little, as there was a bigger gap gaining between her and the zombies. Her breaths were short and sharp, and her chest thudded with great pain. Running really wasn't fun when it was from a hoarde of starving zombies, nor was it fun in heels. Why didn't she still have her Camero? Oh yeah, because she accidentally blew it up with a hand grenade. Typical really, Violet was blonde, but she was cunning. She could think when she needed too.
Reloading her gun, Violet span round on her heel and shot a few zombies to the ground, and it was a few, she didn't really realise how big the hoarde following her was. "Damn." She moaned, fumbling around her belt for a grenade. Nothing. "DAMN IT!" She yelled louder, starting to sprint. "Just run, just run and don't look back." However, it was easier said than done. This strip never ended.

*Bill slams his foot into the acceleration while the truck was shifted into reverse. The truck immediately hurled backwards along the strip. Bill had noticed some zombies were attempting to enclose them from behind, but not anymore. After all, the truck simply plowed through them with ease. Steven grabs a hold of the handle mechanism stationed above the passenger door on the side, doing this out of fear. Bill remains calm however, as he spins the steering wheel, to turn around. Placing his foot onto the brake, and then placing his hand onto the shifter, throwing it into drive. Slamming into acceleration once more, while spinning the wheel to the left, to drive away from the mass. Bill notices Steven is panting from the fear, and Bill gets a chuckle from it. Gazing into the rear view, to see they are clear.*
• Bill: "You wasn't scared, was ya?"
*Steven turns his head, looking at Bill while he seemed shocked.*
• Steven: "Not at all..." • Bill: "Hmph... I figured you wouldn't be scared anymore, since you been here longer than I have." • Steven: "Are you kiddin'? I'm always scared... I'm not fit for this kinda thing. I take pictures for a livin' man... But you... you kick ass for a livin'... So it's easy for you to be calm in this situation." • Bill: "That's a good point..."
*Bill continues to drive down the strip at a constantly rising speed. Neither Bill or Steven has said a word for several moments. Although Steven seems to be calm now, he knows things may get worse before they get better. Bill looks to the side of the strip, at a distance, sees a hoard of zombies running in the same direction he is driving. Bill didn't think much of this since he's use to the sight, and turned his eyes elsewhere. However, Steven kept his eyes on the zombie hoard, to see that they were chasing something. As the car drew closer, Steven was able to see they weren't chasing something, they were chasing someone.*
• Steven: "BILL! OVER THERE!"
*Steven yelled this pretty well enough for Bill to hear. Bill's facial muscles tighten from the shriek. Bill looks over, to see Steven pointing in the direction of the zombie hoard. Bill then turns his head, to see what he is seeing. That the zombies were chasing someone.*
• Steven: "Bill... We need to save them!" • Bill: "A lot of zombies chasing that person... I have an idea..."
*Bill then turned steering wheel to the side, to have the truck drift toward the direction of the zombie hoard. As he gotten closer, he saw that it was a woman that was being chased. The woman kept turning back, to see how far apart the zombies were from her. The next time she looked, she saw a truck pulling in. He eyes widened at the sight and Bill realizes now why she couldn't outrun them. The gap between the woman and the zombies was large. Large enough for Bill to pull in behind the woman and come to a stop. Angling the truck to where she is able to enter into the back seat. Though as Bil stopped, and before she was able to catch her breath, Bill examined her body to look for any wounds or anything of that nature. Rather, he saw that she had a pistol. Bill then yelled out through the shattered window.*
• Bill: "Hop in!"
*The woman smiled, and dashes to the back seat door. Bill glances out of the passenger window to see the zombies are rather close. Close enough to where Steven starts panting again. Bill gazes into the rear view to see the woman pulling herself into the truck, and slamming the door shut. Before Bill was able to shove his foot into the acceleration, a zombie had rammed into the side of the truck. Rammed into the passenger door to be exact. Steven cried out from when the window shattered from the impact. As Bill floored the acceleration, zombie had gripped onto the passenger door with one hand, and had extended it's hand into the passenger seat. The zombie had scratched Steve on the neck, since Steven was stationed in that seat. However, right after Steven pried the zombies hand away and grabbed the wound, the woman in the back let off a shot from her gun, into the zombies head. The gun fire was extremely loud. The zombie dropped off of the door, and Bill pulls onto the strip. Steven was leaning forward, panting even more than before. Bill looks over, and then looks in the rear view at the woman.*
• Bill: "One helluva shot there... Whacha name, darlin'?

Violet couldn't have been more grateful to the truck that had just split her and the zombie hoarde up. The man instructed her to get in, and she did without hesitance, fumbling into the back seat in a fast motion, seating herself so she could see the two men sitting in the front, one of which that had just been scratched by a zombie. The same zombie clinging onto the door with all its strength. Without thinking, Violet whipped out her pistol and aimed at the zombies head, being careful not to shoot the man. Pulling the trigger, her pistol let out a loud bang and fired a silver bullet, perfectly into the zombies forehead. It wailed and let go of the door, flying away and behind the truck.
Tucking her pistol away, Violet smiled and looked up at the muscled man before her. "One helluva shot there... Whacha name, darlin'?" The mans voice boomed. "Violet." She replied simply, her eyes twinkling with thanks. "Violet Potenski, and yours, Sir?" She said softly, biting her lip and slumping further into the back seat, gripping her knees into her chest. Taking another glance behind her, Violet noticed that the hoarde was getting further and further away. She had escaped, this time.

*Bill keeps the truck steady on the road as he continues the path. He hears the woman's reply, realizing what her name was. Surprisingly, Bill was amazed to know she didn't know who he was.*
• Bill Brewer: "Name's Bill Brewer... and this one here is Steven ... Err... He never told me his last name.
*Bill sees Violet smiling from the reply, and before she got a word out, Steven spoke.*
• Steven: "As if that matters... cause now I'm gonna die. Might as well kill me now, Bill." • Bill: "We can deal with that later... Doncha have anything to say to Violet back 'ere? After all, it was your idea to save her.."
*Steven tilts his body around, to face Violet in the backseat. As he turned, she was able to notice the scratch on his neck. Seeing that it was indeed infected. He lets off smile to her, while he grips onto his camera.*

Violet found it comforting to know that this young man, named Steven wanted to save her. It gave her a warm feeling, one she hadn't felt in a long time. As he turned to face her, Violet saw the scratched along his neck, already the skin around it had changed colour, and however tiny the change was, Violet saw his eyes slowly deteriating in size and shape. She knew what was going to happen.
Sliding her hand slowly to her back pocket, she rubbed the blade that was there, longing to grab and it and slice this mans throat. However, it was HIS idea to save her, and she'd been grateful. It would be unfair of her to end his life now, especially when they'd just met. Pulling her hand away from her blade, she grabbed her blonde hair and pulled it into a sloppy ponytail, brushing it from her face, and leaned forward to be in between the mens faces. "So.. Thank you for saving me.." She started with, shifting herself to a more comfortable position. "Now, do you guys have a plan? A place to go? Because.. As you can see.." She pulled out her pistol and showed the two guys. "I'm running low on ammo, and I've already lost my AK, so if you know a good gun store, hit me up!"
Taking a deep breath, Violet smiled one of her gorgeous smiles. Not many could resist it, so she sat there, smiling, almost giggling to herself. She missed male company. A lot.

*Bill turns his head, to see that Violet has shifted herself to be able to talk to both him and Steven. Bill then looks over at Steven to gaze at his scratch. Noticing that it's growing along the veins in his jugular vein, to eventually spread throughout his body, or perhaps just to his brain. Bill notices Steven has no further interest to speak because he had turned back around and placed his head back against the head rest, and closed his eyes. So Bill took a gander at the road to see if anything was to be observed, appeared to be normal so far, so Bill turned his eyes to Violet.*
• Bill: "Sadly... I have no plan... I just woke up this mornin' and I was stricken by this. As for weapons, I'm also clueless on that. I found this pistol I have here from one of my bodyguards that I had to kill physically. Honestly, I was hopin' you knew what to do. Steven here claims he knows his way around here but now we're goin' to lose 'em."
*Bill exchanges looks from between Violet and the road. As he turned to gaze at Violet again, he sees that she looks rather disappointed. Bill looked over at Steven, to see him pulling his head away from the head rest, opening his eyes to glare at Bill.*
• Steven: "Pull... over..."

Well, that was depressing. No gun shops, no clothes shops, and a dying man sitting a few inches away. Violet shivered and collapsed back into the seat, carefully eyeing Steven as he mumbled to Bill. "Uh oh.." She whispered to herself. She didn't have the courage to look at Stevens face, both her and Bill knew what was happening, it was only a matter of time. Unless Bill was going to end it now.
Violet sat quietly in the back, looking at their surroundings. It looked pretty clear, no sign of danger, for now at least. There most pressing problem was Steven, even his voice was weak; Violet shifted awkwardly and waited for Bill to pull up.

*As Steven mumbled those words, Bill looked over, to see Steven was indeed calm, but he had given up. Bill looked away, spun the steering wheel to the nearest sidewalk. As the truck came to a stop, Bill shifted the truck into park. Bill removes the keys as Steven opens the door to crawl out of the truck. Bill watches him do so and notices he is struggling. Bill turns his body around and looks at Violet.*
• Bill: "Don't blame yourself for this... It was either you or him. Quite frankly, I believe Steven was eventually gonna quit. So... I'll be back."
*Violet nods, and Bill turns himself back around, to swing the door open. Throwing his body off of the seat, and lands on the ground outside. Shuts the door behind him, to see Steven as stepped in front of the truck. Bill then spins his body around and walks toward him. Steven stands still, and looks to the concrete pavement. Bill steps up, and Steven sees his shoes. Steven then looks up. Bill notices the wound is growing worse, and he will soon convert.*
• Steven: "Put me out of my misery... Crusader. But first... I wanna snap a photo of ya.." • Bill: "Very well."
*Steven reaches around, to grip onto the camera. Pulling it in front of him, to pull it up to his face. Placing his eye to the lens, aims the camera at Bill. Bill doesn't make a facial expression at all. He just stares into the camera while clinching his fists. The camera flashes, and the photo is snapped. Steven lets go of the camera, and the camera swings down and rams into his belly.*
• Steven: "Alright... quicken my end, Crusader." • Bill: "How come you're callin' me by my nickname?" • Steven: "...Because you fight for the cross... you fight for God. You have the power to save thousands, Bill..."
*They just stare into each others eyes for a few moments, while Steven decides to gesture to Bill to kill him. Bill motions his hand to swiftly move through the pocket of his jacket, and pulls out the G31. Cocking the gun, and pulling up, to aim at the forehead of Steven. Steven leans his head back and closes his eyes.*
• Bill: "Ya know... They say that you can't hear the shot that takes you down." • Steven: "I... guess that's... soothing..."
*Bill notices the speech impairment Steven had there, and decided to push the gun forward, and pull the trigger. The bullet rams into the forehead of Steven. In a matter of miliseconds, the bullets rams out of the back of his skull along with some debris. His body then falls backwards. Bill pulls his gun down to the side of his body, looking down at the corpse. After staring for several moments, he turns his head, to look through the windshield at Violet. Bill slides the gun back into his jacket, and walks back to the truck. Climbing aboard, and sliding the keys in.*
• Bill: "I have a feelin' that theres goin' to be more of the same... Whacha think?"

Violet took a large breath as Steven slumped out of the truck. Bill always looked so complacent, he was heard to read as his expression rarely changed. Violet had only just met the man, but she could probably tell he was grieving a little. It was peculiar to Violet as to why this kid wanted to take so many photos, and why of Bill? He knew his life was ending yet he took one anyway. Violet simply watched as Bills face was expressionless. She kind of liked that, if her poker face was anything to go by.
Listening to the emotional scene that was happening not too far from the truck, Violet felt a little upset herself. It was a shame she couldn't have helped Steven, but she couldn't risk herself getting infected, either. Not after this long. She had to look out for herself now, and to some extent, Bill too, though he looked like he could take care of himself. His huge muscles spoke for themself. She smiled.
The voices came to and end, and without looking, Violet had an idea of the sound that would soon follow, and quite right too. Bang. And it was over, just like that. So easy to end a life. Turning her head she noticed Bill looking at her and her heart suddenly sank, it was clear they both thought the same things.
Bill climbed in and Violet watched him slip the keys in the ignition. "Yep." She said simply to his question, there were bound to be more like that. "So now we gotta go somewhere.." That was obvious, but Violet was no help, she didn't know the area at all. Climbing into the front seat, Violet slipped her feet onto the dashboard, resting her head back and yawning. "Where ya takin' me, Bill?" She said calmly, as if what just happened never happened at all.

*Bill sits still as Violet had made herself comfortable in the front seat. As she seems to be content of their destination, Bill holds his arm up, to look upon his watch. Reading the time, and looking over at Violet.*
• Bill: "I haven't eaten anythin' in hours... and I do have a pretty good idea as to where we can grab somethin' to eat from. Hm... I woke up this mornin' expectin' to get ready for my fight later tonight. Instead, I soon discovered everyone around me was dead. Although the bodyguards that were with me sacrificed themselves to keep me safe. Everythin' I have, is still at my room at the Flamingo Hotel. I'm pretty sure they are food, and perhaps more weapons there somewhere. I have clothes there to, if you like to wear men's clothes."
*Bill chuckles after his last statement, attempting to cheer himself up after ending the life of a innocent kid. He looks over at Violet to see she is also chuckling. *
• Bill: "Ye know, I don't know my way 'round here, and going somewhere we can be safe for a while might be the best idea. So, ya wanna take a visit to the hotel?"

Violet listened to Bills speech with her eyebrow raised. Flamingo Hotel.. Bodyguards.. Fight? None of it made sense, but she was a little too tired to ask any questions. She just shrugged and glanced out of the window, slumping her shoulders into the chair with a great big sigh.
"Sure. I'll have mens clothes.." She said hesitantly, realising that she probably didn't have a choice in the matter. "Though, you are a hell of a lot bigger than me, they'd drown me. I guess I'll stick with what I got." Brushing a few strands of hair from her peachy face, Violet let her head hang out the window, the cold and soothing air whipping across her face. It was nice. It was also nice having company, she secretly hoped it wasn't about to end any time soon.
"Flamingo Hotel it is. Is it safe? What condition did you leave it in?" Violet winked, and rested her head back once more, keeping her breathing regular as to not fall asleep. That would be embarrassing. She snored alot.

{OOC: I just now remembered that Bill hotwired the truck rather than having keys... Rofl.}
*As Bill is cruising down the road, he remembers where the Flamingo Hotel was so he knew he wouldn't have to worry about getting lost. Bill turns his head to gaze at Violet. He noticed she was looking away, so before saying anything, he just scoped her out. She then looked over, and saw Bill pulling his head up. She cracked a small smile, and then heard Bill beginning to speak.*
• Bill: "I was stayin' in the penthouse.. which is at the top. I'm guessin' you know that... Anyways, my guards had barricaded the doors to my room to keep anythin' from gettin' to me. They even left me a note sayin' they did. Which lead me to havin' to bust down my door. That's when I saw one of 'em layin' near me. That's when I saw the conversion. He was nasty lookin'... and I mean nasty. Though to my surprise, a zombie's body is weak. Weak enough for one blow to kill them. Took the gun he had, and ran for the elevator. That's when I tried callin' my family up in New York. I know my parents are alive... but I didn't get the chance to speak to him for long because when I got to the lobby of the hotel, it was swarmed of zombies. I had no choice but to run outta there. Then, that's when I found this truck. So yeah... I'm sure zombie won't know how to use an elevator. Even if you don't like the clothes I have, there could be other rooms with clothes, food, and all that stuff for us.
*Bill now thinks he has her convinced since she is nodding her head as if she agrees with what he's saying. *
