Anna watched Arc maiming the woman, violently beating her face in until she was completely unrecognizable. She'd given chase after him before she'd noticed he'd stopped, as did she in mid sprint. He'd called her name in suprise, almost terrified, himself. Of course it looked like he was staring down at the body beneath him, she had redhair identical to her own. He must have mistook her for...well, herself. It was clear that Arc had come back to his senses.
Before she could respond, the sounds of clamouring feet down the stairs had been loud in her ears. She'd grasped onto his shoulder.
"That isn't me, now get up and let's go! I got my meds, let's get the f*ck out of here!" she exclaimed, pulling him upto his feet, he still seemed a little dazed but his feet were moving, none the less. As both of them had started making a run for the exit, a dozen other raiders had descended halfway down the steps, stopping to take shots at them.
Multiple gunshots had rung off, nailing into walls and tile behind the fleeing pair of agents. Anna kept her head low and pumped her arms, trying not to glance back. Unfortunately more raiders had been crawling near the entrance, awaiting them. Skidding to a halt, feet sliding on the ground, the redhead glanced side ways at the bathroom door. She'd waved her hand at Arc, gesturing toward it. There were windows inside.
"This way!"

He had done it again, woke up from a nightmare, hands covered in blood. This time, Anna was here to wake him up, and Arc followed. He looked back at the bodies in the hallway, knowing that he was responsible for their death. Yet, his blood red eyes flickered, rage surging and then leaving quicker than he could even comprehend. Regardless of what happened, he stuck behind Anny, following her, no matter what. When the other survivors began shooting, Arc pulled out his PSG1, and ducked out of fire. Anna motioned and called for him to enter he bathroom down the hall, but he didnt listen.
Aiming through the scope down the hallway, Arc waited for movement, and then pulled the trigger. Two, three times, gunning down the unlucky victims, forcing the others to keep in cover while Anna got out of the window. When a reload was needed, Arc felt the bullets whiz by him, dropping the empty rifle back into his shoulder sling, and ducked inside for cover himself. Seeing Anna motion for him to hurry, he jumped up and pulling himself through, rolling off to the side of the building away from another spray of bullets.

Once Arc had finally jumped out of the window of the bathrooms, the two quickly began running out through the alleyway and came to a fence that'd take them to the next block quickly. Going near the entrance was stupid anyway, they'd prolly be rounding it by the time they got there. Climbing up the fense, the redhead got to the top and jumped down, landing in a crouch before wincing and standing straight up. Arc got over with very little effort and both of them took to running forward.
She's scoffed a bit, muttering a, ''Show off."
When they were finally away from the hospital, the shooting had began to dissipate in the distance, leaving them only to the quite morning and the howling winds. There didn't seem to be any undead about and that worried Anna.
"It's pretty sh*tty when we live in a world filled with monsters and zombies but we're spending most of our time killing other people because they're trying to kill us," she mentioned, reaching into her coat pocket to pull out the bottle of pills. She'd popped the bottle open, jostled it about in her hand, releasing two into her palm. She'd stuck them into her mouth, crunching into them with her teeth before swallowing.
"Just like old times."

The whole time he had been running, Arc had a pounding headache. It was from all of the built of stress, it messed with his mind. While he was covered in blood, it would be wise to stick to to the less populated areas. However, the city they were in was very dense. A lost of the buildings didnt seem too badly affected by the outbreak, just a lot of abandoned homes. It was nothing like Raccoon City, where everything had been on fire, blown to pieces. It almost seemed peaceful. Only a roaming infected or two littered each street they came across, and it was nothing they couldnt handle.
Looking at his hands, all the blood, Arc was still upset about losing it back at that place. It was a kill or be killed world, and he did nothing wrong. But once he started, there was no stopping until everything in his immediate area stopped moving. His eyes finally adjusted back to their normal reddish tinge, and Arc caught up the stomach to respond. "Yeah, like old times..."
