Entry 1: I have taken it upon myself to collect the dog tags and name tapes of fallen soldiers and service men as well as police, medics and fire fighters. I believe that they deserve that much so after this ends, god willing they can get a proper burial and honored for their sacrifices.

Entry 2: We have moved into one of the local school houses and fortified it. It was hard work but the perimiter is lined with a row of cars and we have errected several towers and positioned sharp shooters in them. For the most part the facility has served well as we begin moving survivors in for evac. the choppers whirl by constantly and patrols move in.
Any Army detachment came by today and dropped off a few more survivors and we gave them the few supplies we could spare. They are moving in to the city to try and set up road blocks to stem the hordes that are forming and prevent them from spreading and collecting with larger hordes. Unofortunatly i do not think they will succeed but their mission is still a must, i gave one of their PFC's my last pack of smokes and he thanked me like he knew they would be his last.
Entry 7: We were hit hard today, seemed like hundreds of the rotted bastards converged on our location. After nearly six hours of fighting the last one dropped and our men are now stacking the corpses away from the compound for burning. We lost only three men in the attack today.
