Pollution is the primary concern for the company, and how they properly dispose of all test subjects and products safely is the difference between letting their work get out into the public ecosystem. Every vial, strain, corpse, and rejection is managed and then disposed of via incineration. A Blue Keycard is needed to access this wing.

The winds whistled and groaned between the risers of Vollin Sfain's parachute as he pulled down on his right toggle, slowly bringing himself to the top of what appeared to be a landing pad for a Chopper.
His landing was a soft one, graceful and delicate, yet extremely fast. Upon striking the ground, he immediately drew his M9 pistol from the holster on his right hip, training the iron sight on the nearest doorway while using his left hand to collapse his parachute.
Noticing what appeared to be a lack in detectable movement, Sfain removed his helmet, holding two fingers pressed into his ear.
He remembered the short conversation he'd had with command as though it were still going on. His current mission was a top secret one, and his primary objective was closing in fast.
As he reminisced upon what brought him to this Sector of the building, Vollin kept his sights trained for the area command briefed him on. The keycard, which he'd found in a nearby service vent after his landing on the roof, courtesy of his unknown contact, ticked softly in his cargo pocket as he came to his turn. He needed to get around this corner and down the stairwell to the locker room.
He crouched down, slightly, slowly peering around the corner with the barrel of his weapon trained where his eyes moved. There it was, the stairwell was only around nine meters away from his current position. ...And there they were... Three of the infected lumbered about the hall, each closer to him than the last.
Without a moment to spare, Vollin holstered his weapon, drawing one of his trusty spades in it's stead and throwing it down the hall. The knife sank into the skull of the Biohazard furthest from his current position. The sound of the first infected hitting the floor caused the other two to turn their backs to the stairwell. This was what Sfain was looking for. Without a moment to lose, he sprinted up to the remaining infected, wrapping his hands around the neck of the one that was closest to his original position. One at the base of the chin, the other in the back of the head. With a lightning-fast jerk, the creature's neck snapped beneath it's rotting flesh. Using the sound of the biohazard's neck being broken and the body dropping to the floor, Vollin opened the stairwell door and walked through it, unholstering his primary fire-arm once more.
Most would have asked "Why would you leave one alive?" but Vollin remembered one viable piece of info. 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend.' should anyone make the attempt to follow him, they'd have to confront the lone zombie that stood between the two he killed, as well as any other biohazards that might show up due to the commotion. This was an excellent way to be sure his tracks were covered.
After a short walk down the steps, he pressed his fingers into his ear once more. "Eagle, this is Wolf, I'm entering the rendezvous point."

Hearing the sound of the walkers moaning outside in the hallways, the woman pressed her back against the tiles, waiting for this outside agent to make contact with her. The time frame was right, and he wouldve no doubt got past the roamers, nobody would be stupid enough to come here if they couldnt handle themselves. As she held the gun in her lap, the white coated woman sat in the far most stall, just waiting for an indication at all.
Just then, the locker room door creaked open, and she was anxious to get this meeting going. Stepping out with her gun drawn, however, she didnt see anybody, just the door closing. Walking ever so carefully toward the front of the locker room, she pointed the gun around, the light bouncing off the shiny surface of the lockers. But as she came around the corner, she went for the door to check the outside. The hallway was bare as far as she could tell, but when she closed over the door, she was grabbed from behind by one of the walkers. She just wasnt strong enough to get away from its grip, and could only keep its teeth from sinking into her arm.

Some would have said that Sfain was sent by an angel, perhaps, an angel of death. A whistle past the woman's ear, followed by the limp corpse falling to the ground were the direct indicators the Umbrella Agent had arrived.
He approached the woman, now, reaching down to the lifeless Biohazard and yanking his throwing knife free of it's skull.
His weapon dangled in his right hand. He was only around three feet from this woman, and judging by her lack of ability to fight off a single Biohazard, he could take her easily hand to hand if need be.
"Vollin Sfain, U.S.S" he said, reaching his hand out to shake, specifically, he wanted her to outstretch her arm to him so he could check for bite marks without saying so, as to not arouse her suspicion.

With her eyes wide, the woman watched as the soldier pulled his knife from the infected, and then introduce himself. It was all so sudden, but there was no other person it could be, and quickly realized who the man was. "Doctor K. Chambers..." Extending her arm, Chambers shook Sfains hand, not quite expecting a formal greeting. Considering who he was working for, and what he was capable of, she wouldve thought they would come across each other differently. "Im sure youve already noticed, but this section of the facility is already lost. A cleanup crew came through recently, and I snuck in, hid the keycard so you could access it from the rooftop. But eh, the left before I could get out, which is why I asked to meet here. Sorry if I put you at risk of exposure, but I didnt really have much of a choice..."
Chambers had been a little too busy talking to realize that maybe it was best they kept their voices down, seeing as how easy it was for a walker to get in at her just from making that one radio call. Before Sfain could get the chance to respond, despite his answer probably being just as predictable as his hand to hand combat skills, Chambers spoke out in a serious tone. "We cant get through into the lobby from here, we have to go underground to access the maintainence hallways. I have the security clearance needed, but on the border of Section B, its voice recognition, so ill need to come with you that far." Chambers could tell just by looking at the soldiers face that he wasnt pleased with escorting her around, but there wasnt anything they could do about it at this point. Sfain needed access, and Chambers was the key. "...Just those zombies you have to worry about up here, but down there, VACT settled in. It was a bloodbath getting the doors shut, not sure how many of them are down there."

VACTs. Flawless.
Sfain hadn't had a hunt like this in years, VACT, from his understanding through command, was one of the virus's defense mechanisms to ensure that it could find more alternate hosts. The virus takes effect at the same time as massive blood-loss, and thus, the victim dies with the virus dormant in their veins. This could prove useful in future Bio-Attacks.
"Alright" began Sfain, "Lets get moving." With this, Vollin lifted his primary weapon once more, nodding to the doctor.
"Lead the way, stay low, stay quiet."

The door into the stairwell had been locked from the other side, but with the right key, Chambers was able to get it open easily. There wasnt much point in shooting a door open, would alert all of the infected toward them, and if they did have to come back up to ground level, they would be walled off by them. The moment the duo entered the stairs, a putrid smell filled the area. Seems ventilation system had been turned off in this wing, which was good to note, had they needed to use it to access other parts of the building, in an emergency at least. The power on the bottom floor had been turned off too, only red glowing alarm lights were active, reflecting off each metallic surface, which in turn practically lit just enough for them to see without the use of a flashlight. "The alarm is silent, thankfully, but theyre still active, so make sure not to get too close to any doors we dont need to access. Any amount of pressure and they might trip. Thats what stirred up the infected down here in the first place, UBCS Bravo-4 had been killed getting the doors closed. That was a couple of days ago, so probably what were smelling. Well, and the toxic waste, of course..." Chambers wasnt too worried about keeping her mouth closed, because there was still another door at the bottom they needed to get through. If their had been any infected in the stairwell, they wouldve caught onto the scent of them instantly, which meant they were all in the basement corridors. "...Lucky for us, the air is all decontaminated, so we dont have to worry about masks like we normally would."As the bottom door opened up, and very quietly, Chambers held it with her floor for Sfain to pass by. Letting it shut slowly as possible, the doctor made sure not to let it small, or hit the emergency handle near the bottom of the frame. But in the process, the lock was triggered, and the deadbolt clicked into the steel panels on the floor under it. Looking at Sfain, she felt a little stupid, but knew that it was unavoidable given the silent alarms had already been tripped. This meant there was no going back the way they came, not unless they manually override the security system, but she didnt know the codes off my heart. This meany they would need them on top of her security access to get into Section B, if only she realized the silent alarms were still active, this wouldve been much easier. "There are six codes, all written on the back different employees' name tags. The names of the six lead workers down here have the codes in alphabetical order, meaning we have find them, or at least their name tags." A shiny reflection on the floor in front of her caught her attention, and Chamber quickly snatched up the lone plastic card, reading the name and then flipping it over. Dominic Richards, -4372-

"hm" thought Sfain, looking at the plastic card. Each of those people had most likely died nearby, as this was their area of work and defense. He looked around the room, figuring he himself wouldn't know what the cards looked like, but shining his flashlight at a different angle than the strobing alarm lights would surely give away the positions of any other nearby tags that were visible. He held tight to his weapon in his right hand, and in his left, his flashlight. If things stopped going so smoothly, he'd just have to go with plan B.

(V-ACT/T-000 is now awakening and entering. Story part 1)
Rat's scattered about in the area, feeding on about anything that was edible. One such little creature made his way by a corner of the room in a pile skeletal remains. and a massive chamber. A few carcass half burn to the crispy skin and torn from whatever man or beast did so much too...beep!. Click! The rodent ignored the the noise and went about eating his meal. "H-Hunt..." The rat froze looked around and the last thing was seen was claws as the daggers dug in deep...
(Hypatia Prokourorov also entering for back story.)
"Delta Squad to command, our convoy is mangled. Please send in back up...." The last remaining UBCS member answered in the rushed sewers. Hypatia was getting aggravated with the young man's stupidity. "I'm still not getting anything, Ivan" chert, This kid has to be off his mind or he didn't have an education He turned to look at him. "Let me see that, my Japanese friend," He didn't hesitate to hand him the radio. The thought of shooting the radio would please him very much but it was no use through this tunnels to god know were. "We move. Qui-"
"RRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!"
The UBCS men stood there shocked, nearly p***ing them self. Hypatia raised an M4 up and switched to night vision. He saw nothing. Hiraku fidget with his mine thrower with the tracer rounds still active. "Anything?" He asked him. Na samom dele? "Negative, privet. Just get you're eyes on. The last thing we need is a bunch of Lickers and hunters hotfooting towards us for a daily snack."
V-ACT/T-000 ate the rat that he managed to grabbed. plucking away what guts it could pick with its claw. He paused. He let out a spine-chilling exhale. V-ACT/T-000 sensed other V-ACTs, not like V-ACT/T-000, and white meat was well from far sides of the hunting grounds. He chucked the half eaten rat to the ground and smelled the air. He tried to word out what he could only desire was the hunger after being kept in that forsaken place that draws him back to sleep. He gave out a testament to his prey. the sounds echoed through the grounds and every tunnel.

Some of the side doors in the main hallway of the lower disposal area had been wide open, meaning if they did need to escape, they could easily close the door to keep the creatures at bay. A small handgun wasnt going to down a crimson head, so had one actually been stirred up, Chambers would have to rely on Sfain. That was the only problem about coming down here, relying on the man with the bigger gun, but it wasnt like she had a choice in the matter. The putrid smell was bad, but the silence was even worse. From the looks of things, there wasnt even any movement in the hallway. This could be a good thing, because the less monsters they had to deal with the better, but at the same time, they could be lurking in the darker side rooms, waiting to get the drop on them.
The whole time, Chambers had been looking along the ground for anymore cards, but didnt see any, not even further down the hallway. She popped inside one or two of the rooms, avoid the ones that smelled worse. Those rooms meant their were open hatchs leading into the sewers, which was possibly how the outbreak even managed to reach Raccoon City, but that was just her negative thought process reaching a very farcry conclusion. Suddenly, a faint scream could be heard coming from another room further up the hallways, and from the sounds of it, originated from somewhere down in the sewers. "They cant smell us all the way up here. You came alone, right?" Its not like Sfain would tell her, maybe he had other plans, some backup. But she was in the know zone, and if he had more to his unit, they wouldnt be stupid enough to go through the sewers to access this building.

"Hm?" asked Sfain, his new partner of sorts was already questioning his integrity. This was slightly refreshing, as most would be so easy to trust. "Whoever they are..." he pulled back on the slide of his handgun, the soft, metallic click punctuating his sentence, "..they're not with me"
Sfain had a habit of shooting first and asking questions later. He could tell that screaming wasn't human, but the idea that he was close enough to it to trigger whatever was making the noise was less than likely. His conclusion... there must have been others here.
He ran the thought process through his mind quickly, yet delicately. If they were civilians, he could use them, either as bait for the infected or to bring back to command for new test subjects.
If they were B.S.A.A it was less than likely they'd be taken alive, and thus, probably a bad idea to advance on them, as he never knew one to move on their own.
They could have been Spec Ops, in which case, he could wound one or two, slowing down the group and drawing the horde.
But for now, none of this mattered. We'd cross that bridge when we got to it. Sfain trained his sights on a shimmering object in a specimen jar he noticed through one of the windows in a door. "There!" he whispered. Keeping his agile weapon raised and his body in a low crouch.

Hypatia looked at the walls and every 3 miles said Section C Sewer. They all pointed to the opposite direction. "These seem....like exits..." He said to Hiraku. They came to a door that was wide open three miles down more. There was scratch marks. Hypatia caution his way down towards the door, M4 raised, he reached out and swung the door open. He cleared the right as Hiraku cleared left. "Clear" Hypatia announced. "Clear" Hiraku repeated. Hypatia examine the door knob and shut the door. The room they had entered was lit enough to turn the NVGs off. The tang in this room area was filled with rotten and horrible smells as if the room was torched with living being. It didn't take long for Hypatia to realize were they were at. "We need to find a way out of this room," He said and walked straight ahead, looking at the burn bodies and skeletons of B.O.W.s "Can't we just go the way we came?" Hypatia paused. He slowly turned to towards the young lad. "I don't know what military base in Tokyo trained you, but you're walking with me, rather if you sh*t yourself or p*ssing pants. Either way. I'm fine with it. On me" Hiraku was probably getting annoyed with him and said "I'm glad my people fought with you're people, cause you are starting to tick me off, man." "And if you were to fight us now, we'd kick your asses back to the rising sun you go." He laughed. Hiraku caught up to him and said in Japanese towards Hypatia. "A wise Japanese proverbs once said 'An idiot will not be cured(of his idiocy), unless he dies.'" He followed him and cleared the right side of the room. Hypatia couldn't believe what he was hearing. Want's to play this game, I see., He though to himself. "Yeah, well a Japanese proverb who was also wise then brave once said 'If you do not enter the tiger's cave, you will not catch its cub' true store, my friend, very true..." They stopped mid way in the room and heard noises. they seemed distanced but yet sounds it cam from a different part of the room. "I've heard stories about this place. They discarded a couple of Tyrants, Hunters, and mostly V-ACTs. If they managed to survive the incineration, the V-ACTs usually clam you next. Umbrella Security Service usually gets called out to watch the Umbrella Trash-sweepers models move the piles. They were easier to cove up too if they were ever damage, but the USS, you could just trap them and there is usually a safe zone I hear"He told Hiraku in a hush voice. The noises of whatever was dying became more agonizing, Hypatia and Hiraku looked at each other, seeing each other's fears. "Let's move quietly, yes?" "Affirmative"
V-ACT/T-000 came across a door with lesser V-ACTs at a blast door. The snarls filled the air. V-ACT/T-000 walked briskly, picking up a long bone and headed towards the mob of V-ACTs as they all looked towards him. they stared at him, he stared right back. one screech in defiance and charged the Tyrant as they all started to charge at V-ACT/T-000. He raised the bone high in the air and whacked the first one closest to him with the bone, shattering the bone completely and started to take the rest of them on. "RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" He roared as he shred them all apart with claws of razors. The rest of the V-ACTs were silence or they either screamed in agony, body parts flung everywhere.

Going in first didnt quite seem like the smartest idea at the time, but either of the two had gun, and each others backs regardless of their goals. Outrunning those red walkers would be nearly impossible, little lone a dozen or more of them, so they would need to both shoot in order to survive had the time come. Part of her wanted to just smash the glass open to get at the card, seemed as little better then sticking her hand inside, but it was the quietest solution. "What the hell is it doing in here, anyways?" Sflain shined his light on the capsule as Chambers fished around. But as she tried grabbing onto the card, her hand felt as if it had been going numbing. Now barely holding onto the card, she set the jar at her feet.
The jelly like substance inside oozed across the floor, which was unavoidable, but its not like anybody to clean up after them. Chambers examined the card. Ellen Gilbert, -6710-" she spoke out, but then felt like her hand was burning. The card dropped to the floor, plastic almost seemed to melt away, or at least the letters on the front. Shaking the liquid away onto a lab coat, she didnt let it bother her, or let Sfain realize what was happening. Then there was another screaming, but still not human like. This followed by several more, and Chambers came to the conclusion that it was coming from back inside the hallway, just on the other side of the blast door. "One more to go, then we can open it up..." But Chambers didnt sound entirely thrilled about the idea, hearing the violence on the other side. Whatever was going on, she wanted nothing to do with it, but thats the direction they needed to go.

Sfain heard the outbreak on the side of the door opposite to them and smirked. "Don't worry, you find the last key, I'll make sure our new guests don't go wanting." he suggested as he stepped toward the door. His feet were silent in his quick, low strides as he kneeled at the threshold of the door. He reached into his cargo pocket and retrieved a length of 550 Cord, tying one end around a foot above the floor in the doorway to the leg of a bolted table. He repeated this measure to the other side, tightening the chord and cutting the length away from the rest he had on him.
If that last card had to be in the room, finding it wasn't going to be easy. No doubt, the scientists that worked here had gone to great lengths to hide it. They'd most likely be better off waiting for the infected to break the door down. "This isn't good, finding that last key is gonna ta-" Vollin found himself without words as the silicon clack at his feet alerted him of that age old proverb... if it was a snake... it woulda bit me.
He picked up the card, hissing at the doctor and tossing it in her direction. No wonder they hadn't seen it before. In their effort not to wake any biohazards, they hadn't noticed the severed arm on the floor, clutching the last card between it's cold, lifeless grip.
"Alright, here's the plan.." whispered Sfain, tilting his head toward the door and standing up a touch higher. "...Ferrels are faster than the other infected. They run. That wire I just tied to the door, combined with a few sprinting infected.... well, lets just say it's a good idea to aim for the head... and at the ground, alright?" He trained his weapon on the door, waiting for the doctor to enter the code.

V-ACT/T-000 grappled with the last V-ACT by the throat, the Zombie clawed at his face but with a fierce roar, He collapsed it's throat, and served it from the rest of the body. V-ACT/T-000 examined the door and started to pry it open with its claws. "Foooood..."
The two UBCS from Delta moved up to were an massacre was taken place. Hiraku examine the limbs and and Hypatia looked at the blast doors. A humanoid like figure in a patients suit stood grunting, trying to open the heavy doors. He tapped on Hiraku on shoulder. As he looked up at him, Hypatia put his finger to his lips. He placed two fingers to his eyes and put two fingers up, flicking them in the direction, as he looked up he raised his rifle quick. Hypatia grabbed the barrel shaking his head and mouthing the words "NO" Hiraku looked at him and at the figer who seem to get more frustrated opening the door.
Hypatia looked around seeing what he could do. The was a security camera at the door with flame resistant glass protecting it. No one would be alive too see them and if they were they didn't want that thing nor the V-ACTs out. The only hope was the panel, overriding a lock would be awhile but if could be done, but they would have to wait or someone would have to draw its attention. "I'm going to need you to play with this one." Hypatia told him. "Yeah, and I bet you want me to take it to a fancy fast-food joint right? " "Can you bypass a door lock of that caliber?"
He thought it over and Hypatia explained. "I'll open up the panel and I just need 10 minutes. I just need you to slow it down, buy me time-whatever." Hiraku gritted his teeth. "F--k!"
V-ACT/T-000 pried it more harder that he growled. "OOOOOOOOOPEEEEEEN!!!!" "Hey!! He turned to look and got sprayed with a burst of bullets. He snarled then ran at the man who darted to the left. He chased him through the pit.
Hypatia darted out his cover and ran towards the door starting to take the panel off one screw at a time. If his memory severed him right it was like breaching any other door with such a bulk head locking mech in it. he removed the panel and thrown. "Ok...here we go..."
