"Hm." She looks at what you have. Note you probably used up some of the $40.00 on food over the past few days. "Looks like you got more than $60.00 worth of items there. $12.00 for each pair of the genes alone." Perhaps this was Aikos first attempt at shopping on her own. The discovery of how much things cost sometimes hurts.

Aiko stares apologetically and said "I'm so sorry, I didn't realize." She goes back and was only able to buy a tacky tee, a pair of jeans, and one pair of undergarment, and that was only the fact that there was a sale to get rid of the summer cloths that was taking up stock. Aiko goes back up to the counter and gives another apology.

The person smiles and rings up the last bit of funds you had. You had 40 to start with, and if you went cheap on food for the past 3 days you had maybe 24 or so left to spend in the store. You might have a dollar left, or some change, or none and the person probably covered the remaining cost for the clothes. But the folks will be coming tomorrow to take you to the foster care place, get you registered and feed you and care for you. Just you won't have much food till you get there. Clothes are good, you might look presentable, but your tummy is gonna be sad.

Aiko leaves the shop and goes back to the hotel, up the elevator, and to my room. Aiko drops her items and reaches into her pocket for the key.

The elevator is slow, and makes a kreek sound as it moves between floors. The atmosphere of the hotel room is stiff and sound do not carry far, the carpet floors creek from the uneven wood below. Your tummy makes noise, you realize you forgot about food, but there are some mints in the room. You know in the morning there is complementary breakfast on the first floor.

"Yesh! Its almost like it isn't moving," Aiko says to herself. Aiko rests her head on the wall, leaning against the wall. "What time is it? Maybe I should have gotten a watch," Aiko stares at the doors, longingly.

(Mints are in the hotel room, on the nightstand. There is a clock on the stand, by a hotel room phone and a small bible. She is alone in the room. Would you like to skip through the foster care place, and perhaps have a discription of her time there and skip a good month or so ahead where she is trsnsported to her foster parents ?)

Aiko sucks on the mints as she lays her head on the bed, and closes her eye, preparing for tomorrow. (Yeah that sounds like a good idea)

(Ok. Here are the boring events that would result in a discouraging role play. Just need to know how Aiko would respond to children).
Aiko wakes and eats breakfast down starss in the hotel lobby. Her social worker arrives after her breakfast, helps her get her belongings, and transports her to the foster care center. When she arrives there are mostly kids there, and few who are close to her age, but most are between the ages of 4 and 13.
How does Aiko respond to young children varying in ages from 4 to 13 ?

(I have a feeling that she would find their innocence intriguing and may even try to reclaim some of her's through them, so sisterly, I think.)

(Ok.)
Aiko forms a bond with some of the young kids. She even stands up for them to oppressive adults who might be too excessive with punishments, if there are any.
After several weeks of living in a foster care facility, Aiko is scheduled to meet her new foster parents for the first time. She is told that they want to adopt an older child who has matured enough to be independent yet helpful with house chores, and because they can't have kids medically. They care for many children and work, so they hope Aiko can keep an eye on the other kids and guard the house. She would have a room of her own, the kids have bunk rooms, and there is a nanny to make food and do laundry and all that for everyone. (Nanny needs help, lol). Of course, it is a long drive to the location, through towns and mountains, in a bigger city several hundred miles away, which means a bus trip.
It tiz the day Aiko must say farewell to her friends of a brief moment in time. Clara, 12; Amanda, 10; Michale, 6; Bobby, 8; Shannon, 4; William, 11; Danny, 9; Sandra, 6; Sean, 7; Dresden, 7. There were others in other parts of the facility, but Aiko came to know these names. (You can use your imagination to get a visual). They sometimes help Aiko change her bandages and all looked up to her, admiring her because they know she got SHOT (lol, if I was a kid I'd be fascinated too). The nannys there also respected Aiko.
Aiko finds herself on the road to the bus station that is in another town away. (We all know which town this is). In a station wagon, wood trim on outside. A nun lady drives, partnered with another nun. "is it too cold back there, Aiko ?" The nun in the passenger seat asks.

"A bit, but its fine,"Aiko fakes a smile, it's f**king freezing, as she stares mindlessly out the window. "I hope Clara looks after the rest of them, those delinquents most definitely will try to mess with them while I'm gone," Aiko thinks to herself.

Driver nun: "She's shivering, sister. Heavens turn off the air." Passenger nun: "Yes ma'am."
Driver nun: "Are you excited about going to your new home ?"

"I don't know, I'm going to miss the gang back home, you know?" Aiko answers genuinely. "And having a family is still a new concept to me, he closest I had was the children and foster workers at the home."

Passenger nun: "It'll get better. Just have faith."
You arrive at the town where the bus station is. Nothing out of the ordinary. The nuns help you unload your belongongs. There are many busses there. The person at the ticket booth explains there is a minor delay.
