"Hunter, what are you d-" The man choked out, his voice hazed from the gas mask before being cut off by a knife in his throat. Hunter grabbed his now dead parters gun before he hit the ground, and fired two quick bursts into the other two men, leaving him the only one in his unit alive. Ripping off the gas mask of his own, Hunter tossed it onto the ground, quickly gathering up the magazines from the now dead agents bets and sub machine guns, attaching them to his own. While he did this, his free hand toggled on an ear piece. "The dont pay me well enough. All clear, standby for direct video feed." Hunter removed the camera from the chiefs shoulder, clipping it onto his own. They blended in well enough to not be seen, and even if they were, nobody would be able to tell it was even a live feed. The technology these days surprised even him, but then again, there were a lot crazier things out there.
In another building somewheres in the stoneville area, Edward sat in the chair, watching the feed from an computer monitor. The body of an Umbrella employee lay behind him. Killing him wasnt the idea, but it was the only way to get access to the computer and pull this off. Knowing nobody else was going to be around, the only thing he needed to do was answer the pager ever six hours. It didnt take much effort when the one you were employed by had been working for Umbrella themselves, and Edward wasnt even sure why Hunter had been doing all of this. The only thing he cared about was seeing what was inside of the mansion, and there wasnt that big of a metaphorical window to do it. "Good. Just keep the feed going, and make sure to get as much video as you can. We only have about twelve hours before STARS sends in the backup. Im going radio silent now, I cant risk them changing frequencies and finding out whats going on here. Over and out."
Hunter removed the radio from his ear, and put it in his pocket. He smeared blood from the skirmish onto his BDU, making it look like he was a victim of what happened, should any other units be dispatched without his knowledge. It was a simple in and out, and judging from the layout schematics he was briefed on, it shouldnt take more then a couple of hours to survay everything. Thats not taking into consideration what sort of outbreak is gone on inside. but its somethings hes dealt with enough at this point. Right now, Hunter focused on the task at hand, making sure all of this information and data gets recorded, but on his own terms, not Umbrellas. The mansion door swung open, and he pressed on inside, letting them slam shut behind him. He already didnt like how quiet things were.

Chloe was running. Adrenaline was coursing through her veins as she heard the growling and snarling of the dogs, urging her to go faster. To get to safety. Chloe kept hold of her submachine gun that was slung over her shoulder and felt her pistol hanging at her side. Her submachine gun was half empty when she unintentionally pulled the trigger and sprayed bullets all over the place and missing her target which so happened to be the dog that was chasing her. In normal circumstances, she wouldn't have panicked. Then again, these weren't normal circumstances. "Sh#t. Sh#t." Chloe ran through the forest with the dogs on her tail. There was a plume of smoke from where she had crashed her car on the road due to the fact that she saw a stray dog and didn't want to hit it. Chloe turned around and saw a pair of small shapes dashing through the brushes and took aim. She kept moving though she had no idea where she was going except away. She set the submachine gun to a 3 shot burst to avoid wasting ammo and pulled the trigger, killing one of the two dogs. The sharp clapping noise would no doubt attract unwanted attention, but then again, she had no choice in the matter. If she had left the situation unattended, she would have been run over by those things and she would have been mauled. Chloe turned around and made a mad dash through the forest. She knew what she was looking for. Back at the R.P.D.,before this whole mess,Chloe was with Alpha Team when they were being briefed on the mansion. Of course, being the rogue that she is,Chloe decided to scout out the mansion before the rest of her team did. Things didn't turn out to well.
She heard more howling and Chloe knew that there was more trouble coming. She didn't know how safe the mansion would be but at least it would be better than being chased around by dogs in the forest. She thought she was getting near the damn place until she heard explosive gunfire coming from in front of her. The brush cleared and the mansion loomed, almost menacingly. When she saw the muzzle flashes and heard the rapid gunfire,Chloe's instincts took over and she instantly hit the ground on her belly thinking the gun shots were aimed at her. She heard more gunshots and heard a rough male voice before it was abruptly cut off. 'What the f$ck?" Chloe asked in her mind before the howls started up again. Hell, she didn't even notice that the dogs were silent because she was listening to the gunfire intently. When the rapid gunfire stopped,Chloe looked up and saw a heavily armed man clearing objects from what looked like dead bodies and saw him approaching the mansion doors and opening them. He entered the mansion and the doors closed behind them. Chloe had forgotten about the dogs when she was watching the man. "What in the world-aack!" She let out a half strangled tell that she abruptly cut off as a dog took her by surprise and tried to maul her. Chloe kept the dog at bay as it was trying to reach her with it's teeth and she noticed something shocking. The dog, didn't look like a dog at all. Well it is a dog,but it looked dead. It's eyes were devoid of life and glassy, and the dogs flesh was peeling off leaving some bone. The dog felt slimy and had fresh blood all over it like the creature had killed recently. Chloe pulled her handgun out of it's hip holster with her left hand while she held the dog back with her right and took aim at the dog. She pulled the trigger at the thing's head and there was a lound bang. She felt it collapse suddenly lifeless and Chloe pushed the dog off of her. She's going to have to shower when everything's over. The howling had kept going while she was busy with the dog and Chloe lept up,she bolstered her handgun and kept hold of her SMG and made a mad dash to the doors of the mansion. She stopped at the entrance and saw the dead bodies. She didn't recognise any of them, but could tell they weren't STARS. Chloe didn't have time to check them as she saw multiple dogs dashing towards her. There were even a couple of crows. "What the hell!?" Chloe shouted at them. She aimed at the crows and pulled the trigger. She managed to kill most of them, but her gun ran empty. She had to reload. Chloe cursed violently and pushed open the doors to the mansion and let them close when she was inside. They slid shut as soon as a pair of dogs threw themselves at them and there were a couple of thuds. She wiped away sweat from her forehead and her hand came away covered in blood. Chloe sighed. Looks like she was going to find a way to patch herself up. At least she was safe. For now at least.

They were suppose to get a lot of rain throughout the week, but as of now it was only cloudy, which didnt help the lighting inside. But Hunter was thankful because it wouldnt bother the audio, something that wasnt part of the agreement but equally important in this eyes. Upon moving up the stairs, there was an open door, which immediately made things more complicated then they needed to be because it meant somebody was here before him. It could have been days, months, or even years, and there would be no way of knowing. Soon as he got inside the room however, a door with a red marking on it, Hunter panned the camera around quickly as he could, knowing something was inside. The camera picked it up before he did, a lone infected resident crawling toward him on the floor, and more than likely the one who left the door open.
Thats when Hunter heard the string of gunshots, darting his attention back outside of the room. Luckily it was just a study, no other rooms adjacent, so the camera would have gotten everything he needed. But the two more of the infected crawled out from under the table just as he backed out and shut the door. As he heard movement at the front entrance, Hunter reached in his pocket to pull out a ring of keys, finding the one etched with a diamond, then proceded to quietly lock the infected inside of the study. Soon after the main doors closed, he pocketed the keys slowly, making sure they didnt jingle, and peeked through the railing to see who it was. Civilian? More Umbrella Secret Service? Were they made so soon? No, it was a female agent of STARS, but she was on her own. This was about to get interesting.
Hunter had to stay still as to not draw attention, but knew he didnt have anywhere to go, and the infected would be scratching at the door any second now. Killing the STARS member right here right now wasnt in the interest of Umbrella, but if he used her to his atvantage, covering the entire building would go a lot quicker. At the same time, there couldnt be signs of anyone here, and that was for their own safety, so he was going to have to be careful. Maybe the best course of action was to announce his presence, tell a few lies, and kill two birds with one stone while they were both her. Just as if it was breaking his throught, a loud crack of thunder boomed rattled the windows, then the patter of rainfall came, masking any sounds of infected anywhere. From here, right now, there was only one door that didnt have a lock on it, and that was the dining hall. So Hunter just sat and waited for the right timing to make himself known.
