This is the center of the city, and of the outbreak. The city center is mostly urban sprawl; a few shops combined with shacks and and abandoned buildings.

A classic gold colored Ford Fiesta sat in the middle of the street as zombies quickly made their way around it, one even choosing to climb over the thing. From a distance a woman with shoulder length brunette hair watched the car from a perch on top of a building. She clicked her tongue almost like a clicking clock. Finally she stopped and a grin spread across her face. As she did so the small car was rocketed into the sky via an explosion. The blast let loose an noise deafening to any nearby, and an explosion that cleared the street of any infected. As countless body parts peppered the street she let out a laugh.
[pink]"That never gets old!"[/pink]
Another cackle came from a black man laying on her right. [orange]"That was great!"[/orange] They each tossed up a high five. The guy then returned to looking down the scope of his sniper rifle in the same direction the car bomb had went off at. He then spoke into his throat mic, [orange]"Coast is clear guys, your home free!"[/orange]
A good distance away a heavily modified Toyota Tundra came sliding around a corner. Three men occupied the vehicle. One driving with dirty blonde hair, one riding shotgun holding onto the 'Oh Sh!t!' handle, and the last strapped down to the added roll cage with an M-4 scanning the surroundings.
[red]"Nice work McKenzie! Desmond keep eyes on our tail. Im not sure if we lost those lickers yet or not."[/red] The voice came from the man in the passenger seat of the truck.
The team finally regrouped on the penthouse level of the building. They barricaded themselves in pretty well, and where planning their next move.
[blue]"So your sure we can get a hold of my truck before we leave? I really liked that one."[/blue] Said Caleb.
[orange]"Nope, that trucks a goner boy."[/orange] Retorted the sniper.
[pink]"Shut up Desmond! Thats rude!"[/pink] The explosives expert always acted as the teams mother figure.
[red]"Caleb, we will do what we can. Im certain we will need a ride out of this place before its said and done."[/red] Joshua was always holding the group together. [red]"Jefferson how are we looking?"[/red]
The deep voice of the largest member of the team finally tuned in. [green]"Ammo is good. Supplies are still full. Sensors show the barricades are holding well for the time being."[/green]
[red]"Good. So the building we need to be in is adjacent to this one. This one just allowed us easier entry. We need to start cutting a hole through that wall."[/red] He pointed toward the eastern most wall. [red]"Once in we will need to head up another 7 stories. Our target is there. The building was previously only an office building, during the infection the military used it as a base of operation in the city, then it was seized by the PMC called Sol Negro. Now it is abandoned but they left a large weapons cache inside. We clear out what they have, give a small portion to our employer and we get to keep whatever else we round up. Understood?"[/red] Everyone nodded. [red]"Then get to making me that hole!"[/red]
Everyone went into action. The guys cleared things out of the way, and McKenzie placed some C4. Before detonating it Jefferson scored the concrete with a metal rod so that the explosion would make a semi controlled shape in the wall. Everyone then took cover behind several thick tables and the lady set off the explosives.

Simon and William took the front seat of the moving truck, Alan and Mikaela sitting in the back, door wide open. They were sent to Mexico of all places, word came back to Dominic about an abandoned military armory in the city. It also became a well known fact that Dominic hired a group of mercs. Alan wasn't pleased with the news and even argued the fact but when Dominic ordered something, it was done.
Alan and Mikaela had sat having idle chit chat and taking pot shots at walkers that passed by or the occasional licker. It was a smooth ride, Simon being the master driver most wished they could be. The truck was big enough that Alan and Mikaela could comfortably sit with their feet dangling out the back.
An explosion in the distance let the quartet know that the mercs were doing what they did best, made messes. Alan rolled his eyes at Mikaela about the explosion. The noise alone would attract everything in Mexico. Alan's crew was used to being subtle, so the explosions were never their style. They would breach the building, take what they need, make sure the walkers were kept at bay or killed, then leave. Alan knew he wasn't going to like this group.
The building said to hold the armory was upahead with an underground garage entrance in plane view. It would take many trips to grab their share of the gear, but with the mercs, it should be a little easier on everyone. Simon pulled in and turned off the truck.

As the dust and smoke cleared team letum raised up from behind their hiding spots. Where a wall use to be a hole almost the size of a door now existed. It had punched through the wall of their building and into the building right on the other side. They quickly stacked up and waited for an order before moving again. Joshua gave a motion with his hand and Jefferson reacted by moving through and clearing the room on the other side. Caleb moved in right on his tail scanning anywhere he wasnt to keep him covered. A moment later a green light flashed twice.
The rest of the team moved through the hole. It was time to get to work. They began moving furniture of any kind to form barricades and to just get it out of the way. They then cleared the nearby rooms and doors. Anything not planning to be used was locked. This cut down on the amount of hiding spots, and places for zombies to sneak up on them from. Next was to plan the escape which wasnt hard. They'd be travelling right back the way they came up and into Caleb's truck. Once the packages where loaded and split up with their oncoming partners everyone would be on their way and merry.
[red]"Everything in place?"[/red] Spoke Joshua to the team. Everyone replied with nods. [red]"Good. Our partners should be arriving soon. They will be coming up from right behind us."[/red]
Everyone took posts to keep guard until they arrived. Dezmond sat by a window looking down on the street below. Caleb sat up on a table using one of his many gadgets, probably scanning the building for security controls, or access to normally restricted areas. Jefferson posted up at the hole in the wall waiting for anything to attemt to come through. McKenzie laid out a setup on a table and prepped all her gear, probably readying a few more C-4 bricks in case they would be needed. Joshua just paced the floor ready to get the mission over. He didnt really like being forced to work with another team, it was just more variables he had to think of.

The group of four piled out of the truck, weapons ready, each knowing their job. Alan took the lead and the other three followed. They were a lot less formal about their approach, knowing the mercs had taken care of any and all walkers in the area. If they hadn't they deserved to be dead and Alan and his group could easily take care of any stray walker left behind.
They took the stairs, if you trusted elevators these days or even expected them to work, you were a moron. They found the area where the mercs breached with relative ease, since most doors were locked. Despite their love for explosions, Alan could see why Dominic hired the group. They walked through the hole in the wall and met their partners. Alan was less than formal and didn't greet the mercs, only took in the sight of them.
