"Well this is an intresting group.Well better grab a seat like Jack said,i really dont feel like sitting on the floor."Before he went to where Jack was sitting Donni looked at Lai."I think i saw you on my patrols before."He grabbed a seat and waited for the briefing to begin. As he waited,he spun the cylinder on his revolver, which the Resistance soliders missed or didnt care he had,and made sure it was in combat ready condition.Donni then drew his switch blade and began sharpining the blade,so it was ready for close quarters if needed.

John looked as people were heading to get briefed at the briefing room, he decided to keep on going with the resistance, besides, he would need the help to save his parents... wherever they were being held.
finding a seat to sit down in, he looked up at the lady and the old man, by the look of things, these two were the leaders of the Resistance, he hoped they were good leaders, since the USSR solders probibly outnumbered them 10 to 1 most likely.
Pulling out his handgun and placing it oh his lap, he looked deeply into it, he couldn't believe that he actually killed someone, it almost made him feel sick as he thought about it. He quickly put the handgun away, hoping to not make anyone think he was doing the wrong thing and listened to the Lady and the old man

(Alright, I'm just assuming everyone's at the HQ.)
The lady (Isabella) scanned the area; then cleared her throat.
"Please, be quiet everyone," Isabella shouted across the room. "We do not have a microphone do to the...circumstances...so you must be as silent as possible."
After saying this, Isabella grabbed a glass of water and took a sip from it.
"Well, let me begin by saying we are all very confused...and very scared...right now. None of us foresaw the Russians actually invading. At least not this soon. We have done our best to try and organize the survivors. This was partly do to our friend, ex-SEAL Scott Weaver." Isabella held out a hand to the gruff man that was sitting down besides her. He simply grunted, and Isabella continued.
"There are...no words that can describe how I feel. Anger, sadness, depression, surprise, all these come close. But none of them are strong enough. I am sure you all have feelings of your own, but we must not let our emotions take hold of us. From here on out, this...is...it. We aren't getting reinforcements, the US Army isn't coming to free us. We live long enough to fight...and then die trying. There are no other options. We have tried our best to form this...Resistance...but, as you can see, we are no army. But, do not loose hope, for this is the American Dream...right here! Since the dawn of our great nation, we have encountered overwhelming odds time and time again, yet we have always prevailed. Do not let this time be any different! With time, we will overcome this obstacle and, from the ashes of this horrific battle, our country will rise once again like a Phoenix! This is not the end, my friends, but a new beginning! And let that comfort you through the cold nights."
Isabella looked around the room. She heard a couple, weak, claps, but for the most part the people were still pretty low down.
"Anyways, I hope that gave you a little hope. Now, we have done some planning, and we have decided on our first attack zone. Any elderly, young, sick, or injured should follow me or go get treated at the Medical Center. If you are able to fight, stay here and Scott will tell you what to do next."
After saying that, Isabella patted Scott on the back and lead the others away to hand out work positions. Scott got up tiredly and scratched his scalp.
"Alright, I'm Scott Weaver. Commander Weaver, Scott, Mr. Weaver, doesn't matter. Anyways, as you could probably tell, Manhattan is completely under Russian control. The last place to fall was the Police precinct. And that's what we're going to take back first. We're going to send a large force to distract the attention at the front. Then, we're going to send a small strike team in from behind. Our goal is to free the prisoners inside, along with Police Chief, who we believe is also being held there. After that, the prisoners will be escorted back and that'll be that. We are NOT trying to regain ground at this point. We WILL NOT be able to hold it."
Scott coughed and looked around the room at the blank stares.
"Any questions?"
A man raised his hand.
"You." Scott said, pointing to the man.
"What about food, what about supplies?" The man asked.
"Don't worry, we already have scouts scouring the area for food, weapons, etc. But, that doesn't mean if you see weapons or such just leave them. If you have room on your person and it won't interfere with your movie, grab it. We need all the supplies we can get."
Scott looked around again and saw another hand. He pointed to the woman.
"I thought Isabella said there weren't anymore survivors. But we're going to free prisoners."
"Yeah, I know," Scott sighed, "What she meant is we're the only uncaptured help we will receive. There aren't going to be any military counter-attacks, and, as you've probably guessed, we aren't getting police help."
Scott grabbed a glass of water before continuing.
"Anyways, if you've got any questions about the mission, just come see me. Besides that, go get some food. We'll be gearing up in about ten minutes. Keroauc will give you your gear over at the armory. Also, if anyone wants to volunteer for the strike team, come and see me. That'll be all."

After the mission briefing,Donni went to see the Ex-SEAL."Hey man,ill be part of the strike team.Im a cop and know the police precint.Im used to working in odds heavily stacked against me,from my time as a Muscle Man for a gang.Only question is do we have any idea how heavily gaurded the prisoners are and do they have any armored units?" Scott seemed to know what he was doing,so Doni waited for a response from him.

Matt slightly nodded to himself as the young woman laid out the situation. It was as bad as Matt assumed. He knew for a fact the Army would come back, but it would be a while. Most of the US Army, Navy and Marine Corps were overseas still, on occupation duty. No doubt the Soviets had some sort of plan to keep them at bay, but there were still more than 15,000 National Guardsmen within New York alone, although Matt guessed the Soviets had more men, not to mention a sizable Air Force, Navy and armored troops. He sighed to himself, and wiped some blood away from his face, as he approached Weaver.
"Hey, Private O'Hara at your service, US National Guard. I can help with whatever is needed, including that strike force you need to rescue hostages" Matt nodded, again wiping blood away from his eyes and slinging his M16 onto his shoulder. He'd fix himself up later, even though he was in quite a bit of pain, now more then ever the Army needed to seem strong. And from what he could tell, he was the only US Army soldier here.

Buddy sat quietly at the back of the room with Riccardo, enjoying a cigar. He sat after all the others that wouldnt fight left, not many, but the man had a plan, not a very good one, even if they were going to secure weapons, or rescue officers, odds are they were dead by now, and they were not armed well enough to take on an actual army. But hell, he wanted to give it a shot.
He blew out some smoke, and stood up, "Come on Riccardo lets go talk to this guy." Buddy said, placing the cigar back in his mouth. The two approached the man, Buddy removed a cigar from his pocket and offered it to the man, "Take one, you look pretty distraught, you can count us in for your strike team, in our profession you need to have the kind of skills it takes to do a mission like this." Buddy explained, blowing some more smoke out of his mouth.

Lai thought about what was being said. They were the only ones that weren't captured and she got lucky. She originally planned on running back to her brothers and attacked the men that barged into her home. She was armed. They weren't. However, she felt reassured that her brothers and friends were captured and she would be able to save them.
"I'm not with the police or anything, but I know how to use a pistol good and because I'm a dancer, I am very well balanced and flexible. I'll join up with the team." Lai told Scott. She capped her drink after taking another sip. She awaited a response. When she got it, she would head over and grab an apple to eat for breakfast.

John listened as Isabella and Scott gave their briefing, he would definitely was lucky to survive the USSR solders, since this Resistance was only grouped together as the invasion began. When he heard that there were, he walked up to see if he could join, he had a bone to pick with the USSR solders. He said to Scott as he nodded respectfully.
"If I can, I would like to join the Strike force, I may not be that good, but I know how to keep myself alive and be a help to the team."
He then waited for Scoot to respond, once he did, John would try to find something to drink and eat, since he never got anything to eat before the invasion.

Jack watched as the people he had met (and a couple others) went up to Scott and began talking to him. Jack sighed and walked over.
"Jack Hunter, plumber. Ex-Construction worker. Ain't a SEAL, but I can shoot a gun as well as a sailor. I'll join the Strike Team."
Scott looked at the rag-tag group that volunteered for the Strike Team. He looked around briefly to see if anyone else was going to volunteer; then sighed.
"Well, I guess beggars can't be choosers," Scott sighed. "From this point on, you are all unofficially part of the Manhattan Navy SEALs. I'd love to take you through training, but we ain't got time. Here, follow me." Scott then turned back to Buddy. "And thanks, but no thanks for the cigar. SEALs don't smoke".
Scott led the group over to a secluded table in the cafeteria, waving for the cook to bring them some food and drinks. Once the food was brought, Scott began explaining their mission.
"Alright, you are going to enter through a manhole about 20 meters from the station. It's located in an alley we've managed to secure, so there won't be any surprises. Once there, you'll meet up with a scout of ours. Real crazy guy. Names Neil. Anyways, he'll give you a more detailed layout of the entrances into the area. From the reports, its pretty heavily guarded (snipers on the room, MG nests on the steps) but the inside is pretty light. Two guards in the cells, two in the armory, two in the offices."
Scott grabbed his glass of water, drank about half of it, and then continued.
"Once you find out the entry points, you'll move in. We'll have a platoon of Resistance fighters occupying them in front. But, they'll only be able to hold out so long before reinforcements come, so you gotta hurry. All you guys gotta do, is make it to the cells in the basement and free the prisoners. In fact, you don't even need to rescue them all. Just the Police Chief. He's the only one we're worried about. The rest are bonuses. So, general summary, get in, get prisoners, get out, don't attract attention. We're only going to let you bring side-arms in this one so you don't bring the entire Russian army down on our heads," Scott turned to O'Hara, "Sorry, mate. Hate taking from one of my own, but it's for your own good. You'll get it back after the mission."
Scott then looked around and leaned in close to the group.
"Also, there's an armory on the ground floor. If you get in there, secure the weapons/ammo/etc. and bring it back, I'll give you a bonus. That, and I'll let you pick a weapon for your own keeping out of it."
Scott then got up and began walking towards a sewage line.
"If you don't have a side-arm or ammo, go see Kerouac at the armory and get geared up. After that, meet me by that entrance.
After saying that, Scott left the group to go about their business until they were ready for the attack.

"Aight,im gonna grab some ammo and a backpack for the weapons at the armory.Ive still got the spare key for the armory if they locked it up."
Donni went to the armory of the resistance and met this Kerouac guy."Hey,so your Kerouac.Im Donnni Zuri,i need some ammo for my Colt Python. If you got speed loaders, great, but if not im used to hand reloading.Ill also need a semi-large backpack for carrying weapons and ammo from the police armory,so if you could help me out, that would be great."He waited for a response from Kerouac.

Kerouac set down his notebook, and looked at Donni.
"Yeah, I'm Keroauc," he said awkwardly. "and call me Jack. I don't like Keroauc."
After getting Donni's list, Jack began rummaging through the assorted weapons, bullets, etc. for what Donni need. In the end, he was able to find a large, duffel bag and a couple .45 rounds.
"Here's the bag," Jack said, handing him the bag "and some .45 rounds. I don't know if that's the ammo a Python takes, but that's all we got besides 9mm. As for the speed loader, I doubt we're gonna have any of those in for a long time. You'd be better off just hand loading until you get to the station. They'll probably have one there."
After looking at Donni for a couple seconds, Jack went back to his seat and began writing again.

"Heh,sounds good. Thanks for the gear Jack, ill be bringing some more weapons from the police station and ammo."After leaving the armory,he made his way to the entrence to meet up with Scott and wait for the others.
"Well Scott,im ready.Ill be lugging the weapons from the armory."He then leaned against the wall, and made sure his Python was loaded.Luckily,it took .45 rounds,so he loaded it and waited for the action to start.

Jack checked his mag; then decided to walk over to the armory for more ammo.
"9mm," Jack said, not looking at Keroauc.
"No problem," Keroauc sighed. He got up from writing and walked over to the weapons. He dug into a box and came up with a handful of 9mm bullets and handed them to Jack.
"What the h*ll's this?" Jack exclaimed.
"9mm, what you asked for." Keroauc replied, someone surprised at Jack's outburst.
"Yeah, I know," Jack hissed, "but how am I supposed to carry them?"
"IN your pocket," Keroauc suggested with a smirk. "Or I can put them in some plastic baggies."
"Whatever," Jack sighed, holding out his hands. Keroauc dropped them into his palms and went back to writing. Jack stuck the bullets into his pockets (after loading up his mag) and walked over to Scott to wait for the others.

Lai snatched an apple before she walked down to the armory. She pulled out a cigarette and lit it with a match. She hadn't had a smoke yet. Between bites of the apple, Lai took a drag. When the core came, Lai tossed it in a nearby garbage can. She continued walking and smoking. "SEALs don't smoke, huh?" she laughed. The people at the Resistance were going to have the hell of a time getting her to quit.
She made it there after Donni did. "Kerouac?" Lai asked Kerouac. "I'm Adelaide Levin, but you can call me 'Lai'. I need some extra ammo for my pistol."

Kerouac looked up at her from his writing; then set down the book with a sigh.
"Yeah, okay," he sighed, walking over to the box. Once again, he reached his hands in and came out with a handful of 9mm.
"Here," Kerouac muttered, dumping the bullets into her hands. "We don't have any mags, so you'll just have to do with these." He looked at the ground before adding a weak "Sorry" and walking back to his chair to continue his writing. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SCOTT: Once everyone was at the pipe, Scott began giving them directions to the scout.
"Alright, just follow the sewer lines straight. Once you get past all the Resistance, keep walking straight until the fourth right, go straight until the second manhole. Go through that covering, and you'll end up in the alley where our scout is. Once you get there, he'll tell you what to do."
Scott turned to wave a soldier down. He gave him directions; then turned back to the group.
"Alright, the attack force is going to move out now. You got about five minutes until they are in position; then another three minutes until Russian reinforcements arrive. So, in all, you have about 8 minutes to find the scout, break into the prison, release the hostages, and make it back. Also, walkie talkies won't work, so don't even try it. Besides that, good luck."
After telling them the details, Scott walked back to where Isabella was distributing jobs to the other members.
