Luiz pulled the bolt on his R700 back ejecting the spent cartridge and the shoved it back forward, loading a new round in the chamber. He adjusted his aim to look into the Pawn Shop. One of the persons disappeared and the other barely moved. Luiz decided to make himself known as friendly. El Toro packed up his Remington and turned around to head out of the building. He turned around and saw that infected were making thier way up the stairs. "Oh sh*t just my luck." El Toro cursed.
He ran to the door and slammed it shut. Luiz franctically looked around for something to bar the door with. There was nothing that he could use. El Toro ran from the door to the edge of the building and looked down. The drop would kill him if he tried to jump. He reached in his bag and grabbed rope. Luiz tied the rope agianst the door's handle and hooked the other part to his utility belt.
El Toro walked to the door and looked over the edge again. As he prepared to jump off the ledge the door opened. The infected poured out of the opening. "Later guys! I'm out" Luiz shouted as he jumped. When he jumped the door swung on it's hinge and slammed into a good amount of the infected. Knocking them to the ground. El Toro got to the end of his rope and unhooked himself. He was right across the street from the Pawn Shop. Luiz shouledered his MP5k and slowly walked to the door. Luiz crossed the street and saw no infected at all. Most of them must be on top of the building. El Toro got to the door and knocked. "Would you kindly let me in?" He said as he rose both of his hands.

It had been pretty quiet outside the next five minutes, but not taking any chances, Vic and Mickey had stayed away from the window. They had both been manuvering theyre way further into the store, and as inappropriate of a time it was, he was looking for something in particular. But before he could get the chance to look any further, Vic heard the voice coming from outside of the place. At first, he was avoiding going to the door, as it would be a good a good opportunity for the shooter to take advantage of them. However, there was something about his voice, the way he said it, that made Vic know he was straight. Pulling out his handgun, he held it towards the door, and then got ready swing it open.
The second he did so, Vic aimed it at the man, who had no intentions of shooting at him or Mickey. He could see some more infected outside, so he pulled the man in the pawn shop, then closed the door tightly. Still holding the gun to him, Vic spoke out. "Mickey, its safe to come out..."

Mickey was too afraid to move until at least thirty seconds after Vic told her that it was okay to come out. It was seriously childish to worry about what was dead and gone, but getting her feet stuck into the head was a new thing for her. The heel that was stuck in the eye was easy to get out, though the inside of the eye was a tad bit sticky. The cheek was not to easy. The decomposition had somewhat trapped her foot and after a few hard pulls, it came out with some of the gore along with it. Chelsea found this amusing and showed it by giggling and clapping her hands.
God, please don't make her remember this when she gets older.
With extreme tactics, Mickey pulled herself onto her feet by grabbing shelves and without pushing Chelsea into anything. She flinched at the body behind the counter and parts of his remains on her shoes and was glad to actually get further away from the creature. She did not pull her handgun on the newcomer when she made it next to Vic. He didn't look like he would harm them so instead she asked him a question, "Are you alright?"

"Are you alright?" The girl asked Luiz as he entered the Pawn Shop. He chuckled and looked around. The little shop had all kinds of things. Cell phones computers and other unusable items.
"Yes, I am alright. The question is are you guys alright?" He replied to the girl. Luiz lifted up his gas mask and smiled at the two. He walked over to the closet display table and knocked everything to the floor. After he cleared the table, Luiz tossed his bag on the table.
El Toro pulled out a small container with a Cigarette in it. He placed the smoke in his mouth and lit it with his zippo lighter. Luiz took a long drag and blew the smoke out. "Why are you guys in Raccoon City? It's kinda dangerous." Luiz said as he took another drag.

As soon as the man had taken off the gas mask, it became apparent to Victor that the man was prepared for being here in this city. He had a thick hispanic accent in his voice, and the looks to match it well. Aside from this, the guy looked like a trained killer. Well, come to think about it, arent we all trained killers by now? But this guy seemed pro, there was just something about him, he wasnt your everyday survivor.
Vic didnt really want to feel like he was speaking for Mickey, but his mouth just shot off first. "I have a home in the Arklay Mountains, along the dirt path. Only reason im in Raccoon City is because I was looking for some supplies. Last stop was here at the pawn shop, think I found what I needed, though..." After the words, Vic had walked further into the shop. He eyed some motorcycle parts near the back, and knew he would find what he was looking for there. Within an easy two minutes, Vic picked up an ignition plug for an offroad dirt bike, one that could replace the old one.

Mickey wrinkled her nose at the scent of the cigarette, but hoped that nobody else saw it. Personally, she hated cigarettes and her time in the university taking medical classes taught her about the negative effects of first and second degree smoke for the sticks. She just decided not to say anything because the small group was probably going to leave soon and not have enough time for Chelsea to suffer the effects of second degree smoke.
"I live in an apartment in Raccoon City while going to a medical school and working part time as a waitress. I'm guessing that Chelsea was a visitor coming to Raccoon City with her family. I've been trying to leave this city with the two of us." she answered honestly.
Chelsea started to fuss a little and reached down towards the floor. Mickey turned her attention to Chelsea and saw what she was looking for. She dropped her bunny, either by accident or just for attention. Whatever the reason was, Mickey carefully bent over and retrieved the dropped toy and began to shake it in front of Chelsea before placing it in the smaller one's hands.

"Well, your in luck. I'm here to help any survivors I find. I noticed you guys when I was passing over. I can help you guys out." Luiz said as he put out his ciggerette. He didn't notice the baby at first. It's kind of rude to smoke when there a children around. Luiz grabbed his MP5k and reloaded it. The other clip was drained. He placed the clip in his bag incase he found some ammo for it.

"Me? Im quite alright, I have a house up in Arklay, my own little girl to take care of. Actually, this was the last thing I needed, then I was gonna get out of here myself. Only problem is, my ride only seats one..." Showing the newcomer the Dirtbike part in his hand, Vic had been insinuating that his ride was a motorcycle. This guy was pretty nice, especially to go out of his way to help another person. There just wasnt any other way to do it, he had to leave one way or another. Vic hated to ditch a woman and her child, but it was a much easier idea knowing that this new guy might be able to call in his chopper and evacuate Mickey and her little girl.
"Mickey, id love for you to come with me, I really would, but I have to get back to my own daughter. She means the world to me. As important to me as you are, she comes before everything else. I know you of all people would understand..." Holding the motorcycle part, Vic had thought about what was happening at the house. It was two days at least now, meaning this was the longest time Claire spent alone with somebody else. Sure, she was with a baby sitter, but she wasnt exactly the strongest willed survivor. He wanted to get back to her as soon as everything was taken care of. Getting her cold medication first, and then finding a new engine starter for the bike so he could get back home easier and faster. Looking at the new guy, Victor spoke out. "When is your helicopter coming back?"

"I understand completely. I know children need their father, especially at a time like this." Mickey hid her disappointment but also understood where Vic was coming from. During the 1998 outbreak, when men from Marysville came to Raccoon City to take care of the problem, Mickey could remember the months and years she waited for her father to come home. She remembered waiting anxiously nearly every night for him to come home and when he finally did come, she became one of the happiest girls in Marysville. She just couldn't be mad at Vic for planning to leave without her.
She turned her attention towards Luiz and responded, "It would be nice to have somebody help the two of us get out of the city." She just wasn't too sure if using a helicopter was the best thing. As far as she knew, her hometown had no heliports. It was too small and if there was one, it was hidden.
A hand smacked against the window from the outside, but for once, Mickey wasn't afraid anymore. She wasn't too close so that if something did manage to crash through the window, she had a chance of being grabbed. For a short while, the group of three was safe enough but she wasn't too sure how long it would be for a creature from the outside to come through the window.

El Toro ignored the original knock on the window, but as it continued for several minutes it got louder. That means that there was more than one there. Soon enough it sounded like the outside was caked with them. The window began to crack from the sheer number of the infected pounding on it. Luiz glanced to the window and seen to his horror, he was correct. If you looked out the window all you would see is rotting flesh. Luiz ran to the window and started to pull the steel shutters down. It was hard to budge, like it was stuck. "Can I get some help!? They'll bust in at any second!" He yelled. It was his first insertion into Raccoon and he didn't plan on losing is first group of survivors.
(Sorry about the wait)

"Can you call in your evacuation? I really dont think your gonna find anymore survivors, not any with a child as young as her..." At this point, it wasnt just an excuse. Vic already had a home outside of Raccoon City, and a way out, but it didnt have room for anymore than himself. It might have seen like their story had only just begun, but it was only a chapter in the book of the dead. If this guy had a way out, Vic would love to have it, just so he could know that Mickey and the little one could could out of this city alive.
After hearing the infected smashing against the window now, Vic ran over to the steel shutters, and pulled down on them with the other survivor. The combined effort between the two locked it in place, just as the glass completely shattered. Now only the metallic tapping of hands could be heard, still just as annoying, but they werent getting through this year. "Listen, if you have a chopper ready, you call it up right now. My daughter has been in Arklay by herself for almost a whole day now, I need to get out of here as soon as I can. But im not doing that until I can guarentee her safety..."

(sorry for the long wait)
From the carrier, Chelsea again started to whimper, though this time it wasn't because she lost her bunny. She was likely hungry and this was her way of letting Mickey know it. This wasn't the time to feed her, but so long as her whimpers were kept quiet, they would be safe enough to head to another location for food.
No such luck.
One of the windows of the store that had already been cracked, finally started to break courtesy of one of the zombies from outside. This caused Chelsea's whimpers to become full-out cries and she wasn't going to stop until all of the windows stopped breaking.
The pawn shop was still safe enough. The window that broke was mostly blocked by heavy shelves. Only the top part had broken and the only way for a zombie to get inside was to crawl on top of the others and slide through the window. In the short time something like this happened, Mickey knew that the zombies were not smart enough to come up with an idea like that. Even her father, when he came back from the first outbreak told her stories of what they managed to do.
Minutes passed and the glass from the one window stopped breaking. No zombies were able to come inside. Mickey used this time of somewhat silence to calm down Chelsea by taking her out of the carrier and cradling her in her arms, like what she used to do for her brother when he was a baby.
"If we are going to leave, we need to leave now. We should be safe until one of those zombies breaks another window and climbs inside."

[Erasing Preston from this roleaplay. MIB Mindwipe in 3. 2. 1.]
Just as Mickey spoke those words, it was ironic that the glass shattered into the store. The arms had been stretching through the bars now, trying to grab at the prey that was a few meters away. It was enough to have Victor turn in the direction quickly, but tightly grasp the spark plug in his right hand, still formulating a plan in his head. "No, you can come with me, we dont really have much a choice. My bike is parked just a few blocks away, actually worn out the spark plug on my way to the pharmacy, never thought out searching this place until I was already past it. Guess what I just so happen to find?" Holding up the small part in his hand, Vic shook it, and than smiled to himself. It was in prime condition, too. Whoever had pawned it in the past knew how to take care of their things, and he knew that it was a perfect fit for his dirtbike. It would be a little uncomfortable for him riding with a passenger bigger than his daughter, but it was possible.
After putting the part into his jacket pocket, Victor held onto his steel bat now, and than moved toward the door. Just on the other side had been a large group of infected, but he was prepared to push them out of the way long enough for Mickey to get out of the building. He was ready when she was, and made it clean when he placed his free hand on the doorknob, ready to push it open in an instant. "You ready for this? In five... Four... Three......"

Mickey gave a him a smile. This would not be her first time riding a dirtbike or motorcycle, at least not in this city. She remembered taking a ride from her apartment complex to another destination with Chelsea on her side, but she had to remember to keep quiet when she came to the cycle. This would be no problem with her. Chelsea, however, would be a nearly different story. There would be no way she could keep quiet during the possible short time they would be travelling.
Mickey had an idea to help keep her quiet and kicked herself for not trying it sooner. Calmly, she grabbed Chelsea's bunny and put into the diaper bag. With that little task done, she fished around and pulled out a pacifier still in its original packaging from the baby store in the mall. A quick, somewhat quiet tear was made and the pacifier was quickly placed in the baby's mouth to keep her from crying. Chelsea did not spit it out and instead used it for it's actual purpose.
The diaper bag was then closed and placed back onto Mickey's shoulders. The handgun she owned was still full of bullets. While it was probably not wise to use it and risk having the noise drawn in more zombies than actually needed, she only planned on using it to shoot any zombies that Vic would be unable to attack himself, particularily when he was inserting the spark plug. If she didn't have a baby strapped to her front and there was only one zombie, she would use the last bit of La Rosairie's knife to silently kill it.
The waitress took in a deep breath and stood behind Vic. In her most serious voice, she responded, "I'm ready to go."

Pushing open the door with full force, Vic used the baseball bat sideways to ram any infected to the ground. They may be heavy, and in numbers, but they had no sense of balance. "Go!" Once Mickey was out of the building and moving down the street, Vic spun himself around, pushing off any infected that had been trying to sink their teeth into him. Now making a sprint to catch up to Mickey, he checked back over his shoulder to see the undead just puling after them, but they werent keeping up very well at all.
As Vic moved ahead of Mickey now, he dipped into an alleyway, and as quick as he did that, started removing the old spark plug from his motorcycle. It was just that quick, he planned for a quick escape, and there wasnt a single second to loose now that he was with other people. But before the job could be finished, the infected had ended up in the alley with them, they had to run. Vic moved out of the alley through the other side, wheeling his bike onto the street with them. Using the kickstand to keep it up, he pulled out his handgun, and started to unload each round in his magazine into the small crowd after taking out a little less than half of them, he pocketed the gun, and started working on the bike once again.
After thirty seconds, it was installed, and a quick flick of the key and the engine was running hot. It was almost instantainious, Vic jumped on, and Mickey followed, making sure to hold on tightly. The infected were long gone by now, and as the bike sped down the street out of sight, thats when Vic took the time to actually speak up. "I got a place out on the outskirts, short ways off the a dirt path. You can expect about a forty-five minute drive or so... That said, the birth bike took a corner, and went onto the highway, swirving out of the way of zombies and debris.
[OOC: Take us to the Dirt Path with a post, and ill start it off there]
