"If she has the option to back out then, then why don't we let her choose? It's only fair; and sir, with all due respect, but are you sure that your decision isn't based upon Miss Rouge's gender? If so, I'll have you know that before this sh-t ever happened, we had plenty of women on the force who would be able to take you or I down without having to lift a f---ing finger.
"I say, let her choose. If she wants to go with us to clear the subway out, then let her; if she wants to go ahead with your evacuation, then let her. There's nothing that you can do to influence her decision, sir.
And you're wrong; she's in as much danger up here as he would be down there. No matter how much air support you have, sir, we're still going to be outnumbered. There's a s--- load of zombies outside of these very barricades, and if you think that sending her out into it - by helicopter or not - will keep her safe, then you're wrong. There's absolutley no way you'll be able to get her from Raccoon to France without having to refuel your helicopter. Besides, we don't even know if those who she is supposed to meet are alive!
Let her choose. If she wants to come into the subway with us, then let her. We're wasting precious time by arguing, sir, and frankly, this discussion is also a waste of my time."

OOC:..... three people have agreed that there is no reason for her to be allowed to come. Me and Mikey both believe Clark is a good RPer and we would like to have her aboard, but I will repeat it--- realism would dictate that she doesn't go in, and she'd be heavily questioned as to where she got her training. It is clear about what realism would dictate; that the foreign national be evacuated or to be held in a safe-zone until their government can pick them up. Not arm them and send them into battle like they're their own citizens, which they are not. That last man that gives her the "he got in, why not me?" argument was accepted as a team member so that he could take up the last team-billet.
The M.P glared at the man and growls
If you think that I'm not letting her in because of GENDER, then you obviously need to shut the f**k up, shut your pie hole, and open your f**king ears so that something can get through them and get to the brain that should be between them. She has NO motivation or ANY reason that she HAS to fight here. She has NO qualifications. This is a SAFE zone, AS YOU CAN SEE DOWN THAT ROAD, IT IS CLEAR. HENCE WHY YOU WERE ABLE TO WANDER up that road up here and so was she, and all those civilians, and hence why we have our COMMAND CENTER here. HAWAII is perfectly safe and uninfected; the EMBASSY OFFICIALS THERE ARE SAFE AND SOUND JUST like the U.S government's officials there are. Our helicopter will NOT fly her directly there, they would fly her OUT OF TOWN, TO AN AIR STRIP, and BOARD HER ON AN AIRPLANE AND SHIP HER OUT WITH THE REST OF THE FOREIGN NATIONALS OF SPAIN AND BRITAIN who have been SPECIFICALLY requested to be evacuated by their governments, just as we've asked that ALL OF OUR NATIONALS be evacuated from hot zones by OUR ALLIES in Europe since WE cannot devote forces there. We are in N.A.T.O FOR A REASON. FRANCE IS IN N.A.T.O AS WELL.
We are the ones who say whether or not she gets a rifle or not. She can't say s**t about what we hand her or what we don't. If you think I'm not letting her come because of her gender...
He points at agent Yates
TELL HER and my squadmate who's fing stripping down to hand her gear so she can come that she can't come cause shes a woman. Exact-a-f**king-mundo, it is a waste of YOUR and MY time about whether or not foreign nationals are to be shuttled out of here on the next plane out. NOT arm her and send her to war. SHE HAS NO STAKE IN THIS, MEANING HER MOTIVATION IS S**T, AND HER COURAGE AND WILLINGESS TO TAKE A BULLET TO ACHEIVE OUR OBJECTIVES FOR AMERICA ARE S**T.
THE ONLY REASON THAT MAN IS COMING HERE, IS BECAUSE HES THE CLOSET THING WE HAVE TO FORMER MILITARY OR L.E.O THAT WE HAVE THATS VOLUNTEERED, AND WITH HIM AND YOU AND THE REST OF YOU, WE HAVE A FULL TEAM--- WITHOUT HER. I AM NOT HANDING MY RIFLE TO HER--- WE HAVE NO MORE M4'S TO HAND OUT!
IS------THAT----CLEAR?

((OOC: LOL! Realism? Bud, this is the RESIDENT EVIL RPG. You have two-story tall worms popping up out of the ground, mutated abominations, tyrants, screwed up 'experiments', and other things roaming around the face of the Earth. And you want to talk about realism? Get real.))
Watching the officer lash out like that certainly was amusing. He obviously had no idea who Nicholas was; he probably assumed that he was a lowly Raccoon City Police Detective out trying to make a name for himself.
Oh, how sadly mistaken he would be if that was what he thought.
He listened to the officer blow off nothing more but hot air as he still rejected Nicholas' proposal to allow Rouge to go along with them into the subway - as if clearing out the subway would do them any good, anyway. He sighed. They were getting nowhere, and fast. It was only a matter of time until those damn zombies retook the streets and overpowered them in terms of size and brute force. Did this fool not understand that this wasn't a safe haven? Sure, it might be a good place to rest for a while, but it was in no way the 'haven' that he had made it sound like. Sooner or later - probably sooner - they were all going to have to relocate to another area. That is, if there were any other safe locations for them to go to.
Tuning the imbecile out, Nicholas began to wonder if he understood that whatever weapons he could find would eventually be rendered useless. He had met his type before; gun em' and run em'. He didn't give two sh-t's about tacticality. He was sure that he'd always been like that. All muscles and no brains. Unfortunatley, there were too many idiots like him in control of things ever since the infestation began, which was why so many innocent civilians had been transformed into one of those mindless creatures. He hated to see things run by those who didn't know how to run things in the first place. He kept his mouth shut, though, knowing that he didn't have to go along with them when they cleared out the subway. He still thought that it was a stupid idea to risk their lives and waste their ammunition for such an unnecessary cause.
Not to mention the fact that he had a difficult time undestanding a word the man was saying. He was sputtering in Nicholas' face which irritated him; that, along with the fact that he could have been doing something constructive and helpful instead of scolding a detective. He was wasting precious time, which he knew they didn't have alot of...
"If you so wish to waste your time and ammunition clearing out the subway," he said. "Then so be it. However, I've changed my mind; I'm not going to help you. You and your idiotic ways are irritating me, so I think that I'll stay up here and help fend off the zombies as soon as they break through your so-called 'barriers.'"

OOC: Exactly. This is RERPG. RERPG is still built on realism even though its in the R.E universe--- that is the same decision that would be made in real life. The fact that there are mutated worms and the living dead wouldn't change what a political and governmental decision would be. If you check out the rules and look around, you'll realize that just because there were mutated worms popping in and out of the ground, realism does apply. I doubt you'll find an RPer on here that doesn't agree when it comes to the human side of RP, realism is encouraged. And get real--- Why do you think you weren't allowed to get R.E guns, instead having to get RL guns and real life equipment? Why do you think that you were screened so that your character was realistic by the mods before being approved? If you don't wanna RP with the team, fine. I was willing to give you a shot since there was a realistic RP reason for it.
The military policemen smiled quietly and growled
Fine.
The sergeant ripped the rifle out of the mans hand, growling again
You apparently aren't what we need in this operation. This all works out in the end... we didn't hand out a rifle unneccessarily and don't have another weak-link in the chain.
The military policeman hands the rifle over to another military policeman as the helicopters land, proving that he did not waste any time because they still couldn't take off until the helicopters landed. The sergeant barks out at his squadmate
We've got another squad billet and equipment for it available, lets grab another volunteer. Commandeer one of those men at the barricades if needed. The detective doesn't have what it takes to fight the infection
The barricades of course, where armored vehicles, chain link fences, concrete barriers, and a gate. The initial outbreak had been long enough ago and operations had started long enough ago that they had been able to build up the area into an actual quarantine-check point.

(Woah! I didn't think all this would happen. Well I don't want to cause any problems. Just going to state one thing Natasha is a Russian Agent. Due keep in mind she is under disguise, and is possibly scouting the area. Or...something like that. Anyways I don't want to cause any problems.)
Natasha glanced over with a heavy sigh. All that fighting over letting her come or not. She was beginning to get annoyed by it. "Alright. I won't be going along. That's final." She turned to face Nicholas with another heavy sigh. "Go along with them, I don't want to cause any problems." Natasha glanced back at the officers. "Also, I was trained to use guns by Field Agents of Russia. Agents like myself." And with that Natasha had finished her ranting.

((OOC: Reality check: Even if Natasha was needed at her embassy, they wouldn't have any men to spare to retrieve her. It'd be too dangerous for them to go out to get her. And really, gunny, what the hell do you think would be accomplished by getting her back to France?))
Ignoring the officer, Nicholas watched him back away. Once he was out of earshot, he turned back to Rosalie, making sure that the man couldn't hear him.
"If he wants to waste his damn ammunition trying to clear out the subway, then let him. I'm staying up here, where I won't get my a-- eaten by a bunch of monsters."
He turned back to Rosalie.
"I'll stay up here with you."

OOC: What am I supposed to be trying to accomplish? As I've said, but you constantly ignore, they'll evacuate her THEMSELVES if needed. We would do the same thing, but you ignore that; we would demand that our nationals be extradited or evacuated to our embassy our to our home country, or for them to be identified so we can send a S.E.A.L team to go in. This has been done repeatedly in history as to what would happen if a foreign national was in a hot-zone. It doesn't matter what is accomplished; its what they would do with a French executive. So far, its YOU who is ignoring reality and ignoring what I'm saying. Its no skin off my bones, Nick. I had been trying to get you something to do instead of just sitting there. This works out cause the objective has been achieved.
The military policeman ignored the two, waited as a national guardsman was taken from the barricades, and everyone started to load up onto the choppers. Payne's Vitharr team came in and started to mount up on the external benches of the AH-6J little birds, them leaving one spot open on Captain Blake's little bird for Agent Yates to get on. The military policeman who had handed so much of his gear over to her escorted her towards her spot on the little birds while the civilian recruits load up onto the CH-53. One of the M.P waves to a before-hand ignored military policeman corporal and signals for him to watch the Russian agent while shes here, and then looks to Captain Ramirez to ask politely for an update
Sir, are our boys getting the job done down there? Do they really need these civilians?
Ramirez smiled a rare smile, as if everything being achieved on the front lines was because of him; Ramirez was not only the T.F.P's a**hole, but an arrogant semi-political a**hole.
Of course and not really sergeant. The Radio station is already being seized now, the P.M.C dragonfly is already inside. We've seized all subway entrances and exits, and are holding them, so we have the initiative down there so far. The power generator and the trams will be up and running soon. They're just going with the doctor to ensure that we clear out the shopping areas as soon as possible. And with the T.F.P becoming whole again, and our reinforcements from Hawaii, we should be able to clear it out with the national guards' help. The surface however...
The sergeant spoke again quickly
Sir... do you think they're going to bomb the city out again like the first time?
Ramirez, seeming stunned and not sure as to how he should respond right now; he knew that bombing a city out was always on the table, and if they get everyone underground first then bombing the surface wouldn't be as bad, but the bombing out of Raccoon city had failed last time. And it was practically taboo in the new T.F.P to talk about bombing a city out rather then retaking it; the purpose of the T.F.P was to provide a science or tactical military solution to the problem of an outbreak, not use its air assets to obliterate the town. That was partially why they had so much funds put into close air support opposed to bombers and the like. He quickly said rather emphatically
No, no no! Thats not our plan. Surface clearing operations will start after the subway has been cleared. With the added air, naval, armor, and infantry assets that have been added through reinforcements, we'll be able to hand the surface operations somehow someway.
He didn't mention they did have one nuclear cruise missile stashed inside the U.S.S Hawaii, the T.F.P's subway in case they did have to nuke it out. Other then that, they had multiple cruise missiles modified to be air-burst anti-personnel cruise missiles, just in one submarine alone; their air assets from the super carrier had been shifted to the T.F.P airfield to the north of Raccoon
Captain Blake and Dabrowski look over the shoulders of their seats back at agent Yates who was sitting semi-outside the helicopter and semi-inside, Blake wear a stupid and mellow grin, Dabrowski's face hardened and neutral, and bit creepy and dark. The faint green glow of the cockpit of the little bird and otherwise darkness surrounding the pilot and his gunner didn't help Dabrowski's unnerving creepiness, which explained his nickname as "Ghost"; he was a real quite, deep-thinking brooder who tended to come out of no where and scare the crap out of people. Blake was the typical A-type personality cowboy pilot who just happened to be former British S.A.S and now a mercenary helicopter pilot
I'm Huevos and this is ghost. Welcome aboard Medusa. Yeah, we know we know, the T.F.P is Norse based, but we felt like naming the chopper after something Greek-ish.
Dabrowski said loudly but in a mumbling tone, able to be heard barely over the chopper blades
You wanted to name her Medusa. You just couldn't stand going with the crowd's theme.
Blake rolls his eyes and gets back on topic
You ever flown in a little bird, maam?

Natasha gave off a light sigh, turning her head to watch as a military corporal seemed to be watching her. Well, looks like I've attracted a little too much attention. She glanced around, examining every possible route in that safe camp. "Well, if you'd like."Natasha spoke while walking a little bit.

Nicholas stood up from the bench and followed her, unsure as to whether or not his company was bothering her or not. He certainly was curious as to why she was in Raccoon City. Perhaps she had been sent here to discuss this entire incident with Raccoon officials?
"If you don't mind my asking," he said, after a few moments of silence between them. "Why are you here? In Raccoon, I mean."

Natasha stopped mid-step. She turned her head slightly to face Nicholas. "I was on a mission before the outbreak occurred. But now...I'm just wandering." She turned on her heel completely before she was fully facing Nicholas. She glanced over to her right, eying the guards carefully. "So, you headed anywhere?"

He shook his head.
"No," he replied. "There's nowhere for me really to go now. My apartment was pretty much overrun with zombies before I left, and ever since them, I've been... trying to survive, basically."
He shrugged. He shoved his hands into his pockets and sighed. He hadn't gotten a good night's sleep in weeks. God, how he wanted for this all to be over. He was tired of trying to survive. How the hell had all of this happened, anyway? Who started it all? Or had was it because of some paranormal reason?

"Hm, I see." Natasha spoke while scratching her head again. This wig was beginning to annoy her slightly. She let out a sigh as she gazed at the numerous people who were trying to hide from the undead. She glanced at Nicholas, noticing he had bags under his eyes. "You need rest. Your eyes have bags under their bags."

He laughed.
"I don't care if those bags have bags under them, too," he said. "As long as my neck doesn't provide the next meal for a blood-thirsty zombie, then I'll be fine."
He was fairly tired, but he had a couple of caffine pills in his back pocket that he would take every couple of days. He longed to sleep - and well -, but he knew he couldn't. If he was going to survive anything, he couldn't sleep. He had to remain on alert every hour of every day. While it proved to be a challenge for him to remain awake all of this time, he still managed to do it.
"Do you have anywhere you need to be?" he asked her. "Or was the guardsmen right in saying that you need to be back in France?
"Even if you're not," he added. "I don't see any reason why we should have to part ways any time soon. Besides, wandering the streets by one's self is highly advised against now, with all of those monsters running amok."

"I don't believe I'll be going anywhere with these men watching me. And anyways I'm Russian not French." Natasha spoke, crossing her arms. She wasn't sure where she was to be headed. She may have memorized the city's landscape, but that may was fairly old.
