The sergeant raised out his hand and pulled him up. "Well then if you know where they are going then we can start that way but if you don't we have to take a trip to the security room." he said. He looked at the dead soldier. "Since you can be useful take John's attack vest. You are going to need the ammo and that grenade well do some good. Take his pistol while you are at and hurry up. We are losing time that we don't have." he got on his radio talking to HQ.

Micheal reached down and grabbed the attack vest, and the leg holster. He slipped both items on and looked at the Sergeant. "Well if I know that rat bastard David, I'd say they're going to B4 to find the anti virus. In which I have" Micheal said with a wicked grin. He reached into his lab coat and pulled out the vile that had the sample in it. He tossed it to the Sergeant and smiled again. "I trust you not to lose this. I wanna do some research with it. You lose it and I WILL kill you with no mercy" He said.

The sergeant then asked for the quickest route down there from HQ. "Okay hit those steps and we will be on are way. One more thing." he said to Micheal. "If you are sure that is what they are after then we will go down there. However I don't want the rest of my men wasted on this mission." he turned around and started heading down the stairs. One of the soldier was waiting for Micheal to go down because he was covering the rear.

Micheal followed after the Sergeant and caught up. "I'm more than sure, and as for your men I could careless about them. They are cannon-fodder to me" Micheal said. He didn't care if he sounded like a ass he just wanted to get this nightmare over with so he can continue his research. Micheal dropped the clip out of the SAR-21 and slid in a new one.

[Robert, Andrew, Marissa & Lilly enter the B-1 Area from Arklay Forest]
{{NOTE: We are still outside the compound. I'll post as we get closer.}}
Lilly pulled the Titan over by the side of the trail. She found a good spot to hide it and then back it into the shrubs and bushes just 15 feet off the trail. By now the trail was getting narrow and steep. She had counted a handful of times when the truck had lost its grip on the crumbling road and slide back a few feet before catching. She decided that going off the edge of the mountain to their deaths wouldn't help them... but it would probably make this mission easier.
They'd have to climb the rest of the way. To where, Lilly didn't exactly know, but somewhere up there was Robert's father, a helicopter, and the place where they all landed.
As she turned off the truck, she sat there for a moment, trying to listen for any sound outside the vehicle. She heard nothing but the breathing coming from from the other three passengers.
"We will have to walk from here. I would probably suggest that we don't take the path. It will be the easiest and probably the fastest way to get ambushed."
She pointed up to the peak of one of the mountains. "That is where I remember the helicopter going. We will probably be climbing in snow for a bit and the tree line stops before we hit the top."
She reached down and pulled a lever, opening the back of the Titan. "Gear up. We've got some climbing to do."

Andrew grabbeed his bag and left the Titan. there was a slight breeze with a bitter cold air. The Titan wasn't going any further up the mountain due to the fact it kept getting stuck. He observed the trail and off the trail. Marissa Walked around warming her hands as she put her goves on. "Best if we spread out" He told Lilly. He turned to speak to Marissa but she was already heading up the mountain.

"Okay, but we need to stay in visual range. If something happens, I want to be able to signal you without alerting the whole mountain top."
Lilly pulled on her coat over her climbing gear and then slung her AR-15 on her back. She had wrapped in white cloth, first to disguise it as black stood out like a sore thumb on white and second to help it not freeze up. This left her hands free for her sidearm if she needed it, or the climbing pick that was in her hand. She would use it to catch in the ice on stone and pull herself up the mountain. At a certain point, unless they found a secret entrance, they would have to resort to rope and harness.
But how many of these secret facilities had hidden entrances?
Pretty much all of them, she mused. She looked around to see Robert on her left and then Marissa and Andrew spreading out on their right. As they climbed, using the trunks of trees to rest against and their limbs as handles, Lilly began to think... "Exactly what the hell am I doing here?"

*sorry for the in activeness i was on vacation*
Robert stepped through the dense trees keeping Lilly in sight, while feeling his p90 under his coat strapped to his chest. Carrying the 12 gauge with the wooden stock. he noticed the spot he saw the helicopter descend up a steep cliff. looking to Lilly he pointed to his eyes then the spot. Thinking to himself "its gonna be a hard climb."

Marissa walked in a steady pace, providing visual and eyes. She wrapped the white shmag around her mouth and nose and her goggles over her eyes. She was more alerted with her surroundings. It would be very nice if we had a white out. wonder if they if they can handle it. she thought. She looked over her shoulders seeing that Lilly, Andrew, and Robert was behind her then continued.
Andrew held his P90 close to his chest in case of the event of being spotted or open up on. He looked up and said towards Twobit. "The climb down is always the hardest. this is nothing...Its just flowing blood and keeping you warm. Just don't stop moving" He seen many Russians bundled up in uniforms and heavy winter jackets and scarfs or shmags and they just stand there in the dead cold of summer smoking a cigarettes and talking. They were use to it back in Russia, however, this wasn't Russia, this was the Arkley mountains, Soldiers here back when things weren't as crazy just do PT runs and patrol but since that wasn't the case no more, they did other important things in the city and outside the city. Whoever was positioned up here had a different agenda

Lilly nodded to Robert at the top of the mountain. Half way up from their location she noticed the slight blinking lights that usually surrounded a helo pad. Someone forgot to turn them off, she thought. Just as she thought that, they winked out of existence. And now they remembered, she smiled. Luckily for them, they had already seen the area.
Of course, the pad was at the top of almost a sheer cliff straight up. She stopped for a moment and called the others over.
"If that is a retractable helo pad, which in this location and with these winds it would almost have to be, then this sheer area is probably hollow at some point. I don't see smoke or steam billowing out the top, so I bet there are some smaller exhaust vents that are used to dissapate the steam from inside. I bet if we find one, we could use it to get in with out going through the front door."
She motioned up the cliff. "We just need to find them."
::EDIT 08/26/2011 ::
Lilly led the group off around the right side of the mountain. There really wasn't anyway to go as the left side was almost a sheer drop.
After 15 minutes of search, she finally felt a warm blast of air. It was coming from behind a small tree. Pushing her way throug the branches, she discovered one of the exhaust vents. She took out a climbing pick ax and chiseled away at the bolts that were holding the grate onto the stone. It only took about 10 whacks on each bolt to get them loose enought for them to pull the grate off.
Lilly flicked on the light on her AR-15 but covered it with a cloth to dim it. Then she led the way into the tunnel. It was only about 3 feet in diameter, so they had to hunch over to make it in.
Lilly would stop every so often and signal for the others the hold up. Then she would listen for sounds before moving on. She heard sounds of talking coming from the tunnel leading to the right, so she veered off to the left. The tunnel was getting smaller and smaller so eventually, they were crawling through on their stomachs.
Finally Lilly found a grate that led to an empty office. She slide the cover off and lowered herself down into the room. She landed quietly on the desk and then made her way over to the door, making sure it was locked before the others came down. She stuck the cloth that was wrapped around her gun at the bottom of the door, to block the light from being seen on the outside and flicked the light on.
"Okay guys. Let's look around for blueprints or something. We need to find Robert's father."
:: EDIT 09/11/2011 ::
The answer from the rest of the group was wiped out as the door to the office exploded inward. Lilly ducked but felt heat roll over her back. The pieces of the door slammed into the desk, pushing it back against the wall. Gunshots rang out from the other side of the wall and Lilly could see the muzzle flash from two separate weapons.
Her training took over and she didn't even think. The barrel of her AR-15 came up and Lilly was vaguely aware of her finger pulling back on the trigger. Round spit from the mouth of her gun and the weapons outside fell silent. Lilly heard the clatter of the guns and thumps of the bodies hitting the ground. Then everything was cut off at the warning klaxons sounded through the base.
"We got to get out of here!" yelled Lilly. The problem, no one really knew where they were and where the exit lay. All Lilly knew was that they were sitting ducks staying here.
She headed toward the door and looked outside. Both men were dead. She looked down the hallway. A corridor ran to the left and to the right. Both sides ended 30 yards down with double doors. There were other office doors on either side and on the left there was a door marked stairs.
"Come on. Let's go."
