Jay chocked as she felt the tentacle tighten around her neck. She was gasping for air, and nearly on her knees from the creatures grip. It wasn't until the tentacle loosened it's grip that she realized what was happening. It was when the excess tentacle dropped to the ground she quickly followed grabbing her neck. She chocked and gasped heavily as she rubbed her neck. She Looked up at Giddeon as he continued to work on the last valve. She turned back to Elijha. "U- use the r- rifle. With the s- scope it's nearly a p- perfect shot," she chocked as she turned back to the creature.
Climbing to her feet she watched as it's arm swung out knocking Koni against the wall. She looked around realizing that movement was minimal considering the acid that was surrounding her from the creatures body. She watched as the stinger from it's back raised high above it's head, but instead of it focusing on Koni like he was facing her. It's scorpion tail lashed out at her, and nearly off guard, but she hand managed to stop it. Though not fast enough. She felt blood trickling down her side, but payed no mind for it. That was with the exception of the tingling sensation that radiated threw her side.
Several shots rain out threw the air as the scorpions tail was severed in to, and Jay dropped the end she was holding. "Giddeon, now would be good," she called out as she looked up to him. She gripped her side tightly as she staggered back. She could feel her side growing numb as she fought to stay on her feet. She stepped back feeling her knees give out, but was stopped suddenly as she looked up at Elijha.
Elijha shook her head and pulled Jay over a laid out table to get her out of the acid that surrounded her. She laid her back on her lap as she looked at her side. "It's superficial," she said lightly as she looked at the tail. "But I don't know what kind of poison was in that stinger."
"How . . . how about a paralysis," Jay replied with a slight bit of struggle. For just barley piercing her skin the poison had a 100 times greater affect than small scorpion, or even those that roamed with the T-Virus gene in them. As it was she could barley move her arms, and she could feel the lose in her functions growing. She looked up at Elijha and nodded slightly. "I'll be fine. Just need the body to pass it," she said slightly as she looked back toward Giddeon.

Giddeon didn't have time to see what was going on. He was too busy with his own little prodject. Upon reaching the third valve he spotted Koni. He began to try and turn the valve handle. "Get Elijia and Jay out of here and back into the main facility. By the look of thing this machine isn 't stable and when I fire up the furnace this whole place could go up." Koni nodded wiping away some blood from the side of her lip before getting up. Limping slightly, Koni made her way over to the other two.
"We have to get out, Giddeon says this could be dangerous." Before any of them could speak she shook her head. "This is his thing. Giddeon knows what he's doing." Luckily Jay was half out of it when Koni and Elijia made there way to the exit with Jay in Elijias arms. As they made there way back she found a few walkers blocking her way. Angry and tired she raised one of her automags and took all three down unloading an entire clip. She now only had two left and a few throwing knives.
Once again Giddeon found that the valve wouldn't budge. He cursed as he looked it over. It was then that he spotted a large ammount of rust just beneath where the valve met the pipe. Working fast he took out his combat knife and jamed it into the rust cracking it in half. Pulling it out he went back to the valve and laughed as it began turning. The second it did a sucking sound came from the vat tanks as the creature let out a cry. Soon the creature began dissapearing bit by bit back into the tanks before being cut apart and sucked up by the pipes leading to the furnase. Not wanting to give the creature a chance to do any more damage he went to the computer console and hit the big red butten igniting the pilot light which started the fires with a boom.
The valves instanly shot out of there placements as fire blazed out the holes. Giddeon quickly turned around and ran full force to the exit. Giddeon had just made it out the door when the tanks caught fire causing the blase to fill the room. As he ran down the hall passing by several walkers the flames chased him claiming the bodies of the undead. Just when he was able to see Koni and Elijia he was overcome with heat and soon all he could see was orange which stung his eyes. Taking in a breath all he found was smoke and soon collapsed onto the floor.

Jay's eyes went wide as she watched the fire chasing Giddeon. She tried moving only to find that she couldn't even move her body. She watched in fear as the fire engulfed him just as it had done everything else in it's path. Just as the fire seemed to claim him it wafted up to the ceiling before being pulled back into the room. Just as that happened Giddeon collapsed to the ground. "GIDDEON!!!!" she screamed as she tried to reach out, but still nothing. Elijha nearly dropped her on the ground as she ran toward the closest fire extinguisher.
She gripped it tightly pulling the pen and letting the foam coat the floor. Putting what ever fire was left out, and even putting out Giddeon's burring cloths. Tossing the extinguisher away she walked over to Giddeon and knelt down. With shaky hands she was almost scared to touch him. She looked up at Koni and Jay. She watched as Jay struggled to her feet, and she could tell the energy that it was taking her to move. It was almost as if she was forcing her body into pain just to move past the paralysis. "Jay," she spoke softly as she stood back. She couldn't say anything. She couldn't even tell if Giddeon was alive or not.
Jay collapsed onto her knees just beside him. Her body drooping slightly from the pain alone she put her body threw in order to get herself to move. She reached out slowly tears streaming down her face. Her hands trembling as the thoughts of watching the man she loved die in front of her eyes. Her hands wrapped around him as she pulled him up to her. "G- Giddeon," she whispered. Chocking on her tears as she watched him. She looked around at the others pleading with an answer to a question. "Please . . . please wake up," she begged him at the realization that this all could have possibly been her fault. It was because of her that they were here in the first place. "Please," she pleaded her heart screaming out in more pain than her own body was in.

In the midst of everyone else becoming emotional Koni kept a cool head. She walked over, put her finger under his neck and her ear over his mouth. "His breathing is shallow but his pulse is strong. We need to get him to a medical facility as soon as possible." She said. She then pulled Jay off of Giddeon and handed her over to Elijia. "You take care of this one. I've got Giddeon." Reaching down she threw Giddeon over her shoulder and began leading them back. "Wade, what's your situation?" She asked. His voice soon followed.
"Everythings been pretty quiet. I think everything down here must be more interested in you than us. Gina said that killing Wesker more than likely destroyed the ties to the clones so you should have things a bit more easier on your way back. How's your situation?" Koni then looked at Elijia and sighed.
"Jay and Giddeon are both heavily wounded. Jay's been stung and poisoned and Giddeon has been badly burned and inhaled a lung full of smoke. They're both pretty much out of it. Giddeon is knocked out and all Jay is doing is trying to stay awake to worry about Giddeon." For awhile there was static but soon Wade replied.
"Well NADAS II sent a chopper for us. It's waiting at the hanger bay. As for how your going to get us out of here I have no idea." Koni once again looked at Elijia.
"So, do we have a way in?"

Elijha grinned as she looked up at Koni. "Quite simple actually," she said as she pulled out her PDA. "When I was off on my own I managed to download a full schematic to the facility. This including all hidden passage ways. There is one secured room to the left of Wade and the others. This room locked by a heavy bolted room. Mostly for the fact of a safe room encase everything went to hell as it has. The key code I've already obtained," she said as she pointed down another hall. It was about then that she felt the sudden weight come down on her full force. Looking back to Jay she realized that she was still conscious, but not moving.
"How did you manage that," she asked under her breath. Her eyes drifting to the knife that laid on the ground, along with the several cuts that were along her body. "Ah. . ." she said with realization that Jay had cut herself in order to bring feeling back to her body long enough to move. A desperate move in many situations, but uncalled for this one. Still Jay was in fear for Giddeon's life and one couldn't believe what they would to. Not to mention they would heal up just as fast as her other wounds would. She lifted Jay up into her arms as she motioned Koni down the hall.
"Three doors down and into that office," she said as she followed behind. Once they came to the office Elijha stepped in behind Koni. She rested Jay up against the wall as she walked over to a picture frame. Moving it aside she pushed in a combination and a door opened revealing an elevator. Walking back she picked up Jay and stepped in with Koni. "This will bypass a lot of problems," she explained as she hit the button. The elevator seemed to fall several flights before it stopped opening up to a long hallway.
Following the hall they passed several doors, and came to another elevator. Pushing the button again they waited for it to come down, before they stepped in. "This is the access point to most of the main portions of the lap. One door though leads to the outside. That door if we take I'll need Wade's help. It's got quite a security code on it," she explained as they waited for the elevator to stop. When the doors opened they were in what looked like a medical room with a blast door for an entrance. The room seemed rather clean and sterile. She walked over and laid Jay down on one of the beds. Then walking to the door she typed in the pass code. It took several moments before the door registered and slid open. Standing there in the room was Wade and Gina. Fira was crotched near the entrance of the room looking out into the shattered halls.

"Well this doesn't look good." Wade said with concern. "They'll be okay won't they? I can't imagine anyone getting hurt on myy account." With that said Gina rushed in and checked on both of them.
"I was preparing for this. No doctor on Earth could work fast enough to save both of them and get us out before those things break through the door. But Jay still has enough power in her to heal them both. Though not quickly she can over time. Bring them here. Wade and I set something up." Koni laid Giddeon down on one of tables and walked up to one of the pods and looked at it. "It's like the pods from before but we made it mobile and with a portable power source. We put them in here, fill it with viral jelly and Jay will naturally heal both of them." Koni cocked an eyebrow.
"There is only one." She said pointing at it. She then looked at the far door as she heard something scratch at it. Gina nodded as she went and retieved Jay as Wade got Giddeon. Being as delicate as possible, he slid Giddeon into the pod and then put the oxygen mask over his face. Gina then laid Jay onto of him and put a mask on her. Koni looked up in shock meeting eyes with Elijia. She then blushed and looked away. "How unprofessional."
"Perhaps, but it will save their lives." She said shutting the pod. Then pressing a few buttons the pod filled with liquid. Once full, she disconnected it from the tank and took hold of the handles. "All right. Let's get out of here." Wade nodded as they headed back and followed Elijia's directions. It took nearly ten minutes to find the doors but when they found it they had kept clear of any difficulties. Upon seeing the doors Wade went up to the panel and connected his wrist computer. He then smiled as he began to work.
"Low tech, yeah, I know." As he began to work. "No 3-d imagery, no anti-button keyboards..." He then used the hand with the wrist computer on it to type on the doors keypad. "Today you let the tools do the work for you. You don't know how to use the tools though. You need to know how they work. Know every button, every circuit." Several beeps came from both his wrist and the console as lights lit up on the heavy door. "Take Captain Crunch, greatest hacker of all, made his way into the history books after he hacked the phone company using a plastic whistle he got in a box of cereal." Just then there was a final beep and a large thunk. Reaching out Wade turned the handle and opened the foot thick door. After pushing it open Gina walked up with him pushing the two agents.
"My-Key..." She said with a glowing smile and kissed him on the cheeck. Koni cracked a smile too. She liked seeing him in action again. It was always nice to see him happy but he had a sence of acomplishment she hadn't seen in a long time. Once stepping through the doorway they found themselves on an open floor with a military class chopper waiting for them. Four agents instantly rushed up and loaded the pod in the back. With Gina in her arms Wade walked up to the chopper and looked back. "Let's get going. Those two deserve there vacation."

Elijha looked up at Wade as he talked about his ability. She smiled lightly as she shook her head. "Guess I grew up with the technology," she said lightly as she looked at him. "Your gift is very strong threw out any age of the technology, where as mine stops with modern technology," she said as she followed them out to the chopper. She climbed in beside Koni and sat down. Stretching her arms she looked up at Koni and smiled. "It may be unprofessional, but think about it. Your saving two very good agents," she said lightly. She leaned back and put her arms behind her head as she closed her eyes.
Fira shook her head as she climbed up into the chopper. Holding her ribs as she looked around at the group. "So much has happened within a such a short time," she said as she rested her head against the back of the chopper. "It would be nice to be home again," she said as she rested her AK-47 against the seat.
Jay opened her eyes a bit and realized that she was in a thick fluid. She shifted a bit almost in fear for not realizing what was going on. Then she felt something . . . or rather someone underneath her. Calming down a bit as she realized that he was underneath her. Jay gripped his shirt tightly as she closed her eyes, and resting her head on his chest. She could hear the muffled sound of rooters knowing well enough they were leaving. She held onto Giddeon tightly as she fell asleep resting on him.

The low rumbling of a Humvee engine can be heard as two of the vehicles drive up to the small building, the BSAA North American Crest painted onto the side of the Driver and Passenger doors of both light green vehicles.
Inside the lead vehicle the passenger, one Sergeant Inman speaks into his throat mic, a mature and knowing voice and tone can be heard. "Alright guys, standard procedure, we've recently gotten intel revealing a large black market presence in this area" he says into his mic.
The three men in the back seat ready their weapons, a variety based on their countries of origin, having been flown in from other regions to aid in the Raccoon outbreak. One such man speaks out with an African accent, the East African BSAA branch patch visible on his shoulders, "Any back up standing by? Those same reports state a large U.B.C.S presence".
Another agent, another American agent, with dark Hispanic skin speaks up, "I thought the were disbanded with the rest of Umbrella?" The young man says Umbrella with hate in his voice, he himself being a survivor of a T-Virus outbreak, much like Sergeant Inman was.
"Cut the chatter, we are pulling up to the offices" Inman barks into the mic, the other Humvee speaking it's mind like the one he was in. "Our back up is a detachment from the Task Force Pantheon in Raccoon city, they should be arriving soon after we do, now everyone our opposition is expected to be hired guns and Former U.B.C.S. members as the commanding officers, however do not rule out B.O.W. combat, as these meat heads might have released some thing from it's storage." he says before taking a breath.
The two vehicles squeak to stop on the damp grass, the engines cutting off, creating an almost unnatural silence. The silence is broken by the deafened sounds of weapons being readied. The doors on both vehicles slam open as the men and women inside climb out, covering one another.
Inman steps up and motions to the other team from the other Humvee, "Alright Team Alpha is being led by myself and team Beta led by Sergeant Anders" he says into the mic before advancing into the strangely silent and still building.
Eventually the two teams make their way to the elevators and stop, receiving a transmission form command.
"All B.S.A.A. agents stand down and wait for the T.F.P detachment to arrive, our informant has released information revealing a contained infestation in the lower levels up the building, expect B.O.W.s as well as human combatants."
Inman raises his hands for the team to stop and the Anders does the same. "Alright you heard the man, I want Richards" he points to the East African "Rodriguez" he points to the Hispanic man "And Kent" another American, a white man from New york City "To watch the elevators, everyone else find a defensive position and stay until contact from our backup." he says before positioning himself near one of the elevators.

the LAV-300 carrying 2nd squad and first sergeant Ramano rumbled and bumped its way through the Arklay Mountains, the wheeled armored vehicle with its heavy 90mm gun so far unstopped and so far unstoppable by the indeginous undead as it took its practically cross-country trip from Raccoon city to the Arklay mountain lab. A few more minutes passed after the driver announced E.T.A 5 minutes, and then the LAV-300 finally rumbled to a stop and the ramp hit the ground. All 8 men piled out, locked and loaded and already ready to kick some ass and burn bodies as they're boots touched ground and they were a-go. With Ramano with them, they could expect nothing but go-go-go work work work in the fight in the fight in the fight from here on out. That is, once they got around from the back of the LAV-300 into the building to the BSAA team in front of it. The team maintained a perimeter around the LAV-300 as Ramano and the 2nd squad leader walked forward towards the B.S.A.A team. As Ramano and 2nd team moved farther away from the LAV-300, the team moved up with him and got into formation around their two N.C.O's, before entering the building and getting ahead of Ramano and the 2nd squad leader, ignoring the BSAA team as they moved to take point and hold the hallway. Ramano was busying himself with his P.D.A and with his pull down monocole H.U.D, checking their bearings again and looking around to get a feel for where they are, and where the maps say they were, how accurate they were, get a feel for the scale of the maps, and whether there could be survelliance here or not. Ramano growled gruffly
Alright, we're here. Lets get this party started.
Then he added as if names to him were irrelevant
Oh, and I am first sergeant Ramano and this is sergeant Neff, 2nd squad leader.
The 5 foot 11, moderately muscular and moderately lean half-way-muscle-man-half-way-agile-mean-son-of-a-shark-professional-hard-core-veteran sergeant Neff nodded quietly, his face concealed behind a balaclava, night vision goggles, bandanna, and helmet. He wore full fingered gloves and was covered from head to toe, and hefted a mighty .50 beowulf AR-15 entry rifle.

The two B.S.A.A. teams stay there ground as the T.F.P. members sweep the area, understanding the need for security. The man that Ramano address's is Sergeant Anders, who nods and points Inman out, "Sergeant Anders, Ramano, this is our team leader" he motions to Inman "Sergeant Inman".
Justin steps out of the shadows and removes his cap, revealing his face to Ramano, "Well well well, if it isn't ole' Sergeant Ramano, Long time" he says before letting his shotgun rest on it's sling as he releases the weapon, extending a hand out to Ramano.
The other B.S.A.A. members hold their positions as the leaders greet one another.

Ramano cracked a rare grin as he shook Justin's hand and snickers and snarkish remarks were muttered by the T.F.P personnel. It was the norm for many; brother in arms' comradely teasing each other and making fun of each other for comedy.
Good to see you back in the fight, Kid.
Ramano was still a good bit taller then Inman, and still a LOT more built up muscle wise. Tony "Tyrant" Ramano was still an fing tank. The fact that they'd be working with Justin Inman had been disclosed to them 10 minutes before they arrived, and so most of the reactions to it had been dealt with and it was all professional, cool, and focused now.
So whos on point?

Inman grins, looks like nothing has changed, "Damned glad to be back Ramano, and I'm on point, the leader who stays in the rear, takes it in the rear" he says chuckling before grabbing his shotgun and moving back to point, using hand signals to bring the BSAA members to elevator positions.
Inman looks back to Ramano and the T.F.P members, "Ok in case you guys don't know we got a contained outbreak in the levels below us, so expect BOWS to be the norm for combat, with a few survivors" he says before hitting the button for the elevator, the BSAA agents stacking up with weapons ready as the doors open.
A stink that many have learned to get used to hits them full force, at least 5 or 6 corpses of either zombies or survivors are laying on the elevator floor and propped up against the side. Two BSAA agents look to Inman, who nods, the two agents draw their sidearms and step towards the elevator carefully, sending a single round into each of the corpse's skulls, confirming their deaths.
The two same agents drag the bodies out of the elevator silently, as if they had done it countless times before. Just as the men finish dragging the last two bodies out another elevator dings a few feet away.
Weapons are shouldered almost instantly as the doors open and a dozen zombies come out of the elevator.

Thats why I make Neff take the rear.
Night vision goggles didn't work like-reverse sunglasses. Neff's neck swiveled to look at Ramano, betraying his full reaction despite his face being fully covered, and he said
F**k you Tony.
Ramano grinned wider as he growled
See? D**n Frenchie.
Neff rolled his eyes, knowing full well that he never held the rear, he was almost always in the middle of his formation commanding his squad effeciently. The front most three men of the T.F.P formation had a clear aim at the 12 zombies pouring out of the elevator. They took immediate advantage of that.
Open fire!
Two clicks resounded as two M468/Rec 7s switched to fully automatic fire: Ramano fired his Pancor Jackhammer full auto, his 12 gauge buckshot surprisingly controlled, and two long controlled bursts of 6.8 SPC rounds joining the shotgun blasts, seemingly to throw the mass of zombies backwards and towards the elevator again. The first 4-5 zombies were down without any margin for debate. They hadn't flown back hollywood style, but they'd fell back enough that the zombies behind them were slowed down and totally impeded. However, they were acting as dead-weight meatshields for the zombies behind them... but that wasn't helping them very much. Everyone concentrated their fire, took their time, and used very little ammo individually after that to finish off the 12 zombies. As soon as the gunfire died off(but the smoke remained), Ramano barked out T.F.P! THATS OUR ELEVATOR!
The T.F.P team advanced and shoved into the elevator, not dragging anyone or anything out of there, instead callously kicking any head, hand, foot, or anything still sticking inside out, and then reported they were ready to go down. The BSAA team got into their elevator and everyone pushed their buttons, the two elevators descending down into the depths of the base.

Inman grins at the two as the men open fire, "Somethings never change" he says before ordering his men into the cleared elevator, allowing the TFP to kill the zombies, no sense in wasting ammo.
Inman himself presses the button for B-5, the lowest floor accessible without a specific key and readies his shotgun as the doors close and the lifts descend down.
As he is clicking his mike to speak to Ramano the power suddenly is cut, the lights in both elevators going off as if to a snapping thumb. Both lifts come screeching to a stop, and in the quiet screams and all sorts of sounds can be heard below.
Inman looks at Anders, "You catch the last floor we passed?" he asks him, the mike keyed and allowing Ramano to hear, "Yeh, B3, I'm thinking we are just above the halfway point between B3 and B4, we can climb out of the elevator and get the door open to B3 easy, B4 would be a bigger job and much more risky, regardless we should get out of these things, we're sitting ducks" Anders says.
Inman speaks into his throat mike as he flips on his torch on his weapon, "You catch that Ramano? I'm leaning towards B3 myself" he says to him, waiting for him to respond.
(TFP team, Inman and BSAA squads now in Arklay labs B-3 Area: Helipad Bay)
OOC: go there to reply.
