Elijha cursed as she dropped the empty clip from the M16, and knelt beside Jay in order to pull the other out of her belt. She looked down as she replaced the clip, just as Jay was starting to stir. "Nice of you to join us," she spoke under her breath as she stood up and continued to fire upon the creature. When her bullets were hitting low she raised the gun to where it was hitting it's head. Still the creature only turned toward her. Making it's approach. Just as it raised it's arm in the air the M16 ran dry. She cursed as the fist came down, but she was thrown aside by Jay as she tackled her out of the way.
"You waisted two clips," Jay said with a grin. "Someone needs to teach you how to fire a weapon." Standing up Jay directed her attention toward the creature as it turned toward them. "Koni, I get your swords back thank you could take it down?" she asked as she looked over toward her. Koni nodded slightly, and she nodded in agreement. "Time to see what exactly I have still," she spoke under her breath. Jay rushed forward ducking under the creatures swing. She cam up behind it, and waited for it's back hand. Once more she hit the ground, and came up in the middle grabbing both the handles of the swords.
She gripped them tightly, as she went to pull them out. Just as she did the creature slammed her in the chest, knocking her back against the wall where Giddeon sat. She coughed heavily as she smiled in triumph. Raising the swords up she slid them across the floor toward Koni. She looked at Giddeon and grinned slightly. "How are you doing," she spoke with a slight raspy tone.

Koni was quick to grab her Katana's. The second she did Giddeon fell dead asleep and was officially knocked out. Raising the blade Koni sidesteped forming a semi circle infront of the creature. She then looked behind her formating a plan in her mind. Unlike herself she hesitated to strike and waited for the creature to swing. She quickly dodged flipping back. The creature then used both hands to reach out to grapple her but she side-stepped and continued to back-peddle. Koni then dashed back a few yards until turning back around and opening fire on the creature with her automag.
"Wade, get ready to activate the laser field." She said as the creater squinted. It then dashed forward in a dead run approaching her at a breakneck speed. Koni stayed calm and cool until the last minute in which she drew out her swords. She instantly plunged them into its biceps and fell back to avoid being railroaded. She then brought her foot up to its hips and pushed successfully flipping it over her causing it to crash to the ground. "Turn it on Wade, NOW!" Suddenly the beam field in which the creature now laid activated. It wasn't long before the sensors spotted him and the hallway glowed red. Instantly two automattic gun turrets poked out of the wall and unloaded round after round into the creature. Slowly but surely the flying lead tore the creature limb from limb and into small bits of gorey meat before whirling to a stop. Koni sight. "We got him." Soon the laser field shut off and the turrets went back into the wall.
"Just like old times." Wade said with a laugh. Koni then smiled which she didn't do often as she was filled with pride hearing Wades praise. As she walked back to the group she was even blushing slightly as she secured her weapons. Seeing Giddeon on the ground she soon frowned again.
"Get him up, we need to keep moving." She then looked at Elijia. "How much father?"

Elijha nodded as she pulled out her PDA. She flipped threw the screen, before she came back to the map. "Not much further. Just about a hundred feet down the hall. There should be a door leading to the conference room we need. Then the door in there would get us back to the hall we need to be," she explained as she looked at Jay. "How is he doing?" she asked lightly.
"He's going to be fine. Just winded, I think," she said as she knelt in front of him. Jay put her hand against the side of his face, and left it there for a moment. Ever since she had lost the ability to touch him she never realized how much she missed it. Still she knew that she had self doubt of him being with her, but even know he had stuck with her and was still with her. She smiled lightly as she shook him lightly. "Giddeon," she spoke softly not wanting to jar him awake, mostly because she didn't know if he hit his head or not.
Jay bit her lip a little as he didn't move. She shook him a bit harder. "Giddeon, get up we need to move. I'll help you if you need it, but you need to wake up," she said as she looked him over. She was a little worried as he just laid there. She was almost petrified that he had been hit to hard. She knew the consequences of being hit hard enough to put one in a coma. "Giddeon," she spoke a bit harshly trying to get threw to him.

Giddeon sighed as his head was cradled in Jays lap. He then smiled and nuzzled it. "Just five more minutes okay?" Just as he was about to wrap his arms around Jay Koni grabbed him by his collar and lifted him up onto his feet. He shook his head to wake back up. "Ok, ok." He then smiled and helped Jay up onto her feet. Koni frowned and shook her head. Turning around she rwew out both of her pistols and headead forward for the conferance room. Giddeon chuckled holding onto Jays hand as they followed. He figured it was okay since Koni wasn't looking and the coast was clear.
After walking a few yards they passed an entryway turning the metallic corridors into a facy hallway painted with purple walls covered with stone pillars and marble flooring. It was an odd change but somewhat welcome. It smelled better for one. Everything seemed pristine and clean until they spotted the main doors leading into the main conferance room. They had been completely boarded up with furnature pressed firmly up against the frame. Koni and Giddeon approached cautiously, Giddeon motioned for the others to stay put while they investigated. It wasn't until Koni got two feet away from the blocade that it began to shutter and a choir of moans came from the other side. Koni and Giddeon both stepped back.
"Wade, we need you to check the security cams in conferance room 365. We have to go through and there appear to be complications. Koni looked at the baricade and soon Wade replied.
"We've got a problem." Wade said over the radio. "That conferance room has been sealed from both ends. I'm counting at least thirty to fourty undead buracrats wandering around in there. Is there any other way around?" They looked at Elijia who shook her head. Koni then looked at Giddeon and Giddeon nodded.
"Everyone grab a spot and get ready."Giddeon said unstrapping his backpack. He set it on the ground and began taking out explosive charges. "We're going to blow this thing from a distance while we're all armed and ready. When they come through just unleash hell." He said as he began placing the charges around the doorframe. Once he was finished he suited back up and flipped over a fancy looking armchair and knelt behind it. With the detonator in one hand he prepped his M16 with his other. "All right. Let 'em have it." He said pressing the button on the detonator. Soon a small exposion collapsed the door and the blockade and soon the first head of the undead crowd became visable.

Jay grimaced slightly as she opened a side door to an office. She looked around to make sure it was clear, before using it as a shield. She waited for Giddeon to set the explosives before she braced the door. "You'd think he didn't want us getting to him," she said with a slight laugh. She covered her ears as he pressed the button. Not even a second later debree and furniture were flying every, and smoke filled the air. "Don't hesitate, open fire," she said though it was fairly obvious as the others open fired upon the newly migrating crowed.
Her bullets scattering the top of the crowed aiming for the head. Dropping several as they continued to approach. They were dropping quickly from the groups continued fire. The narrow hallway making it easy for them to take them down. Elijha looked at the others and tried to keep herself to where she wasn't aiming at anyone on her team. Though the narrow hallways and the limited protection wasn't making it easy. As the crowed dropped the hall began to fill with dead. Soon nothing was moving and the smoke was completely cleared away. "That was a lot, and a lot of ammo," Elijha said as she came out from the corner of the hall.
"Your telling me," Jay said as she stepped out from behind the door. She walked carefully down the hall, and stumbled over the bodies. She stepped up to the door and looked around. "Alright it's clear to continue," she said as she walked into the room. "Gee what kind of meeting were they having," she mumbled under her breath. She walked to the other door, opening it slowly and looking down the hall. "It's pitch black down there. Not even the emergency lights are on." Tilting her head slightly she looked carefully around the hall. "Though it's clear up until the turn. i can't see around corners," she said with a grin.

Giddeon sighed dropping his M16 to the ground. "I'm out. It's just dead weight now." Koni looked at Giddeons Jackhammer. "Wha? No! No-way! She's my baby!" He said petting the steel of his automatic shotgun. "And she's got plenty of hellfire left in her belly." He then looked at Jay and was shocked seeing the sour look on her face. "Um....well....my second baby...I mean." When Jay sighed and turned away he leaned down and kissed his gun when she wasn't looking. Koni chuckled as they all continued forward.
The lights from the headsets only partially lit the dark hallway so Giddeon lit a few flares and tossed them down the corridor. Giddeon was the one who decided to take point and soon they found themselves infront of a heavy steeled door above which was labeled 'armory'. "Bingo." Giddeon said with a grin and pressed the open button. Soon there was a large flash as volts of electricity arced from the button and coursed through Giddeons body causing him to fly back a few feet. When he sat up he cringed and held his hand which was burned and now slightly smoking. Koni rolled her eyes and knelt down next to him and started to administer first aid.
"Wade, the door to the armory is sealed shut." She said as she bandaged Giddeons hand. Soon Wades voice came over the radio.
"Affermative. He's locked it down tight." Wade said. Typing could be heard in the background. "The entire room is encased in armored plated steel. There are two metal doors blocking your way in. One is locked down manually, the other electronically. It says here that you might be able to force open the electronicly sealed door using a hydrolic pumping lever in the service duct above you. It's a pretty tight fit though." Giddeon looked up and cocked his gun. With a single blast a section of the roof came falling down. Giddeon then cupped his hands together.
"So, who shall it be?" Giddeon asked with a smile.

Jay sighed a bit as she looked up at the duct. "Alright I'll go," she said lightly. She handed Elijha her M16 and walked over to Giddeon. "You sure with your hand hurt?" she asked and smiled lightly when he nodded. With his help she was able to reach the duct, and pulled herself up into the duct. She crawled further into the shaft until she was near the lever. She pulled back on it and it wouldn't budge. Cursing slightly as she shifted so that she could put her weight down on it. Finally it moved, and she let it go and pulled down on it again. "Alright, it should be opening," she called into her radio.
There was a faint scratching sound in the vent causing her to look up. In the darkness she would see eight glowing red eyes. "There's something else in here," she spoke quietly into her ear piece. She started backing up, but as she moved the creature moved quicker. It wasn't until it was five feet away that she realized it was a spider. She had managed to get her feet out of the vent when the spider spit out a green slim. It completely covered her face causing her to scream out as she fell out of the vent. Her hands shot up to her face as she continued to cry out. There was a horrible burning sensation around her eyes mouth and nose.
Elijha raised her M16 just as the spider dropped out of the vent. She open fired upon the creature as it hit the ground. It wasn't even able to move from where it landed before it was dead. She quickly stepped over to Jay as she pulled off the sweater she was wearing revealing a short sleeve shirt. Pulling out her knife she cut the sweater up into rags. "Hold still," she said as she tried to move Jay's hands from her face, but they continued to shoot right back up to her face. "Giddeon help me. We need to get this off before it does any long lasting damage," she said as she continued to try and wipe off what she could. "It's an acid base. Something spiders use to paralyze it's victims or blind them in order to make their pray easer. The longer it's on the more damage it causes," she explained.

Giddeon nodded and went over behind Jay. He grabbed her wrists and tried to pull them away. Her arms wouldn't budge, it was if her muscles were made of stone. "I can't, she's still far too strong." He said backing off. He then looked up at the ceiling. "I have an idea, but Jay's not going to like it." He said reluctantly. Looking around he soon found a desk in the corner which he moved just next to the hole he had created. Once there he stood up and took a wrench from his belt. "Hold her there." He said pointing under the hole. "The rest of you might want to move away." As he brought the wrench up he tightened it around the sprinkler system. "Sorry about this Jay but it has to be done." With one quick yank water began pouring out of the pipe drenching Jay and Elijia in water.
Once the water had fully covered Jay washing away the gunk from the spider, he headed over to the door. Jay hadn't opened the first door completely, it had split open about two feet. He was now face to face with a second re-enforced steel door. Luckily, he noticed that it was closed at the center rather at the side. That he could work with. Once again he reached into his backpack taking out a blowtorch.
"Everyone else might want to look away." He said putting on his goggles. "Luckily I saw this coming before we left." Kneeling down hestarted the flame and increased its length. He then pointed it at the bottom and started cutting his way up the center of the door. Once he was finished he had cut a vertical opening in the door about an inch in width and in the center carved a circular opening. Once he was done he looked back at Jay. "Well, you think you might be able to open this for us? None of us are strong enough and explosives arn't strong enough."

As Giddeon worked on the door Elijha worked on getting Jay back up on her feet. She had stopped screaming out, and moving her hands away from her face had become quite easer. She helped Jay sit up against the wall as she continued to wipe her face off. "Jay how are you feeling?" she asked lightly and realized that she had yet to open her eyes. She reached up and put her hand against the side of her face. "Sorry about this," she said lightly as she pulled up her eye lid and sighed a bit. Her eyes were blood red, almost like the red color of her skin from the slim. "Jay, open your eyes" she asked again.
Jay did as she was asked, but the thing was everything seemed to be a haze. It was to blurry to make anything out. She looked in the direction that Elijha's voice was coming from. "M- my face still feels like it's on fire, and . . . and I can't see anything," she spoke under her breath. It was about then that she heard Giddeon ask for her help. She nodded slightly, and pushed herself off the wall to stand up. She staggered a bit feeling a slight bit of pain in her leg from where she fell. She paused a bit as she looked around, but couldn't see where to go. "Can you help me?" she asked lightly.
Elijha nodded as she gripped her arm, and lead her toward the door. "It's temporary. With Giddeon's quick acting we were able to wash it off of you quickly. Not to mention the pressure was nice to provide an eye wash," she explained as she stopped near the door.
"Yeah . . . water . . ." she sighed as she reached out feeling the door. It was a bit warm from where Giddeon had used the blowtorch. She felt for the center, and dug her fingers into it. "N . . . now I'm f . . . freezing," she grunted as she pulled on the door. It took a bit but it was finally budging. She opened it enough for them to fit threw, and still it provide enough cover if it was needed. She staggered back as she pulled her arms up to her shoulders rubbing them slightly. "Thanks a bu- bunch," she spoke threw chattering teeth.

Giddeon felt horrible frowning and sinking where he stood. "I'm...." He didn't understand. He did what had to be done. He simply stood in confusion as the entire team walked past him. After watching Jay walk through he didn't really have an option. Inside the walls were covered with heavy arms, many of which he had never seen in the real world. Giddeons eyes lit up when he spotted an armored jacket. He rushed over and took it off the hanger. After hitting it a few times to get the dust off he went and wrapped it araound Jay. He looked at her with a sence of pain in his eyes. "I'm sorry." He said wrapping his arms around her. He began moving his hands on her back to get her circulation going.
"HEY!" Koni yelled, Giddeon instantly looked over. "She's just wet, she'll get over it. Now find the weapon we came here to find." Giddeon stepped away from Jay and nodded as he walked futher into the room looking over the shelves.
"Wade, I need to know what I'm looking for." He said inspecting the various weapons trying to figure out how some of them worked. "Can you give me a discription or something?" He asked sighing as he turned his head to take in the entire room. There was some silence and then Wade's voice came over his headset.
"I found the blueprints. I'm sending the base image to the visor of your head set." Soon Giddeon saw the image of a bulky weapon come onto his visor. It was large and was built poorly. It was obviously a prototype. With such a well detailed image he found the device in no-time. He instantly began studying it and typing on the side of his visor viewing the blueprints.
"Ok, we are missing the At44 Reverberator, Tenson coil..." He then looked under it after lifting it up. "Plasma transformers 1 2 and 3 and a coding plug." He then looked at Elijia. "Do you know what any of those things are. I'm sure they're around here somewhere." He then looked at Koni and Jay. "This laser might be enough to kill him but he's too fast. We need something to slow him down and keep him still so I can get a proper shot. See if you can find something around here."

Jay sat down on the floor and pulled the coat tighter. She still wasn't one hundred percent, and now she couldn't even see. Though Elijha had said that she would get her vision back quick enough. She looked up to the direction the voices were coming from. "If we can't slow him down, then I could probably try to hold him back long enough to use that weapon," she suggested. She sighed a bit as she rubbed her shoulders a bit. She hated water, but at least this time was for a better reason.
Elijha looked down at Jay and then to Giddeon. "No I don't know what those are. Wade may be able to pull up the schematics to them and their description." She sighed a bit as she looked back to Jay. "As long as she can't see she's going to pull us back, no offense," she said lightly. Jay shook her head and sighed a bit. "It's temporary from what I can tell, but I don't know how long it will take before she gets her vision back, if to it's fullest," she said lightly. She looked around the room picking up some extra clips for her and Jay's weapons.
She tilted her head slightly as she pulled out her PDA. "Hold on let me try something," she said as she walked over to a computer screen on the wall. She removed the panel, and started hooking up the wires. Typing away on the her PDA it didn't take her two long before she was able to download the weapon systems of the facility. She unhooked her PDA, and started flipping threw the screen until she came up to several that held the items in question. "Alright I've got the schematics as well as what the pieces look like," she said as she walked over and started picking up the parts. She set them down in front of Giddeon and handed him her PDA. "Hope that helps."

Giddeon looked at the parts displayed on the screen and scratched his head. "Um, okay. Give me a bit." As he began sifting through the shelves he looked back at Jay. "And no, your not holding him. I can't risk hitting you. I've never shot one of these things before and if it is an anti-BOW weapon you may still be at serious risk." Clearing away some cobwebs he picked up the first two pieces. "The laser is harmless to humans. It's designed to eradicate viral signatures only. Once the beam hits Wesker it should go straight through him. One hit one kill." Finally, with an armful of parts he dumped them next to the uncompleted firearm.
"I've never asembled a weapon like this before. It's going to kinda be trial and error." He said as he began to conect certain circuits and tubing. He then looked over at Elijia. "Jay may not have her full powers but I'm guessing if she still has inhanced strength she should have inhanced healing as well. By the time I'm finished I'm guessing that she'll be better. After working for another ten minutes the weapon beeped and came to life.
"That should do it." He said. wiping his brow. Sudenly there was a grown and a thud coming from the door. Looking over he saw a mutated Wesker reaching his arm through the entryway as he was too thick to fit through. From the sound of things there was more than one. Frustrated at their persistance he went up to one of the metal tables and cleared all of the items off the top. He then pushed it over to the opening and pushed it up vertically. Grabbing his blowtorch next to the door he began to weld the entryway shut.
"This won't hold them for long. There must be a weapon that can subdue Wesker in here, find it. Elijia, I need you to find the weakest wall. Maybe I can cut us an exit."

Elijha looked around the room and paused for a moment. "Find a weak wall?" she said lightly as she looked at him oddly. It was then that she realized that this room had to have a ventilation shaft. She rand to the walls pulling things away as she threw them across the floor. She grinned a bit as she finally found one against the east wall. "This wall is the weakest. it's got a ventilation shaft built into it," she explained as she looked back at him. She stepped away from the wall as she looked back at Jay as she stood up rubbing her eyes. "How are you feeling?" she asked.
"Been better. My eyes are just burning, but I can see. Though it's not one hundred percent," she said as she walked over to Giddeon. She smiled lightly as she ran her hand down his arm, and kissed him on the cheek forgetting about the look that Koni was giving her. "Now you know if we can't find anything, and if we do and it fails. That I am going to have to stop him. I'm the only one that can hold him back long enough to do so."
"Yeah, save that for later," Elijha said as she walked over holding what looked like a blow torch. "I found a new toy, and it freezes," she said with a grin. "This should slow him down long enough for you to play with your new gun." She looked at the wall as she put the back of the weapon on her back. She flipped a few switched as she walked to the wall. "Time for me to play," she said with a laugh. Raisng the weapon up she pulled the trigger, and it was like a wave of water hitting the wall. Though the wall froze instantly from top to bottom. Stepping back she smiled again. "That was fun."

Giddeon smiled. "Now this I can work with." Once again he flipped over one of the tables and pushed it up against the wall furthest from the frozen one. "Get behind that and cover your heads." He said reaching into his backpack. Sadly he pulled out his last two explosive charges and placed them diagonally on the frozen wall. Once in place he grabbed his backpack and new weapon and jumped behind the table. Placing the items down he pulled out the detonator and covered his head with his left arm. Closing his eyes he pressed a button and the whole room shook as dust fell from the cieling upon them.
Getting up he looked at his work. With the help of Elijias freeze gun he had made a well placed exit into a service tunnel lined with pipes and circuits. Putting his backpack back on he threw the new weapon over his back and took the Jackhammer in hand. He then helped Jay to her feet and approached the tunnel looking in. "There arn't many access points to these tunnels so if we move quick we won't have to worry about Weskers BOWs.
Koni started to get agitated as she looked at her watch. "This is taking far to long. We can't leave Wade and Gina alone with Fira any longer. He'll send those things after them. Gina and Wade don't have enough combat experience and Fira just graduated to the numbered ranks a year ago." Giddeon continued to looked down both ends of the tunnel as she talked.
"Not to worry, we blocked the only entrence inside. We have plenty of time." He then looked back at Elijia. "Think you can plot a course. Since I have the scatter gun I'll blaze the path."

Elijha pulled out her PDA and flipped threw the screen. She studied the map a bit before nodding. "Alright, down this tunnel about a hundred and fifty feet, and then there's a right turn in the tunnel. That will get us practically there," she said as she pocketed the PDA. She looked back at Koni and grinned. "They'll be fine, and if not they can always shout," she said as she moved in behind Jay as they started moving down the hall. When the right turn came up she stepped in front of Giddeon. She kept her back toward the wall as she peeked around the corner. "That's a service duct. Should lead us back into the building and around everything."
"Should be?" Jay asked lightly as she held up her M16 and walked down the hall. She looked back at Elijha and she shrugged her shoulders. Jay sighed a bit and walked up toward the door. She put her hand against the door, and leaned up against it. Once she was satisfied she carefully opened the door. Stepping out she made sure it was clear before hollering back. "Alright it's clear," she said as she moved further down the hall. "Gina, can you tell how far we are actually from Wesker?" she called into her radio as she looked around the hall, and waited for the others.
