The one floor, brand new and fully equipped London Fire department has 3 fire trucks and plenty of medical supplies.

It had been quiet, apart from that constant moaning coming from somewhere behind them. However by the looks of things they'd lost those zombies a while back. Reaching the corner of the alley, Pete looked out, the street was empty, directly ahead was the fire station. He grinned to himself, that was the way out, the roof would be big enough for the Chopper to either land on or hover just low enough to get away. He looked behind him, Ayslin looked like she was in a good deal of pain, that was going to be another bonus about this place, big doors. Taking in a breath, he quickly jogged across the street and ducked next to one of the engine doors. He peered through the glass but couldn't see anyone inside. That didn't mean that there wasn't someone or something in there. Near the right wall, there was a small door which was slightly cracked ajar. Raising his weapon, he walked over and gently pressed the door inward. It swung sideways with a dull creak as he stepped in.
Pete was inside the garage section, all the actual fire engines however were absent. The space was vast, a couple of crates and fire fighting equipment lay strewn about the floor but otherwise the place was vacant. The far wall had two doors, one which must lead upstairs the second looked like it was some form of storage cupboard. He proceeded quickly across the floor, his footsteps echoing slightly in the empty space. He reached the cupboard and poked his weapon in. There was little inside, what looked like cleaning supplies mainly. Turning back into the room, he looked about him. It would do. Keying his radio he passed on his location to Jake and asked for a Chopper. He soon got an answer that it would be an hour or two but it would be there. Pete wasn't overly fussed on the timing, at least now there was somewhere which was remotely safe-ish.

The world was starting to spin, but she forced herself to keep moving. Once inside the building she sighs and leans against the wall and slumps down to the floor. She leans her head back and closes her eyes the pounding in her head receding a bit, only becoming noticeable when she moved. She shrugged her backpack off her shoulders she pauses for a moment before digging around in her backpack. She pulls out a bottle of aspirin and a water bottle, uncapping the water bottle she takes a small sip before opening the bottle of aspirin.
Taking a couple she places them on her tongue before washing them down with a long sip from the water bottle. She replaces the cap on the water bottle, and returns both to her backpack. After placing her backpack behind her against the wall, she sighs and closes her eyes knowing it would be a while before the aspirin started to work. Since she had left the hospital she had been on the go now that she was safe-ish she began to relax not even noticing when she gradually began to fall asleep. Soon her breathing evens out

Pete turned around and notice Ayslin slump against the wall. He knelt next to her, her breathing was even. It looked like she was sleeping. Well, he was gonna be exploring this place on his own then. Returning to the door that they'd entered through he closed it over tight. He glanced Ayslin again, she'd be okay here for a second. Pete quickly and quietly made his way over to the stairs, raising his weapon up he began to climb them. The second floor was seemingly made up of four rooms. The main one had a table in the center, with chairs around it and multiple boards. Off to one side was the ever classic fireman's pole. Entering the side room, he was greeted by a small kitchen which was also vacant. Withdrawing he approached the next door, it was quite clear what this one was, stepping inside it was confirmed. The bathroom. Nobody was at home in here either. The final room was another storage cupboard, this one however was fairly well stocked. Medical supplies aplenty. Yet still nobody was home, alive or dead. Strange really, he figured that this would be quite a good place to be but obviously nobody came here. Or they had and something had happened. Stepping back into the main room, he spied something, a fourth door. Walking over, he looked it over, a much sturdier one than the rest. Pushing it open, he was greeted to steps which led upwards. He grinned, roof access secure then.
Pete closed the door behind him and returned to the ground floor. A good two hour wait, well the best thing to do then was to fortify the place better. First though he approached Ayslin and carefully lifted her up, slinging an arm over his shoulder he carried her to the steps and made his way back up. Upstairs was safer than down. He eased her into one of the chairs before checking she was okay. It seemed like she was just completely and utterly out of it for now. He shook his head and once again headed down. Once on the ground floor, he opened up the storage cupboard and raided it. There was a brush which he took and placed it next to the side door. He then dragged some of the crates over to the door and piled them in front of it before shoving the brush under the lock, preventing the door from being opened. The last of the crates he pulled in front of the stairway entrance, granted there was only one and it didn't make much of a blockage but it was something. It would have to do for now.
Back upstairs, Pete closed the stairway door and unslung his G36c. Placing it on the table, he made his way into the kitchen and opened up the fridge. Sod all. "Pfft" he muttered. Strong doors and medical supplies but no food. Ah well, he could last two more hours he figured. Returning to the main room, Pete pulled up a chair on the opposite side of the table and drew his sidearm. Ejecting the mag and locking the slide back, he removed the pins before taking off the side. Placing all the bits on the table, he keyed his radio. "Jake, I'm bunkered down in the fire dept. The place is fortified...well to an extent" "Understood mate, Hang in there won't be long" "Got it, Oh and tell Rykov to have some MRE's or Boil in a bag meals ready. I'm starving" he clicked the radio off again and stared at the pistol parts. He picked them up and began to check each components condition, once he did he began to reassemble the gun. Fully reassembled, he replaced it in his holster.

She woke up with a start but it took a few minutes for her to place her surroundings, it felt as if her brain was incased in cotton. And her mouth felt like it was stuffed with cotton balls as well, she lifts her head wearily trying to figure out where she was. Startled she peers around the room as the events come flooding back she sits up with a startled jerks up looking around frantically spotting pete as she clings to her chair.
what happened? she asks softly

"You blacked out again, you've got a habit of doing that" Pete replied before leaning back in the chair. "Apart from that we're in a barricaded up Firestation waiting for a helicopter which should be here in" he glanced at his watch. "Ooh a good hour" Jerking his thumb to one of the doors he continued. "Bathroom's that way and over there is the kitchen. Don't bother though, place is empty. That pretty much wraps it up and our friends from the undead aren't knocking down the doors just yet"
He reached around to the large utility pouch on his belt and unzipped it. From within he produced the folded up documents that he'd taken from Harrison. Unfurling the paper he cast his eyes over them, so this was what he'd gone rogue for? A mutated thing with tentacles and a head the size of a cupboard. Oh yeah, he was sold instantly. He sighed and put them away. Getting up out of the chair he walked over to the window and carefully moved the blind slightly so he could see out. It was quiet, which generally nowadays was never a good sign. He caught the sound of a moan and his vision whipped around. He spied a loan zombie staggering down the street. "Hmm" he muttered before moving away from the blind.

Ayslin had been quiet watching him and the emotions flicker across his face, gone as fast as they appeared. She had gotten up and peered over his shoulder at the papers he was holding, seeing the creature on those pages she makes a face. She moved away running a hand through her hair she perks up at the thought of the bathroom "bathroom? Is their a shower or at least a tub?" she asks hopefully if she could just get some of the dirt off her she'd be okay. But she stiffens as she hears a moan, she moves quickly to the window and peeks out. The lone zombie had begun to moan. "Damn it, if he keeps moaning like that he's going to attract some of his buddies" she backs away from the window and starts to dig through her backpack. Sure she had placed her weapon into her backpack when she had shimmied down the drain pipe

Pete waved his arm in the general direction of the bathroom. He hadn't really checked if there was a bath or not. "No idea, but you'll definitely find a sink" he mused before hearing the comment about the loan zombie. "True, but it can moan all it wants. We won't be stopping long" Ayslin had started to rummage through her backpack looking for something, Pete returned back to the window and watched the zombie. It was facing the station still moaning. He stared at it, what was it doing? Unless it was just bored out of it's undead brains, there really was no reason for it... His chain of thought was stopped when he spied something moving down the alley behind the zombie. The same alley they'd come down earlier. What was...his eyes widened, Oh hell.
He watched as numerous zombies, began staggering out of the alley way. The worrying factor being that, the original loan zombie was now shambling toward the station and the others staggered behind it. That wasn't good, not in the slightest. He lost sight of the front of the group as they passed beneath the window's line of sight. It was then that he heard thumping "Well that's not good" he said and quickly strode over to the table and picked up his G36c. Pulling out his sidearm, he slapped a mag into it and placed it on the table. "Wait here" he said and immediately took off down the steps and bolted to the doorway. He stopped and quietly peered around the doorframe into the vast garage space. The zombies were rapping on the doors heavily now. Pete decided that it might be a good idea to reinforce that small side through which they'd entered. But before he had the chance, it caved in and zombie collapsed onto the floor. He swore and quickly dropped to one knee.
Flicking the safety off he shouldered the weapon and took aim. The zombie lazily got to it's feet as another wandered in. The pair of them milled about for a moment before seeing Pete. They groaned in hunger which seemingly became the signal as the rapping on the doors stopped and they all slowly started to file toward the side door. The two that had got in started their trek across the floor, teeth bared and now groaning in what seemed like anger. The selector plate went to Semi auto and Pete squeezed the trigger once. The weapon flashed as a single round shot out and connected sharply with the first zombie's head. Bringing his aim about he fired again, the second zombie collapsed to the ground. By now, they'd all started to make an entrance and were making their hungry way toward the stairway doorframe. Pete fired off two more rounds , which took down one zombie. He had to be careful, spraying seemed like the ideal thing but there wasn't enough ammo to go around. Standing up he fired again and backed onto the first step. Casting a quick glance to be sure of his footing he moved again. Big mistake, a zombie which shambled slightly faster than the others made it to the doorway. It lashed out for Pete who was caught off balance, he staggered backward and just got out of the way of it's arms. In rapid succession he fired off another three rounds, which at that range didn't miss. The zombie sprawled itself on the steps as it's brethren began to amass at the doorway.
Darting back up the stairs, Pete dived into the room he'd previously just been in and slammed the door over. Running over to the table he slung the weapon and started to push. "Gimme a hand" he said as he shoved the table in front of the door. When the table had been shoved across the doorway, Pete stood back and quickly recounted his shots. Six, so that left twenty four rounds in this mag. He quickly flicked his radio on. "Jake, tell Rykov to get in gear! I hate being kept waiting and these things want in!" "You've been compromised?" "Not quite the word I'd use. More along the lines of I'm their idea of dinner!" "Got it, just hang on he'll be there"

She had nodded when he had left stopping her frantic search to grab the gun on the table. She slung her backpack back onto her shoulders. She aimed for the door not even worrying why the sound of gunfire no longer startled her. Suddenly Pete burst back into the room and grabbed the table "Gimme a hand" nodding her head she helped pete move the table into position. She moved back towards the window leaning casually against the frame she looks out barely paying attention to pete as he spoke to the men who were presumably the same men who'd helped her get out of racoon city. Her hands tightened around the gun as she thought about her mother, and a lump rose in her throat but she forced it back willing herself to be strong. She placed her forehead against the cool metal of the gun barrel.
For the first time in years she placed a hand on the small cross hung on a simple gold chain around her neck. She had no idea what to believe anymore but this old childhood habit brought an odd sense of re-assurance. Just like her small teddy bear that she had managed to grab before london had been over-run. She threw in a quick prayer, couldn't hurt considering everyone thought zombies didn't exist. Throwing a look at pete, she pulled away from the window looking at the simple barricade of the door. So how much longer do we have to wait? Because i'm not about to become sushi she quips.
(OOC: get it sushi? raw? *crickets chirp and a dust bunny tumbles past)

"With luck, not long!" Pete said as he shoved a chair on top of the table. What that was going to do he really didn't know, but it just seemed like a good idea. Shouldering his weapon he pointed it at the door. Watching it shake under the pressure from the constant undead knockings on the other side. It wasn't going to be long, whether the helicopter turned up or not was another matter the door wouldn't hold. He figured at best another two minutes. The voice which crackled in his ear brought a faint glimmer of hope. He grinned to himself as he heard it and a moment later although fairly faint he could hear them whirring. "You Russian's really know how to show up in the nick of time" he said with a half laugh. "We'll be on the roof in a minute. You'll see us easy, I doubt there are many other people nearby trying to wave you down from a firestation roof"
Pete spun around and was about to speak when the door gave way. He quickly gestured to the door which led to the roof and yelled: "GO! The Heli is almost here! Get you there quick!" With that he spun around and raised the weapon, snapping off a few a rounds into the nearest zombie he backtracked toward the door and fired again. Okay now there were alot of them in the room. He flicked the switch to full auto and let off two short bursts in rapid succession which led to a few zombies going down. Two permanently the other ones which had been hit started to stagger up. The magazine was dry, he ejected it hurriedly before backing away again to the door. Stepping out he turned and grabbed the thing and slammed it over. He didn't have the time to bolt it. Ramming a magazine into the gun he charged up the steps and saw Ayslin and off in the distance a Helicopter. "WAVE HIM DOWN!" he yelled before firing down the steps as the zombies broke through the steps entrance.

Nodding her head she waves her hands frantically, before digging in her backpack. Finding a red cloth she whips it out waving it above her head. Turning she eyes the door nervously before turning back. She calls out to pete "sure you can handle them?" she keeps waving her hands at the helicopter

He could hear the Heli getting closer and closer. Hearing the yell from Ayslin, he didn't try to distract himself by turning around to reply he simply shouted back. "Yeah easily!" he fired a few more rounds into the general head area of the group now climbing the steps. He dared a quick glance to the side and saw the heli raise up slightly as it began to pull down to the roof. Standing up he backed away from the steps and started in the direction of the Chopper. The Chopper came down and was hovering near the far edge of the roof, just off the deck. Pete caught a glimpse of Rykov and another figure in a pilot's suit inside the bird also. "GET ON!" he yelled at Ayslin as he spun around to take aim at the Zombies which were now starting to cross the roof toward them. Dropping to his knee he shouldered the weapon and fired into them. A zombie was caught square in the head, it's decaying corpse falling backwards as it's head exploded. Another he caught in the shoulder as it staggered onward, driven on by it's lust for blood.
OOC: Sorry for the shortness, have been really pressed for time lately.

The last shot was fired and Pete turned on his heel to see Ayslin get helped into the helicopter. He ran over and pulled himself into it and immediately felt the helicopter move as it reared away from the rooftop and start to ascend. Pete clung to the rail and watched for a moment as the scene disappeared below them. They left the zombies behind and ascended onwards. "Are you okay my friend?" Pete heard Rykov's voice inquire from the front of the BlackHawk. Breathing out and turning, he gestured an OK at him before making his weapon safe and collapsing into one of the seats at the back of the bird.
He spied the other figure who was in the bird, he didn't recognize them at first but it soon became apparent. "Didn't expect to see you here" Pete said "Well, special circumstances particularly when the head honcho of the organization turns out to be a traitor" "Fun never ends" Pete said in reply "Did you get them?" Pete didn't reply he just nodded, unzipped the pouch on his belt and passed them over to Jake. "What'll happen to them?" "Most likely we'll destroy them, failing that they'll be archived for reference should be come across any of the B.O.W's listed in them" "Fair do's" Jake turned away and started to read through the files that Pete handed him. Pete picked up his weapon and ejected the mag. Racking the bolt back he ejected the loaded round before pressing it back into the magazine. He glanced up at Ayslin "You okay?"

shrugging she turns from where she was sitting, staring out the window. "I'll be fine, i guess" she clasps her hands together resting her forehead against her hands she sighs "just a little exhausted, my life has been turned upside down, and topside up so many times." leaning back she smiles and laughs bitterly "Although i have the feeling we may be bumping into each other sometime in the future." going quiet she rests her head against the back of her chair. "I sometimes wonder if anywhere is safe?" she rubs her eyes trying to stifle a yawn and failing she feels her eyes slowly start to close. Before she falls asleep she looks at pete and smiles softly "Got room in your organization for one more person? I think i might actually start to like paperwork" she yawns again before falling asleep.
