Picking up his rifle, and throwing it over his shoulder, strap across his frame, Shinta would hurry down the apartment building to ground level. Opening the door, he would draw his Colt and aim around. No undead to attack at the moment. Which meant, they had to move. This wasn't the time to be acquainted. Seeing the female, he would move out into the street. Overturned cars. The whole area had a orange tint, and it creepily lurked over Chad's shoulder. But for now, he would stay low and keep firing.
"Come on, We need to get you a gun if your going to be moving on with me."
It was kind of early to be recruiting, but then again, it was kind of late to be doing anything but recruiting. He would open the door to the Gun Shop, hoping she would follow. [/blockquote]

When the man appeared behind her, Angela quickly drew back, staring at him oddly before sighing with some relief. After hearing his statement she kind of frowned and shook her head as she followed after him.
"That's um, that'd be nice except...well...I don't know how to use a gun," she replied. Looking back at the shuffling corpses she quickened her pace towards Guns Galore. She doubt there'd be anything left anyway. On the offchance there was, she'd be screwed thanks to her lack of knowledge with weaponry.

"Hmm. Well."
Nowadays. Not being able to use a gun was suicide without the gun to the dome. It was like, hanging yourself or, Poison. It wouldn't be instantaneous; it would be prolonged and painful. So, now Chad would have to be the gun expert he wasn't and teach this girl how to use a weapon. Maybe there would be something simple like a .22. Hopefully she wouldn't have to use it all the time. As they entered the store, Chad would walk in behind her and ignore locking or barricading the door. No need. There were counters, there was ammo, but he didn't see any guns. He had just entered, maybe his new partner had seen something.
"You see any firearms? And Im Chad; by the way." [/blockquote]

Angela looked about the store, wandering over, behind a few shelves of ammunition and fallen boxes of little add-ons for whatever weapon they were created for. She dug around the mess in hopes of finding something.
"Oh...um, I'm Angela. Thank you for saving me, Chad," she told him, her voice cracking a little. After ending her introduction, her hands brushed against what looked like a basic handgun. She smiled widely and pulled on it. Unfortunately it had a hand attatched.
That hand was also very much attatched to a body which so happen to be staring straight at her, it's lower jaw missing. She immediately let go and stared down at it, wide-eyed.
"Ah!"
It couldn't really do anything. It's lower half was pierced down by heavy boxes and racks. Hell it couldn't even bite her. The woman knitted ehr eyebrows together and gently uncurled it's fingers from around the weapon. It's decayed skin cracking as she did so.

Quickly swinging around, aiming the Python to the ground level, Chad would only holster the firearm and unsheath his Kukri Knives. Walking to the immobilized undead, he would step on his hand that was just wielding the gun and swing the blade. Kicking the hand away, he would be wary not to have blood on him. After which, he would completely remove the undead-and-now-fully-dead beast. Unblooding the blades, he would sheath them. Then, taking the gun from Angela, he would examine.
A Glock 36.
That was good. Somewhat compact. And after checking the mag, there were 4 or the 6 bullets capable of being in the clip. A .45 ACP Cartridge. Rimless bullets. Great. He would have to find more ammo for her, but it would work for right now. Looking to his new ally, he would hold the barrel and hold it to her.
"We can get a lesson in after we search this place up and down for ammo & accessories," Chad would say beginning his counters search, "Search for Colt Python & Glock 36 things." [/blockquote]

Angela took the gun from the man and was quite surprised at how light it was. She'd figured all huns were heavy, obviously she was wrong. It's mass was comfortably light. She noddedher thanks and examined it as she followed behind him. Accidentally pressing a button, the magazine popped out and smacked the pavement.
She yelped a little before kneeling down and picking it up. It had a couple of little rounds tucked inside. Not many, but a few. "There's a little ammo left in this one..." she informed him, somewhat quietly.

"Yeah, I know. Nice rounds actually."
As he continued searching through coverts and such, he would only find a scope for his Colt and two boxes of 50 Hollow Points each. The boxes in hand, Chad would hand them to her as he connected the Scope to the Colt. Moving on, he would find nothing else that was worth interest.
"Come on Angela. Let's get that lesson in."
He would exit out of the store, opening the door for her. Undead were roaming the streets looking for prey. They were, 50+ feet away, so they could practice range more. Which would be good, training a rookie. [/blockquote]

Angela gratefully accepted the ammo and put them away for the time being. Pushing the clip back in, since atleast that was very simple to do, she followed after him, nodding another thanks as he held the door open for her.
"Alright...I'm ready," she informed him, looking up at the man then at her weapon.

"Well, first things first. Hold the gun up at the target."
Chad would do the same actions he spoke with his Colt Python. It would be easier for her to see what was going on.
"Then, if you are firing at a distance, stand posted. Legs apart, both hands steadying the gun," Chad would say as he did the same thing, "Then it's a simple pull of the trigger. Now that gun doesn't have a recoil; when the gun flicks back, mines does. So it's simpler for you. So go ahead and exausht as many bullets you want, we're infront of a gun shop, Im sure there are more .45 ACP Hollow's in there."
The undead would close in to 30+ feet. They might had have to move this training session somewhere once the beasts got closer. [/blockquote]

Angela replicated every single action down to even where his fingers were. She looked ahead again, once she steadied herself and took aim at one of the closest corpses upfront. Pulling the trigger back, there was a loud bang forcing a ringing in her ears. The shot missed that corpse but struck another beside it in the shoulder.
It jerked back but continued making it's merry old way ahead anyway. She took aim once more and pulled on the trigger. ANother loud bang and the zombie she aimed at was darted in the chest. She pulled the trigger again and again until finally she had bullet riddled her ideal target.
Feeling quite proud with herself, she shot twice more at some of the incoming threats until finally her gun clicked empty. Worried, she looked back at Chad.
"How do I reload?" she asked.

"The Thing you did before, to make the clip fall out of the gun, do that," Chad would do this while letting off shots of his own. "Load up 6 bullets; the flat top of it, on top of each other. Once done that, push it back in. Then cock the gun, I assume you know how to do that."
And as he continued this crash course, Chad would reload his gun and let off three shots at undead in the crowd closing in 23+ Feet away. His demeanor was one of concern yet still of optimism. Nothing really could go wrong right now. They were training. [/blockquote]

Angela did as she was told, but not before catching his rather irritated instrustion. She raised an eyebrow and sighed as she released the clip, reloaded it with the individual rounds then slammed it back in, cocked back the hammer and heard a faint click. She smiled, proud of herself yet again.
Looking back at the horde she began to take fire, trying her hardest to hit in more vital areas of their bodies. Looking over at him for a moment she smiled, sincerely.
"Thank you for your help. I really do appreciate it," she told him.

"It's nothing," Chad said, waving it off, "I can't have someone not knowing how to use a pistol chillin' with me."
But as he said that, the undead would close in closer. He, had enough ammo to last for a while, and it would seem as Angela had gotten the swing of the gun. Patting his hand on her back, Chad would begin to walk at the weak part of this wave. Hitting each of the undead blocking it, he would holster the weapon and draw his knives, swinging at all who came near.
Hopefully, she followed. Cause he was off to the RCPD. Maybe he could get into their armory on the underground. Maybe even get a Poilve SUV, [/blockquote]

Angela kept her eyes on the small horde. They kinda seemed to have been breaking up into pairs. Some of those pairs began to wander around aimlessly when they got out of view. She was very sure about the city or where Chad was leading her. She had barely came into Raccoon to find her family. Looks like that wasn't gonna happen now...there was no trace ofthem anywhere.
She sighed and followed close behind, keeping her eyes peeled incase anything decided to attack. As they walked on through the strip, she'd heard loud cawing noises. Looking up and around, she noticed a large building with a flock ofcrows perched there, watching her and Chad.
That made he extremely uneasy. More cawing came from nearby. She knitted her eyebrows together and looked ahead and to the right. More crows. Either something was up ahead or those things were really really hungry.
"Chad...the crows...they're watching us...aton of them are watching us.."

He had noticed this as well. Crows were attracted to dead things. He had seen the Black Birds picking apart downed Undead. Still walking the streets, he would fire into the sky a couple times to see if they were flustered by the shots. Nothing. These weren't normal birds. as assumed.
"We're getting out of here, like, now. I don't like these things eying us like prey. Come on, lets go to the Police Department. The Armory could still be intact along with possibly a vehicle."
And with that, the boy warey, they would be on their way. [/blockquote]
