Angela winced as the gunshots rang off. She wasn't about to get use to the ringing in her ears anytime soon. Looking back up at the crows, they only reacted by ruffling their feathers and cawing loudly. After hearing Chad's plan, she agreed fullheartedly.
"The RPD has to be the safest place by now...right?" she asked.

Logan was glad they had found their way through the streets all the way to the gunshop, its been awhile since he had even came this close to one. It always gave him a trigger happy feeling when he was around this sort of place, even though all the good weapons were already taken. But he was only looking for ammunition for Lisa, and possibly even another 9mm for himself. But he looked at Lisa, and noticed she was acting a bit different. Could it be that she was catching on to Raine? She could keep this secret going forever.
Looking back toward the shop, he gripped onto the window, feeling the sturdiness of them. "Bars on the windows... Looks like were pretty safe inside here. But lets make it quick none the less." After entering the shop, Logan instantly jumped the counter and grabbed a barely used Glock17 behind the casing, along with a number of empty magazines. Kicking out the bottem shelf glass, he dug out a number of boxes, 9mm bullets lined the counter now.
After taking five minuts loading up the magazines with ammunition, Logan stored them onto his belt, about six of them fit. The others he left out for Lisa, she would need them for her gun aswell. "Hey Lisa, got some ammo over her for ya." After calling her over, Logan noticed Raine had went for the .44 rounds behind another case. He could fill up his speed loader, and his gun aswell, which would come in handy if they needed extra firepower. After doing this, Logan grabbed another handfull of about a dozen, and drove them into his pockets. Looking over at Raine, he spoke in a lower tone so Lisa could hear. "...I think she might be catching on. Whatever it is your planning, you might wanna considor the truth. You know I hate lying to her, Raine..."

( OOC:: Rev, I wanted to wait till you posted before i hold the conversation between Lisa and Raine. ) Raine smiled, ''I'll take care of it. I just wont show that side in front of her. I just don't feel comfortable with her knowing yet, but i will talk to her about the hospital so she stops wondering.'' Logan knew Raine would talk to Lisa, but would Lisa buy Raine's story? Raine finished loading her gun and holstered it behind her back. She looked around for Lisa and decided to talk to her now just in case they hit trouble soon. Raine saw her looking out the barred window and turned her gaze to Logan and nodded to reassure him she would clear it up.

Feeling the fully loaded .44 revolver and Glock17 handgun in his possession put Logan in a relieved state of mind. He didnt have any equipment to slow him down either, just his weapons and himself. He felt prepared for whatever came his way, whether it was protecting himself or protecting Lisa. But before getting too comfortable inside the weapon shop, Logan wanted to make sure the place was free of anyone else that might be hostile in this place. The unlocked entrance would prove the idea to be doubtful, but he couldnt be positive unless he searched this place himself.
"Im going to explore around the other rooms, give me a yell when your ready to head out." Logan looked at Raine, knowing shell have that talk with Lisa while he was gone, as he moved into the back area of the building on his own. As much as hed like to believe there was nobody inside, he still kept his glock drawn forward, ready to fire upon anything that got infront of him.
The back entrance to the place was a security door, deadlocks littered the sides of the solid steel door, impossible to get inside without explosives. This was aside from the electronic control for the front door, which was offline, telling him the building was running on emergency lighting. Up the stairs was pitch dark, no windows, no light source what so ever. Flipping up his lighter, Logan used it to guide his way up the steps, and into the higher floor of the gun shop.

Raine watched as Logan checked the unseen areas of the store for any threats. Once he was gone, she walked over to Lisa thinking about what to say so as not to scare her, or alter their friendship. Lisa turned around as she heard Raine's footsteps behind her. ''Where did Logan disappear to?'' Lisa said. Raine looked toward the door as she spoke, ''He went to check out the rest of the place to make sure its safe. But there is something i need to talk to you about first before he comes back.'' Lisa nodded as she followed Raine toward the back of the store and away from the front windows.
Raine turned to look at Lisa and began her story. ''I know you were wondering how i made it out of the hospital so quick... i saw your face and i heard you talking to Logan. The only thing i can tell you that i know for sure is that i woke up in a hospital with Jonathan standing next to me. He told me the virus that was injected into my system was controlled all because of him. I am dangerous, but only if you give me a reason to be. I was told by Jonathan that Joey left me to die, which is why i went to him and attacked him... and he shot me. I am stronger and my hearing is better than it used to be. But the one thing Jonathan made certain was to make sure i wasn't stronger than him. We've had plenty of blow outs, all of which left him limping away, and me nearly bleeding to death on the ground. Logan knows all of this, and with you being his sister and my friend..he couldn't keep this from you. I wanted you to hear it from me first, and to let you know that back at the hospital you weren't seeing things.''
Lisa looked at Raine as she finished her story, but surprisingly she wasn't upset or angry. ''I kinda figured it out on my own, but i was trying to find a way to approach you about it... I didn't want you to think i was crazy.. There is no way a normal person could get past a horde that big all alone.'' Lisa smiled assuring Raine she was fine with all of this and told her to get Logan. It was getting darker outside and they needed to get moving to find a safer area. ''We should possibly head to my old neighborhood,i had it boarded up before i ran into you guys so I'm sure its still safe.'' Raine nodded and went off to get Logan as Lisa thought about what Raine just told her. The good side of all of this was that Raine could provide protection and cover for all of them. The bad part however, was what if she snapped all of a sudden? Only time would tell but until then Lisa knew she had to keep Raine from losing control of herself and attacking her and Logan.

Logan held the lighter around, scanning the walls for a switch of some kind, maybe to turn on the power. After hitting the back room, he flicked one on, but nothing happened. There was a snap coming from the next room, as the lighter flung toward the doorway. He held his gun in unison with the light, ready to shoot at whatever was inside. Stepping forward, he ventured into the darkest part of the upstairs, with nothing but the flickering flame guiding him around the room.
His heart was on the verge of racing, but it wasnt in his nature to be this scared, it was just human instinct at this point. Seeing a generator, Logan moved toward it, and then gave it a strong kick with his foot. Hearing it snap again from an internal shock of electricity, he knew this was the generator for the gun shop. Flipping the lid back down on his lighter, he stood in the dark, with his hand placed on the lever to turn it on. In a medium pace mental count, Logan push it up, as the power flickered.
In that second, he saw a figure standing behind him, as he jolted around with his gun drawn and the instinct to fire. But seeing Lisa standing there made him feel a little silly, but nobody could ever be too aware of their surroundings. After Lisa spoke, Logan answered in a low, stress toned voice. "Alright then, lets go..." After following Lisa down the steps, Logan took a look at Raine, and saw that she was all readied up on ammo, and planned for heading out to the streets.
As they all walked through the door, Logan look at look down the street, then toward Raine, and saw that the sun was just starting to rise. "You lead, Raine. I trust you have a plan?" But her eyes gave him all the answer he needed. She had a plan, she knew exactly what she was doing since day one. She always knew...

>Lina enters< "Finnaly, somewhere usefull" Lina sighed in relief as she'd been wandering the streets for days on end looking for resources and survivors and in the end all she found was a small white cat, she named the cat Page. Lina was quite in-experienced when fighting zombies and has no idea whether the cat is infected or not. FLASHBACK~~~ "Awww hello" Lina walked up to a small white cat which was perched ontop of a wooden fence, "How come out of all the humans and animals, such a small cat would survive??" Lina picked up the cat and started to stroke it. "Well, I better go.." Lina thought it would be a risk, taking the cat with her. So she walked away slowly until she felt the cat brush against her leg. It was following her! " Aww come on then " FLASHBACK OVER~~~ Page waited outside the gunshop whilst Lina searched thoroughly. Lina came across several dead bodies and she was gagging as the smell was revolting, " AHA ! " This was exactly what Lina was looking for. Lina opened the rusty old box and looked inside, as she suspected stashes of ammo were in here. She picked up the two rounds of handgun ammo and began to search the bloody bodies. " s*** ! Nothing here." Lina was rather dissapointed, there was absolutley nothing on the bodies. There was a crash behind Lina and she turned round in an instant. A group of zombies, maybe six or seven were coming into the building. " PAGE! RUN! " Lina screamed and Page began to walk towards Lina ignoring her command. " s***, PAGE RUN! Page was confused and just sat there. The group of zombies were coming closer Lina grabbed for her gun but her gun however was no where to be seen. " s*** " Lina looked around. There it was! The gun was right behind the zombies, Lina had no choice but to encounter them with close combat. Lina clenched her knife and backed into the corner. She slashed the first one in the head and ran into the next corner. The first zombie fell but was not going to give up, as thezombies closed in she had the oppurtunity to slide and get her gun. She slid down to the floor grabbing the gun. She turned over and shot one zombie in the arm and it stumbles backward making all the others unstable. Lina ran forward and shot all of them in the legs. Whilst they were on the floor she simply cut their heads off. All of a sudden she felt a shot of pain in her leg. Page had bitten her. " s*** PAGE! " When Lina wasn't looking Page must have been bitten. She had no choice but to shoot Page. Lina was not sure if this was a serious bite but what she did know is that she needed to get help and fast. Lina slouched up against the walls of the shop and started to fall asleep.

Claypoole had finally gotten more work. Tyson was off doing something else while Claypoole had gone to Raccoon city after the Japan contract. Claypoole had temporarily withdrawn from Dragonfly PFC, although he'd made it clear he hadn't decided whether it was permanent or temporary yet. That left him here, alone, in what was admittedly a bit of an uncomfortable position. After the run in with those Russian b*stards who turned to be hunting almost specifically for him, and his escape, he'd had a moment to regret not going with Tyson on his next job a bit. It'd been a long while before he came out here since he'd done a job without Tyson, and he had to admit, the two had military-grade explosive chemistry. The two had made a good team.
Still. Claypoole didn't have much time to linger on that issue for very long. One of those Task Force Pantheon boys down at the airport had picked him out of the crowd and signed him up for a contract to go out into the city and use his Anti-BOW knowledge to deal with a Mr.X which had been reported to be roaming the area recently. They also added a side job to it; test out a modified SRA model 1216 in the field for them and give them feedback on whether its worth thinking about fielding or not. The marine in him couldn't refuse being paid to test out new, state of the art hardware that other people were lucky to even hear about.
Now, here he was, 5 days later, and he hadn't 1) Found the T-103 Tyrant "Mr.X" model dead, 2)Hear from anyone alive who'd recently killed on, or 3)Engage it, let alone kill it. He hadn't even heard a peep about it from the TFP personnel in the area. So he'd had to stay out here in the s**ts hunting the d**n thing down, asking survivors here and there what they'd heard and seen. He eventually got a lead that his target was in Uptown. It seemed like it was sweeping the area of survivors in the area because it was trying to keep people away from the Raccoon city zoo. Claypoole knew his BOWs, and knew how tough it was to program Tyrants, and so he knew that suggested Eden, or Umbrella, or Tricell, White Rhino, or someone else was doing something in the Zoo. He knew how he'd find the T-103 now. However, by now he'd gone through quite a few rounds from his 1216 shotgun, and so he needed to restock. He chose to stop by the nearby gunshop and prey that some 12 gauge ammunition had been left there, although he suspected he was shafted when it came to that.
He rotated the custom 16 round polymer magazine cylinder on the 1216 to buckshot in case he ran into anything inside the front room, but froze as he heard a scream. Claypoole mentally sighed and switched the cylinder back to a stack of slugs, and then quickly made an entry through the front door of the gunshop, sweeping the front room with his shotguns 12" barrel. Instinctively, he spotted 4 zombies trying to get at a young lady near the back of the front counter of the shop, which had been blocked by her downing 2 zombies, and working on killing a third. The bodies had been enough of a barricade for the woman that they'd been held back long enough for him to take a shot. Right as he heard a shot, he fired his shotgun himself. 4 shots, 4 hits. The massive, lumbering 12 gauge slugs thundered down range and hit one zombie, then the next, then the next, until all 4 had been tossed aside by the brute force of the shotgun slugs. He'd been able to headshot one, but the other two he'd had to just shoot them center mass. The zombies were knocked back enough in shock they held the 4th one back due to the tight confines of the front room, and given him a chance to get another headshot. That just left two zombies who were possibly alive. Claypoole switched from his shotgun to his B&T MP9 machine pistol and got in close, swiftly delivering a headshot to the two stunned zombies in a few seconds, ending the rest of the fight.
Claypoole then turned to the woman on the ground behind the counter, and aimed his B&T MP9 at her. Out here you didn't bet that someone was on your side anymore when you save them from a handful of zombies. Staring down at her through his night vision goggles and from behind his Bandanna-concealed face, the armor clad, helmeted, special forces appearing Claypoole said down to her in a loud voice that oddly had the tone of a whisper to it
Hey Lady, you Ok down there? They getcha?
That wouldn't be good. If she'd been bitten he'd have to make a real quick decision on whether he oughta try and help her or shoot her. He knew no one gave out anti virus this late in an outbreak to random survivors.

[From St. Sebastian's Church]
Yuuka pulled over to the entrance of the shop. She could somehow smell blood. She wondered if there was anyone or anything in here. "Is this the place?" She asked the man sitting next to her. Stupid question, yeah. But Yuuka just wanted to make sure. The place could be a total zombie area, or even better yet, a total zombie and massacre area.
Anxiously, she couldn't wait to get out of the car. Shifting the automatic staff to P, she turned and pulled out the keys from the keyhole, and shoved them into her pocket. She pressed the red button to get her out of her seatbelt. She looked at Edward for the thumbs up to get out.

Lina perched herself against the wall and said " My cat.. he bit me... Will i be okay? " Lina felt weary eyed and tired. " Leave me ." lina said, " I have help coming" "I can't risk you getting infected too". Lina tried to stand up and speak. " If you stay here you have a high risk of getting infected but if thats a risk your willing to take then stay, I mean a cat bite can't be that bad can it? "

Along the drive, Edward thought a lot about why he was here in the first place. Raccoon City always seemed to drive him into mystery. Sure, we knew the truth about the epidemic of 1998, but he always knew there was something else going on with this city. Finding out how the outbreak started again was his main question, and finding out if it really had any connection with the talk of 2012. Certainly not some kids with poor taste in humor, it was something much bigger, something that had to of been in planning for a long, long time.
Edward saw the shop from down the street, and when they parked the car, he nodded toward Yuuka to let her know that this was the right place we should get inside before any infected caught them. Before getting out and shutting the door, Edward noticed there was somebody or some infected standing up inside the store through the window. Pulling out his gun, he aimed it toward the door, motioning for Yuuka to follow through.

Claypoole gestured towards the cat with the muzzle of his B&T MP9, still unsure of whether he'd shoot her or not.
Depends on whether it was infected or not. I wouldn't bet any help coming your way has an antivirus on them.
Sure, they could, and he knew it. He still wouldn't bet on that though considering the antivirus wasn't common enough for just anyone to have backup on call equipped to de-fect their VIP. What she said about help registered on him though, and the sudden sound of a car out front caught his attention. Claypoole quickly ducked behind one of the gunshops front merchandise stand, and switched from the B&T MP9 to his shotgun. He switched the cylinder to buckshot, and aimed at the doorway. Realizing he didn't quite know who was about to try and get inside, Claypoole half-whispered half yelled back at the girl so that only the girl could hear him
These guys with you?

Yuuka pushed the door open, without being cautious. Hey, she was armed. Armed with guns, nunchakus, and karate skills, she should be worried right? But there she was inside, and a guy was pointing his gun at her. She looked over at Edward, wondering what was going on. Was everyone at Raccoon City so alert?
She couldn't get her gun out of her backpack at a time like this. So she waved her hands in front of her towards the man who was pointing the gun at her.
"Uh, hello? I'm not infected or evil. You can put the gun now." After Yuuka said that, she noticed the cat. "Oh how cute!" She squealed. "What a pretty kitty."

" Stay away from the cat! It bit me and I might be infected " Lina pulled up Claypoole and said " They are survivors" Lina came up to the young girl and showed her the bite, the girl seemed worried and Lina felt like this might be bad news coming her way. " Names Roads, Lina Roads and You two?" Lina Retrieved her gun and put it back into her belt knowing that the people where neither infected or evil.
