This main hall hasn't changed much from the original. It's grandeur is still intact and it's sheen has been polished. The massive double doors are still there, but there's a huge dent in them from the outside. One door on the right leads to a cafeteria/conference room, which has a small white door leading into it. Down the stairs, directly in front of the entrance is a large semi-circle of a fountain with a maiden pouring water into a pool through a vase. Within the vase there is an indention of where there used to be some sort of encrusted object. Behind the fountain lies a computer desk, which is circular in shape and has a series of four flat-screen monitors lined along it with a big copier, printer, and several modems for computers. The keyboards and mice are no where to be found. In the back there's a broken ladder leading to the second floor landing and to the left are a pair of double-doors (which have been slightly damaged) and a single grey metal door leading to a conference room.

Faith looked around. The main hall hadn't suffered much, which was a very good thing. She tried to remember the layout of the building. If she had it right, the weapons would be located underground. She ran to one of the computer screens to see if she could print out a map, but unfortunately for her, the keyboards and mice were missing. Just my luck. She thought to herself. She would just have to trust her judgment and hope that she was right. (Faith is now underground.)

Staring at the main front doors of the Raccoon City Police Department, Nicholas was forced to make a split decision before entering. One of the... monsters had seemed to follow him here. It let out the loud, unmistakable groan, which made it clear that the monster was behind him. He turned back towards the double doors that lead to the main lobby of the department, knowing that there could be more monsters inside of the building.
He pushed on the left door, relieved to hear the familiar, loud squeak of it as it was swung open. He sent his hand down to his holster and grabbed his Glock, then spun around and shot the zombie twice in the chest. It let out another groan before it fell to the ground, its already blood-soaked shirt becoming drenched with blood once again. He backed into the department and slammed the door shut, then use the vase of a potted plant to prop underneath both of the door handles.
((Nicholas parker is now in the RCPD.))

Amy had difficulty going through the streets of Raccoon it was incredibly difficult to survive, it was a immensely difficult job. Amy a young 13 year old girl was pulling a dog around her body weight, she was real lucky to have found the hotel cart, but the cart was starting to break, not because Ari was heavy, but the fact Amy had used it as a weapon and ran through the streets making many rapid turns and such. Amy couldn't keep running from them, soon enough there were no more turns to take she was going to be surrounded, the front was being cornered by the beasts. Amy was going to become food for the undead if she didn't get away from the streets, they had followed her from her journey, all the countless zombies she had dodged were following her. Amy struggled to get her canine friend off the cart and onto her back.
"Come on Ari... lets go..." Amy said strainingly she went as fast as she could carrying the dog in through the front doors, it would be better than staying outside, Amy knew from going through this horror many times, buildings had less monsters within them, yet there were sometimes more dangerous things, or small areas, but the numbers were less. Amy quickly opened the doors rushing in with zombies behind her. She quickly shut the door as she was inside, she dropped the dog onto the floor and sat down exhausted. Ari looked so happy, she was sleeping dreaming of something. Amy looked around the room and saw she had broken a poorly made barricade with her dash into through the doors and the quick opening. The vase on the floor lay in shambles, nearby was a man.

Nicholas raised his gun towards the girl, thinking that she was one of the many zombies that had overrun the city. He inched backwards a bit, and yelled:
"Stop right there!"
If she stopped, she was human. If she proceeded to walk towards him, she was one of... them. He kept the aim of his Glock 23 trained on her, then looked towards the cart she was wheeling around, seeing a dog on it.
"Who are you?" he asked, realizing now that she must have been a normal human, since she had wheeled the dog into the Raccoon City Police Department. On the other side of the double doors, the zombies' moans could be heard. He grabbed the girl by her arm and pulled her towards him, away from the door.

Amy watched as a man aimed his gun at her, she froze noticing if she moved she would be fired on immediately. The gun slowly stopped aiming toward her, soon enough though the man pulled her by the arm as the large heavy door behind her was banged and smashed against. The man had asked "Who are you?" before he pulled her she hadn't even gotten a chance to answer when she was pulled. She watched as the door was slowly being opened, Amy smacked the mans hand and ran toward her dog, Ari and Amy had been running for around a whole day and now was around the time when Ari would awaken again after her 24 hour sleep. Ari quickly woke to the noise of groans and the opening of the door, she jumped to her four feet and ran toward Amy, she jumped on the girl and licked her face.
"Ari! your awake!" Amy quickly hugged the dog back, laughing as she did so, but soon enough Amy watched as the door began to open more and more, they needed to run now. Amy watched the man and looked at him, he was armed with some sort of gun, Amy being only a young girl didn't know much about what guns were named and such, she just knew they were powerful enough to kill the monsters. Amy quickly ran with the dog going into the room to her right immediately she shut the door, but to her surprise was an army of zombies. Amy fell to her rear as she was suprised.

“Get down!” he yelled to the girl, then a bullet into three of the zombies that had broken through the door. They reeled back and fell into the other monsters behind them, then down the steps that lead up to the main entrance of the RCPD. He ran over to where the girl was and dragged her out of the room, so they were both in the lobby. He closed the door after he pulled her out and let her go, helping her to her feet.
“Let’s go!” he shouted over the noise of the groaning, and grabbed her by the arm again, taking her with him to another area of the lobby to look for a more re-enforced door that would hold the zombies off longer.

(OOC: I'll be alternating between Ari and Amy, Amy is the girl, Ari is the dog. Right now it's Amy's point of view.)
Soon enough Amy and Ari were once again carried away from the room, Amy was getting a bit tired from being pulled all over, but I guess it was for the better. She didn't even know the guy though, nor if he was hostile or not. Well it was better than being zombie bait... Amy followed the man Ari right behind her, nearly being shut into the room with the zombies.
"Hey careful! You almost locked my dog in that room!" Amy said a bit angry, Amy in truth loved Ari, she was her only friend and family member. Amy followed the man who had soon enough run into a safe metal door within a hall of the RCPD, The room was so calm and tranquil. There was a typewritter on a desk, a box, and a bed, the sheets seemed used, but were clean. The room smelled like safety, there were no vents or windows and the room was sealed by a metal door. The three ran into the room, their scent would die off there so they wouldn't be tracked by the zombies and such. Amy sat on the bed after getting free from the man. She knew he was just ensuring their safety, but she wasn't a baby, she didn't need to be dragged. Ari let a soft bark and began to wag her tail. Ari looked as happy as could be to see Amy, Amy also was as happy as could be to see Ari.

After making sure that the room was secure, Nicholas looked back at the girl, who was sitting by her dog.
“I’m sorry about that,” he said. “But I don’t think that you want to get eaten by one of those monsters, do you?”
He sighed, then went to sit down at the desk, dropping his gun on the surface of it. He pulled his other gun, a submachine gun, from his hip holster, and set it on the desk as well. He shot a glance around the room, seeing that there was only one bed, which he would let the girl and her dog take. He hadn’t for days; he’d been busy trying to protect his own ass from being eaten by one of the zombies.
“Are you alright?” he asked her, then looked at her dog, who seemed to be fine.

(OOC: We are now seeing this through Ari's point of view)
Ari watched from the bed as the the man began to talk, Ari didn't care much about what was going on she was relieved to be back with Amy, Ari layed her head on the girls lap and began to whine a bit to get Amy to scratch her head. Soon enough Amy got the message and started scratching. Ari was happy to be back with her dearest friend, objective, and only family. Ari listened to the two talk making no sound or such just looking up and listening.
"I'm sorry about that, but I don't think that you want to get eaten by one of those monsters, do you? Are you Alright?" Ari quickly jolted her head as Amy said in a stern and sort of angry voice. "I love Ari more than anything, shes the only reason I'm alive! She's the only reason I'm in the streets of Raccoon, I left the safety of the airport to find her, without her I might as well be eaten by one of those monsters!" Amy said kind of angrily this man had in some sort ruined her happy moment, but soon enough she calmed down, it wasn't his fault. Soon enough she calmed down, and spoke again. "I'm fine, it's just... well... I've had a rough day, I'm also pretty tired..." Amy said this a frown upon her face, in some sort of way she was sad that the two US soldiers were left in the sonata hotel to die, they stayed to keep the girl and the dog alive and safe, they were infected, but still living. Soon enough Amy began to think about how the zombies were once people... It saddened Amy. Ari and Amy both had a strain of the T-Virus within them, of course they weren't infected like the zombies, but it was sad how this same virus which kept them safe and living was also coursing through the rotting bodies of the zombies. Amy sighed and looked at the man a few tears going down her cheeks.

There was a sudden thud, as the rock hit the bottom of the stair at the main entrance. There was a beam of light which suddenly appeared, shining through the left window. Suddenly a figure dressed completely in black appeared at the door, weapon ready, and the laser fixed on the larger target in the room. He had some sort of infrared goggles on, and a balaclava hiding his face. Then from behind him another appeared, this one larger, and much heavily equip. At first glance appeared to be a soldier, but a second one would prove different. With the word "Police" written clearly across his vest indicated he was none other but a S.W.A.T officer. His weapon had a light fixed to rather then the laser. The 32 LED powered light shown blindingly in through the doors. The two moved the larger on giving the other a hand signal, followed shortly with a change of movement. The two spread out, one left, and the other right. The Officer spoke. "You two... Don't move!" The voice came loudly. With the light in there eyes, it made it extremely hard to see.

Nicholas was about to console her, just as he was interrupted by a S.W.A.T. officer, who had found their location.
“We’re human!” he shouted, holding his hand up in front of his face, trying to shield his eyes from the light. He picked his Glock up and waved it around. It was police-issued, the color of it dull gray. Every police officer in his squad carried weapons just like it, as well as the sub-machine gun, which lay on the desk.
“I’m a cop!” he added, standing up from the chair, pointing at his badge. He was sure that the man could see them clearly, even if he couldn’t. “We’re alive!”

Amy and Ari had both fallen asleep sometime on the bed, but soon enough Amy was awakened to the noise of two large men bursting into their little sanctuary, the tranquility was broken, both Amy and Ari woke up almost at mirror moments, they went up at the same time. Amy was able to see fine within the bright flashing light shining upon them, She could see guns pointed at them clear and sharp. Soon enough Ari got in a aggressive position to protect the girl she loved and cared for. Amy quickly went to Ari and stopped her from attacking, hopefully the men weren't here for bad reasons, she couldn't tell who or what they were, but hopefully they weren't like the men from Umbrella who had killed her parents and the lab workers in which she lived in. Amy never had good experiences with men dressed in black.
"Don't shoot!" Amy yelled, closing her eyes hugging Ari tightly a bit scared, the situation could be bad or good. Amy began to wonder what would happen next, Amy could only hope it would end with both her and Ari alive.

The gun of the larger man with the ligh pointed down. "Standby." He said, the other lowering his weapon. The larger one was clearly a male, dressed in S.W.A.T outfitting, but far from standard issue. He had a crowbar instead of a police baton, along with many modifications to his weapons and armor. Truly a Raccoon city Veteran. The other however was dressed in night black leather. He looked almost like a modern day assassin. There on his shoulder was a white and red insignia of clear distinction. The umbrella logo, with U.C written below it.
"Are you guys hurt? Your not infected are you?" The one in the S.W.A.T gear asked. The other seemed a bit more cautious. You couldn't see his face, but his eyes were cold a heartless. He looked down at the girls companion. He twitched slightly, and gazed blankly at the girl while the S.W.A.T officer went over to the man claiming to be a police officer. "Name's Bakuyu, this is Zuroku." He said gesturing with his head in Zuroku's direction. I was dropped off here a few months back, to handle a riot." Zuroku's eye's left the girl, and moved over to the other two. "What do you two know about this virus?" He asked bluntly.

Amy could see the danger imposed upon them, she looked carefully and could see the umbrella insignia upon one of the shoulders of the man in black. She quietly watched as the guns went up being taken away from their positions for shooting and into just carrying positions. Amy watched as the men begun questioning them. In truth Amy and Ari were angered by the men, Ari's anger was held back though, the men had threatened the girl aiming at her, if Amy had not stopped the dog, she would have attacked with all her might to disarm and eliminate them. Amy though had anger for the hate of Umbrella, she had for many years hated and detested the company for it's vile deeds, not only had the company killed her parents and those living in the lab with her, but they had destroyed the entire world with their bio-terrorism.
"I know the virus was made by a**holes like you!" Amy said in anger she unlike Ari strangely enough couldn't hold back her anger, Amy lifted the handgun she had found in the Sonata and pointed it at the man with the Umbrella logo, she was overwhelmed with anger now, the two men asked about the virus, caring more about their own well-being and the virus, then the lives of civilians, they sickened her, Amy didn't know for sure who or what they were, but she didn't care. Soon enough though the rage left her, if she continued what she was planning to do, she would get all 3 of them killed, she wouldn't let her rash emotions get the better of her. She quickly put the gun down and began to cry on the dogs fur, she couldn't help, but hate Umbrella, but not do anything to stop the company. Amy dropped the gun on the bed, truthfully enough it only had 1 bullet left in it, she had no extra magazines and she didn't even know how to aim or use a gun really. Ari just stood as support for the girl, Ari began to lick Amy's face letting her use her body as a tear/sorrow absorbing stand.
