The CIA building, a small complex composed of three large buildings, is home to a gigantic armory of confiscated and cutting edge weaponry. It is wondered then, why the building sucumbed to a zombies attack...

5 UH-60 Blackhawk's swooped in on the CIA Complex, the blackhawks on loan from local forces in D.C to the task force pantheon teams, and 54 TFP Loki black ops personnel rappelled down onto the rooftops of the three different buildings. The tallest of the three buildings had 2 black hawks devoted to it, and the next one had two more black hawks. The third building had just one black hawk. It was a frontal assault, and they had no intention of being stealthy in their actions. When CIA higher higher had pulled out they hadn't fully evacuated or destroyed data, and so now the TFP was being sent in to deal with it.
Eric Fix and 4th squad rappelled down onto the rooftop, 2nd squad hitting the tallest building hard along with 4th squad. As soon as 4th squads boots touched concrete, 4th squad rigged C4 to the rooftop and blew a hole in it, before 4th squad hopped down into the darkness of a cubicle. The cubicle was filled with the undead, and the operators hopped down onto a desktop that was directly underneath the hole. They hopped over cubicle walls and moved along the 4 desktops that formed a square section, and used their vantage points to pick zombies off from across the room. After a few moments, it was clear enough they could get to work. Eric Fix barks out
2nd fireteam (The fireteam your in charge of, Eric. 3 men other then you, one with an Ultimax MK4 100, 2 with bushmaster ACR's chambered in .50 beowulf)! Get moving and deal with this areas computers. Download, upload, then destroy. 1st fireteam will cover.

"ETA, 30 seconds!"
"Alright, we're gonna do this by the books. Get in, get out, get home. I want zero casualties, is that understood?"
"Sir, yes, sir!" the soldier replied in unison.
"Good. Now, smoke 'em if ya got 'em. But be quick! We're almost there."
Eric thought back to the past couple days he'd been training. It had been quick and relatively painless. He'd made a few mistakes, but he learned. And now, he was on his first mission. As a fireteam leader, nonetheless.
"You doin' okay?" Fix asked, sitting down next to Eric.
"Yeah," Eric sighed, making sure his gun was ready. "It's just been awhile since I led a squad. I'll get over it, though."
"Don't worry," Fix reassured him, "this is a text-book mission. We aren't expecting heavy resistance. We'll be fine."
"ETA, ten seconds!"
"Alright, you sons of b!tches," Fix yelled out, getting up from his seat. "Get ready, and stay frosty. We want to be ready for anything!"
The light turned green and Fix began shouting out, "Go! Go! Go!"
First fireteam dropped down, followed by Eric and his fireteam. Then the squad leader slid down.
The squad worked automatically. No orders issued, no talking, just doing. A soldier from Fix's fireteam ran to a picked location and rigged it with C4. BOOM! The air was filled with concrete and plaster as the C4 tore a hole in the ceiling.
A group of picked soldiers dropped down through the hole and into the room below. After a minute or so, gun fire went off followed by a radio transmission.
"All clear."
Eric followed 1st fireteam in with his team.
"2nd fireteam!"
"Yes, sir?" Eric shouted, scanning the room with his ACR.
"Get moving and deal with this area's computers. Download, upload; then destroy. 1st fireteam will cover."
"Yes, sir!" Eric turned to one of the soldiers with an ACR. "Solano!"
"Yes, sir?" the soldier ran up to him and waited for his orders.
"Take Stoffel and move to the Northwest side of the room. Start clearing the data from the computers on that side. I'll take LaMotta and clear the data from the Southeast. We meet up in the middle. If you get in a fix, just yell out. 1st team will be able to support you until we can get over there. Got it?"
"Yes, sir!"
Eric watched as Solano and Stoffel ran off to complete their assignment.
"LaMotta! On me!"
LaMotta ran up to Eric and followed him to the Southeast corner. Eric and LaMotta picked off a few zombies that the strike team had left alone, but only the ones who posed an immediate danger. Once they got to the Southeast corner, they began uploading the data from the computers to their PDA, and then to the TFP dataframe before destroying the files.
"How's it going?"
Eric looked up from his work and clicked his comm. on.
"Good, we've gotten about a quarter of the computers done between me and Solano. Everything still clear?"
"Yeah, you're fine. Keep going at this pace, you're doin' good."
"Copy that."
Eric clicked off his comm. then went back to worth. So far, so good.

The team finished up on that floor, and fought their way down a hallway to a stairwell, and went down to the floor beneath them, into another cubicle. They did the same thing, and as soon as they finished uploading, they started to leave, just for Eric fix to whisper into his mike
4th squad, halt.
He just got a message over the TFP Battle.net, and found out that Las Plagas infected subjects were in an underground section of the building, along with hunters and other experimental BOW's. Eric Fix checked their new orders, and growled
The other team will handle this floor, we're going to have to jump ahead. 2nd fireteam (Eric) take this stairwell and get downt to the next floor. It should be a lab floor. We want the hard copy designs and s**t from there, and we also want their laser modulators, nano tech, and BOW rounds data. Move in to extract it. Me and the rest of the squad will fight our way down to the bottom floor and get to the underground section.
The two fireteams split up and Eric's team continued down the stairwell to the next floor, and stopped when they saw zombie bodies trailing down the stairs, along with blood, bullet holes, scorched walls, casings, and dropped magazines. They turned and saw the door leading into the lab was wide open. When they stepped up and examined the door, they saw that it had been a high security, blast proof, heavy metal, and keypad locked. It seemed like who ever was inside must have opened that door and fought their way down and out. They had two options. They could go into the lab and hope that the stuff was still there, or follow the bodies, and hope that who ever had left had brought the stuff with them. By the sounds of things, inside the lab were a few lickers and a sparse, spread out group of normal zombies milling around. Down the stairwell they thought they could hear some crimsonheads and normal zombies too. It was Eric's call, but whichever call he made, he would need to get ALL of the prototypes and hard-copy data they wanted.

After the squad finished up on that floor, they fought their way down the hallway and to the next floor. The repeated what had been done above and were about to move on when Fix held up his hand.
"4th squad, halt."
Eric stopped and waited for further orders as Fix obviously was reviewing a new order.
"The other team will handle this floor, we're going to have to jump ahead. 2nd fireteam take this stairwell and get downt to the next floor. It should be a lab floor. We want the hard copy designs and s**t from there, and we also want their laser modulators, nano tech, and BOW rounds data. Move in to extract it. Me and the rest of the squad will fight our way down to the bottom floor and get to the underground section."
Something was wrong. Eric could tell just by how Fix became more concentrated on the task at hand. Eric wanted to say something but knew better.
"Alright, 2nd team, let's go!" Eric whispered over the comm., waving for his team to move forward. With him in the front, 2nd fireteam descended the stairs.
"Hold up," Eric said over the comm., holding his hand up. He had been wondering why they met zero resistance on the stairwell, and now he knew. Someone had been here before them.
"Sh!t," Eric muttered, looking at the scattered (zombie) corpses. The trail of bodies led down to the next floor; the opposite direction they were supposed to go. He debated whether or not to contact Fix and ask for orders but decided against it. Eric had to take initiative, not rely on someone else. If he made a mistake, it was his mistake. But it was also his glory if he didn't.
"Alright, Solano! Close that door." Eric orderd over his comm.
"Got it, boss," Solano replied, before running up to the keypad and hooking up his PDA.
"Fix, we got a third-party here. Lot's of blood, bodies, you name it. I decided to lock-off the lab and follow our...'guest'. Over."
Eric decided it was best to find out who had done this. Chances were the person wouldn't have been in the lab just for the h#ll of it. And not packing enough firepower to do the damage he/she did. Whoever had caused this mayhem probably also had the more important files from the lab on them. Besides, if they had time, they could easily come back to the lab and sweep it. Conversely, if they swept the lab first, the person who had done this could easily get away.
"All done, sir!" Solano said as the blast doors sealed.
"Alright, let's move out!" Eric ordered. "I'll take point! Next comes Stoffel and LaMotta. Solano! You take rear!"
The soldiers nodded and 2nd fireteam moved off to find out who was here besides them.

The source of the bodies was a small team of CIA agents that had occupied the lab when the outbreak happened. They had recently decided to get up and run with the laser modulators along with a fistful of crucial files regarding them, and had packed the anti B.O.W rounds in their firearms. They had left behind all of the stuff regarding the nano tech, they had been in a rush. When the door was shut, the nano technology was sealed away, and would suddenly be quite a pain in the ass to get to...the casings were cold, and the farther down they got, the more worrisome it became, because soon they were already on the 2nd floor. Finally, they came to a cramped labyrinth of a hallway filled with VIP offices, corridors, and maintenance rooms that branch off from the corridors. They came to the bloody middle of a hallway, and they found briefcases, laser modulators in casings, and several high tech keycard and passcode locked ammunition boxes, but they found no bodies... the stuff was just dropped there.. and the exterior of them were drenched with blood. Suddenly, the sound of lickers echoed down the hallway... who ever did this has long lost their sanity. Their corrupted brains hadn't been corrupted enough they had wandered far from the equipment

Eric and his team followed the trail down. Thanks to whomever they were following, there was pretty much zero resistance. Eventually, after traversing multiple stories, the trail broke-off out of the stairwell and through the door marked "Second Floor".
"Alright, men," Eric said, turning to his team. "We don't know if these guys are friendly or hostile, and we don't know what's behind this door. So, stay frosty, and keep your eyes peeled. Got it?"
"Yes, sir," the soldiers replied quietly.
"Let's move out."
Eric gently budged the door open, poking the barrel of his ACR out in front of him. He scanned the room to see more dead bodies.
"All clear."
The team swept across the second floor, following the trail, until they came to a halt in the middle of a corridor. There, in front of them, was a plethora of different items. Briefcases, lockboxes, keycards, and a couple laser modulators. No signs of any nanotech, but the stuff they did find more than made up for it.
"Fix, we found the laser modulators, a couple Ammo boxes that I'm guessing contain BOW rounds, a briefcase with some data, and a couple keycards. We're on the Second Floor and..."
Eric halted mid-sentence as he heard a distinct "clicking" sound coming from further down the hallway. Lickers. Eric turned to the others and held a finger to his mouth before ordering Stoffel in front of the different files/ammo/etc. with his Ultimax to cover them. He then ordered Solano and LaMotta to start collecting the gear.
As Solano and LaMotta were gathering up the items, Eric walked over next to Stoffel and flicked on his flashlight. No signs of the Lickers. But, it didn't matter, as long as they remained quiet...
"Sh!t!" Solano hissed, as the briefcase's handle broke off, dropping it to the ground.
Eric grabbed his ACR and pointed it down the hallway.
"Solano! LaMotta! Get that stuff upstairs! We'll cover you! NOW!" Eric yelled over his comm. He could already hear the Lickers scurrying down the hallway towards their team.
Eric could hear the two going through the door back to the stairwell just as the first Licker popped into sight. The Ultimax exploded as Stoffel pulled the trigger, riddling the wall the Licker was crawling on with bullets.
The Licker let out a piercing scream and fell to the ground, where Eric finished it off with a few rounds from the ACR. Stoffel was already moving on to the next Licker that was coming, while Eric switched his sights from the (now deceased) Licker to the next one hurrying along toward them.
"How many do you think there are?" Stoffel shouted, the Ultimax nearly deafening them in the small corridor.
"Enough!" Eric replied. "We gotta start pulling back to the stairwell! Solano and LaMotta have had enough time!"
Eric fell back first followed by Stoffel in a "leap-frog" fashion. They made it to the end of the hallway and held up there.
"Solano! Where you guys at?"
"We're on the 4th floor! Almost the 5th!"
"Alright, we're clear," Eric said, turning to Stoffel. "I'll run to the door, get it open; then cover you as you go through, alright?"
Stoffel didn't say anything, just nodded. Eric took off at a sprint across the open room toward the stairwell.

Eric Fix buzzed over the radio
Mother f**king pieces of s**ts, we have some fing Ganado's down. Loading extreme shock ammo for maximum effect. 2nd fireteam, get the gear and get to the rooftop immediately. Be advised, Las Plagas infected are on the loose, couple of them got past us.
Before Eric could reply, one of the operators down with Eric Fix buzzed into an all hands frequency
S**t, we got an open vent here! Be advised! We have an UNKNOWN amount of Las Plagas infected on the loose! Not just a couple!
Suddenly they buzzed out, and a text message went over the TFP Battle.net on the squad level from Eric fix.
Easy men. Plant charges, blow the basement. Hear a hunter.
Everything was going to hell in a hand basket it seemed...The lickers screeched and started hopping towards them, 3 of them trying to get them before they could get away, the lead one launching its tongue at Eric's leg. The nano tech was wanted, but it was looking increasingly hard to get it. Still, high command emphatically wanted it to help them build materials like body armor, vehicle armor, bullets, weapons, and even scalpels down at the nano level. The technology was already there to do it, but they needed this nano tech to drive prices down and make it much, much more practical and mass productable.

Eric flung the door open; then knelt down and covered Stoffel's retreat.
"Mother f**king pieces of s**ts, we have some fing Ganado's down. Loading extreme shock ammo for maximum effect. 2nd fireteam, get the gear and get to the rooftop immediately. Be advised, Las Plagas infected are on the loose, couple of them got past us."
Eric was about to respond when another soldier came over the "All Hands" frequency.
"S**t, we got an open vent here! Be advised! We have an UNKNOWN amount of Las Plagas infected on the loose! Not just a couple!"
The transmission was unexpectedly cut off as "Easy men. Plant charges, blow the basement. Hear a hunter" came across Eric's HUD in bold letters.
Once Stoffel was through the door, Eric got up and ran through the door (a Licker's tongue barely missing his leg) before locking it behind them.
"If that wasn't close, I don't know what is," Stoffel muttered before reloading his Ultimax.
"Solano! How ya doin'?" Eric asked over his fireteams frequency.
"Not...Son of a B!tch...not bad," Solano replied, his voice strained.
"What's wrong? You bit?"
"Nah," Solano replied with a grunt, "we got ambushed by some 'Plagas', and I sprained my ankle. Nothing major, though. We're almost to the roof. How 'bout you?"
"We're fine; we just got into the stairwell. What floor are you on?"
"Uh..." the radio went silent for a second before Solano came back on. "We're on the floor beneath the lab, so we got four my floors until we're on the roof."
"Okay, just keep going at the pace, drop the stuff off; then have LaMotta come back down if he has time. Me and LaMotta are gonna see if we can find any more stuff in the lab. Over."
"But, sir!" Solano exclaimed.
"No 'buts', private. You're injured. Just get on the chopper and wait for us. No need putting yourself in harms way!"
After finishing up his transmission, Eric turned to Stoffel.
"You up for another round of 'Friday Night Bite Fight'?" Eric asked jokingly.
Stoffel sighed and let out a chuckle.
"That's real original, boss," he laughed before wiping the sweat off his mouth. "Yeah, I could go for killin' a few more BOW's. But I don't wanna get left behind, either. Sh!t sounds pretty bad down there."
Eric rubbed his chin and nodded.
"Yeah," he muttered. "Yeah, but, the way I figure, it's gonna at least take about 15 minutes or so for them to rig explosives, get up to the roof, and prep for take-off. Say it takes us five minutes to get up to the lab, two minutes to open the blast-doors, another five minutes to sweep the lab, we still got three minutes to run-like-H3ll to the roof and jump on a chopper. I mean, if you're not up to it..."
"Nah," Stoffel blurted. "I ain't a coward or nothing. I'm just saying...But, what the f**k! Worst thing that can happen is we have to go back to evac without the nanotech."
"I don't think that's the worst thing that can happen," Eric muttered before switching over to his CSS.
"Modulators/BOW Rounds/Data dropped off at evac. 2nd Fireteam making final sweep of lab before pick-up. Meet-up on roof in 15."
Eric sent the text to Fix's private channel before turning to Stoffel.
"Alright, we're gonna have to hussel but stay frosty. We got 'Plagas' and BOW's in undetermined amounts. Who knows what we'll be facing."
Stoffel's only reply was to cock his gun.
"Let's go."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The two made it up to the lab with little resistance (a few "Plagas" burst out of a vent on the fourth floor but were easily dispatched, along with a few Crimson Heads, which were, likewise, easily dispatched. When they got in front of the blastdoors, LaMotta was waiting for them with Solano.
"I thought I told you to stay behind!" Eric scowled.
"Yeah, you did," Solano replied arrogantly, "but I decided it was a stupid decision. I'm fine!"
Eric stared at Solano fiercly for a moment before the anger subsided. He could easily have Solano court marshalled for disobeying his orders, but it wasn't worth it. Besides, Eric believed in dealing with things himself.
"Fine, you wanna be a hero? Fine," Eric sighed. "You'll cover the blastdoors and make sure nobody and noTHING gets in behind us, understand?"
Eric didn't even wait for Solano to reply. He just turned to LaMotta and gave his next order.
"LaMotta! You get that door open," he then turned to Stoffel. "You come and wait on the other side of the blast doors with me. Once they start opening, you start firing at anything you can see. Let's try and kill as many as we can before the doors are open wide enough for them to come through."
2nd fireteam began carrying out their orders and, in no time, the blast doors were opening. Eric sat there tensely, waiting to see what lay on the other side of the doors.
The lab was still clean. The nano tech was easily found, and easily nabbed. However, soon the reports of a casualty and a wounded man in the underground came in, and it was sounding to get more intense down there. The sound of Las Plagas making their way down the stairwells seemed to make the decision easier, but it sounded like fighting was going down below, so things werent fully simplified. There was still the thought of having to choose one or the other, or trying to mish mash both together. The briefcases the nanotech, data, and files were inside were certainly bomb and bullet proof but that was quite different from Hunter proof. Claws kill by quite different means then a bullet or a high explosive.
"Alright, let's get up to the evac!" Eric yelled to his men. They stepped outside of the lab to the sound of, not only an intense battle going on below, but "Las Plagas" descending the stairwell.
Eric had to make a quick decision. Did he want to lug the briefcases downstairs into a fire fight, making, at the very least, one man unable to fight? Or did he want to leave the nanotech, very critical data, behind? He made the decision without some much as a blink.
"Put as much as you can into your pockets!" Eric yelled after forcing the locks open. "On the double! Stoffel! You cover our rear!"
Stoffel crouched down, aiming up the stairwell, as Eric, Solano, and LaMotta began shoving as much of the contents into their pockets as possible.
"Sir! 'Plagas' spotted!"
"Alright, this will have to do!" Eric shouted, dropping the briefcase. "Move downstairs! I take point. Solano and LaMotta follow in that order. Stoffel takes rear! Let's move!"
2nd fireteam ran down the stairwell as fast as they could (leaving some hardcopies and certain components that were too bulky to fit into their harnesses).
Once they made it to the underground section's door (after having killed a few, random zombies/'Plagas'), Eric's fireteam crouched down.
"Alright, let's catch our breath; then we breach and clear," Eric whispered to his teammates. "Solano breaches, me and LaMotta enter, Stoffel pulls up on our six. Understood?"
"Yes, sir!" they yelled (as loud as they could without alerting the enemies on the otherside.
Eric sent a text message to Fix saying, "We are entering through East door. Don't fire!"
After that, he turned to his men and nodded.
The door burst off its hinges, incapacitating a zombie that was standing on the other side.
"Move! Move! Move!" Eric yelled as the entered, firing for maximum effect.
The Las Plagas were still on their tail as they breached the locked janitor's closet door and stepped inside, seeing that the markings were just a load of bullcrap when they saw another maximum security bunker grade blast door with an electronic locking system and 4 titanium hinges. Beyond that was a stairwell down which lead into the lab, if they could just get through the door. Suddenly they heard the locks all disengaging, and Eric Fix was seen as the door opened. Eric Fix didn't make a noise. He waved for them to come in and made it quite apparent with his body language and his hand on the door he was shutting it behind them. A roar was heard and the sound of cartridges clattering on the ground was heard, and then footsteps as one of the operators started heading towards them at the stairwell at a dead sprint, bringing the hunter right at them. This was good. Hunters weren't insanely strong... they were armed that they could kill it, if they could just get it to have to come at them on their own terms, rather then allowing them to Guerrilla-warfare their asses into the ground with its superior agility. Eric Fix whispers into his mike as he hung back and shut the door behind them, having to relock it all again 2nd Fireteam, advance!They needed to get the charges set... and there was more stuff ahead.
"2nd Fireteam! Advance!"
Eric waved his team forward, leaving Fix behind.
The stairwell back to the roof was clogged with "Plagas", and underground was filled with an assortment of hostiles. They had to hope they could find an alternate exit. But, first, they had to plant the charges.
"Solano! Any luck finding the support beams?"
"Yes, sir! It's just a little north of here!" Solano replied. "And there's a gas-line running through there, too! Should give the explosives a little extra oomf!"
"Alright," Eric sighed. "Let's move forward. And be careful where you're shooting. We don't wanna hit those same gas-lines!"
2nd fireteam moved across the room, killing a couple stragglers. They could here a mob of them on the other side of the door.
"Breach and Clear."
Boom!
After planting the charge, the door flew off its hinges, killing a couple infected behind it.
"Fire at will!" Eric yelled out, spraying a hail of bullets at a group.
"Stoffel! Solano! Cover us!" Eric yelled out, grabbing LaMotta. "You're with me!"
The two ran across the room with Stoffel and Solano picking off any zombies that got too close to Eric and LaMotta.
"Cover me while I plant the charges!" Eric yelled out, squating down and whipping out a pack of C4.
He placed it on the gas-line and stuck the detonator pin in! He then placed a couple more slabs of C4 on two nearby support columns before patting LaMotta on the shoulder.
"Let's get the f**k out of here!"
Eric Fix pops the door open and they all start to exit, right as the hunter roared again, and reemerged, after having mysteriously disappeared a moment ago, and starts to chase them as Eric Fix radios for evac to happen outside on the street level instead of on the rooftop, and starts to lead the team towards the lobbies front doors, having to shoot through way through a handful of las plagas at the same time they back pedaled from the hunter
Eric stopped and aimed at the Hunter that was charging at him before popping off a few rounds. A couple hit it in the shoulder, a few punctured its abdomen, but it didn't stop coming.
"We gotta get rid of this thing before we get to the evac!" Eric yelled. He had seen an entire operation go to sh!t just because a Hunter was able to f**k up the rotors on a helo. They couldn't risk it.
"2nd Fireteam! Set up an ambush at this point!" Eric sent the coordinates to his team. It was the end of a small corridor that branched off from the hallway they were running down; then merged back a little bit down the line. "Plant tripwire charges in front of the merge point and set up a defensive line out of the blast radius. As soon as the charges go off, start shooting. Even if I don't come out!"
After getting "Yes, sir"s from his team, Eric spun around a fired a round at the Hunter (who was quickly gaining ground). Luckily, the bullet broke through the Hunter's knee and sent it down into a crouch. That would give the rest of the team enough time to get out of there.
"Over here you son-of-a-b!tch!" Eric yelled out, giving a shrill whistle. The Hunter looked up a gave out a piercing scream.
As soon as Eric heard this, he took off down into the side hallway.
He made it about five feet; then stopped to hear if the Hunter had taken the bait. It only took a few seconds to hear the heavy footfall and ragged breathing. Instantly, Eric sprang off down the hallway at a pace he didn't even know he could muster.
After a few minutes of running, Eric got a transmission.
"Sir! We're being overwhelmed by Las Plagas and we can't get the blast doors open!"
"Blast doors?" Eric huffed as he started running out of breath. He should have stayed in better shape over the years.
"The blast doors at the ambush point. We can't get them open. Solano's trying, but it ain't easy."
Eric looked up at his HUD. Only a couple more minutes until he reached the point.
"Well, hurry the f**k up!" Eric scowled. "You got the tripwire down at least?"
"Nah, but we put down some charges."
"You wanna kill us all?" Eric yelled. "Put down tripwire in front of the doors. I don't want you accidentally blowing off the charges downstairs."
Eric then shut off his comm. If he wanted to survive, he had to conserve his energy.
A few minutes later, the fateful moment came. The blast doors weren't open.
"God d@mmit!" Eric cursed, pounding the blast doors. He turned around, slowly, and saw the Hunter standing there. Staring at him. Getting ready for the kill.
"I ain't going down without a fight," Eric muttered, letting his ACR fall slack at his side and pulling out the .45. He pulled the trigger and let off three rounds into the Hunter, doing little damage.
The Hunter let out a shriek and was about to pounce when the blast doors opened.
"Run!" Eric heard from behind him.
Without even thinking, Eric turned around and sprinted, jumping over the tripwire.
Unfortunately, when the Hunter sprang, he was able to clear the tripwire. Eric turned around to see the rest of 2nd fireteam diving out of the way, and the Hunter springing straight at him. He began to run, when he realized his feet weren't getting any traction. The Hunter flew over his head as he slipped on a puddle of blood and fell to the ground.
As Eric was pulling himself to his feet, he heard the Hunter shriek. Eric turned around to see the Hunter writhing on the floor, something sticking out of its throat. Apparently, the Hunter had crashed into a nearby statue and gotten something lodged into its throat (perhaps a depiction of a dagger or something for the CIA).
Eric let out a sigh of relief and signalled for Stoffel to come forward. Solano and LaMotta followed, picking off straggling Las Plagas.
"Put it out of its misery," Eric sighed. Stoffel let out a burst of fire from his Ultimax, officially ending its existence.
"Fix, this is 2nd fireteam. The Hunter is dead. We'll meet you out on the street."
Eric waved for 2nd fireteam to follow and they ran off in the direction that was marked "Exit".
