A good deal of these are actually not filled with monsters. Their filled with German troops of different branches, all armed to the teeth and ready to take the fight back to the monsters. And they get plenty of chances. The walls of these complexes are lined with zombies, so unless you have wings, you wont be getting in.

A V22 Osprey landed in the middle of an American military base in the heart of Germany for refueling. While it was on the ground, a group of men from the Task Force Pantheon exited and made their way into the base. They were all from a different team, most of them different branches all together. They had no real official business being together.
The Jormugand team fell in for orders, to arm up, for most of them to learn a new skill, and eventually to be shipped off to a boat in the middle of the arctic.

The team was quickly briefed on the same information Agent Alyssa Evarhart and her fellow Odin agents on the U.S.S Nixon were being briefed on, and then quickly were put through their paces being qualified/trained on the Non-N.A.T.O nor Non-American equipment they would be issued, and then were quickly put through a crash course on a rudimentary sign language interpretation course, along with a refresher on speaking Russian. In 3 days, the elite mixed Loki-Jormugand team was combat ready--- many of them had been prepped beforehand or were already qualified on the stuff, so they merely had a refresher on the subjects. After that, they piled up into a spacious CH-46E seaknight(Naval chinook) and were flown out to the ship that would help fly them into Russia, and where they would rendezvous with the Odin agents that the operation was revolving around, and finish gearing up.
Garret Mihailov and Scott Joseph are now in the Umbrella flotilla.
