The ghost town featured around a Nuclear Reactor that is still burning to this day, 60,000 people used to live in this city. The mixture of radiation and T-Virus is quite interesting however, if you were a scientist and found these kinds of subjects interesting. If that rad bar starts ticking, move out of the area fast.

Alex sat staring straight ahead of her unmoving, and almost like a statue. As they neared their destination she finally moved. Reaching into her pocket she pulled out a small monitor, but it looked almost like a small step monitor. Though from working in the lab and around the facility Jason new it was a radiation monitor. As he pulled up to a stop she set the device on the dashboard in front of him. She turned to look at him, and for a moment the moon shown off her silver eyes. She then turned to the door and stepped out of the car. Already well aware of her mission before Jason had even accepted it she was already searching for her pray.
For people to survive in an area like this was strange in its own way, but for the first time one of what to assume was a sentury stepped out. Covered from head to toe was a thin layer suit that could only be presumed as a radiation sute, but when Jason looked at the monitor the levels didn't register high. Long exposure wouldn't be harmful. As the man readied his own weapon Alex was well on the move. Moving faster than the man could see the cape of her cloak flowing gracefully behind her. She attacked him before he could even fire off the first shot.
Her hand struck quick, and with deadly force as she shoved her palm into his chest. He was thrown back into the wall behind him causing it to crack and splenter. The man fell lifeless to the ground. As a shot echoed through the air Alex moved once more as fast as the first time. The bullet missing her as he charged toward another man standing upon another wall. She planted her foot in the wall, and with aggressivness made her own hand holds. She moved up the wall, and at the last moment used her hold to force herself up and into the air. When she came down she brought her hand down striking the man in the shoulder.
He stumbled backwards but still remained alive. Alex on the other hand thought differently as he turned to run. She reached for the man, grabbing him by the neck, and throwing him well over the wall. Looking down she noted the reason for the guards, and what the wall had been protecting. Several people moved about screaming, and usering smaller forms into various places. Each wore a suite like the two men she had killed. She looked back to Jason and then to the small group of inhabitants.

“Interesting…” Jason muttered, watching the BOW take out the two men with ease. All while he stood here. He hadn’t even needed to crouch down behind the car. He made his way to the top of the building she had, albeit by using a fire escape, and reached the top as she stared down the men.
“Stop.” He said, keeping his hands down, the remote still in his hands. He would try and get them to see reasoning, but he would keep the Bow on standby to safeguard him if they wouldn’t.
“You’ve been angering Sincell. I applaud the effort, I find them rather immoral and disgusting myself. But you didn’t do well to set up a base here. I want you to leave. And trust that they will collapse under the efforts I provide from the inside.” He said, holding up the remote and pointing it toward Alex. He didn’t know if it was her mask or her that recorded and remembered everything she saw and heard, but he knew he’d need to corrupt the data so he could continue to use Sincell.
“What shall it be? Know this. My bodyguard is on standby. If anyone gets the idea to attack, she will do so first.” He asked. Ready to sick her on them or to erase her memory of the latter part of this exchange. Either way, Sincell would have their data and he would be applauded for a job well done, and given access to his materials.

"A base?" someone shouted from the distance. "Are you blind?" he asked as the rest of the people stopped where they were. "We are nothing but survivors of this undead war. It's your company that seeks to destroy us. We have done nothing to them. We just venture out for food when we can. It's your people that try to slaughter us when we do nothing but try to stay alive."
"My hudsband died trying to get me and my daughter to safety. He died by the hands of your soldiers. All we tried to do was escape a small town that was under attack by the dead, and those walking abominations," another form screamed out. Looking closer to her a smaller form clung tightly to her side.
"Your monster just killed one of my sons, and severly wounded another," another form called out.
Alex found this odd that a distance like she had thrown him should have killed him. She was about ready to finish the job but a look from Joseph said other wise. She had to make sure that when she attacked again that she didn't fail in killing any of them.

"Being alive is enough to anger them. I do not care where you go, but if you stay here they will only send someone else. And they will not be a double agent. I am offering you all the chance to leave while there is time." Jason said. He didn't know why he was trying to reason with these people. Didn't know why he cared. Perhaps it was the fact that mudering several dozen noncombatants and as many combatants. All innocent, by his standard. It didn't seem right.
"Please." He said. It sounded more like a formality, but it was as close to begging these people as he could manage. Not because he didn't want them to leave, but because he couldn't muster the emotion to ask in a more meaningful way.
"Please. Escape. Live. And know that the deaths of those you remember and love will not go unpunished." He said. The more he thought about it, the more he liked the idea of testing one of his bombs on the Sincell base. He'd ordered enough materials to make spares. Yes, it was an interesting idea...

"All of us can't run. Some of us are to sick to run," someone shouted. "Besides where we run they will follow. We aren't normal refugees. Some of us are escaped scientist that run from them. Sincell is everywhere. There just as bad as Umbrella and Tricell."
As Jason and the survivors continued their discussion Alex's attention was drawn elsewhere. She had been aware of a looming presence in the area, but didn't make any more toward it. She had been told that they would be watched, but with the resenating sound of a shot that echoed through the air it told her different. Her job and task was to eliminate, follow orders, and protect. The bullet wasn't aimed for her, but rather Jason. She dashed toward him shoving him back.
The bullet that was meant for Jason struck her in the head. She was tossed to the ground below where the survivors where. Her mask fell off as she hit, and everyone scattered. Silance filled the air as Alex laid there for a moment. She gathered herself and climbed to her feet. Looking toward the survivors before making her way up and over the wall. They weren't her priority now. The person who attempted to kill Jason was, and he wasn't to far away. Making a mad dash toward the small bulding not to far away. She didn't have to even attempt to enter it as the would be assasin made his way out.
Striking him hard she turned around and through him into the wall. As he cried out she made her way up to him wrapping his arms behind his back. Glaring down at him before she took his own rifle, and used the long barrel to bind his hands. Satisfied that the immideate danger was out of the way she dragged him back to Jason. She made her way up the wall and threw the man at Jason's feet. The resounding Sincell logo becoming evident through the coat he wore.

Jason hadn’t flinched when the bullet hit so close. He’d had a feeling he’d be watched. Sincell didn’t seem like the kind to trust people. Much less trust a hired gun with no standing with the company. He watched the BOW, which he was slightly surprised to be revealed as Alex, fall down and shoot back up, on the way to intercept the shooter. She did in seconds, and dragged him back to the area.
Jason looked down at the man, bleeding from the mouth and looking like he was on the way to an early grave.
“Jackson, wasn’t it?” He said, looking down to the man. He could scarcely recognize him through the lacerations and partially collapsed cheek bone. He let a small smile cross his face.
“Beginners play. Didn’t wait for a clear shot.” He said. Of course he probably couldn’t account for Jason’s new guard speed and resilience. “Better luck next time.” He said. A useless piece of advice as Jason pulled out one of his handguns, letting it hover a few inches from the assassins head for a few seconds. The resounding shot filled the air for a few seconds, and the man went limp.
He turned to look at the group of refugees, slipping the gun back into its holster.
“Well, it seems my plans will be accelerated. You say you can’t move? All right. Lay low for a few hours. When you hear the explosion, all will be safe.” He said. He didn’t tell them anything else, only turned to leave. He knew Alex would watch his back for him, but he didn’t think that would be a problem. They watched him execute a Sincell assassin, and they were now hearing he was going to expel Sincell from the area. They had every reason to let him go about his business.
He began walking back to the car, checking his suit for a few moments. When he didn’t find anything, he turned back to Alex.
“Show me the microphone.” He told her. She had to have one on her. He was an idiot for not looking for it earlier.

Alex paused for a moment as Jason started back to the car. She picked up her mask, and followed behind him. As he asked to be shown the micraphone she turned over the mask. On the inside were several wires, and one was attached to a small camra as the other was to the micraphone. Neither showed to have the ability to be transmitted for long distance. As Jason took the mask Alex stood still. Though the sound of footsteps brought her around. She stopped instantly at the sound of Jason's voice.
"When you go on the run, be warned that your little body guard can turn on you," the elderly man said as he approched. "I worked on a project similar to this child. He turned on us, and slaughtered most of my team. Those of us who survived escaped to build this camp," he explained. He turned to look at Alex. "I wouldn't be surprised it he still lived somewhere withing the company." Turning back to Jason he handed over a sheet of paper. "My brother also has another camp. These are the coordanates to his location, and the password to show that I sent you. If your in the area. He will take you in till your ready to move again." With that said the man ran back into the camp.

“Thank you.” Jason said simply as he watched the man run back to the camp. He put the paper into his pocket and looked back to Alex, taking her mask and looking at it. He saw the mark the bullet had made, knew it would cover his story as he ripped out a few wires and the memory chip for the system. He handed her back the mask, opening her door for her as he moved to the other side of the car.
He started the engine and turned the car around, heading back to the research base. Yes, it was going to be a good day today. Today he added several hundred to his body count, and all were people that needed to go. Call it world stability.

The KA-60 flew over the derelict city of radiation and infection. Ander looked down from the chopper at the ghost town. He smiled, thinking of the possible specimens he could collect and recreate given the proper time and preparation. He shook it off, remembering the business at hand. The German looked over at the stoic monster seated beside the three soldiers that had come along. Ander and the soldiers were dressed in radiation suits while the creature remained only dressed in it's combat uniform. He wondered if the radiation would have any adverse or beneficial effects on the creature.
"Where is the rendezvous?" the pilot asked, as the chopper circled the area.
"That is a very good question...just look for people...." Ander said sarcastically. "Anyone in this area alive would have to be our contact."

Fredrich stood out in the open wearing a suit and a top hat. This was the first time he had worn either of them. The only reason for it now was the fact that it was a meeting. Why else would he wear a suit, it may look as if he was alone, but on the contray Fredrich had brought a strike team. There was three snipers and several other men. They were here incase the meeting went sour. Fredrich slipped a ciggerette in his mouth and lit it. So far, he had been there for an hour and not even a single human or aircraft had shown up. Soon enough the sounds of an aircraft could be heard. "Stay, frosty boys and girls. Dr. Ander is almost here"

"I have visual." The pilot announced. Ander looked ahead and saw a man standing in the open dressed in a suit and top hat. He chuckled as he looked on. The man was either a fool, had no idea of the danger of the area, or knew something he did not. Whatever it was, he still found the man distasteful.
"Bring us down...." Ander said in a bored tone, as he readied himself to disembark. The helicopter made it's approach towards the man, kicking up dust and leaves as it lowered to the ground.
"Area seems clear of infected." the pilot announced looking at his instrument panel.
"And?" Ander egged on, as the soldiers disembarked.
"I do not like it sir."
"That's my boy." Ander said, as he stepped off the chopper. A001 stood in the midst of the Final Wave soldiers. The Tyrant stared blankly ahead of itself towards the man from Umbrella. Ander stood before the man in his radiation suit, chuckling.
"They invent something that I do not know of for radiation, or have you already scanned the area for contamination..." Ander asked, as his men took positions around him. "If not....then I would say this is going to be a short meeting." Ander chuckled. It would be interesting to see this man suffer from the effects of radiation poisoning. Mess up that nice clean suit and hat get up he had going on.

As the aircraft landed, Fredrich placed his hand on his hat to keep from flying off."Radiation, Victor. This are is actually clear of it." Fredrich said as he reached into his jacket and pulled out his pistol. He pointed at the Tyrant and smiled. After pulling the trigger it clicked. "I knew that your buddy wouldn't flinch. Hmmm, I take it that that thing is a Tyrant. Nice protection to bring with you in case I was going to try to kill you." He chuckled. Fredrich slid the gun right back into his holster. He finished his cigarette and tossed it aside. What he did could either be the end of him or the beginning of a new partnership. "Know, with a pleasantries aside. It's time to talk business"

"You are lucky he is not in full mode..." Ander replied. "In full mode, the moment you pointed the weapon at me or him, my friend here would have riddled you with bullets faster than I could have possibly called him off..."
"Now, with the pleasantries aside, it's time to talk business."
"Fair enough. I know what I have to offer to you....access to my army, access to my research notes, and the aide of my ship and crew." Ander said dryly, as he stood in the radiation suit. Despite what the man said about no immediate danger, Ander felt protocol deemed the suit necessary.
"Now what is it exactly you can offer me and mine? I have brought one of my own to show you....what have you brought?" Ander asked.
As the men stood in the field, a receiver in Ander's pocket began to beep.
"Excuse me a moment." Ander said with a slight smile, as he took the receiver out and read the encrypted message. The German's face flashed with a shark's smile, as he again looked up at the Umbrella agent.
"My apologies...this meeting will have to reconvene at some other time....my attention is needed else where."
As he turned to leave with his Tyrant back to the copter, he spoke rapidly.
"War is at hand....battle is coming." he said gleefully as he entered the chopper with the other Final Wave soldiers. "Take us home....I have preparations to make."
**Ander and A001 are now back at the Broken Union**
