This small park was named after the appleblossom-like flowers on the trees. People came through it for jogs and children could come out to play in the little playground. Now, though beautiful, the park is no longer quite as safe as it used to be.

"Sorry about the inconveint landing, Jack. Raccoon City shouldnt be too far from your location, and with your navigational backup you should reach the destination coordinates rather easily."
"Got it..." Jack replied in a quiet tone. He aimed his .45 around the part after dropoff, the LED light shining through the darkness. His main source of light came from the moon overhead, but the dim shadows from the trees supplied cover from out in the open. The whole place was quiet, and only the faint sounds of his footsteps rustling through the dry leaves could be heard. But for the most part, even that was so low that it could barely be heard anymore then ten feet away.
Resting his right shoulder up against the park fence, Jack peered through the cracks onto the otherside. It looked to be too dangerous to cross over here, but even if he took the front entrance out, they could more then likely be onto him. These werent terrorists, they were infected, so getting wounded had to be avoided at any cost.
"Jack, were picking up head signitures coming from across the part on your side, keep your guard up."

Rachel was scared. She had ran here all the way from Raccoon city after a zombie tried to bite her. Her stun-gun, well, stunned it but it was attacking her again with seconds. So she ran away, she was not in the perfect outfit for running a mile, a skimpy school uniform. She spotted many zombies as she ran through the outskirts of Racoon until eventually she reached Stoneville. Her feet hurt from all the running, but she did not stop.
Finally, she reached the park. Here she stopped. It was windy, her chestnut hair flowing back behind her. She stopped, because she saw a human. Jack. She ran forwars straight away. She wrapped her arms around his chest, feeling tears trickle down her eyes. She was not old enough for all this. "Your.... Your human aren't you?! Please sir, whats going on?"

Jack knew the young female wasnt infected, but she wasnt a part of the mission. He needed to get an evacuation chopper out immediatly for her, there was no way he would let a child roam around this city alone. Not even ten minuts in and already running into civilians. "I dont know how you survived this long, but im going to get you to safety. Major, we need an early extraction, ive got a surviver here."
"We cant risk it, were not even sure if she infected or not. Thats not a part of the mission. Rescue teams are already in effect in the downtown section of the city, youll have to escort her there."
"Downtown, got it." Jack crouched down a bit to get level with the girl to speak, but whipped around when he heard the banging on the fence. Peering through the sights, he saw the infected clawing away at the wood, trying to get inside the park. Quickly motioning for the girl to follow, Jack quickly made his way borderline the fence toward the far entrance. "Stick close, alright?"

Rachel nodded. "Y-yeah, I'll stick close." When she saw the infected banging on the wood, she wanted to scream, but hated looking like a wuss near other people. She followed Jack, holding her stun-gun to make her feel safer. She realized that he had contacted somebody about getting her out, but she could not leave without finding out what happened to her mother. "Hey, Mister, whats happening? Is my Mum ok? Please, she is ok, right?" Rachel's lower lip wobbled in fear, she started to cry again. She was still getting to grips with this whole situation.
She slumped on the floor for a moment, crying uncontrollably at the thought of her Father and all her friends being a whole country away, her Mother possibly dead. She was alone here, and it scared her. She brushed some of her hair away from her face, still on the floor. She spoke again, her voice quaking. "Y-you can help me, right? Please, mister?"

Jack never had any expirence with kids, little lone teenagers, so handling the situation would have to go beyond his work. He stopped and looked at the girl, and then spoke out in his most assuring voice he could pull off. "Theyre probably downtown, thats where everyone is hiding from all of this. Now we have to get going, and keep as quiet as possible."
"Its probably best you check out Downtown anyway, see how theyre holding up. But dont forget your mission..."
After moving quickly to the entrance, Jack pushed open the gate, and then moved through, making sure the girl was behind him. Aiming at the undead that were less then ten metres away, he kept aim on the closest ones, but eventually just went further down the outside of the fence. After reaching halfway through the outside of the park, there was another fence blocking them from getting to the main road. Crouching infront, Jack nodded to the girl. "Ill give you a boost over, be careful."

She nodded, still feeling quite upset. She put one foot on Jack's hand and climbed over when he lifted. She got over ok, landing somewhat awkwardly on the other side. As she looked around she felt like screaming again. About 20 visible zombies were dotted around this area. Instead of screaming, she spoke loud enough for him to hear her. "Mister, theres some more of these monsters." Her voice gradually sounded more scared. "There's some more monsters!"
One of them got close to her before Jack could get over, she desperately shocked it with the stun-gun. As the zombie shaked for a few seconds, she grabbed a broken piece of fencing that lay on the floor. She then thrust the fencing into the zombie's chest. She was crying again, she wasnt made for killing. Finally she did scream. She screamed when she realized it wasnt even dead yet. She pulled the fencing out and continued to stab it in the chest, over and over again.

Jack quickly climbed up the fence, and then vaulted himself to the ground below. After grabbing the peice of wood from the girl, he drove it in the zombies face, and then kicked it to the ground. "Come on!" Sprinting through the sparce treeline, Jack kept his pace steady, and made sure the girl could follow. After a few minuts, there was a group of infected in the way, he pointed the .45 in their direction. Firing a few rounds off, some dropped, but just got back up.
"Aim for the head, Jack. Thats what the studies are showing from previous casefiles."
Jack aimed at one of the infected, and fired, hitting it square in the forehead. It dropped motionless, as he quickly ducked from the other two. The girl had done the same, following him closely. After getting into a clear area, Jack stopped, and then turned to speak with the girl. "Where do you live? Is there anything we need to grab before we go to Raccoon City?" Jack hated to steer from the mission, but the situation changed, he couldnt just abandon her.
"The park is in the center of town, easy access. I didnt think you cared about others lives enough to get involved so easily..."

Rachel was surprised at the question. She had never been good with questions, feeling much better just going along with things. "N-no, there isnt anything I need..... I just want to find my Mum. A-and get a weapon, I guess...." She was trying to regain control over herself. She straightened her stance, brushed away tears, and spoke again. "I'm Rachel, Rachel Drake. You are...?" She looked around quickly and found a section of iron piping next to a corpse.
Closing her eyes to avoid feeling sick at the sight of the corpse, she grabbed the pipe to use as a temporary weapon. She liked it as she would not have to kill them..... She hated killing. Instead, she planned to knock them down and run away. She hated herself for getting into this, she was throwing away her life. She looked at Jack, waiting for a response. A zombie had snuck up on them as they talked, but Rachel noticed it out of the corner of her eye. She spun round and hit wildly with the pipe. It smacked the zombie square on the skull, smashing it. Her lip trembled again, but she did not cry. She had to act more mature, this situation certainly called for it.

Jack nodded, then it looks like Raccoon City was their destination. As the girl had used the pipe to kill one of the infected, Jack was surprised at how quiet they could actually be when the situation is like it is now. He aimed the gun down at it, but seemingly it wouldnt be getting back up. Motioning for the main road, he spoke out as they went into a run. "My name?"
"Switching to your code name wouldnt make a difference, we can take this risk. I know we didnt give names back in Alaska, weve been just using Jack in New York. Its safe enough, you have no identification."
"Jack, my name is Jack. Now lets get going." It was enevitable that they would need to go their seperate ways after they reached the downtown section, he couldnt risk getting involved with too many people, this was a ghost assignment. In and out without any trace you were even here, and until he found some answers, he would be here for quite some time.
"Jack, Stoneville has a long, connecting sewer system underground. It might be safer to use then above ground, they connect into the Raccoon City Sewers directly."
[Jack & Rachel now in the Underground Sewers]

[Angela and Tyson have entered the park]
As the truck had came closer to the park, Angela pointed at another sign nearby the park sign. It'd read that further up the road would be the Stoneville Forest and then Lake Trinity. She wasn't going to ask him to go out of his way trekking through there with his truck, instead, she'd had him pull over at the park. There were atleast five or six stray undead standing around in different areas ahead of them, unaware of their presence.
"You can stop here, I can walk the rest of the way, I've got my shotgun and handgun to keep me safe from the wildlife in there," she explained.
She was hoping that the people she'd been looking for would still be at the camp site in Trinity. If they weren't, she didn't know where else to look...

“I’ll make you a deal.” Tyson said, turning his head slightly to the side to look at her. It caused him no small amount of pain, but she could cut his wait down.
“I’m looking for someone. An arms dealer named Cel. I heard that she was supplying a survivor’s checkpoint out here. If you can point me in her direction, I’ll give you a ride the whole way.” He said. If he didn’t have a lead to track her down, he could be scrounging the area for days…

The young woman nodded slightly before glancing back at the roamers that noticed their presence. They slowly shuffled across the stretc of overgrown grass, arms out stretched to grab at them.
"I know she commonly trades with Trinity Survivors near the lake. She also tends to set up shop at the school here in Stoneville, I remember my bro--ah a friend of mine had done some business with her before at both those places and Lake Trinity is where I need to go anyway, then back track to the Police Station here which is on the way to the school," she told Tyson with a smile.

“Then get in the truck.” Tyson said. He might be a grade A prick most of the time, but he kept his word. She could point him to at least the area that Cel frequented, and that would cut a lot of time down. He looked at the back of the truck, at the pile of merchandise he was trading for her services. He had a feeling that she would like the pile of s*** he was giving her in exchange for the relatively small amount he needed.

Angela got back into the truck as soon as Tyson had said it. Pulling away from the street beside the park entry way, she'd glaned out the window as the morning had finally arrived with slight overcast and a light drizzle. She'd sighed a bit, wondering where to look if she couldn't find the couple in Trinity.
"Tyson, how long have you been on your own since this began?" she asked, sadly. She didn't want to seem nosey, it just sorta rolled off her tongue with sincerity.
"I've spent a majority of time watching people I barely got to know die. Except maybe one other person but I can't seem to find him anywhere...."
