The second floor is rather spacious. All of the walls of the second story are made of glass except for the three rooms on the west side. Once on the top floor you reach a waiting area equipped with a TV and a waiting area. Just in front of the offices is a secretary’s desk. The three offices belong two the major players of the company. One belongs to Gerald Fortmore. He is the CEO of the American branch and sees over all financial transactions and business deals. The middle room belongs to Nina Dotter. Nina is in charge of the research and development department of the facility. She is the brains between every device. She spends all of her free time in the secret floor below developing new security measure to meet the demand of the Umbrella Company. Finally, on the right is Trent Matterson. Trent, who has recently retired from the military, is head of security. He is in complete command of the security units that patrol the grounds of Umbrellas places of interest.

Faith walked to the desk of Trent Matterson, head of security. She began pulling out drawers and dumping the contents of them out onto the floor. She knew that her key card wouldn't be enough to get through the lower levels. The lowest she could go was the dorms. Frantically searching through the drawers, she heard something faint in the distance.
Her head shot up at the noise and she quickly scanned the room. There was nothing. Must be my imagination. She thought to herself. Then, she finally found something useful, a key card, although it would only get her to two more floors. The security system for B5 was waaaaaay to complex. Retinal scanning, hand scanning, voice recognition, there was no way she was getting down there, unless she could deactivate everything. She instantly dismissed the thought from her mind, the controls for the security systems were probably on B5 anyway.
She suddenly felt something large and heavy crash against her body, and she was lying on her back. Something landed heavily behind her and she shot up. She pulled one of her Glocks from the holster and aimed at the noise. It was a Hunter. The reptilian monster lunged at her and she shot a round into its eye. She jumped out of the way as the monster slammed into the desk. She fired off a few more rounds into its skull and it shrieked in pain. If it wasn't dead, it was close enough. She ran to the stairs and went down, she would come back when she had better fire power. As soon as she saw it, she made a beeline for the exit door. Throwing her weight against the door, she burst outside. She needed supplies, and what better place to get them than the mall. She remembered seeing the Maple Tree Mall on her way here and decided she had better to get the Raccoon City Mall.
(Faith is going to the Raccoon City Public Mall)

Nathanos and his trio of TSTU personnel stormed up the stairs, he threw an extra bandanna to Ito as he drew both of his pistols from their concealed position under his suit-coat. Using a Security Guard's key-card Sobczak opened the door and the three rushed in. Seeing the scenes from the glass-windows people screamed and jumped under their desks, Nathanos noticing a room marked 'security grid overwatch', Hicks kicking the door and all the employees screaming.
"ALROUGHT!" Nathanos yelled (his accent becoming notably cockney) firing a round off into the ceiling. Hicks, Sobczak and Ito began flipping over cubicles, barricading the door and creating cover for a potential fire-fight.
Nathanos grabbed the nearest employee by the hair and sitting him down on his chair. He stuck a disc-drive into the computer and pointed a gun at the man.
"GIVE ME EVERY'ING IN 'AT f**kING COMPUTER!" ordered Nathanos, holding a gun to the man's head.
"f**k-- f**k f**k!!!! Okay-- okay!!! Please don't kill me! PLEASE!!!" the man begged, Nathanos shooting him in the knee.
"'URRY THE f**k UP!" Nathanos ordered.
The man grabbed his leg, moaning in pain. Nathanos growled and blew the Employee's brains out. He swiftly grabbed the next employee nearest to him, kicking the dead one out of the chair and throwing the new hostage on the chair. The panicked employee quickly attempting to obey Nathanos' order.
"We got trouble." Hicks said, armed guards starting to form up along the walls.
"2nd-floor. Lets go." Nathanos said over his PPR.
"Make an opening!" Nathanos barked at his men, they all began-firing at the glass in the same general position (in case it was bullet-proof). Gusts of wind began whipping through the office-room. Nathanos kept a close eye on the computer, making sure every-bit of information was being downloaded.
"Download at 60%."
The guards began opening fire, it shattering the glass. Nathanos got down as his men began returning fire.
"Download at 85%"
"BLIND 'EM!" Nathanos ordered, his men all whipping grenades out from cover and covering their eyes.
Three blight-flashes exploded down the corridor as the flash-bangs went off.
"Download at 95%"
"NOW! OVER HERE--- NOW!" barked Nathanos into his PPR.
The helicopter hovered into sight, people on the ground below starring at the going-ons.
"Download at 100%."
Nathanos took the disc-drive and slipped it into his pocket.
"Thanks 'en." Nathanos said, pistol whipping the Employee.
Gambhir turned the helicopter, the doors already slid open.
"GO! GO! GO!" Nathanos ordered, his men sprinting one after one, leaping from the building into the helicopter.
When the last of his men had got on he grabbed the closest employee, backing up with them as the Security Guards opened fire. He began firing wildly back as the Employee screamed and attempted to get free. As he approached the window Nathanos kicked the employee forward and leaped out, grasping the edge of the copter with his fingers as it pulled away. Ito promptly helping him in.
"s***! s*** s***!" Sobczak said.
"Man that s*** went bad." Hicks concluded.
"We have what we came for. I disagree." Nathanos said, eying the disc-drive.
"You introduced yourself to half of the people down there? We're f**ked." said Ito.
Nathanos shook his head, laughing. "Calm yourselves... you make the mistake of assuming that there going to be alive long enough to tell the tale." said Nathanos.
"What about the army?" asked Hicks.
"If the symbol I saw flash on screen is what I thought it was... then I have a sneaking suspicion the Eden Corp. won't want Uncle Sam poking around in their buisness at all." said Nathanos, slipping the disc-drive into a laptop.
"Gambhir hows the fuel?" inquired Nathanos.
"About four hours sir." Gambhir's voice cracked over the speaker.
"Put her down where you see fit. We'll have to contact our friends in Africa and plan our next move from there." said Nathanos.
