[-.Felix Loup enters.-]
The sudden jerk of the helicopter woke Felix as he didn't even realize he'd fallen asleep. Rubbing his eye, Felix shook his head somewhat and let out a loud yawn. Lifting his body up, Felix walked through to the cockpit and leaned in. He looked over towards the pilot who'd been focused on the skies ahead. Felix finally called out to the pilot, his voice raising over the sounds of the engine.
"How far along are we?"
The pilot looked back, then looking towards the skies ahead, a response was given.
"We're passing over the Arklay Mountains now! We'll be there in--"
There was a sudden electrical surge as the helicopter jerked, beginning a fast descent before the electricity came back on. Felix had stumbled into his seat and he could hear the pilot starting the helicopter back up. He was swearing like a sailor, the helicopter was lowering from its height down to the ground faster and faster. The engine sputtered to life and the helicopter's rotors slowly rotated once more, managing to ease it out and stop its from its descent. The helicopter had hovered just above the ground and the pilot called back.
"This is as far as it can go! I gotta take it back for repairs! I'll pick you up at the Police Department as planned!"
Felix nodded and slid the door open, leaping out and landing on the ground with Ruger SR9 drawn. He waved up to the helicopter as it began taking off once more, returning its way towards the base. Felix looked around, exhaling somewhat. He'd been quite a distance away and on the main road to Arklay Mountains. He began walking his way towards Raccoon City, not paying attention to the few undead limping towards him from behind as they'd been far enough that he didn't have to worry. The cold was already starting to get to him though, and could feel his body shaking a bit from desiring warmth. There had been no other signs of the undead, Felix just kept walking, keeping his senses alert to be safe.

The small chopper had quickly flown into the area as the sky seemingly began to show a darker more grim look compared to how it looked at H.Q. Cronus slowly inched closer to the door as he quickly opened the lock taking a leg placing it on the support of the chopper glancing out into the tree line of the forest. "Nothing.....just how it was in the past.....Just a bunch of trees and most likely zombies and dogs running rampant out there." One of the pilots spoke out to Cronus as he looked back to him, "Say.....This is your first time setting foot in the rebuilt Raccoon City isn't it?" Cronus slowly nodded his head before looking out into the forest again as his eyes glanced ahead seeing another chopper fly past him, "Yeah....But, I heard it was made as close to the original as possible. If that's the case I know where I'm headed. You guys should let me out once we find a clearing out here in the forest and then high tail it back."
The pilots both nodded their heads in approval as they made a slight sharp turn towards the edge of the city. A slow decent towards the ground and Cronus was out of the chopper with a thud and roll before stopping on his left knee, right leg perched up as he quickly removed his handgun from the holster on the right leg and scanned the area, "Alright.....It's all clear.....I'll be headed for the Police Department....That's where most survivors go when stuck in the town." A thumbs up was given to the pilots before Cronus slowly rose to his feet and trotted down the path set directly in front of him. "And once again....I step back into hell....."

It had been almost an hour under the abnormal cold temperatures that the Arklay Mountains had possessed. Yet, Cronus had shown no signs of being slowed down or halted. If anything a smirk remained on his face as he neared closer to the city limits. The faint scent of death and burning rubber as well as flesh hit him and for once he felt like he was back in his element. One would think the man was insane due to the fact he seemed eager getting back into what more than half of the world would be running away from but, Cronus knew that if he wasn't kill zombies he wanted to be with his family, the survivors he was with in the beginning.
He was only a few yards away from the East Side of the city when he began to noticed the infected approaching him. The moans, the sluggish movement, the scent of decaying and rotten flesh. It was time, Cronus brought his handgun up to his right eye as he fired off three rounds. One bullet went straight through the first zombies eye socket as it was sent flying back into the third zombie. His gun had the caliber of that close to a .45 due to his modifications to it but, only if it struck a weak point of the body of his target. The other two bullets struck the second one in the chest and jaw going through the spinal cord dropping it instantly. "That's three down....Wait...Two." Cronus proceeded past the two dead zombies while one struggled to sprawl the other zombie off it. His eyes glanced off the infected to the city ahead as he began to pick up the pace into a jog. "Alright let's do this....time is wasting here...." [Chris exists the Outskirts and enters the Streets.]

[Darren and David enter]
Darren hit the ground and shouldered his M4. He checked the area for infected. There was no noise except the roar of the chopper. He looked up to David and gave a thumbs up. "The air down here is great!" he shouted.

As fast as it came the Chopper disappeared into the fog. The roar of the chopper drew a group of infected towards them. Darren spotted them as they came through the fog. "We got six tangos coming in. Four on the south and two to the north" Darren shouted. He switched the safety off his M4 and put it in three shot bursts. Knight fired at the two coming from the north. He dispatched both with two shots to the chest and one to the head. The first infected fell and the second soon after it. "That's two for me so far" Darren said in a jokingly.

He looked at Darren, cocked eyed. He aimed his M4 and put down the last four quicker then he did with each shot to the head. "That four" He looked around. The area, taking in the enviroment. "Truck should be down the road"

"Let's make a game out of it then. Whoever kills the most infected gets a free pack of smokes" Darren said playfully. Darren took off down the road. He moved at a medium pace with his weapon shouldered and head on the swivel. Darren made sure that his footsteps were quiet, he didn't want to attract any unwanted attention. He made sure that there were no gaps in his vision. He really didn't feel like having some infected get the drop on him.

The two agreed on a friendly contest and continued to move. The keep silent until the came upon a small stretch of rode. Off to the distance you could see a truck. Darren slowed his pace to a walk. He then stopped and crouched. The truck had a few infected stragglers and a corpse. The corpse had been there for awhile. One infected was still feeding off the corpse. "Well, there goes the fresh mountain smell" Darren said as he looked up to David.

David looked studdiedthe truck more. The sounds of it was just to fermiliar. He aimed his rifle at the feeding corpse. "Ugly b*tch" with a sligh squeeze to the trigger, he droped the walker. "was better off dead anyways" He took another shot at the three others. "I hate to be that guy driving the truck though."

"Yeah, tell me about it." Darren whispered. Seeing that the infected were dispatched, he walked to the truck and turned on his tac-light. Darren peeked under the truck to see if there were anymore infected. Nothing. He then walked to the passenger side of the truck and un-holstered his pistol. He slung his M4 around to his back and readied his USP. Darren slowly opened the door and saw that there was nothing in there. Except for the keys in the driver seat. "All clear!" Knight shouted.

Kroric sat still and silent. He had been holed up inside of an old forest ranger office near the base of the Arklay Mountains. His reason for being there? He was waiting on his contacts from the B.S.A.A. to arrive. Two fellas were suppose to arrive via helicopter, and take him back to the headquarters. He was only waiting for a few hours before he heard the familiar sound of spinning rotors. The sound passed over the building. As it did he went into motion, moving to the closest window just in time to catch a glimpse of the 'copter lowering to a hover just above the trees a little farther down the mountain. It seemed near enough the road once it curved a bit farther back. Once he had an idea where the DZ was he grabbed his backpack, holstered his P95, and held his SAM-R at the ready. He was careful to check around the door hoping that no zombies had wondered too close to his hiding place. Luckily, it was clear as far as he could tell.
As Kroric stepped outside the helicopter flew back over his head, and along the mountains behind him. His contacts were sure to have been dropped off. He was reassured of this when he heard gunfire. The noise must have attracted some unwanted attention at the DZ, an unfortunate side affect of using a helicopter to get around. He knew he had to get moving, all the racket was sure to pull more infected from the forest. He set off at a jog down the road. Shortly there was a bit more gunfire. And after coming though a bend he saw two guys around a truck, at this distance he couldnt make out if they where infected or not.
Kroric dropped to his knee and raised his rifle. Looking down the scope now he could see that the ground was littered with several dead bodies, they seemed to have been infected. The two around the truck were inspecting it and wore outfits that seemed not too far from what a soldier would wear. He hoped these were the guys he was suppose to meet. Back on his feet now, Kroric moved toward the right side of the road and cautiously began to approach the duo.

Once they both got in the truck and drove about half a mile down the road. Until they came across a forest ranger vehicle. David pulled up close to it, seeing a young man in the car. He motioned to roll the window down. Darren had rolled the window down for him. "Eh, you that younging from the military? Mr. Kroric? Should be still in college type?" If he was, he would of recognize the BSAA emblem.

Kroric stood on the side of the road. He listened to the white man's funny accent. He couldnt quite put a finger on where he may be from, he didnt waste time dwelling on it. He was slightly taken aback by the way the man addressed him.
"From the military? No. Im ex-marine, I left at the end of the last outbreak. And college type? Man, I havent been in college in seven years. But yea, Im Kroric. You guys must be from the B.S.A.A. Ive been holed up in a building around the bend on your way up to the mountains. I was told Id be hitchin a ride back to the headquarters with ya. That still true?"
Kroric studied the team, quickly while he had the chance. Both of them seemed to be mid-thirties, good builds, and seemed to have some experience. He decided these guys would be alright to stick around. He figured they could hold their own if they got attacked. Which was good cause Kroric didnt like having dead weight to worry about.
