This is one of the only truly secure location inside the cities walls. Well protected by Marines as well as the Army, you can use the airport to travel to areas of lesser or greater infection, such as London, Tokyo, or Washington. Though, it would be advised to have some sort of ID.. The building is well barricaded by military forces, police officers, and other United States federal agencies.

::no sooner than the radio went silent, Reigns heard the familiar sound of military boots rushing toward him. He turned to see two Marine soldiers coming up to him::
S1] Who are you and what are you doing here?
Reigns] ::tossing his dog tags:: "The name and rank are on there, thats all you need to know son."
::the young soldier caught the dog tags, read them and tossed them back when he saw he was out ranked::
S1] sorry sir, just doing our duty.
Reigns] "No worries soldier, carry on but before you do.... you got the keys to that Hummer over there?
S2] "no sir i do, here" ::tossing the keys to Reigns::
::Reigns caught them and stuck them in his pocket. Then pulled out his pack of Newports, placed a cigarette in his mouth and lit it. seeing the two soldiers eyeing them he figured he had more than enough and tossed them the freshly opened pack. Turned and headed to the Hummer. Reigns tossed his gear in the passenger seat and layed his M-16 and 12-gauge across the seat as well. Reigns pulled the keys out of his pocket and started the Hummer. While letting he idle he unzipped the custom pocket for the laptop on the back of his pack and plugged in the wifi dish. Reigns logged in and searched for the SATphone signal of the Colonel. A satellite map of Raccoon City came up with a blip of where the Colonels SATphone was. The blip was weakening and was right over Route 104. Reigns pulled the Hummer in gear and sped off.
***Reigns is now in Route 104***

As the plane came to a hault, Nigel picked up his briefcase and made his way to the front of the plane. Once there he found the stairs leadin down to the concrete below. He only got two steps down before he tripped head over heels all the way down to the bottom after which his briefcase landed directly on his head. Many moved in to hel but this was ordinary for him so he just brushed them off and thanked them. He then made his was down the terminal adjusting his glasses bking his watch. He was 10 minutes early, the others should be arriving rather shortly. Taking a sigh he went to a nearby bench and sat down.

Wandering past the guards, Barrett Brickers walked over to sit down on a bench. There was supposed to be some guy here he had to meet or something, so he decided to wait for him. A guard came over to check him out.
"Sir, are you injured are bitten?" The young soldier asked Barrett.
"Son, are you blind, or just dumb? No you stupid brat, now go back to yer patrols and warm coffee. Let an old man relax, thanks." He retorted.
The soldier, visibly mad, spun on his heels and went back to his post. He shot Brickers a couple of dirty looks, which could have killed, then went back to watching out of the window.
My god, i swear they recruit right out of the pre-schools these days... He shook his head at the thought.
He looked at the man with the briefcase. "Hey, brother, you got a light? Or are you the guy witt that lil' proposition?"

Nigel looked up at him, stood up to shake his hand. "I am terribly sorry but I am not a smoker. I am sure you could find someone around here who is." He said cheerfully. He then held his briefcase in both hands. "No, I did not call for this meeting. My name is Nigel. My good fried Dr. Jamuson brought this matter to my attention while I was in a conferance in Virginia. Point being I knew the man whos notes we are seeking rather well and can greatly increase our chance of success." He then looked at his watch. "We should be greeted by another fellow soon hopefully. Not a member of NADAS though. A mercenary of sorts most likely." He then adjusted staightening the hunting rifle on his back. "So, is this your first time here? Have you been on many missions or are you new to the organisation?"

"Well, doc, I'm actually just a civi. A retired shooter. Been in Raccoon most of my life...been in this hell-hole for bout...14 years? I juss need out." Barrett laughed. "An' it would so appear that joining up with some youngsters was the smartest idea I could muster."
The soldier shot him another dirty look as Barrett turned and smiled. "So...Doc Nigel, right? What is it that you a doctor or Professer for?" His Georgia-Boy drawl was thick.

*3rd POV*
A stern looking military man stops James, another checkpoint, James sighs, "Come on already damn it, I'm not infected, in town on business, and I am a former member of S.T.A.R.S, my interests are long walks at night along the beach and avoiding large lethal monsters" James says with an annoyed tone.
"That enough for you kid?" He asks sharply, to which the young Private looks away and nods, "Yes sir, you may proceed".
*1st PPOV*
I shake my head as I walk past the guard, that was the 5th one I had run into since entering this place, you'd think the world was ending or something.
I scratch the back of my head as I look at the board hanging from the ceiling showing the boarding times, I sigh as I see my plane is delayed.
"Well this was a botch, and a waste of money" I mutter before heading over to a seating area, sitting on the bench back to back and behind two men talking to each other and sit down positioning my FAMAS so I sit more comfortably.

OOC: He was apparently told to be at the mall, and no one ever showed so he reckons they were a no show, just roll with it.

"Well now not everyone in the society is young." He said removing his glasses and shining them. "It just seems that way because its a new generation. A baby boom so to speak. If you had ever been to New Haven you would know what I'm talking about. And yes, I am a professor of History and Archeology. I had become aquainted with the subject of our investigation about two years back during my BOW studies program. Had no idea he worked for Umbrella." Nigel then checked his watch again and tapped his foot. "It's twenty past the hour. for a STARS member our fellow parter in crime so to speak does not seem to live up to his reputation so far. At least when it comes to punctuality."

*1st POV*
"It'd help if I hadn't been told the wrong meeting spot" I say still looking the other way, as if I was talking to someone else.
I turn to the bench behind me and look at the two men, "The names James fellows, and I just had to trek through the city after dropping in at the mall, apparently I got some outdated information" I shrug. "Regardless, nice to meet y'all I guess, at least now this lil venture of mine did turn out to be a total waste of money and resources eh?" I chuckle to myself.

Barrett simply shook his head. He hated all forms of cops, no matter what they did now. "STARS....so you were the biggest and baddest of the bacon then huh, yungin'? Make sure you don't fall behind me tryin' to be a tough guy." He got up with a start.
"So, Doc, are we about ready to go? I'm happy to get into the fray again." Barrett pulled his rifle out and checked the ammo. 4 shots, 4 kills.

"Right!" He said with a nod. He then pulled out his Lugar. His lugar was his main weapon and tended to use the remington for long range combat. "We're heading to the Raccoon city Univercity. We're looking for some notes of an old partner of mine who has developed a new type of BOW after he sided with Umbrella. Hopefully the notes will give us some insight into the characters weakness." He then began walking to the parkinglot.
"I've arranged for some transportation. Though it will only help us in the outer city. Once we get into the inner city the police baracades will keep us from venturing any farther." With that said they came upon a old black jeep. Nigel went up and kicked the tires. "Not much but it runs and that's all we need." He then looked at the two. "I'm embarrased to say but I never got around to driving an auto-mobile or to getting my lisence. Owning a car in London is ridiculous and the places I normally travel to sometimes don't even have roads." He then opened up the back door. "You two can discuss who drives. The keys are in the ignition."
OOC: to the person who decides to drive the car our first location transition will be to the uptown street system

*3rd POV*
James shrugs, but does not draw a weapon, no use wasting time reholstering it later, its not like he would need it until a bit later.
"Alright lets get this over with, I had enough with the 'preparation' bit while I was with Pantheon" He says slightly gruffly, obviously still slightly aggravated at being told the wrong meeting spot. James follows 'The Doc' out and sees the old jeep and grins as Nigel says one of them could drive.
*1st POV*
I jump into the drivers seat and start the Jeep up, "I grew up round these things, y'all be in good hands with me in the drivers seat" I say to them as I wait for them to get in.
*3rd POV*
James, after waiting for the others to get in starts heading towards where directed by Nigel.
*James is now at The Uptown Street System*
OOC: that ok?
