The German parliament is quite a tourist attraction. It has a large glass roof and observation deck, which you can use to either see the city or the German Parliament. It's now a front row seat for watching the carnage rain rampant across Berlin. The area is heavily guarded so it's unlikely that any zombies will make their way into this area.

[Matthias has entered the Bundestag]
The helicopter touched down on the Bundestag's helipad, Matthias exiting with a half-smoked cigarette in his mouth and a flask of schnapps in the other. He stood and took another drag of his cigarette as he viewed the familiar structure of the Bundestag.
His mind rocketed him back in time, to the first time he stood here with his parents and family after the day that horrible wall fell. The future seemed so bright then, Germany was unified once again, and after forty-five years of separation the Fatherland was whole and Matthias was sure it would usher Germany into a place of power it had sought and deserved since the 18th century.
He cracked his neck and put out his cigarette, sliding his flask into his backpack as he began to walk up the steps and into the building. He didn't get four steps inside before being surrounded by a small squad of GSG9 security agents, only two of them with their weapons raised.
"Warum sind Sie hier?" The GSG9 Agent with no weapon drawn asked.
<Why are you here?>
"Ich bin hier zu mein vetter sehen." Matthias said casually, estimating this had to be the tenth time someone pointed a gun at him since he landed in Berlin.
<I'm here to see my cousin.>
"Ja? Dies ist nicht ein Flüchtlingslager." the GSG9 Agent said.
<Yeah? This isn't a refugee camp.>
"Und mein vetter ist nicht ein Flüchtling. Ich bin hier zu Oberstleutnant Schutzenhoffer sehen." Matthias said.
<And my cousin is not a refugee. I'm here to see Lieutenant Colonel Schutzenhoffer.>
"Ah, Herr Pruessen. Wir haben dich gewesen. Kommen mit euch, bitte." the GSG9 Agent, the two other agents lowering their weapons and falling in line.
<Ah, Mr.Pruessen. We've been expecting you. Come with us please.>
Matthias nodded in thanks and followed the GSG9 Agents. The Bundestag had become a makeshift headquarters, there where high-tech electronic maps everywhere with various people in decorated uniforms or expensive suits standing around them. Soldiers marched hurriedly across hallways and helicopters or jets seemed to constantly echo from above. After the short tour the GSG9 agents stopped and directed Matthias to an office door, and then hurriedly made their way back to their posts without a word.
"Jedermanns auf ein drängen." Matthias said shaking his head slightly as he opened the door to see the familiar face of his cousin sitting behind a desk.
<Everyones in a rush>
Fritz looked up from a series of reports and gave an odd look to his cousin.
"Heilig Scheiße Matthias, du dreinblickst wie Hölle." Fritz said chuckling, gesturing to the seat in front of his desk.
<Holy s*** Matthias, you look like hell.>
"Gut zu seehe dich auch." Matthias said chucking and taking a seat, "Ermordend Werwölfe mit ein Kater kann das tun."
<Good to see you to. Slaying werewolves with a hangover can do that.>
"Zuhörst, Deutschland kann dein helfen gebrauch." Fritz said, his tone becoming serious.
<Listen, Germany could use your help.>
Matthias frowned and shook his head, "Ich bin hier als ein Tourist, nicht ein Soldat."
<I'm here as a tourist, not a soldier.>
"Stier-scheiße, was ist zu seehen hier? Nichts aber Tod und Leiden." Fritz said.
<Bull-s***, what is there to see here? Nothing but death and suffering.>
Matthias kept eye-contact with his cousin "Du weißt warum Ich gelassen. Ich habe immer patriotisch gewesen. Ich habe das Vaterland schon gedient." he said with a sharp tone.
<You know why I left. I've always been patriotic. I've already served the Fatherland.>
"Was wir tat war wichtig." Fritz said sternly.
<What we did was necessary.>
"Was Wir tat war unser Eid vergessen." Matthias hissed, the anger in his voice rising.
<What we did was forget our oath.>
"Warum bist du noch sehr idealistisch?" Fritz said disappointed, shaking his head.
<Why are you still so idealistic?>
"Idealistisch? Wir schwor ein Eid zu das Leute von Deutschland, wir schwor ein Eid zu unser Sitten. Und wir herrenlos beide das tag." Matthias said, glaring at his cousin.
<Idealistic? We swore a oath to the people of Germany, we swore an oath to our morals. And we abandoned both that day.>
Fritz sighed, "Du weißt was wir tit war wichtig. Das Plan ist was aufbewahrt Deutschland."
<You know what we did was necessary. That plan is what saved Germany.>
Matthias shook his head, almost yelling now "Was wir tit war Verrat! Wenn Ihr willt zu Stechschritt in zu Hölle wie ein gut wenig Hitler Jugend denn das war dein Wahl! Aber Ich war ein wirklich Deutscher Soldat sein!"
<What we did was treason! If ya'll wanted to goose-step into hell like a good little Hitler Youth then that was your choice! But I was going to be a real German soldier.>
"Ja, ertränkend selbst in Alkohol, Drogen und Araber Huren. Ich bin sicher das du Frederich der Große stoltz gemacht." Fritz said sharply.
<Yeah, drowning yourself in alcohol, drugs and Arab sleepers. I'm sure you made Frederich the Great proud.>
"Halt den Mund! Alle jene Leute wer totet, und für was? Wir sind in das derselbe fickiert Situation! Viellecht ein sclechter ein." Matthias said throwing his hands up in frustration.
<Shut-up. All those people died, and for what? We're in the same f**king situation! Maybe a worse one.>
"Genau, welche ist warum wir konnen dein helfen gebrauch." Fritz said, happy to get to the point.
<Exactly, which is why we could use your help.>
Matthias sighed and sat down again, calming down. "Was willst du für mich zu tun?" Matthias asked.
<What do you want me to do?>
"Wir brauchen ein Deutsch BSAA Agent. Wir haben ein paar, aber viele von sie haben totet, und wir konnen nicht gefahr mehr von unser bester Männer." Fritz said.
<We need a German BSAA Agent. We have a few, but most of them have died, and we can't risk any more of our best men.>
<I don't think they'll be to thrilled about that.>
"Lassen das zu mich. Nur nicht tun etwas sehr dumm, vetter." Fritz said with a slight laugh.
<Leave that to me. Just don't do anything stupid.>
"Kein Versprechen." Matthias said with a smile as he turned to leave.
<No promises.>
"Oh, und Matthias, es war gut zu seehe dich noch einmal." Fritz said.
<Oh, and Matthias, it was good to see you again.>
"Ebenso, Fritz. Wir mussen einige Bierin irgendwann geben." Matthias said.
<Likewise, Fritz. We have to get some beers sometime.>
"Wir wollen sehen. Bis später." Fritz said, returning to his reports as he exited.
Matthias stood outside the office door for a seconds, the weight of what he just agreed to do hitting him like a truck. 'What the hell was I thinking?' he thought to himself quietly. Matthias ran his hands through his hair several times nervously, it was to late to back out now, not after that rant. He'd just have to get through this like he normally dealt with stress.
"Hey! Soldat-Junge, woher ist das Bar herum hier?" Matthias said, chasing after a small group of soldiers moving down the hallway.
<Hey! Soldier-Boy, where's a bar around here?>
Four Hours Later[/u]
Matthias had failed to find any alcohol available to him, but thanks to a shady Dutch refugee he had found something else that'd worked as well, if not better. He sat on a bench welded to the wall of a long hallway, starring through a window at what looked like scientists explaining their findings to a group of soldiers. He watched the recordings of the experiment, which consisted mainly of zombicide.
In one video a man stood across a broken pathway from a group of twenty zombies. Beneath the gap in the path was a large metal trench, which quickly started to fill up with the living dead. They shambled over the edge in waves, each of them completely unaware of eachother, each not noticing as their peers went right over the edge and failed to reach the prey on the other side. As the last of the infected tumbled over the bridge a metal cover began to slowly come out and cover the trench. As it began to completely cover the trench, the walls of the trench began to move in as well, crushing the infected like a car compactor.
Several giggles of laughter echoed through the halls as Matthias watched these. He was wearing sunglasses and occasionally digging into a bag of Fritos or sipping out of a Sprite that he'd purchased from a vending machine. This was completed with an amused smile slapped across his face and a self-induced haziness enshrouding his mind. This was Matthias's overall condition when his cousin Fritz approached him.
"Wo zum Hölle hasst du gewesen?" Fritz asked, looking down in frustration at his cousin.
<Where the hell have you been?>
"Herum. Was willst du?" Matthias said, not moving his vision from the research videos.
<Around. What do you want?>
"Du hast ein Überprüfung von das BSAA." Fritz said in a serious tone.
<You have a test from the BSAA.>
"Bereits? Verdammt, das war schnell." Matthias said unenthusiastically.
<Already? Damn, that was fast.>
"Halt mit dein meckernd. Es ist ein feld Prüfung." Fritz said, blocking Matthias's view of the window.
<Quit your b*tching. It's a field exam.>
"Wo?" Matthias asked with a sigh, crumpling the remainders of the Fritos bag and stuffing it in his now empty soda can.
<Where?>
"Ich weiss nicht. Du gehst zu das Flughafen und besuchst das BSAA Amt. Sie soll wo zu nachkommen für dich unterrichst." Fritz said, handing Matthias a envelope.
<I don't know. You go to the airport and visit the BSAA office. They should tell you where to go.>
Matthias sighed and stood up, throwing the can in the garbage and taking the envelope.
"Alles gut. Nexten mal, Vetter." Matthias said, shaking Fritz hand.
<Alright. Until next time, cousin.>
"Ja, nur gehst dort pünktlich und sein sicher." Fritz said, returning Matthias's handshake.
<Yeah, just get there on time and be safe.>
"Ebenso."Matthias said, parting ways with his cousin and heading down the Bundestag. Walking through the various hallways buzzing with activity until he finally reached the exit of the government facility.
<Likewise.>
He had just reached the end of the front steps leading up to the Bundestag when he spotted his ride. Upon noticing Matthias, a man in a suite with a BSAA Badge clearly displayed on his suit opened the back passenger door to a jet black Volkswagon jeep and gestured for Matthias to enter. Matthias did so without exchanging any words. The black government jeep slowly pulled out of the safe zone around the perimeter of the Bundestag and drove down the road to the Berlin airport.
[Matthias has left the Bundestag.]
