"If for whatever reason theyre missing, itll cause even more of a suspicion, something definitely on those tapes that proves Tricell is behind this. Why? Well just have to find out ourselves..." Sherry spoke out, almost interrupting Chinook. "Right, but im not going with you, we cant be seen together and you know it. Ill be around though, dont worry about that." Standing up, he walked over to the door, and then opened it up for Kevin and Sherry to head back down to their own room and get geared up. After they had went down the hallway, Chinook caught onto the smell of tobacco, and finally noticed the cigarette ashes on the carpet outside the doorway. He knew that somebody was here, listening to them...
Four other people had walked into the elevator just as Sherry was about to speak, but politely, she smiled and hit the bottom floor button first for them. Standing behind the small group, she just wanted for the door to open back up again, it seemed like forever. A slight paranoia had started to kick in, something was wrong, she could hear pattering inside the shaft. A drop of sweat came down her brow, but she before she reacted as a soldier, the door opened and the group of people took their conversation into the lobby. Closing her eyes, Sherry fell back against the elevator wall, relaxed. As it started moving back up to their floor, she spoke out. "No matter how safe you are, being around this many people is uncomfortable. Any one of them could be dangerous, and youd never know until its too late..."

Kevin had notice that Sherry looked uneasy. "I know the feeling. We can't loose our cool about that now." He told her, trying to ease her nerves down. " We'll get our things ready and get them videos we need." The elevatore door open up to the second floor and they walked down to their room. He held the door for her, closed the door behind them. All they could do now is get ready to leave. *** Marissa dialed a number on her iPhone and pressed to her ear. "Hi, I'm looking for archives on a Los Vegas Massacre?..." she was put on hold so she waited as she made a left turn. She it was a long while but it didn't matter, she had a head start. "Oh, its ok...You do have the archives? Great! Is it on a VCS tape or a disk?...Ok I'd like to see every disk in the location and...what?...oh good, that makes things easy thank you. Good day-oh can I have that near the door, I gotta be somewhere. Cool, have a good one" She was going for a box with what Kevin and the other two needed. She was done with her conversation on the phone all she had to do was pick it up go to another spot alone and give them a package. Marissa hit traffic so she had time to leave a little riddle on the package. India-Alpha Mike-Alpha Tango-Lima Oscar Sierra-Victor Echo Golf Alpha Sierra. -Mike Foxtrot "Hope you're still as smart as me" she said to herself. Traffic started to move she she lefted on the seat and pressed on to the Archives building.

"Thats exactly what im thinking too, Kevin. Lets go check it out now, Chinook, you stay here and well keep in contact with you through radio." So the plan was set, and the two BSAA Agents had left the room. Upon closing the door, Sherry caught into the scene of cigarette tobacco, and then noticed the ashes of a fresh lit smoke near the doorway. If somebody was listening to them, it wouldnt surprise her. If they were listening in, than it would be a race to the survailance tapes. "Lets get to those tapes soon, theres no reason for them to be missing. We can look through them on our own time, just so long as we have them in our possession, thatll be enough for me to sleep easy tonight."
Sherry moved down the hallway, and pressed the button on the elevator. As it opened up, Kevin and her walked inside, but before the door closed, a group of four people entered. The whole ride down had been paranoid in her mind, being this close to strangers was something she didnt like. These were just survivors, these were people who could potentially be a risk to their lives. Standing perfectly still in the back of the elevator, Sherry looked over at Kevin, just hoping that the ride would be over soon. The bell went off, and the door opened up, allowing the four others to leave, and the two agents to discuss things before hitting the bottom floor.

When the other stranger's left the elevator, somehow though Kevin had felt eye's on him. As soon the group of people had left he looked over at Sherry. "There should be help with the LVS or they might of hand them over to someone at an archive building to save up room at the station correct?" They could split up to get it, but if whoever was watching them perceived them as a couple or friends, they could either be mistaken (which wasn't possible) or they could be tailing them. And as far into the mission they got, Kevin had Sherry's back. There best bet was to stay together and keep playing this act, Unless other wise. "We'll had to the Archive building first, how's that?"
Marissa got to the building as she parked the jeep across the street and walked over. She adjusted her glasses and paused infront of the door then knocked. There had been long waited. but the door open up and it was a elderly women. maybe about her mid sixties. "May I help you?" She asked in the most elderly voice she could gather. Marissa gaver a gental smile. "Yes, I came to pick up a box full of videos from the Los Vegas Massacre?" as she said the lady eyes widen. "Ah, yes I have it right here. You're the second person to ask for it." Marissa cock a brow. The second person to ask for it? Something is way off tilted her head. "Really? Shame, I'm doing a report for my College students at Nervada College, I hope its not a bother for the other person" The lady looking like she was gasping for air. "Oh lord, no, that man was really eger and ignorant. It was a kerfuffle." "Well men are trouble. Thank you so much" The two parted there goodbyes and Mar got across the street. She actually need this for on video that her brother wrote on the note she had just read. She sat the box in the back and she drove off to a parking guard to look for that one video at her brother's office. Looking at the box there were lots of stacks of Disks of videos to go through. but it was good thing the cases were colored in. took out the Reds, blues and yellows marked the LVM events and placed them in the envolope. This was all they were getting from her, the box was hers. But least they had 72 hours of footage to go though.

[Totally posted twice to the same post of yours... I didnt mean to, when I last checked, it was on the page before this. Didnt know it went up another page, so I didnt know it was my turn to post again until I already replied to it again.]
"The archive building it is then..." Sherry had grabbed her things from the room, only the small pack she used to hold her ammunition, there was no sense carrying around the empty larger bag. The Python on his side made sure things didnt get out of hand. Regardless of the climate, it was already pretty late at night now, and temperature had been dropping for the last two hours. She didnt really have an jacket or anything to wear, but figured it might even be a good idea to borrow some from the LVS, it would bring back some memories too.
After leaving the building, and having a very unsettling elevator ride Sherry and Kevin got to the main lobby and told the receptionist that the room was vacant once again. There hadnt been any charges, because they were staying overnight, which was nice of them in the first place. As the two got outside, Sherry looked around, not really knowing how they were going to get there. They didnt have a car, nor were they in any position to steal one here in the safezone. It was up to public transportation for now. "The 52 Sunnyvale will take us two streets down, unless you have another idea."

( XD its cool man, no harm done) Marissa Was making her way back down the road again. She could see Kevin and that other girl standing there. There was a pay phone there right by them, which would make suitable sense to call that phone. It was best for them to know who had the videos. Once the turn green she made a right on the next street. She parked the car into a parking lot, then looked her emergency pack for a voice modifier, she went over and attached it to the pay phone and used a her card to make good use for the phone (since this day in age you have to pay to use something publicly) *** Kevin didn't like the fact in walking someone could had beat them there and public transportation wasn't any better but it was a start. "Well we don't have much of great choice." A phone was ringing. Kevin paused, he knew it couldn't be their phones going off because they were off. He looked around and say a pay phone going off. He gave Sherry a glance then walked over to it and answered it. "...Hello?" " Good even. You are looking for records and security footage of the Los Vegas Massacre. Is that Correct?" a filtered voice said. Kevin started to look around and looked at Sherry letting her know something was up. "Who are?" He asked the person on the other line. " Who I am isn't important what is, however, that you obtain information. I have with me a box full of security surveillance on the day of the Massacre. The one's you will be giving are in colors Blue Yellow and Red. along with it is some files on Tricell, something that the BSAA would know of-but take note. The BSAA maybe nothing more then bait. Pawns." "What are you talking about?" Kevin asked. The person rambled on about files and BSAA being pawns. "What do you mean by pawns?" " September 27th 1998, Umbrella had a same type of branch, much like the BSAA known as Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. They weren't met for ground forces, they were only used to collect live data. Your no more different from them and Tricell is no more different then Umbrella." Kevin said nothing. " There will be an envelope at Tokyo Buffet Restaurant behind the building. Behind the dumpster. And I'd be careful in these parts, there are agents here still. Good luck...Kevin Nuttinfield" Kevin eyes widen. "What? Who the hell are you!?" the phone was disconnected with a clicked. It was getting weird by the second. He turn to Sherry and looked at her. "Well, I guess we forget about the Archive place...We have to go to a Tokyo Buffet around the back of the buildings' parking lot." *** Marissa took the voice filter off the pay phone and and walked over to the car for that envelope for them. She had a good idea of what she was doing. She grabbed the envelope and stuck it behind the dumpster. She walked back to the jeep, driving off like nothing happen. Her next plan, to get information about this LVM from that guy they were talking to name Chinook. Tricell was going to pay. But the thought in her head came clear. What was she really fighting for?...

Standing at the bus terminal, Sherry and Kevin both waited for the bus to come. It was actually pretty nice to know that through everything, society still had a tight grasp on what was left of the old world. Living here in Las Vegas for so long would make a person think that the infection never even existed. That was the main reason Sherry worked for the LVS as a scout after the massacre. It was too sad when something like that happened, people were scared, and they shouldnt be scared. Regardless of how safe and easy your lives might be right now, being scared is part of the survival because it keeps you aware. Without fearing the monsters outside the walls, your not prepared to face them when the time comes.
Sherry looked at the people that walked up and down the streets, a few of them had been on cellphones, but it would be smarter to assume that the person contacting Kevin had been somewhere they wouldnt be able to be seen. In a normal instance, Sherry would have her gun ready, it seemed like a trap to get them near the payphone. But due to the mass amounts of people around, an attack of this scale would be stupid, so her gun wasnt needed. "Kevin, what did they say? Where do we go from here?"

"They want us to go to the Tokyo Buffet Restaurant at the back of the building, behind dumpster. They left a something for us, including the security videos." Kevin try to comprehend what that call was about, who would of known him, and why they were helping them or if they wanted them to ambush them. "also they went on about agents still being in the area, and BSAA being used as pawns, something seems off..." It was the first time he had think that the situation was different. Being bug and the hole espionages deal, sure. But it was something he couldn't shake off. "Where is the nearest restaurant?" He asked.

Without any real clue what Kevin had been talking about really, Sherry just figured it was best to go with a partners instinct. He would do the same for her if she needed it, already have in the not so distant past. When Kevin asked where the nearest Restaurant was, Sherry immediately got clicked to the one he spoke of. "Its on Paradise Road, not too far away from here, actually, walking distance. Or at least, thats where it used to be, might have changed location over all these years. Well find it though, im with you one step of the way."
Sherry kept imagining herself drawing her revolver up from her side, and shooting it at somebody, its how ready she felt right now. If something big was going on, she wanted to be on her toes. Not nessicarily paranoid, but on her toes a little more than the average. Either of them looked like BSAA, at least not to anybody who wouldnt be able to tell by their faces. Nobody would recognize Kevin, but if anybody did recognize her from the past, things might get a little complicated. Not that she wasnt welcome here, but Sherry had spent a long time away from this place since partways through the first outbreak. Theres nothing worse than getting emotional during a mission. "Paradise Road is just a few blocks down this way, ill lead."
[Kevin and Sherry now on Paradise Rd, Sands Ave]

[Zoe and Samuel enter the Mirage Parking Lot from Big Bear Hunting Lodge]
As the Challenger pulled in, Zoe was ready to claw her way through the door and run for 5 miles. To say the drive down had been long boring hours punctuated by moments of sheer terror would have been an understatement.
They had made it out of the Arklay's okay and the bladder in their car meant that they didn't have to constantly search for gas. If they came across it, great, but it wasn't as much of a necessity as with traditional tanks. Still every time they stopped, they emptied more of the tanks into the bladder.
Besides boredom, the main threat they had to deal with was zombies and raiders. The zombies were easy enough to deal with... but there were thousands of them. They could always tell when they were nearing a town of significant size because the undead would be out in force.
The raiders were the opposite. They traveled in small groups but they were usually heavily armed and had trucks. There had been more than a handful of parting shots taken as the raiders realized that they weren't going to be able to over take them.
Only one time was there a running gun battle and it was as they cleared the Rockies in Utah, and heading south toward Vegas. The pass was the perfect place for an ambush and that is where the raiders tried it.
Samuel didn't stop when they jumped out at them... he merely ran over the two stupid raiders. That's when they lost the back windshield. The rest followed in pursuit and Zoe crawled into the backseat and spent the next 20 minutes, firing out the back at the raiders. They had worked out a system where Samuel would drive like a drunken frat boy until Zoe called out. Then he would steady the car up and Zoe would take the shot. Once he heard the shot, the drunken frat boy was back driving again.
They were able to get them all, but after the third driver was killed, they lost their desire to follow them. They had gotten away, but the battle, accompanied with the zombies, had severely depleted her ammo. Now she was down to her last magazine for her rifle and only 18 rounds for her revolver.
Luckily, there were only a few more pitfalls as they neared Vegas and were able to safely make it into the comparative safety of the city limits.
As Samuel shut the car down, Zoe hopped out and stretched. The long tense ride had put a crick in her neck and her joints were stiff. As she twisted, she felt her neck, arms, legs, hips, back and knuckles pop.
"Damn, I'm going to get a massage and not one of those "good time, happy ending massages" either. One of those muscle tearing, torture me until I pass out massages." Then she looked at the car.
What had one been a classic car, with nice paint and sharp lines, was just a ghost of itself. The car was covered in mud and dirt from the front windshield back. Several bullet holes marked the side of the car and it was only with luck that it hadn't punctured the bladder or them.
The front end was dented and beaten to hell. The collisions with raiders and untold number of undead had twisted the bumper and busted the headlights. As the back of the car was covered in dirt, the front of the car was covered in intestines, brain matter, blood, skin and hair. Down here the grill, Zoe found the jawbone wedged in between the bumper and the grill.
The bladder was down to about 10 gallons.
Looking at the Mirage, it was like seeing heaven. They had chosen this one out of the blue. Plus it had everything that they could possibly want, food, room, showers, clothes, gambling, entertainment and it was close to several shops.
"I noticed that we passed a gun store and a car repair shop. We will need to hit both of those soon. We will also need a place to trade in the stones... but for now, I want food and a hot shower."

“I’m with you there.” Samuel said, raising his shoulders up and bending down until a series of pops echoed out into the air. He cracked his neck, his knuckles, his elbows, and then his neck once more. He’d be sore in the morning, bad joints and all. It came from being seven f**king feet tall, but he worked with what he had. He could be a dwar…
Stifling the thought with a smirk as he looked toward Zoe, he pulled out a cigarette and lit it with a deep drag before he looked at the damage to the car as well.
“Makes you wonder if it would be cheaper to fix this one or get a new car.” He said. “We’re looking at a whole new body, new glass, new interior. Bet you a dollar we get a better deal selling this one for the engine than trying to fix it.” He said.
“Besides, the guy we stole it from will probably be looking for it.” He pointed out. Ya, probably best to get a new vehicle. Maybe something bigger. An SUV. With leg room. Glorious leg room… And maybe a working air conditioner. This one had crapped out soon after they started their trip. And in the interest of not being sprayed with blood from anything they happened to run over, they had kept the windows up for most of the trip.
“Let’s park it. We’ll leave the gas, lock up the truck, and take everything else. I’ve been around here. Carrying gun’s isn’t exactly taboo.” He said, getting back inside to go and find a parking spot.
When they were parked in the large lot, he got out and pulled his duffle bag out. He broke down the shotgun real quick like and shoved it into the bag. It almost didn’t zip, but he was able to muscle it along most of the way. He took out a wad of cash, a couple hundred bucks to get them a room, and started toward the lobby.
“I’ll flip you for the shower.” He said with a smirk, knowing that she would probably stab him to slow him down so she could get to the bathroom first. At this point, he actually thinking that real food was a higher priority than a shower.

Zoe grabbed her bag as well, breaking down her rifle and stowing it in her bag. She grabbed a wad of cash and stuffed it in her pocket.
"Yeah, well, I think we can get our own bathrooms. After seeing what you eat, I think I can do with my own bathroom. Besides, they had suites where we have our own rooms and bathrooms."
She gave him a nudge as they entered the lobby. "Your terds probably are the size of toy poodles so don't come crying to me when you clog that thing up."
She was actually kidding, but she did want her own room and bathroom. "We can order a buffet fit for a king and then hit the tables."
She looked back at the car sitting there. "Yeah, a new ride would be nice. We can either trade it in or just junk it somewhere and get a new one."

Samuel went silent for a moment, his mind thinking over what Zoe said. Not the part about her being a tool, no, that was no surprise. It was just her nature. No, the part about a hotel suite that got them each their own bathroom. The concept was… Unfathomable. He wasn’t sure when he had gotten a shower to himself. He was pretty sure it was… He couldn’t even recall. It was too far back to remember. Probably when he still lived in his apartment outside of Raccoon City.
“Personal showers…” He said, trailing off as they walked into the building, each with cash in hand to get the suite they wanted.
“It’s for the best. It gets old, waiting for you to be done and using all the hot water and s***.” He said with a smirk. Even though she had always left hot water, he had to find something to give her s*** about.

Zoe smirked. "Yeah no more me hopping around on one foot because I have to pee while listening to you blow fart bubbles in a bubble bath, listening to Miley Cyrus music."
As she approached the lady behind the counter, Zoe smiled.
"What's the best available suite that you have with two rooms and two bathrooms?"
The lady looked down and then back up at Zoe and then at Samuel. "That would be the Penthouse suite. It is $450.00 a night." The lady looked at Zoe like she didn't have the money. So it was somewhat astonishing when Zoe slapped down $1000 on the counter.
"That's for two nights and tiny here has the next two." She figured that they would stay here at least 4 days while they partied and then see if there was any other place that fit their needs. While they hadn't seen the black SUV's during their trip, there was still the danger that they would come after them.
The lady smiled and took the cash, handing them each an electronic key. "The suite is at the very top with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area with a balcony and a kitchenette. Free Concierge services some along with that. Do you have any bags?"
Zoe grabbed her bag and shook her head. "We got them, just point us in the way of the elevators, sweetie."
The lady obviously didn't like being called "sweetie", but being the customer service agent she was, she didn't say anything. She just pointed to the wall of elevators.
Zoe moved to the elevator and pushed a button for the top, inserting her card to allow them access to the penthouse floors. She had chosen the penthouse even though the other rooms would have worked. Beside having their own room and bathroom, it required a special key to access the floor, providing them with some security. As the doors close, she turned to look at Samuel.
"So get cleaned up and order food? Or do we go out and find the biggest steak this town has and feast like kings? Also, there is a bar and gambling."

Samuel stopped and took a long, hard look at Zoe. His eyes were nothing if not serious.
“You can say whatever you want about me, but don’t you dare say anything about Miley Cyrus.” He said, staring her dead in the eye for a moment until he couldn’t keep a straight face anymore. He laughed loudly, slowly dying out to a snicker as they reached the main desk. Zoe put the woman in her place, because apparently they looked somewhere between pond scum and the white stuff that accumulated on your lips when you were really thirsty to the receptionist. After counting out nine hundred bucks for the woman, Samuel did the same. He pulled out the wad of cash, counting out nine crumpled bills and letting them fall in a heap on the desk before he turned away and followed Zoe after getting his key. He smirked at the interaction between the two women and got into the elevator with Zoe.
“I think she likes you.” He said with a smirk, rolling a still sore shoulder. “Oh god… Screw that massage. I think I’m just gonna go fall down some stairs. Anything to get some blood flowing, damn.” He said as he worked his shoulder around until it let out a loud pop.
He thought about her question and wondered what would be the best thing to do. Shower first, totally. Food after, hell ya. But…
The elevator went all the way to the top floor after Samuel put his card into the slot to allow them access. It opened into what looked like a foyer, which led to a door. Samuel strolled ahead and opened the door, that also required the keycard, and took a look inside.
He let out a whistle as he took a look around.
“Damn. Aint seen a place this nice in… I don’t think I‘ve ever been anywhere as nice as this, actually.” He said, looking around.
“I say we clean up and order some room service.” He said.
