"My Uncle...? OH RIGHT!" James went to the old hand pully elevator and started pulling down the rope. "He said to get the message out. He taught me alot. I forget who said it but he once told me that the needs of the many outway the needs of the few....I thiink the guy was a captain." Finally the elevator arrived and he pulled the wooden door open and pulled on the lightbulb chord looking around. "The elevator was at the bottom....someone beat us here." He then took a clipboard off the wall and flipped through the pages. "Anyways, on here is a list of the items stored in the various cargo bunkers. Give me that list of what your looking for again and I can probably get us there with relative ease."

Anveena looked at James before looking around the area they stood at. "Need vest for both of us, another back up gun, two wrist sheaths for knives, a nice M-9 Bayonett, and a couple of radio's not on the frequince," she listed as she counted off on her fingers. She looked up at James and then to the elevator. "Your joking right?" she asked as she stepped up beside him. Looking back to him, and then to the elevator. "There is no way both of us can fit in that at the same time, and not to mention leaving you alone anywhere isn't safe," she pointed out. As she looked around she could see how easy it would be for someone to sneak up on James if she left him alone, and then below someone could be waiting for them. She bit her lip in thought as she tried to figure out what could be done.

He flipped through the pages on the manifest. "I think I can get you a few things on your list. Probably not as fancy as you want though. As for vests they didn't exactally have kevlar back in the old days so you're out of luck there." He then looked up at her waiting and then gave her a funny look. "What?" It took him awhile to figure it out after which he grabbed her wrist and pulled her in before pulling down the gate and pulling back on the lever causing the elevator to slowly lower. "You'ld think I still had cooties or something. You can cut off a monster head no problem but your afraid of little old me?" When the elevator reached B3 he pulled open the gate and walked out into the darkness. "Give me some light." He asked. With her assistance he found the electrical box and after playing with the wires for a second or two he flipped the lever causing a large spark and soon the bare bulbs flickered to life as dim as they were.
Walking in it was like an old war bunker or mining shaft. Wooden crates lined the walls with signs indicating each area. James counted off the numbers and stopped at a stack of crates. "This should be it." He said pulling out his crowbar. Plunging it into a board he pulled back the hatch and whistled with delight. "These are my kinda hardware" He said pulling out a tommy-gun completely covered in cobwebs which he did his best to clean off. He then handed the chart over. "Most of what you want should be in this area. Can't say you'll find everything. And what you do find be sure to check." He then pulled the gun into two parts. "Last thing you want is a gun jamming on you, or even worse backfiring."

Anveena looked at the paper work, before setting it down. Looking over the crates she found that she didn’t care for the older weapons. She had to make a mental note about when they crossed paths with the armory above that she would get her some better items. People could argue of what was better, but she liked the now a days weapons. Picking up a knife she looked it over sighing a bit. Blades left un attended didn’t do to well with the with time. She tossed the blade back and looked over a couple other blades. Still all the same rusted in parts or falling apart at the handle. “Alright these two guns will be fine, but the knives wont work. Without proper care the blades are rusted.” She walked over to him, and looked around the room. “Alright so where to next?”

Rummaging through the boxes he also pulled out two WWII lugars and a double shoulder holster. Holstering the two handguns under his shoulders he began collecting ammo. "We have to find the old generator for the broadcasting network and send it some power." Heading back to the elevator he sighed waiting for his new partner to become comfortable enough to enter before lowering the gate and heading down two floors to yet another darkened corridor. As he got to work on the wiring he grew cold as he saw the elevator moving back up the shaft. "We don't have much time." With that the lights came on. This hallway was different as the walls were cleanly paved with concrete, wires and pipelines overhead led the way to the control room. He then took out the manifest and ripped the map off handing it to Aveena.
"We are heading here. Why don't you lead. If it comes down to it I'm not sure I have it in me to actually shoot another person. Wicked or no it's just not who I am." He pulled the action back on the tommy gun. "If we meet anyone down here it won't just be a grunt like before. If they came down here they need someone smart enough to complete complex tasks. So that means specialists with a team of guards." He then looked at her. "Ready?"

She nodded as she took point. Her mind was still reeling with the reality of what was going on. She never thought that she would be thrown into a situation like this, but she knew that after going for James' uncle she was going after he father. He dealt with this more than she ever thought of. He even lived through the first outbreak as a police officer. The sounds of foot steps brought her back to reality. Looking up she then grabbed James and pulled him into a dark corner. She watched as a man walked by followed by several soldiers. James wasn't wrong about that, but what surprised her was that they soldiers were human. That she could see from the face. Once they were gone she stepped out of the shadows.
"Lets follow them, and see what's up. We need to figure out what there up to before we make any moves," she whispered as she headed back down the hall. Following them to the generator room. "What would they want with this room," she mumbled under her breath. She turned back to look at James. "Got any idea's as to what they want this room for. Last time I checked they've got the power up there running."

James looked around the corner at the men. They were mostly of African American decent. They wore barrets and green combat jackets. Taking out a small magnifying scope he observed their actions. "They're going through old reports. the original log books from when the facility was first built. They are also attempting to activate and re-align the old satellite. We haven't used it for ages after BSSA came in with their own equipment. It runs on an old electric system and they're trying to start it back up. And not doing a very good job. If they keep this up they'll damage it beyond repair." He looked back at her. "We need to have a way to take them out and not damage the equipment."

Anveena grinned slightly. "We need bait," she said as she looked at him. The look he gave her almost made her want to laugh. "Down the hall the tunnel on the right. Open the first door, but keep running to the shadow area we hid in first. The door will confuse them thinking you went in it. If not they will run right past where your hidding. Once there gone I'll take out the civilian, and then secure the door that way they can't get back in while we take them out," she explained. She looked at him and grinned. "Now time for you to run," she said as she pushed him in front of the door.
She waited until James got their attention and then took off down the hall. Once they were out of site she stepped into the room. Looking around to make sure that no one else was around. She approched the man that was working on the equipment. As she went to bring her the hilt of her blade down on the back of his neck he turned and blocked the attack. In turn he shifted elbowing her in the stomach and knocked her in the floor.
"Were not as dumb as we look," he pointed out as he stepped over her.
"And I'm not as week as I look," she growled before shifting her feet and knocking him to the ground. Jumping to her feet she ran out of the room, and pivoted around the corner. As he ran out after her she in turned moved behind him to shut the door. "Room's off limites," she grinned.
As she went to kick him he managed to grab her foot, but gave her leverage enough for her spin in the air and kick him in the head. Landing on her feet she watched him stumbled back. "I've trained all my life for this. What have you done?" she asked.
"Give my life for my leader," he growled as he pulled out a hidden gun. "Never bring a knife to a gun fight little girl."
Anveena held up her hands and shook her head. "Your right," she said before shifting and throwing a hidden dagger striking him in the shoulder. "But if you know how to use them. It works," she said with a grin. She walked over and pulled the dagger from his shoulder. Checking his pulse she sighed a bit. "Guess my aims worse than I thought." Reaching down she picked up his gun. "Ooo silancer. Perfict." With new weapon in hand she went after James.

James was pressed up hard against a wall gripping an old fire extinguisher worried for his life. It wasn't until he heard footsteps approaching that his blood ran cold. It continued to get closer and closer as he pulled the pin to ready it for use. Just before the person was about to enter the room he jumped out, closed his eyes and yelled at the top of his lungs as he hosed Anveena down with freezing foam. When he saw who it was he first smiled before breaking out in a full laugh making him grip his sides. "You really need to announce yourself before entering a room you know that." He continued to laugh as he passed by the serious and frustrated warrior. He quickly headed to the controll panel more worried about what his partner would do than what might be heading there way. He isntantly began flipping levers and turning dials.
This system is slightly tempermental. The dish is set to accept just so much juice. If your over just a few amps you fry the Tesla's. He began flipping switches as lights turned from red to green, the last one gave him trouble as it stayed red. "It's always something." He looked back at her trying not to laugh. The last generator is disabled. He need it online to power the satalite. Luckily the generator is down here drawing power from an underground steam fault. Opening the map again he looked at her. It isn't far but I'm sure the doors have been rusted shut." He then took out hius butain toarch and goggles. "That elevator will be coming down soon. Can you set a trap? buy me some time? I have three blast doors and you can fall back with each one i disable." He then looked at the power console. Cocking the tommygun he shot it up so that no one could make changes to the power level.
"Do that voodoo that you do." she looked at him odd and he sighed. "You have NO respect for good music you know that. This is going to put a serious damper on our relationship." He said chuckling to himself.

Anveena was still trying to figure out how she had gotten herself into this mess, let alone trying to figure out why James had even thought a fire extinguisher would even help him if one of those solders had entered the room. She had finished whipping herself off as much as she could when he explained what he was going to do. She waved her hand in the air as she headed for the elevator. "Best trap is to disable the elevator. Besides I don't think they'll be taking it. To easy to set their men up for a slaughter. They'll be aiming for the stair wells. Which I have no idea where they are," she pointed out as she made her way to the elevator.
She looked back at James as he started on the first door. "You better hurry, because I don't have ammo to last forever," she pointed out as she opened the elevator door. They hadn't called for it yet which made it easier. Taking a bar she placed it between the doors so they couldn't shut. With closed doors the elevator couldn't be called, and they would have to pry the ones on the top open in order to get to the cables. To the two two halls that lead up to them she set up a couple trip wires that would alert her to which direction they were coming from.
Walking back she watched as James kicked in the first door. "Damn either I'm taking forever, or your moving fast," she said as she looked back to a room to the side. Dark with no lights, and a perfect hiding place. "Help me with this door you just cut down." With his help they were able to lift it up. "Get inside the room," she told him. As he shifted around to the inside they laid it longways against the remaining part of the first door. "Alright that should give you enough cover if they start shooting," he pointed out. Just when you hear gunfire hug up against it so they can't knock it down. With James secured and as safe as possible. She took refuge in side room. It gave her perfect view of both halls, and the elevator. With the door open she laid on the ground in the shadows waiting .

James pryed off the control panel for the second door and began checking the wires as the details ran through his head. If he didn't fix the wires just so he would be forced to cut through the steel which would take too much time. He began going over what his "uncle" taught him and soon there was a spark that gave James a slight shock. The door began to rise but soon the control panel caught fire causing the door to only rise about one foot. It might be enough room for Aveena to fit through but not him and he still had one more door to go. Lighting the torch he began to make a small semi-circle at the bottom. He needed to go slow for if even a small section remained it would be impossible to remove. James began sweating through his shirt from the heat. "This cut won't take long and then only the last will remain. How do things look?"

Anveena had stood up to stretch for a moment. Her back had started to hurt from the position she was laying in. Concrete wasn't the best thing for someone to be laying on. She looked around the hall again to make sure no one had managed to sneak over her little alarm. "So far so good," she said as she moved out into the hall. She looked it up and down a bit more before moving to the door. Looking over the small barricade they had set up she watched him a bit. Then there was the faint sound she could hear over the blow torch. "Keep low, and keep working," she said as she moved back to the room she was hiding in. She crouched down low to keep watch, and it didn't take to long before she seen several men entering the hall.
As one turned the corner he went straight for the elevator. Anveena was quick to place two rounds in his back, and drop him as he ran. The others took cover in what area they had, and started firing into the dark room. She shifted slightly so that she was halfway concealed by the wall, and fired back dropping another solider that pressed his body against the wall. The room was dark, and hid her well. Though she knew it wouldn't last long before they started to look for the flash the gun let off in order to pinpoint her. "Hurry up over there," she hollered.

After cutting out a semi circle from the door he groaned at Anveena's hasty tone. "This is ART you don't RUSH art." While abled to wiggle through the bottom of the second door. Looking up there wasnt enough space to reach the control panel. "Ok, plan B." Taking a few pieces of metal from his bag he pieced together a CO2 pressure jack. Jamming it beneath the door he flipped a switch forcing gas into the pump slowly lifting the steel door. The problem was it was definately not helping with the "Stay Hidden" plan. Taking out the tommy gun he slid to the barricade just as the soldiers began talking to eachother.
"I'll hold them off. By the time you get to the door you should be able to sneak through. Yell out to me when it's wide enough for me and no sooner or I'll have a butt full of lead." The second he saw a boot step out of the corner he began shooting causing a spray of covering fire. "Get going! I don't know how well the jack will stand up to the strain of the door. It could bust in 2 if it stands for too long."

Anveena hesitated at the thought of James covering her, but at the moment she didn't have any option. She nodded more to herself as she jumped to her feet. She dashed out of the door hearing the gunfire hitting the wall behind her. She jumped over the first barrier that James hid behind. Hitting the ground she slid under the second door. Once she was on the other side she stood up and watched the door. It bothered her a bit that James was on the other side dealing with the group of soldiers as the door slowly moved up. Then she seen the metal begin to warp. "Move it now I don't think this door will be rising much more," she called out. She stood ready as she seen his gun come through.
She decided to give him a bit of hand in order to make sure he got through. She grabbed his hands, as soon as his head was under the door, and began to pull him through the door. Once his feet where under the door she reached for the metal pieces and pulled them out causing the door to slam shut again. She leaned against the door looking down at the small area that he had cut earlier. "Alright. Not to rush your art, but that third door has got to come up quick, or were done for," she pointed out. She paused for a moment before looking at the door. "Good cover fire."
