After the initial plane crash, the area was quickly cleaned through by military personnel. After receiving word of outbreaks in other cities via the airport it was the main plan of action already set before the passenger jet could even enter air space properly. Currently no planes are being allowed in or out of the city unless approved otherwise.

It wasn't long until the plane touched down on the landing strip on the east side of Cairo. It was plain to see the facility was in a state of panic when they first touched down. People were filing in in terror as the customs agents kept watch outside as the crackles of gunfire continued. When the plane came to a stop Seth went into the armory. The first thing he took was his baretta sniper rifle which he slung over his back. Next he took a magnum revolver off the shelf and holstered it before doing the same with his machette. Finally he took the Steyr - Solothurn MP-34 submachine gun. After loading up with ammo both normal and specialty he walked out into the main cabin.
"Time to go to work." He said. Going to the back where the doctor opened up the door. He stepped out and the wind and heat hit him like a brick wall. The second he got off the plane the team was approached by three men. One, who seemed to be a political official and two that appeared to be his body-guards.
"Name's Jerry Stevens, US embassador. I was here to welcome the arrival of a few senators on a good will mission when all hell broke loose. Hordes of men came in from the desert inside schoolbusses. When they got out they started raising all hell, mostly targeting law enforcement. After the first four hours the police force was cut in half and they began rounding up civilians, locking them up and forcing them onto the busses. As soon as they fill up each bus they head right back out into the desert like some mass kidnapping." He then turned around as one of the guards at the front gate opened fire on an approaching target.
"They arn't normal. You can shoot them forever and they wont go down. Some of them are even walking around without heads. He then looked out at the streets worried. "Then there are the golems. Giant humans covered in stone. It seems that each crowd of attackers has one in their unit." He then looked at the team. "This is something we've never faced before. We're at a loss of what to do. You're the experts in this field. You're imput on how to hadle this situation would be greatly beneficial.

When Art woke up she had realized that Seth was gone, and that they were no longer moving. She sighed heavily as she closed her eyes, and just laid there for a bit. She was still hurting, but she knew she had to put it to a rest. When others were in danger she didn't matter, and she knew that. She accepted that in some form or fashion, maybe it was the reason she kept following him around. Art laid there for a bit more, before she pulled herself to her feet fighting back a slight cry. Her muscles had stiffened up from her short stay on the bed, but that was to be expected. She made her way to the dresser picking up a new change of cloths, one to suite the weather better.
Hidden in a draw beneath all her cloths was a vest that Seth had gotten her one year, and she had yet to wear it. "Not invincible," she told herself, as she slid it on, and strapped the sides. She then slid on her over shirt. Picking up her swords she attacked them to her back, and threw on her trench coat that she had always worn. Fixing up her hair to make herself seem at least half presentable. She moved to the armory to pick up the rest of her weapons. She smiled weakly at her guns as she holstered them, and looked up to Karl and Quicksilver as they had gotten ready. "I'll be out with Seth," she said lightly as she moved down to meet Seth. She kept quite while he stood there talking to the ambassador.

Karl quietly watched Seth find his stuff, only when Seth was busy getting his ammunition did he finally sit up straight and start to load up. Karl glanced sideways at Silver as he slung the Wilson combat UT-15 over his shoulder, holding it up with his tactical gun-sling, and then gave Silver a good pat on the back that was a near shove, signaling for him to come on. The two of them left, trailing Seth quietly. Quietly because Karl had nothing to say and Quicksilver was naturally quiet. By the time Karl was leaving the plane he had worked past his normal swagger and looked professional again, easing back into the flow of things. Soon as he stepped off, he was wishing he had a master-chief halo suit with some nice internal atmosphere mechanisms and air conditioning. Following Seth, Karl remained silent through the whole ordeal, looking all around surveying the scene and action around him. Surprising Cairo hasn't tried something that Karl had come to expect from middle eastern governments to deal with something like this... probably was a good thing. They could have gassed the whole town probably, along with the civilians. Thats how Karl had come to view the middle eastern governments...
When they met with the embassy's Ambassador, Karl again remained silent and listened. Finally, he said
We lost our expert scientist back in the desert... they're parasites, they're led by those rocker-fellers, and all of those people being kidnapped will soon be one of them about sums up all of what we know. We couldn't get anything else because we lost our scientist. The only "expert" input I can give is we need to take em out. Follow where they're trucking the civilians away, and get Cairo to send in the tanks.
As long as this had been going on, and probably how many civilians that had been bused off, he didn't want go in there without backup. A lot of backup. The only other option they'd be able to get Karl to think up that didn't involve wiping them out would be arrest em and try and keep em from getting let off on a plea of insanity. Then again, Egypt probably didn't have something like that--- arresting them would be a pain, but at least here, they'd be dead before sunset instead of rotting in a jail cell for a couple days or weeks. He didn't really like that thought, even if it did comfort him a bit to know that Egypt would probably be handling this with a no-s**t attitude.

"Come on, Follow me. We have some trasportation waiting you." As the team began to follow the ambassador there was a loud revving engien just outside the chain-linked fence. The man looked over as did Seth as they spotted a yellow school bus driving down the road.
"They're going awfully fast." Seth said nervously. It was then that the bus turned and sped directly at them. "WAY too fast!" He said drawing out his rifle. Within seconds the bus came barreling through the fence as the guards opened fire, one being run over in the process. It didn't stop there and continued to charge them. Acting quickly Seth pushed the ambassador out of the way, grabbed Art and jumped out of the way rolling safely to the side. When he came to a stop on the ground he raised his rifle and took out the back tires. The back end of the bus then screeched on the pavement preventing it from slamming into his jet.
The minute the bus stopped, a team of troops began filing out and opening fire on the approaching guards. The guards returned fire striking the vital areas but having no effect. Seth then looked down at Art. "The vital area below the back of the neck. I can't get it unless I'm behind them but you can. I'll cover you until you can get into close quarters. Sound good?"

Art was a bit taken at the busses actions, but as Seth raised his rifle she realized what it was. She kept close to him, more or less not knowing what exactly to do. Then it happened way to fast for her to realize what was going on. Maybe it was for the fact that she was still a bit off from the medication the doctor had given her. She knew it was a lot of reason why she wasn't in total pain at the moment. She pushed herself up from the ground as Seth also helped her to her feet. Dusting herself off she looked back toward the semi- human beings making their way off the bus. No longer human, and they all already knew why. She looked at Seth and nodded slightly. Reaching behind her back she pulled out both her swords, and adjusted her grip until she had a firm hold on them.
Raising her swords she crotched down slightly as she ran toward the group, as Seth and the other soldiers gave her cover fire. As soon as she reached the group she ducked under one of their swings, as she came up behind it and brought her sword down into the base of it's neck. Instantly the creature dropped dead to the ground. She smiled deviously as she just ran threw the crowd, drawing her sword along the stomach of as much of them as she could until she was back out on the other side. Then she raced back into the crowd, brining most of them to have their back toward the soldiers. Though she was a bit weary of them firing upon the group knowing that they were just there to protect the people, she didn't know if they were shoot anyone or just shoot the targets. Yet with Seth being there she wasn't all that worried. Art pivoted slightly on her foot brining her sword back around into the base of another creature's neck, and then drawing her sword across a second just merely wounding it.

Karl had started to get uneasy in the pit of his stomach from the moment the fast moving bus had been spotted. He wasn't sure what the speed limit was here, but it was in a suspicious-rush. He didn't like this one bit, because they had just gotten through with a conversation that included the mention that buses were running rampant around the town filled with hostile individuals. When it kept coming at the chain link fence without losing any speed, Karl started to fall back away putting more distance between him and the fence while he readied his UT-15. He almost yelled to Quicksilver, who had been at his side, to move with him and get into a position to lay down suppressive fire, but he realized Quicksilver's skill set was different then his.
Karl moved back so that he was on the left corner of a triangle-like formation, formed up of him, the group, and the bus, and went prone. He had a good line of sight down towards the left side of the bus, the opening in the chain link fence, and a bit down the road; the rest of them were blocked because they were facing the bus's broadside, which he could see around a bit. He aimed at the drivers seat with his 4x scope and fired off a quick burst from his UT-15, not caring if someone was in the seat anymore or not. He was doing it to zero his red dot scope. He finished zeroing the rifle, and switched aim. He cautiously noted Art's position in the crowd and fired at individuals not near her. He began to pull the trigger on his rifle quickly, the tungsten armor-piercing 5.56x45 ammunition zipping down range at high-velocities into the crowd at their upper-chest/torso areas, lopping them into the targets balancing volume of fire for accuracy. As far as he was concerned accuracy wise at the moment, he wanted the bullets hitting their chest and going in at least a couple inches from the spine. Volume wise, he was spending 4-5 shots a person before he moved on. The tungsten rounds over penetrated; or at least, considering the effect Karl was looking for, effectively penetrated. The things were dropping a lot easier then they had been before, probably because the bullets were going deep inside and tearing up the parasite inside or hitting vital spots they couldn't survive without, parasite or no. He had already worked through most of a magazine a few seconds into the fight. He was concerned for his ammunition count, but he smirked silently as he did his work. And this was just the tungsten 5.56x45 ammunition so far, against the normies... he was practically licking his lips to see how effective they would be against the Golems, and was even more eager to see how his .308 FVHL ammunition he loaded his 1911 dominator with worked out.

When the bus came barreling out and toward them, he moved with Karl and observed his team from the side. Seth and Art seemed to have a good thing going, and it seemed to be thinning the numbers quite well.
Falling back and staying near Karl, he hopped to his feet while turning on his cloaking. In the time it took him to stand, he had blinked from existance and was leaving the only clue to his presense in the sand. Running to the creatures, staying clear of the line of fire, he drew his tanto and ran up behind one of the creatures. With a quick, clean stab, he ended it's existance and severed its ties to the hive mind that told it what to do.
Moving to the next, and then the next, he killed three when he saw Art moving through the crowd. He stayed clear of her so he didnt get in her way. The last thing he wanted was for her to slice his arm off with one of her wild slashes. As weak as his bones were, she had the strength to do it.
Keeping with his pattern, he began to take down the monsters until the small crowd that piled out of the bus started to thin out.

As the NADAS team faught with a small team of the strange soldiers a larger legion began invading the airport terminal. Though the guards fired off their weapons they did not strike the vital area and the enemy proceded to advance until they cut down the resistance completely after which they rushed into the building taking out various restaining devices as others began to tazer civilians into submission.
Though Quicksilver and Art were cutting down one soldier after another they were quickly surrounded by seven in number. The seven soldiers rotated their heads their necks cracking until all of there arms fell off dead onto the pavement. Their arms were quickly replaced by insectoid blades much similar to those of a preying mantis. With vacant looks four soldiers adanced, two at Quicksilver and two at Art, one going low the other high.
Seth was covering Art up to the point she got surrounded. He no longer could see her and couldn't risk hitting her. He just had to believe in the abilities of the two swordsmen. Meanwhile he looked around confused and then back at Karl. "Where's the controlling Golem?" He asked giving a name to the stone soldiers. It was then that ten soldiers equipped with Soviet K7's exited the bus and aimed at him and Karl. Seth picked up his rifle and backed up. "Oh sh*t!" He cried out. Running back the team open fire instantly catching his arm. He bit his lip to keep from screaming as he slid behind the tire of one of the smaller planes. Seth pulled out his Magnum revolver and placed in six explosive bullets. He then looked over at Karl. "Cover me so I can get some aiming time. I can't shoot well on the fly!"

Although he hadn't been able to get any flash bangs from the aircraft, he had a couple of smoke grenades. Although he doubted they'd be any help, he didn't even know if they'd work at giving them lung cancer or some other bulls**t disease that may take decades to kill them with. He growled into his headset as he adjusted his aim, his over-penetrating rounds making firing into the Melee Art and Silver were in a seemingly bad idea, and fired at the things now starting to fire at them.
already f**king on it!
As he adjusted his aim, he scoot a little bit over towards an unmanned airport baggage carrier that had been left on the runway near where he was. He started to fire another triple tap into one of the closer ones to Seth, but heard a click on the 3rd shot. Luckily enough, the two shots had did it in; one hit the parasite controlling it and put it out of commission. Karl stood up and sprinted the last leg of the way while reloading, dropping to the ground in cover at the baggage carrier as the things started opening fire.nd pulled out his Pachmayr dominator, setting it down beside his UT-15 for a quick draw after he used up the fresh magazine. He also, risking losing both his sidearms if he was forced to fall back, pulled out his Kahr K9 and set it down to draw quickly as well. He was planning to put as much lead and steel downrange as he could without having to pause. Seth was going to need it. He had luckily chosen a good position, putting the hostiles they were focusing on in a cross fire, while making them divide their attention. The commotion behind him further into the terminal was luckily ignoring him. Karl opened fire, first at the ones that were aiming at Seth since Seth was closer; Karl couldn't tell from here the specifics, but they looked like sub machine guns. So he didn't think they would be throwing precision fire at him. He felt rather confident because of that prone and in cover. He opened fire again, trying to be as precise as possible yet firing quickly, and took down several more as he ran through the magazine. By the time he was done with the magazine he had knocked the 10 men down to 4. He then lowered the rifle instead of reloading, and picked up his pachmayr dominator. He had one shot with this, but the dominator had some short range optics that would suffice for this that allowed him to be pretty darn precise with it. And he wasn't going to NEED to be precise with the round chambered... he aimed, and fired, the extreme shock FHVL round entering its body and doing its job. By the bullet's "exploding" and fragmenting effect, he had no doubt even before the thing started to hit the ground that the parasite controlling it hadn't been shredded along with its hosts organs. He lowered the "handcannon" and drew his final side arm, firing away more slowly as he dropped another one. Not wasting any time, he reloaded and used another magazine and a half for his pistol dropping the last two instead of reaching for his other two firearms and using them instead.
He had never been a "sniper", or what the public generally considers a S.W.A.T sniper/marksmen, but he had been a marksmen in the military sense of a designated marksmen, and he had been good enough to be a "marksmen" in its simplest and most basic definition. So he put down his rounds quick, yet effectively and accurately, in as short a time span as possible while not just spraying lead all over the group. Now that he had taken those 10 threats out, he took a long moment to reload all three weapons...

Art cried out as she felt a blunt hit to the stomach that knocked her to the ground. She gripped her stomach tightly as she panted heavily. Looking around she knew there was to many, and considering that she still wasn't even at half her capacity she really didn't know if she could handle it. Even if she was at one hundred percent she didn't think they would be able to handle this much. Her body ached and her mind screamed, but she knew that she had to keep fighting. It was a matter of life and death, more so she just wanted to make sure that Seth was safe. That was all that ever mattered to her.
Looking up into the crowd she realized that she could no longer see Seth, Karl, or QuickSilver. She swallowed hard as she used her sword to help her to her feet. Standing defensively she decided to let them come to her. At least that way she could cut down a lot on her movement. "S- Seth," she panted heavily into her mic as she pivoted on her left foot. She brought her blade around into the base of the neck of another creature. "Do you even s- see an end . . ." her words dropped off as she hit the ground again thanks to being ran down by one of the creatures. She caught a glimpse of her swords and grimaced slightly as the hairline fractures that were appearing. "Do you see an end. . . I don't think my swords can handle to much more," she spoke quickly as she tried her best to keep moving. Though she was more asking to know how much longer she could hold out. She was already starting to feel the strain on her body.

As Karl laid down the supressing fire the concentration on him stopped and he popped from behind his cover. Taking time to take careful aim he positioned his revolver just so until it was steady. When he had targeted the upper chest of one of the dead soldiers he fired. The bullet soared through the air like a fireball and upon hitting the target exploded with firey rage blowing his target apart as well as knocking the two beside him away one of which broke his neck on the cement and stopped moving where as the other had half his face blown off and was now on fire. He was still mobile but no-longer had a hold onf his weapon. Taking his time he fired off two more shots killing three and severely crippling four which had yet to get up. It wasn't until he got the call from Art that he stopped.
"Allright, I'm on my way!" He replied. He then looked back at Karl. "The rest of this show is yours." He said pointing back at the eight remaining soldiers some of whom were unarmed and some mangled. Hearing Art's request for a blade he dashed in her direction as gunfire opened on him. Taking his machete out of its sheath he wound up and chucked the blade at the crowd surrounding Art. The blade embedded itself in the back of one of the mutated soldiers backs causing him to fall face down next to Art with the blade handle sticking up. Once he had smiled in victory he felt a bullet graze his ankle and he hit the ground hard behind a bagage carrier. Swearing to himself he hear the thuds as slugs slammed into the suitcase. He looked at Arts situation. The blast from his revolver was to big to risk hitting Art and his semi-automatic didn't have good enough aim. Making a split descision he aimed his revolver a few feet behind the crowd of 'slicer' soldiers. He fired off the three remaining bullets causing three concentrated blasts which only managed to phase on and turn its attention at him.
At that moment a bag fell down from the cart shot to hell. He was losing his cover and he couldn't run with his ankle hit. In a desperate measure he kicked a number of the baggage off of the cart before standing on it. Then, with his good foot he began pushing the cart with his good foot while standing on it with his bad foot using it as a scooter. After building up speed he soon found himself jetting at the slicer he managed to get the attention of. Once he was close enough he vaulted from the cart and blindly tackled it to the ground relieving Art of one of her attackers.

Art smiled as she pushed back her attackers enough to sheath one of her swords, and then pulled the machete out of the fallen creatures back. She pivoted around brining her sword into the back of another. "There's to many," she mumbled under her breath. She looked around for Quick, but couldn't see him anywhere. She couldn't even see where anyone else was for that factor. Though the white haired man tumbling to the ground not even seconds later. She moved her way threw the crowd maiming as many as she could. Her mind set on getting to Seth. Him being this close, even if he had a gun he'd run out of ammo before they would drip.
She brought the machete up into the throat of another soldier, and shifted it around taking it threw the side. Kneeling down next to him, she helped him sit up. "Are you okay," she asked lightly before standing up and driving her weapons into a new onset of attackers. "Seth can you get up. We need to get you out of here," she said as she looked back at him. She didn't let it show but she was worried. At first glance she knew he was hurt. To her the priority was Seth, and to make sure that he was safe.

Quicksilver had worked his way quite close to Art. He had seen her getting into trouble in the less than good sort, and figured he could help. She didnt see him only because he was still cloaked. The things had no idea he was there, and when they found out, it was too late. He had already killed one, or was a blur and dissapered into the crowd, only to end the "life" another of the creatures.
He got close enough to see her and Seth, and sliently cursed. He saw the man injured, and the creatures slowly starting to overwealm them. He did the only thing he could think of to take some of the heat off them, and executed it.
In an instant, he blinked into existance in the middle of the crowd, not ten feet from Art and Seth. In a flash, he cut down a creature who was raising one of it's improvised weapons at him, and thought to Art and Seth.
"Get him to safety! I can handle these!" He said, but he wasnt sure how much truth was in it. If they left and he was left here on his own, it meant that all of them would be gunning for him. He was good, but he didnt think he could hold his own against all of these things. But then again, when they got a safe distance away, he could simply pull a Houdini and dissapear, never to be seen again by the things.
"Hurry!" He yelled out to them, blocking a hit from a shovel and slicing the wooden handle in half before ramming the blade through the creatures chest.

Just before the remaining legions prepared for another strike their heads lifted into the air as if they smelled something. Seth took the opportunity to skid beneath a private plane and pull Art to safety with him. All at once the soldiers dashed off into the building and Seth let out a sigh of relief but knew that it wasn't yet over. He was quick to rip open the medical bag attached to his side and begin taping up the wound.
"What the hell's going on?" He asked as he heard some gunfire coming from inside the building. "We have to do.." suddenly a giant shockwave struck as the back of the school bus was ripped open as if it were made of tin. Out from the mangled metal stepped forth one of the stone giants. It looked at them and groaned. Instead of grabbing one of his weapons, the stone man reached over and ripped a lightpole out of the ground. After a slow wind up he swung the large pole at Quicksilver at a breakneck speed.
