Art laughed slightly as she practically downed the bottle of water and set it down on the side table. She looked up at the doctor and smiled. "You wont have to worry about that. I think I'll be sleeping the next 24 hours away," she said lightly as she looked up at Serina. "As for the wedding yes I would love for you to plain it. An as for my parents. No they really don't care to much for Seth, nor the path I have chosen to follow," she said with a slight sigh. She shook her head and looked up at them and smiled. "But I don't care. I love Seth, and I don't care what anyone thinks," she said with a laugh.
She shifted to lay down on the bed, and covered herself up. Shifting slightly so she could look up at them as they started to leave the room. "As for the mood swings. I don't think they could be any worse then how I felt today," she said as she closed her eyes. Her heart nearly breaking as the thought of nearly losing Seth had crossed her mind. But it came and went as she finally fell asleep in the comfort of their own bed.

Everything was blurry as Seth reached up and touched the bandages on his head. Opening his eyes the world around him seemed wavy as his sences came back to him slowly. When finally his vision cleared and he looked around. He soon found himself laying down in his bed and the slight shake of the cabin. As he tried to turn over he felt a pain in his abdomen and quickly laid flat. Looking to his left he saw Art sleeping soy which made him smile. He had no intention of waking her as she needed her sleep. Though it hurt to turn over, he reached blindly to the night stand grabbing the intercom. After fumbling a bit he pressed the button for the cockpit. "Sunny? Sunny what our ETA? Where we headed?" He whispered into the mic. After some static he heard a reply.
"Right now we're over Texas on our way to Art's in Alaska. We've been in the air about three hours and should be landing in about thirteen." Seth nodded to himself.
"Roger." He responded and placed the mic back in place. He was careful not to move much as not to wake up Art. As he grew more aware he felt a burning sensation over his eye and on his gut. This pain was all masked by all the thoughts going through his head. He smiled remembering once again that he was about to be a husband and a father. It would feel odd being grounded for so long but he knew it would be worth it in the end.

Art shifted slightly before leaning over the bed and vomiting into the trash ben. Panting slightly as she laid back on her back she smiled lightly before rolling over and looking at Seth. For a moment she didn't realize that he was awake, until he moved. Art smiled lightly but she was also frowning inside. Rolling onto her side she propped herself up onto her elbow and looked down at him. She ran her hand along the side of his face, before leaning down and kissing him gently. She pulled back and smiled lightly again. "You went threw so much for me," she said lightly before laying down beside him.
She closed her eyes as she laced her fingers with his. "So much pain, but your still here with me," she said as she looked up at him. "I'm so sorry for all your pain, but thank you for loving me and thank you for saving me," she spoke lightly. Her finger gently tracing the bandage on his eye. "I'm so sorry for all this." Art sighed heavily as she rested her arm on his shoulder, and gently placed her hand on his chest. "Still now we both have a future to look forward to."

Seth raised his hand and touched his forehead and groaned. "I feel like I've been hit by a truck. Those drugs doc gave me must really pack a punch. I can barely move." He then managed to tilt his head and look over. Half his face was covered with bandages covering his right eye. "Are you feeling okay? I'm sorry your not feeling well. I guess that's partially my fault." He said before laughing. He then stopped and cringed as his chest hurt. "As for saving you, It's kinda what I do. I'm not going to win any father or husband of the year awards if I keep taking you to these death traps." He then crinkled his brow. "Might turn into the crocadile hunter." He then looked back at the ceiling.
"Your parents. Agh...once they take a look at me they'll know I've pulled you through the mud again. I just know I won't get a warm welcome." He then sighed. "Maybe I can get to know them better if they join us at the new house." He then bit his lip. "But with the way things are I just hope I can move again before we land." He then looked at Art with a brighter look on his fae. "If your still feeling sick to your stomache, Sunny keeps some Dromomine in the cockpit."

Art smiled lightly as she leaned over Seth and gently kissed him on the lips. When she parted she quickly kissed him again before sitting up on the bed. "Don't really care what my parents think. I'm grown up, and I have all rights to chose who I wish to fall in love with," she said as she looked down at him. She leaned over allowing her fingers to gently trace the side of his face. "Besides I love you no matter how you look. You always look sexy to me," she said with a smile. Finally slidding her feet over the bed she quickly slipped into something more comfortable. Turning back to Seth she grinned a bit. "Now get you some sleep. I'm going to take something. I figure it's just from all the excitment thats why i'm sick," she said. Walking to the door she turned back and blew him a kiss before walking out of the room. Walking down the hall she realized that after her adrinalin left that her body was far more weaker than she expected.
Though after everything that had happened it was to be expected. Art smiled lightly as she nocked on the cockpit door, and slowly opened it. She looked around and then at Sunny. Smiling a bit she nodded as she stepped it. "Sunny, Seth said that you might Dromomine around here. I was wondering if I could have some?" she asked lightly as she looked at him, and then out the window. One thing she was going to miss about being grounded was the free roam they had to go anywhere. Though she figured that once everything was done maybe they could travel a bit again.

Sunny swiveled in his chair and looked at Art from Head to toe. He then put on a mischievious smile. "Why Art, you are truely fetching. You simply glow with maternal warmth." He then opened one of the side compartments and pulled out a vial of pills. "So, Seth proposed eh? Probably just because he found out about your situation." He then leaned forward. "You know, I would treat you much better if you were mine." He said standing up. Stepping up to her he put his hand on her shoulder and leared at her body. "He's too wrecklace. When are you going to see that. We both know why you've stayed on this ship for so long. How long will you go on before you admit it to yourself. Denile is so unhealthy, especially for an expecting mother."

Art looked up at Sunny and smiled. "Well Seth didn't know about the baby before he preposed," she explained as she reached up and took the vial from his hand. "An besides it is my own choice who i fall for, and who I don't," she said as she looked back to him. She smiled lightly. "An besides as I look at it like this, Seth has done more for me than anyone I have ever know. He has saven my life on numerous times, and many of them have been because of my own reckless behavior and not his," she explained as she took a couple of pills out and handed him the vial back. "Thank you for the pills," she said as she turned back to the door and stopped for a moment. "I love him, and he makes me happy. I don't care were we go as long as I can stay by his side I'm set for life."

"Sure, whatever." He said turning back to his station. "Everyone knows that women get emotional during pregnancy." He then sneered and looked back at her. "They also have a tendency of getting rather frisky. And with Seth in bed all bandaged up I doubt he could rise to the occasion. If ever you have a need that he is unable to fill you should come and pay me a visit." He then looked forward. "His mind is always elsewhere anyways. He lives to kill, not create." He then smiled again pressing some buttons. "You ever seen a man fly a plane and make love at the same time? I'm a very skilled multi-tasker."

Art grinned as she looked back at Sunny. "I'll ask Seth when he feels better," she said with a laugh. She opened the door and walked out of the room and shut the door behind her. She took a deep breath and slowly let it out as she closed her eyes and leaned up against. Closing her eyes as she stood there for a moment, before pushing off the door. She walked down the hall before stopping in the kitchen and getting something to do down the pills. Putting the glass in the sink and made her way down the hall to the bed room. She looked at Seth and smiled lightly before crawling into the bed with him. She laid laid down on the bed and gently wrapped her arms around him, before kissing his cheek. "Love you so much," she said as she nuzzled her head into the pillow beside him. Yawning slightly she watched at Seth drifted back to sleep, and she wasn't to far behind. Smiling lightly as she slept beside him.

Seth stirred in place as the sun came across his eyes. Art was stillclinging to him, something that made him smile. He didn't want to wake her though. Moving around it didn't hurt as much like it did before. Sudd enly there was a bit of turbulance causing Arts arm to fall off him. Chuckling a bit as she stirred he shifted to the side of the bed. Wincing a bit as he stood up he limped over to his closet where he put on some new cloths. Stopping to look down at Art he re-covered her with a sheet before exiting the room. As the plane rocked again he made his way to the medical room. "Hey doc, I thought I'd stop in for a checkup. What's the time anyways?" The doctor looked up at him quizically.
"It's aproximately 10am, not that time means much on this plane anyhow. You've been out for over twenty hours." Seth smiled as the doc sat him in the chair. The doc then began looking him over. "We're aproximately four hours from Alaska." That's when he frowned again.
"I deal better with the undead." He chuckled. "I don't mean to be rude but sometimes those two can be unpleasant. And not just to me. I don't think they give her a fair hand either." The doctor simply nodded.
"Well physically your healing up well. As for your future endevors I can't help." Seth bit his lip and nodded before smiling at him. After patting the chair he headed back into the bedroom. After going back in he walked over to Art's side of the bed and knelt down and looked at her while holding her hand

Art yawned slightly as she stirred in the bed. It was a bit before she opened her eyes just barly. She smiled lightly as she looked up at Seth, and tightened her hand around his. "Good morning," she said lightly. Yawning again she finally pushed herself up. She leaned forward and kissed him gently on the cheek. "How are you feeling now?" she asked before slipping out of bed. She walked to the clausent and picked out a change of cloths. She stopped for a moment before turning back to Seth. "Hope you got a good nights rest," she said lightly as she got dressed.

Seth smiled and walked to her. Placing a hand on her cheek he looked at her lovingly. "With you by my side, nothing can touch me." He then leaned in and kissed her forehead. "My very own angel, watching over me." As Art walked to the mirror he came up behind her and wrapped his arms over her shoulders. "Don't worry about me. From now on I will devote every waking second to making sure your comfortable." He then kissed her on the neck and looked at her in the mirror. "I will be at your every need and whim." He then went over to his dresser and started putting on a new shirt.
"Once you get dressed you should find a seat. We'll be landing in about ten. I'm heading down to the cargo bay to get the snowmobiles prepped." With that said he opened the door and headed into the hallway. Soon Fergison followed behind him with some coffee in hand handing it off.
"Are you sure you should be up sir? The doctor still hasn't cleared you." Seth shook his head as he walked the metal stairs down into the cargo area.
"Art needs to see her parents. Besides, I've been in worse scrapes." He then stopped and sighed. "I just hope they take this information positively. I don't want Art to get upset if her parents raise a fuss." Soon the PA turned on.
"All passangers buckle up for landing." When Sunny's voice rand out, Fergison and Seth found a place to sit while the plane was landing. Thanks to the helecopter like props, the vertical landings were pretty smooth. After a few minutes they felt the impact of touchdown. Fergison then followed Seth to one of the lockers where he began putting on his winter gear.
"So your going to tell them everything?" Fegison asked. "The pregnancy and all. I don't think they'll buy you preposed before you found out." After he was suited up he headed over to the snowmobile and threw the tarp off it and started checking it over.
"Their human lie detectors. They'ld be able to tell if I wasn't being honest and that would just make things worse. Besides, it's not polite to your soon to be inlaws."

"Besides I don't really care. It's not up to them to decide who makes me happy," Art said as she walked down the stairs. She smiled as she looked up at Seth. "And he is the only one who has been doing that," she said lightly before walking over to him. She kissed him gently on the cheek, before walking over to the locker. "All a parent should ever care about is if their kid is doing right or wrong, and what makes them happy," she pointed out as she slipped on her pants and then the boots. She then slipped on her coat and zipped it up. By the time she got everything on she was already burning up, but it was normal. It always made going outside feel much better anywise. She walked over to Seth with her gear in hand and smiled. "How do they look?" she asked and with the thumbs up she smiled again.
Helping him get the snowmobiles outside she finished putting everything else on. Turning to Seth she smiled lightly. "Don't worry about them. Leave them up to me," she said as she started up her snowmobile. She waited for Seth to take off before she followed in behind him. It was a good thirty minute ride there, mostly for the fact that Art always ended up playing around on their way there and their detours always ended up longer. By the time they reached the house she noticed that her father was brining the trash in. She waved to him and he just nodded his head as he always did. then turned and shouted into the house, and soon her mother came out.
Pulling the snow mobile up to a stop. Art jumped up and ran to them to give them a hug, and like always there was a bit of resistance. "I still see your with him," her mother spoke with a bit of hatred in her voice. "Well your here why don't the two of you come in. We have left overs if you want," she said as she walked in and left them out to the cold air.

[For the record, I had a funny post about Matthias leaving the lower-class settlements, and it included a hooker, and a reverse Taxi-Driver joke, but it was all lost when I posted it and found out I'd been auto-logged out. Not that's of any importance, I feel it just bares mentioning.]
Matthias walked up to the Airline clerk, and aged middle-eastern man with a half-smoked cigarette hanging from his mouth.
"Hello, welcome to the Egyptair International, all civilian flights have been canceled due to the plane crash incident. We are sorry for the inconvenience, thank you." said the Airline Clerk, not looking up from the tiny TV on his desk.
Matthias grumbled, pulling out his BSAA badge.
"Ah! Apologies sir. You are in the wrong line. Please go over to section الثاني من." said the Airline Clerk, to his credit glancing up once to examine the badge.
Matthias nodded and walked off, muttering to himself in German over how in God's name he was going to be able to determine where the "لثاني من" section was.
Twenty Minutes Later
"Alright sir are you carrying any weapons?" asked the Airline Security Personnel, an overweight Egyptian with sunglasses and a short beard.
"Yes." he said, opening his two weapons cases to reveal his assault rifle, pistol, and combat knife.
"You have license for these?" asked the Security Personal, poking the assault rifle with his pudgy finger.
"Umm... I don't sink so, but I--" Matthias was interrupted
"All unlicensed firearms must be confiscated." said the Security Personnel in a bland matter-of-fact tone.
"But I have zee BSAA badge, surely you don't need zat if your in an international agency?" Matthias asked, visibly frustrated.
"No exceptions sir. You may leave or continue and have your weapons confiscated." said the Security Personnel.
Matthias sighed, perhaps this was fate's way of punishing him, God knows the Interpol agents had to go through similar bulls***.
"Zhis is ridiculous. I'm a BSAA agent, I must speak to your--" Mathias was once again interrupted.
"NO exceptions, sir." said the Security Personnel blandly again.
"But-" Matthias started
The Security Personnel took in a deep breath,
"NONONONONONONONONONONOnonononononononononono" he took in another breath, his belly jiggling like some sort of uniformed Muslim Santa Claus.
"Exceptions, SIR!" said the Security Personnel.
He glanced around, the terminal was pretty empty short for a snoozing janitor in the corner. He could probably kill or incapacitate this man with little problem. A light-bulb went off in Matthias's head.
"Listen" he said, leaning in close and gesturing for the Security Personnel to do the same.
"I'll give you fifty gineih" offered Matthias
"No." said the Security Personnel
"Sixty?" he offered
"No." said the Security Personnel
"Fine, Hundred Gineih, und number of #1 prostitute in all of Cairo." offered Matthias, going all in. He'd have enough for one drink on the flight and a pack of cigarettes if he did his math right.
The Security Personnel gave Matthias a look of justified disbelief.
"Fine, more like #1 prostitute in all of Khan el-Khalili district, still good, yah?" said Matthias.
The Security Personnel stood up and scratched his beard, pondering if he could milk anything else out of the westerner.
Matthias spotted a wedding ring on the Security Personnel's finger and read his name tag.
"Of course, if zhat doesn't verk, I'll just have to stay hier und tell Mrs.Mubarak about how much her husband thinks about prostitutes." said Matthias with a wide grin.
The Security Personnel sighed in defeat.
"Alright, but if you get caught on other side, you say you stuck them up ass, understood Mr.Kraut?" said the Security Personnel, annoyed.
"Naturally." said Matthias in relief, if that'd turned out to just be some tacky Arab bling he'd have been pretty screwed.
Matthias exchanged the previously agreed
He walked down the path and boarded his nearly empty flight, asking for a strong rum and coke as they took off.
"Farewell Egypt, I'll miss you." he said as the air-port, then Cairo itself, became smaller and smaller in the distance, eventually the tan landscape being blasted away by the shimmering blue waters of the Mediterranean.

-2 weeks ago- After the issue with the extremists in Las Vegas a digital flier was sent out stating all flights out of the city had been grounded until further notice. It was only when the waiting time was uncertain that Aya would become an impatient person. "Our next best bet is Seattle," she pointed on the road map, "It's the closest uninfected city with an active airport and intercontinental jets still in operation."Groans were heard, but it was agreed it was better than just sitting around for what would end up being weeks or even months. A new road trip began just on the inside of the West coast, trekking up to Washington State. The group made a couple of stops along the way to make the journey a little less arduous and only a little bit longer; that, and besides the fact Aya and Matthew had both completely lost all of their gear made it the perfect opportunity to load up again. There was a hub in Salem - Aya cracked a small joke about it being the same as Tyson's surname - dealing in supplies. The bronze haired girl picked up a familiar new Primary, grabbing a few 5.56 mags to go with her new 416. A small debate went about getting another car but Aya advised against it considering they wouldn't be taking their vehicles overseas anyway, all being mutual that rotating shifts would exist for whoever sat in the bed of the truck. After they finally reached Seattle they were greeted with the splendid news that a passenger jet had brought in an infected civilian; a small, contained crisis occurring in the airport. Scowling at the nuisance, Aya hunkered down in one corner of the terminal as the three of them waited until planes were allowed in the air again. That wasn't for another week. Aya's decision making skills remained intact when they learned planes in Las Vegas were still grounded when they finally boarded the first flight to Cairo; Tyson graciously dropping the dosh for three expensive-as-hell tickets over. _________________________________________________________
-Present- Now here they were, hang timing over Libya with the Mediterranean Sea to their left and the Red Sea on their horizon. The aircraft was... exotic, to describe it accurately. The only people who used it were those who had money, and usually the people who had money weren't precisely important to the governing or survival of the human race. It was purely the remaining wealthy folk who wanted to go about tourism as if the carrier plague didn't exist; maybe even wasting their cash as such to mask their mental trauma of the truth that exist miles below their feet. The sort of truth that ate each other. Aya passed through one cabin; pink, purple and blue lights slowly fading and gliding over the room as steady techno crawled out of the surround sound in the walls. A particularly sexy vibe embraced the atmosphere as dancers were close to swooning business men in their seats. The bronze haired girl only hoped the money received was going to something more important, stepping through the threshold to first class. There weren't even enough paying people to fill first class. The flight staff utilized the rear cabins for shipping supplies; at least something good coming out of this. Aya flapped her hand in front of her face while passing through a cloud of cigarette smoke, grimacing at the approval of lighted tobacco on an airline. She moved further to the head of the class meeting Matthew and Tyson at their seats, planting the bottle of water Ty had asked for on his arm rest. Aya was pleased to see his metal cast off and discarded to the side as she took her seat, "Should only be another half hour," she said to both of them. "Attention: We are now flying into Egypt airspace,"The hostess nearly echoed Aya's own words and she shrugged when the pointlessness of speaking the sentence occurred, "I'm thinking we head into the markets before trying our lead; 'couple of things I want to grab, be prepared for any sticky business which is more than likely to happen," she said before taking a swig from her own bottle of bourbon, looking out the window, "If we end up in a snatch with your PMC Matt we should probably think of an escape plan as well; some sort of contigency. I know some people, but-" she turned to look to Tyson and Matthew, "The more contacts we have on the ground the better we'll be. Make ourselves as large as possible so that we can't be overestimated," looking back out the window, "'Sides the fact two out of three of us can bear hug a cement wall to dust," adding with a smile. Credibility stood in Matthew's voice when he talked about Medusa. He didn't have to speak it, but Aya knew they would be formidable, there was already enough evidence to establish that they were greater than Umbrella even. Odds were, somebody on the plane already called in a wire on sighting Matthew when they boarded. Aya could play a game of tactics and over-caution on that one.
