Gabe picked up a change of clothing in his room after paying the cab driver. Getting a quick shower and putting on a navy suit jacket and trousers with a t shirt. His powerhand was collapsed into the wrist band size in case anything came up. Not likely but it was better to be safe. Afterwards he waited down in the lobby, eventually seeing Eva and Shadow enter, all spruced up for the festival.
"Hey, look at you, going for a local look then?" He looked down noticing she was still wearing her usual black boots under her kimono, laughing for a sec. "Well, more or less, sorry. Well as long as you're ready, the park is only a block or two away. You ready?"
He held the door open letting the two of them pass.

Eva grinned when Gabriel laughed at her boots. "Hey, I gotta look stylish anywhere I go," she said as she walked out the door with Shadow behind her. She turned to look at Gabriel as he let the door shut behind him. "Besides I tried to put there shoe's on. I can't wear them. They hurt my feet, and I wanted to have fun." She let Gabriel lead the way down the street. She wasn't use to actually walking on the main street, but if you let her lead the way she could talk you through all the back ways in order to get where they were going.
The sun was already setting by the time they reached the festival. Eva nearly squealing as she seen the site of the crowd. She had never been to a festival before. The strings of lights that lined the little wooden buildings that held games and various other things inside of them. At the very end she couldn't see it through the crowd, but she could hear the music playing. Without thinking she reached out grabbing Gabriel's hand and pulling him into the crowd. "Come on. I don't want to miss a thing," she said as she dragged him into the crowd with Shadow in toe.
She pulled him to a stall that wasn't in one of the small buildings. There was a small pool with a bunch of goldfish inside of it. She knelt down in front of the pool and looked at the woman. "How do you play?" she asked lightly.
"Take the small net and try to catch the fish. If the paper brakes you lose the fish, but if it doesn't you win and get to keep the goldfish. The catch is to get one close to the surface and try to keep from dipping the net to far into the water."
Eva shuffled through the small change purse she had bought and pulled out the money to pay the woman. Taking the net she tried to catch the goldfish, but as soon as she pulled it up the paper broke letting the fish fall back into the water. Eva growled a bit and tried again with the same affect. The third time she tried and the paper didn't break, but the fish managed to flop off the net and into the water. Eva just stared at the fish as it swam back to it's friends. "Well I don't think that one wanted to come with me." Shadow barked behind her causing her to laugh. Eva turned around and scratched his ear. "No it doesn't look like were getting another friend. You and Gabriel will be my good friends," she said as she turned to the woman. "Thank you." She looked up at Gabriel and grinned. "What would you like to do?"

"Better luck next time kid."
Gabriel laughed ruffling her hair as they passed a few more booths, he bought her some yakatori, then offered Shadow a hat from another stall before the dog backed off death glaring him. Eventually they stopped at a shooting gallery.
"<Hey, you're the movie star right?>" The booth owner recognised. "<Why don't you show us some of those action hero skills?>"
Gabriel put his money down and took one of the small rifle props getting a quick feel for it, his first shot went wide off the mark.
"Huh, the props had a bit more kick, I think I got it now."
The next few rounds were perfect bullseyes, a small crowd clapped as Gabe picked out a massive stuffed panda for Eva, making sure she didn't loose balance holding it.
"Well, I think you have a dance partner for tonight."

Eva laughed a bit as she wrapped her arms around the Panda. "Thank you." She held what was left of her Yakatori in her other hand as she knelt down to show Shadow the Panda. "Look what I got. He's going to take up half the room in our hotel," she said laughing slightly. Shadow snorted before he grabbed the rest of the Yakatori, and swallowed it without chewing. Eva stared at the stick for a moment then looked at Shadow. "Okay I assume you were hungry." Shadow barked before licking her on the cheek. Laughing she patted his head and stood up. "Are you satisfied now?" Shadow nodded his head in approval.
She grinned as she looked up at Gabriel. "Looks like I'm not the only one who liked that chicken. Thank you." She looked up as they walked up the street. At the very end near a small pond a group of people were gathered around a bunch of dancers as they danced to the music. "This is fun. I've never had this much fun before." She looked up at him and grinned. "Thank you for letting us come." She swung the panda back and forth in her arms as she watched the dancers.

"I don't think the fun is over just yet. Hope you don't have stage fright."
The dancers invited a few people from the crowd for the next display, Gabe took the panda and pointed Eva out discreectly, two dancers hooked her arms and brought her up to join in. He looked down at Shadow afterwards.
"You want to go for it too be my guest." The dog hung his head. "Fine, be that way, I'll buy you some more chicken on the way out."
The dancers gave a quick set of instructions before starting again, the spectators clapping for the new additions. In the middle of the show the fireworks display at the edge of the park went off.
"and you wanted to go get more food? You need to enjoy yourself like she's doing."

Eva laughed as she danced with the dancers. She looked around the crowd to see Shadow and Gabriel. She waved to them about the time that the fire works went off. The dancers finally come to a stop as the crowed clapped for them. Eva quickly moved through the crowd to finish watching the fireworks. She clapped her hands along with everyone else in the crowd. "Those were amazing. I've never seen fireworks before. They were so colorful and beautiful."
Shadow barked in return, and then looked at Gabriel as if he owed him something. Eva laughed again and patted Shadow on the head as they started to move back through the crowd. She took the Panda back from him and hugged it tightly. They stopped at a booth where Gabriel had purchased the chicken that he promised Shadow. As soon as it touched his lips the chicken was gone. "Good gosh!" Eva said as she laughed. "I knew you liked it, but not like that." She reached down and patted him on the head. She purchased another one and gave it to him. "Save it till we get back to the hotel." Shadow nodded as he gently held it in his mouth.

"Seems to let his stomach lead him most of the time, except when you need him. Better grab a taxi back to the hotel now, looks like they're closing up."
Gabriel half carried Eva back to street, she seemed tired out after the hours she's spent at the festival and the dancing must have finished her off. Shadow walked from the other side, helping prop up the panda to take the weight off. A cab picked three, arguably four up, Gabe paying and letting the others rest.
"Don't worry about the dog buddy." Gabe told the driver. "He's all kinds of trained and well behaved."
Back at the hotel Gabe and Shadow carried Eva and her toy the rest of the way to her room, fiddling with the key for a minute before unlocking the door and laying her on the bed, Shadow hoped up next to her trying to stop the bear taking his share of the space.
"Hope you enjoyed yourself Rabbit, get some extra sleep tomorrow morning and get your strength back. Maybe consider some proper dancing shoes for next time." He closed the door behind him heading back to his room.

When Gabriel left the room Eva opened her eyes. She let out a heavy sigh as she looked at her backpack that sat in the corner of the room. She felt Shadow shift on the bed beside her and then start to whimper almost as if he knew what she was thinking. She sat up looking at the panda that was on her bed, and then the dress she was in. "I don't deserve this," she said lightly as she swung her feet over the bed. She looked back at Shadow with a weak smile. "Enjoy that bed for a few more minutes. I think it's time to leave," she said lightly as she walked over to the fridge and her backpack.
She packed the backpack with the food she had put in the fridge the day before. She then changed her cloths. Eva made up the bed all the while Shadow laid on the floor whimpering. She stopped and looked at him and smiled weakly. "You and I know that I don't deserve this. I wont mind if you want to stay. You seem to have taken a liking to Gabriel." Shadow barked. "Hush. I don't want him to know." She finished fixing up the bed and laid the dress across it and sat the panda at the top. On a note she wrote I'm sorry, but I don't deserve your kindness. Thank you for showing me the best two days of my life. Take care of yourself. Eva
Eva threw on her backpack and headed out the door. She looked around making sure no one was around. She looked back as Shadow followed her. She smiled weakly and made her way to the stairs. She followed them down and out of the front of the building. Looking around the street she quickly hit the alley behind the hotel and to the woods that was behind the hotel. Thunder echoed through the sky as they moved further into the woods. The light from the moon disappearing from the clouds that covered the sky. Soon it began to rain causing Eva to run faster. Shadow whimpered behind her causing her to laugh. "Well I'm sorry I didn't check the weather before we left."
She tripped over a stump and hit the ground. Cursing slightly and the thought of turning back crossed her mind. She quickly shook her head as she stood up. "No. I don't deserve that life," she mumbled under her breath as she tried to venture farther. Again she tripped over something stumbling to a partially covered path. Looking at it closer she noticed that it was unkept. "Shadow this way." She followed the path closely until it lead her to an abandoned building. She carefully moved up the step, but stopped when Shadow started barking. As lightning flashed in the sky revealing a dark colored snake sitting on the top step.
Shadow barked again and Eva tried to move out of the way, but was to slow. The snake struck fast hitting her in the back of the leg. She cried out as she slipped on the bottom of the step and hit the ground. She reached to her leg as Shadow ran by her after the snake. "Shadow no!" she called as she climbed to her feet. She tried to catch her friend as he ran off into the woods. "Shadow!" she screamed as he disappeared into the woods. She tried to chase after him, but her leg already screamed in pain from just that few moments. "Shadow!" she called again, but he didn't return.
She cursed slightly as she cautiously climbed up the steps of the building. Opening the door she realized that the building was a shrine that hadn't been taken care of for a while. Leaving the door open she walked over to the wall and sat down. She grabbed her leg and started to message it. It wasn't to long before Shadow returned carefully walking through the door with a dead snake in his mouth. Eva laughs slightly as he dropped it and moved over to her. She scratched him behind his ear and hugged him tightly. "Your a good boy."

The next morning Gabe got up early to met with a company courier in the lobby. When he'd filed the report yesterday he had made sure to check in on the employee paperwork he'd put down in Eva's name. The courier bought a medium sized box with him and a form for Gabriel to sign for. A company laptop, extra sturdy for travelling, plus he'd buy her a few video games or dvds to put on it.
"Thanks, she's gonna love this. Just put it on my account for now."
He made his way back upstairs to her room, knocking on the door a few times before it swung open.
"Eva?" he slowly looked in, ready to get back out in case she was still sleeping or in the shower, but she wasn't on the bed and the water wasn't running. "I bought you something to.." He found the note giving it a once over. "Damn."
He picked up the bedside phone, dialing an outside line.
"Frank, it's Gabe, I'm gonna need some help again."

Eva could see through the crack in the door that the sun had come up, and she wasn't even as far away as she wanted to be. Except now she didn't even have the energy to move. Her leg had stopped hurting, and she had managed to catch a small nap before the thunder woke her up. She used her back pack as a pillow and Shadow laid up against her to keep her warm, but she couldn't stay warm. She wrapped her arms around her still shivering as a wave of cold chills ran through her body. She shifted on the ground causing Shadow to perk up his head. He looked at her and whimpered slightly.
She was covered in sweat, and her hair plastered to her face from where she laid on it. Her body screamed in pain, but she pushed it off. She looked at Shadow and reached out with a shaky hand patting him on the head. "Just give me a little bit and we'll be on our way." Shadow whimpered again and laid his head on her side. Eva smiled tiredly and laid her head back down on her backpack. Closing her eyes it didn't take to long for her to fall asleep again.
Shadow picked up his head an barked, but Eva didn't move again. He nudged her cheek with his nose, and still she didn't move. Looking to the door he debated on weather to leave her or not, but he knew that if he didn't she wouldn't wake up again. He took off out the door, and quickly moved through the woods. The rain taking no time in soaking his coat. He followed the path back only knowing one person who could help. He hit the grassy area behind the hotel, and moved around to the street. He seen Gabriel coming out of the hotel looking almost worried. Shadow barked trying to get his attention. When he didn't turn to him Shadow ran to him and jumped up on him. He barked again before hitting the ground and gently grabbing his pant leg and pulling him to the woods.

"What the hell? Shadow?"
Gabriel watched the dogs motions, getting the message instantly. He let Shadow lead whilst sprinting behind, his heart unit pumping away to let him keep up with the animal. Eventually they both made it to the shrine. Gabriel pushed his way inside to find Eva on her makeshift bed, shivering and sweating at the same time.
"This doesn't look good." He checked her pupil dilation, her eyes were redding and her breathing was rapid and shallow. "Poison? You'll be okay kid. I got what you need."
He pulled a small needle from his belt pouch and jabbed it in her arm. It would slow her body functions for a while to keep the toxins in her blood at bay. Shadow walked up with the snake in his mouth.
"That's the one that bit her?" Shadow whimpered "Okay, bring that with, they're going to need the right antivenom." He pushed a few buttons on his chest dial to start his one hour boost before picking Eva and her bag up. "Try to keep up boy."
This time he left Shadow trying to catch up with him.

Enter: Satoshi Yamamoto BGM:Tokyo
[/size] It was a haunting site to see Japan in the state of ruin it was in. Vacant , quiet streets. Entire buildings blacked out. No signs of life anywhere. All that could be heard were occasional groans of undead. Despite all of this there were no signs of survivors. Was everyone dead? No he couldn't think that way. of course everyone wasn't dead. There was no way everyone was evacuated either. Satoshi continued to push forward with only his thoughts and firearms to keep him company. He split up from the rest of his team in hopes of rallying up more survivors. the plan was to meet up at the Tokyo Police Department by mourning and devise a plan form there. He wished he wasn't alone but it couldn't have been helped. Satoshi's squad aka Kilo Team was down to three men when they split. They started out with four. but on their way to main street things got hectic as a group of infected had jumped them. It was a sad loss for the team. Satoshi knew telling his comrade's family that they'd lost their loved one was going to be rough. Satoshi slowly trekked through the city street staying in the center. The sight before his eyes reminded him of news reports of Raccoon City and other places. He never imagined it would end up in his own backyard. Now it did and it was a real eye opener. It also made his heart sink. There wasn't anything but desolation for for looked like miles, until a shrill scream pierced the silence. Satoshi's heart raced at the sound. He quickly sprinted into the direction of the scream. He was hoping he'd make there in time. That seemed to be the only thing keeping him going now, hope. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

((Gabriel and Eva enter))
Eva opened the door for Shadow and Gabriel to enter. She walked over to the dresser and sat down the medication down. Turning to look at the panda that was still laying on the bed along with the kimono she had bought. She sighed a bit and leaned up against the dresser. "I'm sorry about running away and making you go out in that weather." She looked out the window and then back to him.

Gabe sat on the end of the bed picking up the laptop package he'd ordered.
"Don't worry about me and weather, you should have seen the filming conditions for 'Arctic Axe Maniac', the studio wanted genuine reactions so they shipped us all out to Siberia to live and film in a closed down Gulag. Then the reviews came in and the critics told us to go back and get frostbitten."
He let Eva finish taking and sorting her meds before putting the parcel down on the table.
"Got you this for work, portable terminal with company access, low level for now but you'll always be able to contact someone in case I'm not around. Designed for all weather usage too so don't worry about rain, just don't try scuba diving with it. and don't get embarrased about gifts again, this is standard work equipment."

Eva smiled lightly as she took the laptop. She opened it up and turned it on. Browsing around a bit before he showed her how to access what she was allowed to. She finally leaned back in the chair and looked at him. "You know i've never been to Hawaii. Think that would be a good vacation spot. There are a lot of this I want to try out, and they have a lot to do there. Diving, hiking, rock climbing, and even that thing where you slide down a rope over the forest. Oh I wouldn't mind checking out the water falls." She smiled a bit as she looked at Shadow. "Yeah I know you would have to sit back and watch. But there are still things you could do." She reached over and scratched his ear.
