With Inman dragging Alex back to the room Mia turned to help Trenton. "Not leaving you out here alone," she said as she cut through one of the Ivy's as it swung toward them. "Now move back," she said as she pulled on his arm. With that they started to make a slow retreat back to the room as well. Once they were in she slammed the door shut and secured the hatch. "Doc . . ." her words trailed off as the swords dropped from her hands and she collapsed.
The doctor was quick to catch her, and as she settled in his arms she slowly opened her eyes. "I got ya." He picked her up and turned to one of the nurses. "Where did you put her brother?"
"In the second room. There's another bed in there."
"Good. Get her medicine around again." He turned to face Inman and Trenton. "Make sure nothing get's through those doors and windows. This place is built to with stand those storms outside so we should be fine, but just keep checking," he explained as he turned to walk into the room. He laid Mia on the bed, and once more administered her medication. "Just relax now. Your brother's going to be fine too."
He walked over to Alex and read over his vital signs. "He should be able to regain his movement upon waking up. He'll feel like he's drunk though," he said as he hooked up several salein bags along with antibiotics. "I'm flooding him full of antibiotics and steriods to counter any vial infections or anything those plants have done to him." Once he was done he stood back up and walked over to Mia. He checked over her vitals and stopped when he went to check her pulse. He turned her wrist over and looked at her watch. "How long . . ." When Mia turned away he grabbed her chin and turned to her to look at him. "How long Mia?"
"At least the past thirty minutes," she mumbled under her breath. "Don't tell Alex," she said as she rolled onto her side. "He already has a lot on his mind. I don't want to make it worse," she said as she wrapped her arms around her shoulders.
He sighed and shook his head. "I'll come back and check on your brother," he said as he walked out of the room.

(OOC: Sorry, but since I left and am so far behind I think it's best that Bruce died "Off-screen" per-say. I'll make another character at some point.)
Bruce laid on the floor dieing having been shot by one of the leech infected guards. He only wished that he could have...
And he died not even having the strength to finish his line of thought.

Trenton glances out the window and nods. "Seems they follow heat. The smoke didn't bother them much but they won't stay in it. The flashbang confused them, so maybe sound and vibration too? Either way, the room's secure and the things can't tell if we're in here." Trenton mumbles to himself taking his shirt off. "Nurse, grab me an ace bandage, if you would." Trenton smiles to his bruised ribs as the nurse returns with two rolls. Trenton starts the wrap but the nurse interrupts him, scolding him for being a 'stupid male'. While normally Trenton would've taken offence that, the nurse took the bandage and began to wrap his sides tighter and better than he ever could. Trenton grimaces when the nurse finishes and smiles to her. "If we make it through thi-" She interrupts him again with a swift, 'I'm married'...

While Alex was out a guard and a tech worker worked away on the computer and various switches and levers. "How much power we got left Steve? The guard asted the man in the lab coat.
"There is some left over. But not much. I could shut down a few systems but it might take awhile." He responded. "The system keeps shutting me out. Must be some kinda safety system that was installed." Steve then frowned as he stopped typing. "Someones hacked into the fertilizer program." Following the trail he only got so far before he was blocked. "Someone switched the feed a few days ago. Says it was Jameson." David the guard smirked. "What?"
"Jameson died a month back. Caught some kinda bug." He then looked at the windows as they continued to be whaled on. "Can't you shut the blast doors?" He said looking over the mans shoulder. "Every open lab has them. That'll turn this lab into a panic room." Steve nodded and soon metal blinds covered the windows.
"Not much energy left." Steve said with regret. He then thought looking around the room and saw the delivery tube. "We hide in this room when we shoot pesticides into the room. If we could find the right kinda herbicide it fight take these things out. At least weaken them. He then looked at the wall of chemicals. "Problem is that our chemist is dead and who knows what mixture it takes to kill off Ivy's."

(( Okay sorry it took so long))
Mia after a bit of rest finally sat up as the doctor came back into the room. He walked over to Alex and looked him over, before turning back to Mia. "Take a shot," he said as he finished looking over Alex.
"Why?"
"Because as it is your just prolonging your life. I don't know how much good your treatments going to do you know."
"Hush. Keep your voice down," she growled as she walked over to the cabnite. "Just drop it. I don't want him to know." She pulled out the syringe and drew up the liquid. Pausing for a bit as she held the needle in her hand. Swallowing hard she closed her eyes and stuck it in her arm. When she was done she threw it away and shivvered form the thought of it.
"You wont be able to hide it from him for much longer."
"I know, but for now. I just want to spend what time I have with him. I miss him, and I just want to spend it with him," she said as she walked over to the chair and sat down beside his bed. "Since I came here he's all I wanted to be with, but he has his own life. I never wanted to be a hindrence in it, but he's the only thing that has kept me going this long." The doctor shook his head and left the room. "Please be okay Alex," she whispered under her breath as she laid her head on the bed beside him. She closed her eyes and soon enough drifted asleep.

Trenton's ribs felt much better since that nurse had wrapped them. He hated being couped up with everyone, it made contacting his sister difficult which made contacting the rouge scientist impossible. Trenton leans against the wall and examines his guns before looking back out the window. "We need a chemist, or at least someone who knows how to improvise a fireball." Trenton muses before holstering his weapons and smirking. 'I really ought to ask for a UBCS team. This place has far exceeded a solo rescue operation, maybe this facility could prove vital as a second base, granted, this base would be known to the BSAA and under constant attack." Trenton thinks to himself...

Mia woke up with a startle as she looked around the room. Sighing a bit before she stood up. She reached down and patted Alex on the arm, but he was stil out. She hated not being able to do anything about it, but she was hoping in a hour or so he would be as good as new. She made her way out of the room hearing the discussion about the plants outside of the room. Her mind racking on what they could do. "Turn up the heat," she said as she walked over to the window.
"What?" one of the scientist asked.
"Turn up the heat. You mentioned earlier that you guys were out there until you cut off the heat in the place to keep those other creatures out," he pointed out. "How long were you out there."
"Since the start of all this. The greenroom has a heat soarce of it's own. Doesn't work off the rest of the generators like the rest of the facility," a nurse said as she sat bundled up on a chair.
"Oh I get it," another scientist called out as he walked up to the pannel. "Plants can't survive in the winter. They usually go into hybernation in order to survive. Except these things came alive in the cold. So reversing the theory should work. I mean they didn't attack us before," he pointed out as he typed away at the board.
"What about those leaches."
"They can survive the cold weather. They have been board with you. If they really wanted you they could have gotten to you. It's fire that there not use to. Alex welded a door shut and we could hear them screaming. Cold does nothing to them they even attacked my brother and his team out in the blizzard," she pointed out.
"Great," the nurse moaned.
It didn't take to long before the room was lite up with a bright light from the green house. The plants seemed to scream out and beat even harder against the window and door. There vines almost seeming to melt as they continued to thrash about. Mia smiled lightly as she walked into the back room. She sat down beside Alex and took his hand up in hers. "When you get up we can leave. I don't want to stay here anymore, and your life isn't worth this," she said lightly as she continued to hold his hand tightly.

Slowly Alex awoke as the Ivy's dried up one by one. It had now become safe to leave however the blast doors had yet to open. The two doctors were working on contacting various labs to check who had survived and the state of the facility. Alex sat up looking at his sleeping sister. Not wanting to disturb her he slipped out of the bed and headed into the main room. "What's the situation." He asked as his joints still ached.
"The BOW's have died off sir. Your sister is rather bright. Discovered how to kill off the Ivy's all on her own. A very smart girl." Alex nodded.
"Always was. That comes at no suprise. We will be heading through the irrigation pipes next. Can you clear them. The male doctor nodded.
"Just give me a few seconds." He spoke up
"Where do we go from here?" The woman asked. Seeing a map on the wall he ripped it down and drew up the escape route. They hate flame, you should make some weapons using the chemical throwers. If you don't know how I can show you." She nodded and she followed Alex outside where he began showing her how to make the apropriate weapons.

Trenton smirked at the window as the ivy slapped against it with the last of it's strength. "Alex, what's our next move?" Trenton asks over the radio as he checked his weapons. With the Ivy out of the way access to the rest of the facility was restored. Since it had been a while since he had seen the detailed Umbrella reports, Trenton had no idea where exactly in the facility they were, nor what else was out there. Trenton was just about to check on Alex when he heard a steady beeping on his private channel. It took Trenton a few seconds to realize what it was, but once he narrowed it down to morse code, he understood and started replying to his sister. "F*cking brilliant." Trenton mutters and sends to his sister via clicks on his transmitter. The idea to use morse code was exactly new to the siblings, but Trenton had long forgotten the nights he spent moving from foster home to foster home and his only communication with his sister being through a rough two way radio she had built for him. Trenton stopped sending messages as he stepped into the room with the others. "What's the word?" Trenton asks, half listening to the broadcast being sent...

Alex looked up as he worked combining chemicals with the pesticide sprayers. "I'll make you a map. We cleared out the walkers on the way here but you should make haste." He mentaioned grabbing some tape and wrapping up the nozles. "They're weak against fire so use this on anything you come into contact with." Alex looked around for his two teamates but didn't see them anywhere. He suddenly felt ill at ease being the center of attention. He groaned slightly as he handed it to the security guard and began working on a second. "I suggest you move out. They're smart, they'll probably regroup soon so you should leave now."

OOC: I love how you assume I'm no longer in this. IC:
Inman was tending to his equipment as the others were doing their own things. He had taken off some of his gear and outer garments to make sure everything was still in fighting shape. A few of the Molle straps on his pouches had gotten ripped earlier and he finally had time to do some makeshift repairs with some extra 550 cord he had threaded though some of his webbing.
He finished making his fixes and put his equipment back on, before pulling a cleaning system out of it's pouch. His shotgun had seem some serious fighting and it was overdue for a cleaning. He unloaded the weapon before using a bore snake to clear debris out of the barrel.
After running through the barrel a few times with cleaner and wiping it out he reloaded his shells and pumped one into the chamber. During his maintenance he took notice of Trenton doing his own thing in the corner, curious he made his way over to him.
"Hey Trenton, what you up to?" he asks.

Mia yawned slightly as she opened her eyes. Her hand felt around the bed, but found that Alex wasn't there anymore. She instantly shot up and out of the chair. Her heart pounding as fear struck her, but hearing his voice settled her fear down. She sighed a bit and leaned up against the wall trying to gather herself. It was getting harder in both masking the pain as well as the emotions that came with it. She shook her head and gathered herself before heading into the other room. She seen Alex standing with a group of the doctors talking to them about their own trip back to the communication tower. She looked at Trenton and Inman doing their own thing.
Smiling lightly she walked over to Alex to stand beside him. She shifted slightly under the doctor's gaze as he looked at her. The only one besides her to know the truth. She sighed a bit and looked up at Alex. "I'm glade to see that your okay. I was so worried about you," she said lightly. Her eyes glancing to the doctor before back to him. "I'm ready to go. Thank you for letting me sleep a little longer."

Trenton nods to Inman and taps his comm unit, flipping it to the off position. "How do you feel about this mission?" he asks, slowly closing the door behind him. Trenton lays his guns onto a table and starts dismantling them. "I don't mean it's purpose, more it's means. We're not allowed heavy weapons, back-up, or even contact with a dispatcher. Yet we're expected to speed train what few survivors remain to hold off till rescue comes at an appointed time?" Trenton starts to clean his parts and examine a few of the smaller ones that could've been damaged during his rifles many falls...
