"No you stupid..." Thorton had started saying, but Louis was gone. He sighed as he bent down and scooped up Andreya as gently as he could. He set her down on the bed gently and looked over at the window again. What the f**k was going on? A bunch of crazy people going on about stolen food and now some closet freak with an eye condition? Good god, why couldnt it just be zombies. At least those things wernt scary anymore. People, however, would mess with your mind.
Thorton took a look around the room, looking for ways to make it safer. Not only for Andreya, but to make it a more secure position that could be defended if the need arised. He started with the window. That thing was already becoming a liability. The chest of drawers was the right height, so Thorton pushed it along the floor until it was against the window. No more peeping Tom weird ass prick, no more open access to the room from outside. One problem solved.
He went on a quick search of the rest of the room, looking in places like in the closet or under the bed, just places that could be used to hide in. They were all clear, for now. And all would stay clear as long as he was here.
With the room as clear as it was going to get, Thorton walked back over to the bed and took a seat on the edge. "How ya doing kid?" He asked her. Probably scared s***less and in more pain than ever, but he had to ask.

For Louis sadly his little beady eyed friend had disappeared off into the night. The only sound that was being made was that of the wind, indicating an upcoming storm. An from the looks of it the storm wasn't going to be a pretty one. Already in his short time outside the wind had picked up greatly, and the sound of thunder echoed threw the air. In the distance he could just barley pick up on the lightning that was illuminating the distance.
---------------
Andreya looked up at Thorton, and smiled lightly. "I'm fine," she said, but that was far from the truth. Her body was screaming in pain, but mostly her arm and leg. Not to mention she still felt like she was freezing, and yet she was sweeting badly. She had seen a blanket in the closet when Thorton had opened it and looked at him for a moment. "Can you grab the blanket out of the closet?" she asked lightly. She smiled when he stood up, and got it out. She quickly wrapped it around her flinching slightly as she moved her arm more than it could handle. Still once she wrapped it around her she looked up at Thorton with a smile. "Thank you," she said before she laid back down on the bed.
"I'm sorry for being such a problem," she said lightly as she looked at the bedroom door. "I haven't taken my medication like I was suppose to. it's just that it really hasn't been a priority for the past couple of days," she explained with a heavy sigh as she shivered lightly even wrapped up in a blanket. She looked up at him with tired eyes. "I . . . I also ended up over dosing on some medication not even a couple of days ago," she said with a slight quiver in her voice. She fought back her tears as she thought about it. "It had been a while since I took my medication, and I wasn't feeling to well then. So I took some cold medication . . . and I still couldn't sleep so . . . so i tried to take some sleeping pills . . . and . . . and I . . . and I overdosed," she cried as she buried her face into the pillows. "I'm sorry," she cried threw the muffle of the pillow.

Louis pressed his back against the wall outside of the room, here the door had closed over just enough to peek inside. Andreya was a wreck, but Thorton was comfourting her. There was honestly not a thing that Louis could do to help but go after anything that caused the problem. He still had those red eyes clear in his mind, what the hell was it? Or who was it? He had faced plently of undead, they were simple. Those red eyes were different, they didnt look a zombie. But they didnt look like a humans, either, which made him even more uncomfourtable and fed to get to the bottem of it. But the sky looked pretty gutsy to him, it wasnt going to be a very good night. But if he had to stay outside and patrol the area outside in the rain, he would do it in a heartbeat, whatever he could do.
Louis faced death before, many times. Whatever it was that was after them was just another thing coming. He left the wall, and then walked slowely to the stairs. By now, he could faintly hear the thunder going off in the background, as the trees cast dark shadows through the hallways of he hotel. Climbing back up the stairs, Louis walked through the halls, hoping that whoever was still up here would come out. There was definitly someone up here, they hadnt left, it wouldve been impossible to get by without him noticing. Louis listening to the mixture of thunder, light pattering rain, and the floorboards creeking under his feet. He was getting tired of playing hide and go seek, but as building grew darker and darker, he knew the game was just getting started.

Thorton processed the information Andreya told him, not quite sure what to say. He expected she thought he would be mad. In truth, he was just happy she had made it through ok.
"Accidents happen." He said simply, his voice level. "You couldnt have known that that would happen. I'm just glad your ok." He said in the kindest voice he could manage. He wasnt trying to hide a nonexistant dissapointment in her, just that he didnt have much of a soft side. "I'm just glad that your ok." He said as he pulled her closer under the blanket.
"Now, you get some sleep. I'll be here with you all night, and as soon as you wake up we're leaving." He said. With whoever or whatever had been outside the window, along with the people deeper in the hotel, it probably wasnt a good idea to stay here. They still needed a real hospital.
He gave Andreya one last hug and stood from his place on the bed. The room was half done, being fortified and such, but not quite. The window was blocked, the closet and underneath the bed were clear. That meant the room itself was safe enough. But...
He hid the massive double barreled rifle behind the door, set his revolver on the dresser, and took a seat on the chair with his Glock rested on his leg. He'd like to see anyone try to waltz in here now.

Andreya looked up at Thorton with tired eyes. She smiled weakly before she nuzzled her head in the pillow. She stayed like that for a minute before pushing herself up. She gritted her teeth as she sat there panting. She felt hot and she was sticky with sweet. Yet she also felt cold. Stifling a heavy cough she in turn stifled a painful cry. Sliding her feet off the bed she noticed Thorton coming to help. "N- no," she said tiredly as she shook her head.
Using the side wall since the bed was close to it. She managed to stand up. When she went to move, and stepped on her left leg she cried out as she fell against the wall. Her hand gripped her leg tightly as she leaned up against the wall. Tears streaming down her face as she continued to try and move, but the more weight she put on her leg the more it started to hurt. Thorton finally ignored her not wanting his help, and with him helping her. He carried her to the bathroom, and sat her on the toilet. "T- thank you," she said lightly as she looked at the ground. "Give me a second and I'll holler when I'm done," she said lightly. As Thorton closed the door she let out a heavy sigh and wiped the tears from her face.
She reached over to the sink and wet one of the wash cloths with what little water that was left in the pipes. She leaned back against the toilet and closed her eyes as she draped the wash cloth over her face. There was a slight creaking noise that came from the room, but she payed no mind to it. She figured that it was from the storm that raged on the outside of the hotel. Andreya coughed heavily, and as she leaned forward the wash cloth fell off her face. An she was left looking at a pair boots standing in front of her. She went to look up, but before she could she felt her head hit the side wall and she was pulled to her feet.
Andreya cried out as she was thrown up against the bathroom door, and what looked like a short beady eyed man dressed in a doctor's outfit held her there by her neck. She cried as she struggled to break free, and the resounding noise of the bathroom door being locked caused her to struggle even more. Her head hit the door hard several times, before she stopped fighting. He let go letting her fall to the ground. Andreya just laid there dazed and confused as the man knelt in front of her. He looked her over before running his hand down her cheek, and allowing it to drift behind her neck.
Gripping her tightly he pulled her forward and pulled out a green vial. Andreya started to struggle finally hitting him in the arm, and causing him to drop the vial. As it busted on the ground it started to sizzle. The man grew furious as he gripped her by the hair, and pulled her to her feet. He threw her up against the shower stall causing the glass to break, and her to hit the ground. He walked back into what was suppose to be a closet for the towels, and not even a second later a long snake slithered out of closet, and then he shut the door back.
The snake was large enough most of its body was blocking the door. Andreya screamed out as she tried to move away, but found their was no place to go. When she opened the closet door that's exactly what it was. It was just a normal closet. She beat on the wall trying to find where the man went, but in turn was pulled to the ground. "THORTON!!!" she screamed out as she continued to struggle against the snake. Finding it's body completely wrapped hers with more than enough to spare. Andreya cried as she felt it's grip tightening around her body. She started panting heavily and continued to cry as she tried to break free.

Louis paced the hallway, shining the dim light into each room he passed. It wasnt enough light to see inside fully, but it was just enough to catch someone if they just happen to attack him. By now, he was almost expecting something to jump out, but the hardest part was not knowing when. He would begin to close doors once the rooms seemed clear, but the majority of rooms didnt even have doors on the top floor. Louis remembered the last time he was even inside of a hotel, in the city, back in 1998. He was locked inside one while the infection started to take over the whole place. He still kept the diary with him, got good luck, of how things either got better or worse...
Page 25- Dear reader. Whoa! Some crazy day at work! I was called in to fix some machines at the Raccoon Hospital. Boy, their was some sick people their! They just kept piling in, non stop. All the victims seemed to be bitten by something. It was really messed up. I tried to ignore all the crying and yelling, and focus on the work. I was glad to get home at the end of the day. I just heard a noise below me, someone is making a lot of noise.
Louis felt the large vibrations below him, but it wasnt just his imagination, it was coming from the same room Thorton and Andreya were in. Flipping around and running back to the staircase, he moved down as fast as he could, vaulting over the railing as soon as he was at a safe distance from the floor. Getting to the room, he slid inside to see Thorton kicking away at the door to the bathroom, Andreya was yelling on the otherside. The door was pretty much just built and never used, so it was very strong, and would require either a large string of blows, or just a few good ones. Louis let his SMG hand on his back as he jumped beside Thorton, and starting ramming the door. "Same time... One!... Two!!... Three!!!"

Thorton had been trying to beat the door down for what seemed like hours now, and from the time he started trying, the door had been blocked. By what, he didnt know, but he did know the room was too small to do something like blow the lock off. He ran the risk of hitting Andreya. But what now?!
"I'm coming!" He yelled through the door, not sure if she could hear him or not. But he certainly wasnt going to give up. He finally decided on a happy medium, of sorts. With all the strength in his upper body, he took to pounding on the upper part of the door. The wood was thick, but it had give to it. About that time, Louis ran in with a plan.
"No!" He yelled, going on with his plan. "Somethings blocking it from the other side!" He said, feeling the wood crack under his force. After a few more seconds, his idea worked and a large chunk of the upper part of the door gave in. A hole big enough to look in or shoot through was there. That was when Thorton saw what exactly was going on, and why the door wouldnt open.
Thorton could think of only one thing to do. Get it's attention off Andreya and go for the bigger meal. He couldnt remember if snakes went for the easier or bigger meal. He hoped it was bigger. With his Glock out, he aimed and fired one shot at the lower part of the snakes tail, with no risk of hitting Andreya. He waited a moment to see how it would react before firing again.

Andreya screamed as she felt the snake tighten. She coughed up blood shortly after. She looked around dizzily, and her eyes fell on Thorton as he fired at the creature threw a whole. She coughed out again, before passing out in the grasp of the snake. The snake hissed at Thorton, as the back end of the tail struck the door cracking it in half. In turn it moved to finish off it's pray. Andreya was Jared away as she was dropped on the ground. The snake moving to devour it's pray, and at first it seemed simple as it's moved. Andreya slowly becoming the snakes new food. It paying no mind to what it couldn't get to at first.
It took a few before she actually became aware of what was happening. The burning sensation in her legs as she became aware that she was actually half way in the snaked mouth. Andreya screamed as she reached out at anything she could find. Her hands finally gripping the edge of the bathtub, and even threw the pain she felt with her broken arm. She managed to pull herself out of the snakes mouth, and into the tube. The snake grew furious, and started thrashing about in the bathroom. It's body and tail breaking and shattering everything in it's path. Andreya gripped the bath towel rack as it fell into the tube.
An just as the snake's mouth came in to attack she brought the rod up to block it's attack. With the snake at bay with a bit of force coming down on her broken arm. She held back her tears as she tried to keep the snake at bay. "Thorton, Please!!" she pleaded with him. Knowing well enough that he was doing his best to get into the room, but she was hurting and scared to death.

Pausing before hitting the door after "three", Louis changed his momentum when Thorton yelled. There was obviously a good reason why, then he told him the reason. As whatever was on the other side shifted around, it made a lot of noise inside the bathroom, and the size of the room made him think of where Andreya could possibly be. As soon as Thoton took a shot off at the top of the door, Louis' focus went on whatever it was, it was a large snake. "Jesus! How the hell did that get in here?!" He didnt expect it to be answered, he just said it out loud.
As Thorton took of more shots that he had clear, Louis raised his SMG up into the same place. But before he could fire, there was another shift inside the bathroom, and it seemed like Andreyas yell now came from the righthand side, away from the door. But it seemed that Thorton was ready to do something drastic, as soon as there was an opening. "Thorton, what are you doing?!"

He couldnt risk firing, not right now. The room was far to small, the snake was moving too much, and Andreya was half way in the line of fire. No, gunshots wernt a good idea. He was sure Louis knew that as he waited for a clean shot, but Thorton knew it wasnt going to come. He had a better idea. Well, maybe not better, but he knew there was no harm to Andreya involved.
The door was now in peices all over the floor, making a clear way into the bathroom. He saw his openening and took it. The snake was big, but even it would have some trouble moving 300 plus pounds. That was what Thorton weighed with his gear on, and that was what he used to step inside and hold the lower part of the snake's body to the ground. Without reguard to his own safety, he took hold of the snakes "neck", a foot or so below its head, with his left arm and drew his knife with his right.
The sharp blade stuck into the snakes scales like nothing as Thorton buried it to the hilt into the snakes neck.

Louis knew that Thorton had the right idea but going after the Snake with his knife, it put Andreya out of harms way. But this put Thorton right in the middle of the danger. Even though it seemed a little onesided, Louis knew that Throton had it covered, and would put Andreyas safety first. Louis ran into the bathroom through an opening, as blood now leaked and flooded the tiles now. He grabbed Andreya from the bathtub, and threw her over his should. He would be more careful with her, but doing this as fast as possible was the only way, not wanting to miss the exit and get them both blocked in.
After he took Andreya out of the bathroom, Louis lay her down on the bed, and then turned back to the fight. As Thorton was struggling with the creatures neck, Louis aimed his SMG toward its back, and them fired a string of rounds into its spine, halting its movement for Thorton to get even more of an advantage over it. He was careful not to stray off and hit the man, his shots were better then he expected. Avoiding the tail whipping out, Louis leaped back, and watched as Thorton finished off the snake. He wouldve liked to help Andreya, but making sure that thing was dead was important if either of them were going to stop and look after her.

Andreya had managed to roll on her side when Louis laid her down. She was craddling her arm close to her body, as she nearly curled into a ball. Her body was screaming in pain, almost like it had been threw a vice grip ten fold. She was wheezing heavily, and her coughs came with blood. Her leg was bleeding again from where the pressure off set the bandage, and irritated her wound. Tears streamed down her face as she just laid there staring at the wall.
For Thorton on the other hand the snake had stopped thrashing about so wildly. It settled on the ground half in and half out of the bathroom now. It's blood soaking the floor where it laid. The thing seemed dead for what it was worth. A knife to the kneck, and several shots to the body. Though within minutes it started thrashing about again, more in fear for it's life. Thorton was thrown back against the shower wall to land in the tub, and it's tail smaked Louis good enough to put him against the wall in the bedroom. The snake continued to thrash about before it managed to turn around, and make for the bedroom door. Only to find that it was shut.
In a fit of rage it turned to the closest two pray, one of which was shaking and crying on the bed, but didn't move. The other standing up on the other side of the bed. The snake stood up as best as it's body would allow. It lunged forward at Louis with it's mouth wide open. Instead hitting the cabnite that blocked the window. It quickly moved before Louis had time to react again, and wrapped it's body around him squeezing as tightly as it could.

Louis shook his head upon the impact knocking him into the wall, his vision was very blurry. He tried to reach for his SMG, but found that it had flung off onto the floor, or something. Before he could move, he felt the pressure around his abdominal, as he saw the snake squeezing around him tightly. "Gah!!! Fu*k this!!" Louis blindly grabbed the knife from his side, and drove it into the snakes back. It was thick enough not to go through and get at his own body, so he didnt worry about how far he went in. Doing this a number of time, the snake squeezed tighter, as everything went back. Finally, his strengh gave out, and Louis went unconcience. He tried so hard to keep up, but the snake grip was too tight... [Hi, sooooo so sorry, but im not gonna be around for the next 5 days or so... Were gonna have to put the roleplay on hold. Again, I appologise... Ill be back roleplaying whenever I get back. Hope it doesnt cause too much trouble... ]

Thorton snapped out of his daze, having cracked his head against the hard tile of the shower wall. He wished he had still been wearing his helmet, but he wasnt that lucky. Using his arms on the bottom edge of the tub, he pulled himself to a sitting position and wiped the back of his head. He pulled his hand back at the pain and looked at the blood for a moment before he stood and stumbled to the doorway.
He had to clear his head for a moment to take in what was going on. Big f**king snake squeezing the life out of Louis. Probably not good. Andreya on the bed, a close second target. Deffinately not good.
His stumble continued as he worked his way out of the bathroom, around the snakes long tail, and over to Louis. Almost like it was waiting for him, his Ka Bar was sitting with the hilt directed right at him, still buried below the snakes head. Instead of pulling it free to slice again, he instead grabbed the handle and drove it in further. Hopefully the snake worked like a human. Break the spine, in any place, and cripple it.

As the snake stopped moving it let go of Louis. Andreya finally forced herself to gain a hold of herself if for a moment. She looked around the room as she used her good arm to whip the tears from her face. "L- Louis?" she asked with a chock in her voice, but the fear was also there. She used her good arm to move her so she was sitting up. She looked up at Thorton with tears still streaming down her cheek. "L- Louis?" she asked again more so chocking on her tears. Moving across the bed she stifled her own cry so she could see him more clearly, but he wasn't moving. "Louis, p- please?" she pleaded in fear that he was dead.
