Ulrich nodded, enjoying the talk. "First things first. Before we even think of what we should do after we acquire this...thing, shouldn't we find it first? I mean, it's all good talk, but if we can't find this thing, what point is this discussion? I say we get it first. With that, he turned to the door. "The only issue is, we don't know where to look..." He paused and played with a frown, then mused, "...unless, maybe a certain someone found a certain piece of paper with a certain amount of sufficient information on it to know of a good lead..." He then broke into a wide grin and turned to look at them both. It was true and purely by accident. When they had found the safe, though empty, it had a book with some minor details based on a doctor. A doctor to which Ulrich surmised was looking after this object. No details on the object itself, but where else would the next best place to check be other than retracing the doctor's steps? This he explained to the two. "The next closest area would be...." A pause as he flipped through the pages, and then a slump, followed by a quick, "Ach, Himmel..." and he turned towards the group and said, "The cemetary.... well, then without further delay, I suggest we get moving."

Matt loaded his revolver the rest of the way and them said, "Okay but first can we stop by a gun store I need some ammo." Matt turned around and looked at Russell. "Do you need some ammo too?"

"I could use ammo. Hell, we all could use more guns too." Russell answered checking the clip he had currently in the AK47. He looked over the other two and continued to weigh their odds. Three guerrilla soldiers versus an army. Some odds.

Violet began to stumble as she approached the Library. The long plane ride from Vegas was evidently taking it's toll on her, she was incredibly tired, and you could tell. There were dark circles under her eyes, and her hair was messy and out of place. Her eyes weren't the usual bright blue, they were a dull foggy colour. Her mascara had completely gone, and this left her looking a little shabby, and in need of a clean up.
Clinging tight onto her AK, Violet slowly turned the corner into the Library. It was ruined, alright. Walls had fallen down, books were strewn over the place, bricks were smashed, windows shattered, but yet an educational and sophisticated aura still protruded from the building..
Violet span on her heel as she heard the moan of a zombie and perfectly executed 2 bullets into it's temple. It stumbled and fell on the floor, trying to grab her as she did so. "I think not?" She laughed and kicked it's head. It partly detached from the neck and splattered blood up her leather boots. "Icky." Violet frowned and began scouting round the Library for any useful resources.

Gray snapped to attention suddenly as the sound of two bullets rang through the air. What the hell was that? Looking around quickly with burnt paper crunching underfoot, he spotted a girl near a fresh zombie corpse. What she was wearing was certainly... Interesting. In a zombie apocalypse, no less. After taking in the view for a second, he made himself known. He spoke half to her, half to himself. ''Seriously? The first survivor I find is a girl like... You? Must be my lucky day.'' He checked he had a bullet in the chamber and held it firmly. Luckily for her, he wasn't too hostile and didn't point it at her. He waved his hand loosely at the corpse. ''You do that?'' His icy blue eyes looked her up and down, still unsure whether or not she was a threat.

Laughing, Violet shook her head. Unless she was very much mistaken, that seemed to be a compliment. Keeping a firm grip on her AK, she eyed the man up, taking in his firm icy blue eyes last. "Yes. I did that, what of it?" Her voice was lazy and uncaring. He'd obviously survived this long, so he knew what it was like.
Shifting her weight onto her left leg, Violet kicked a bit of rubble and rubbed the trigger of her gun, her perfectly manicured hands almost giving the impression she was a gun toting model. "So, are you a threat?" Her eyes narrowed as she waited for his response, though she seriously doubted HE was the biggest threat right now.

Gray laughed a little and shrugged his shoulders lazily. ''I haven't decided yet. I could be a threat. Depends if you have something I want.'' Tempting though it was to attempt to steal her gun, he guessed he'd be shot dead before he could get his hands on it. He looked from side to side dramatically. ''Your not here with anyone then? Lonely, skimpily dressed girl with a gun that kicks ass? I think I've landed in the start of a bad horror movie...'' Again, he seemed to be speaking mainly to himself. This girl was interesting, in more ways than one. Her skimpy clothing said one thing, her gun another...

"Skimpily dressed girl." Violet said, her eyes narrowed, her eyebrows furrowed, and her lip curled in a slight anger. "This is a comfortable outfit, thank you. And it allows people such as yourself to easily see if I'm one of the undead." Violet turned in a perfect pirouette and stopped to once again face the man. "See? No scratches, no bites. Nothing. And yes, I am alone, apart from my zombie friends of course." And at that point, Violet heard a small hoarde coming from the rear of them. Their loud, audible moans getting louder as they approached closer.
"Let's see if your fight if as big as your mouth." Violet took a few steps back and sunk into a crouch, cocking her AK at the nearing zombies. The bullets ripped through their skin, splattering blood in all different places. 3 or 4 zombies fell to the floor and another 3 were hobbling along. "Your turn." Violet winked and perched herself comfortably on the floor, watching the new guys and his skills.

Gray watched her rip apart a small number of zombies in this new approaching horde. When she told him to take out the last three, he raised his gun and aimed at the nearest one. He'd never fired a gun before... Just as he half-pulled the trigger, he remembered one main concern. Ammo. Putting down the gun, he took out his crowbar with his other hand. All three zombies seemed to be lurching towards him, not this mysterious girl. Grayson held his position, clutching his crowbar and gun tightly. The closest zombie lunged, hands outstreched, groaning softly. He lashed out with his crowbar and took out half of its head, sending brain matter splattering next to the girl. The other two undead attacked him at once. Almost helpless, he took a step backwards. One zombie missed and fell onto the floor, but the other grabbed ahold of his jacket. Still calm, Gray turned his gun hand towards it's head and fired. It's entire head exploded like a watermelon as the bullet sang through the air. ''Lovely.'' Gray said, watching the head shatter. Feeling the last zombie claw at his ankle, he stomped down on it's head, causing it to burst quite similarly to the last zombie. Finished, he turned to the girl, sighing in annoyance. ''What can I say? I've been here, what, five minutes? Anyway, now thats done with... If this is a bad horror movie, do we get an obligatory romance scene later?'' He chuckled a little under his breath, the motives of this girl still confusing him.

Watching this man disember zombies had a slight fun feeling to it. Situations like this weren't supposed to be fun, but Violet had a strange like to the situation. "No romance." Her voice was stern, and as she pulled herself up slowly from the floor, Violet grimaced at the array of brain beside her. "I don't even know your name." Violet took a step towards the guy and held out her hand. "Violet Potenski, pleased to meet you." She nodded and slapped a gracious smile upon her face.

Gray watched her outstretched hand, but didn't take it. ''Grayson Valetta. Gray will do, though.'' He checked his gun just to find that there were 14 bullets left in this clip, meaning he had 29 bullets left in total. Not bad. ''So, Violet, what brings you to Raccon? Business, or pleasure?'' He chuckled again, his own bad sense of humour amusing him. Gray couldn't lie, he'd felt a little thrill when he killed those zombies. Especially when he fired the gun. The power he felt in his hands from such a small object... Impressive. ''Cheeky of you to come here alone. Your boyfriend must miss you.'' Gray yawned again, as he always seemed to be doing. Tired of this city already, he lit a cigarette, smoked it & tossed it aside next to the corpses carelessly.

Retracting her hand, Violet held it on her hip as she listened to Grays questions. "A bit of both, pleasure and business.." She said slowly, thinking about her answer, she wasn't really sure why she was here at all. "I was in Vegas, however the uninfected are all scared robots with no sense of life." She watched him toss the cig and sighed. "No boyfriend, he got eaten." Violet laughed, the memories of her shooting him in the head came rolling back. "And that's why you don't cheat on me.." She whispered to herself, before turning around and walking away.
"And what brings you here, Gray? You don't look like the usual survivors around here. A lot of them are rogues, blood hungry shooters. You look like someone who just came out of a bad break up." Violets boots made clattering noises on the ground, and the noise echoed for a few yards around.

Gray chuckled at her comment about his appearance. Chuckling seemed to be something he enjoyed. ''I'm a private detective. It isn't as cool as it sounds, believe me, kid. I have to look for some guy who came here and didn't come back. Judging by the scattered corpses, he probably isn't alive, which is why I have my camera too. I didn't just come out of a relationship as you put it, but... Seeing all those clean cut nice and proper businessmen? Kinda sickening. Nothing wrong with my appearance.'' He spoke plainly, still slightly amazed that he had a gun. ''Sucks about your boyfriend.'' His tone had practically no emotion at the time, stopping him from sounding like the most sympathetic person in the world. ''Anyway I really should be going. Got a person to find, yeah?'' With that, Gray left.''

"Negative, where will you go now?" The blonde man spoke to another man who was sitting down inside of the chopper, engines still off though. He dressed in what appears to be a suit obvious designed for a lightweight military operation of some kind. As for the pilot, a lab coat, which made it even more suspicious. There was something about the two that send a strong message, saying that they were into something pretty deep. "North, and Island settlement. Got something I have to take care of, I can drop you off along the way." The way the two spoke made it sound like they knew eachother for a long time, the tone of voice used to greet an old friend. But it didnt exactly seem like they were just your average survivors, they were up to something, just not quite sure what.
"The sample is secure, I just need a little more time taking out the target. Hes putting up quite the chase, the man must have a complex plan to be getting away this easily. He planned for all of it ahead of time, almost like he knew I was coming." What was he talking about? Nothing seemed to make any sense. Each moment waiting for response just raised the tension, and the truth about the two were uncovering slowly. "Hey hey hey, whatever you need to do, I dont wanna know, cause I know its dirty work of some kind. It always is, I know you all too well. Im just the pilot, and your oversight. Now come on, we I gotta get back in the air before the infected come." The chopper engine turned on quickly, and within a minute, the bird was in the air, and flying away from the ruins of the old library. Markings on the side of it read "HAL-CO 001", which could mean just about anything at this point.
"Looks like ive got a full night ahead of me this time..." The camera lens zoomed back out, and finally shut off. Katie let it rest against her chest, standing up from behind cover not ten meters away, dust still in the air from the chopper taking off. She knew that the walkers were going to be here soon, they wouldve been attracted to the noise, not to mention anybody else who was around to hear it. The instinct was to go toward the sound a chopper, because it meant transport. But the city was exactly where she wanted, where she needed to stay.
Pulling out her pistol, Katie aimed it around after the dust settled, and seen a figure off into the shadow of the night. A faint red glow emitted from about face height, which meant that it was one of the infected, but they werent making any vocal sound. Running away from the figure, Katie hid deeper inside of the ruins, waiting with her pistol drawn to fire. But when she peeked around the corner, it was gone, moved out of sight too quickly. "...What the..."

Assigned to patrol for survivors, Daniel had a long night ahead of him as he drove up and down the streets of eastern Raccoon City, scanning the area for anything human. He enjoyed working for the police, but for the past few months all he had been assigned was patrol work, and occasionally an escort. Suddenly, things began to differentiate from their normal patterns. As he was driving past the ruins of the city's old library, a helicopter passed overhead. "What the hell?[/color] he muttered. There hadn't been any activity in the library for months, what could anyone want there? Curiously, Daniel drove up to the library and parked in what had used to be the front entrance to the building. He stepped out of his cruiser and was overtaken by growing shadows. The night was so young, but it was already much darker than your average night in Raccoon City. He detached the flashlight from his belt, and clicked it on before proceeding into the darkness.
Rubble from what was left of the library crushed under his thick police-boots with every step he took. Abruptly, he stopped his walking. Sounds of footsteps could be heard around the area, the helicopter must've attracted the attention of the undead in the area. Slowly, he drew his handgun from its holster, and scanned through the area. The footsteps began to pick up. Whatever was out there was now moving quickly towards him, as the steps grew louder and louder. A deep growl was emitted from whatever was running around, and then, from deep in the shadows, a crimson head lunged towards him. As if by instinct, Daniel dove to the left, avoiding the claws of mutated zombie. Quickly, he aimed his handgun at the creature's head, and fired two bullets, both of them piercing the skull of the walking corpse. Realizing the danger in the area, Daniel instantly ran towards the way he had walked, but the area was now surrounded by a horde of the walking dead. With no other options, he charged deeper into the ruins, the horde of zombies following him.
